Exploring Villa Dahlia - Luxury Oceanfront w/Chef, Candidasa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Villa Dahlia - Luxury Oceanfront w/Chef, Candidasa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Manggis plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Villa Dahlia - Luxury Oceanfront w/Chef, Candidasa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Soon as we arrived, it felt like a furnace in the main living room. I asked to turn on the air conditioner, and they insisted on shutting all the blinds… The reason I am there is for the view… I am a working man I am not rich I have to work on the Internet and so does My Son… We saved for this vacation and they turned off the air conditioner at night when I woke up. It was like a furnace again and the blinds were shut again… The reason I rented the place was you were bragging about your certified speed tested 48 MBPS Internet… We needed the Internet to work so we can communicate back home… The most important thing was the Internet and then the air conditioning and obviously the view! Over $600 a night and we expect these things to work… The maids told us they’ve had Internet problems and air conditioner problems for a month… Also the original advertising says “breakfast is provided”…when I paid you over $2400 for 4 nights… Very misleading and to offer zero compensation is ridiculous…
Our recent stay at this villa was filled with mixed experiences. On one hand, it’s an architectural marvel, surrounded by tranquility. The swimming pool is both a design masterpiece and a hub for family bonding. If you’re aiming for an undisturbed family holiday, this villa is perfect, although the surrounding village offers limited activities. However, we encountered several issues during our stay: • Misrepresentation of amenities like the washer • Challenges with hot water supply • Discrepancies in food pricing and preparation • Concerns about cleanliness and maintenance • Arrival experience could be better organized • Issues with curtains, pool, and outdoor setups • Missed attention to daily guest experiences • Delays in laundry service • Bathroom odor issues I’m optimistic that with this feedback, the villa management will make the necessary enhancements for future guests.
The villa, staff and surroundings are lovely. Putu the villa manager and staff are extremely helpful, friendly and provide great service. The meals we had in the villa were very good. There were a few issues outside the control of the villa, but the team/host dealt with it proactively and fast. I would definitely recommend this villa.
We cannot say enough about Villa Dahlia. In a word it is the "Four Seasons" of AirBnb villas that we have stayed at. And we have stayed at homes in Germany, Spain, Canada and America. An emaculate luxury home with a staff that waits on you hand and foot. The staff on our to short stay made us feel like family, not guests. The view speaks for itself.
I travel a lot, and this was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The villa is absolutely beautiful— even more stunning in person than in the photos. I can say that this place worth to get 7 stars. Putu, Yuni, and the entire staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. They even prepared a lovely birthday surprise for us, which made the experience even more special and memorable. We had such a wonderful time here, and I’m truly grateful for their warm hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable. I would absolutely love to come back!
The villa was breathtaking with plenty of space for our family of six. The staff were amazing, accomodating all of our requests for trips like snorkeling and cooking classes and in villa massages and yoga. Thanks to Putu, Yuniari and the team for making our trip so special including surprising me with a birthday celebration on our last day. The place was kept so clean and we loved ordering breakfast by the pool each day. We would recommend visiting Villa Dahlia and getting out of the resort area to experience something different. The only thing to note is the villa is down a somewhat remote road so needs rides to get anywhere but Putu was on call to take us where we wanted to go. Thanks again. We hope to come back one day

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful house! The sea view is simply breathtaking, and the house was exceptionally clean. The service was outstanding, with lovely little touches such as the homemade snacks, which were a fantastic surprise. The food prepared on site was also excellent. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for truly relaxing. Another great highlight is the possibility of going diving directly from the house, with the boat leaving from the beach right in front. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!
Dream Villa with Dream Team
We recently stayed at Villa Dahlia and absolutely loved it from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The villa is exactly as the photographs show - the pool and outside area is stunning. We likened it to staying in a boutique 5 star hotel but you have it to yourself. All the staff were wonderful - helpful, unobtrusive - when a couple of our group felt a bit unwell they made them fresh ginger tea and were genuinely concerned and ready to help. Putu the villa manager was also lovely - very responsive, is clearly passionate about the island and culture and took us on a couple of amazing trips to rice fields, a coffee plantation and even a sunrise trek. The villa is within walking distance of local shops and restaurants and hotels, but secluded enough that you feel total privacy. We had the best 9 days there, I totally recommend.
We had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa. It was so lovely and peaceful. We really appreciated all of the staff who go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. We are regular visitors to Bali and this is definitely our best experience. The villa ,pool , and gardens were immaculately maintained by the on site staff. All our meals whether breakfast , lunch or dinner were great and presented on the outside terrace like a top restaurant. The local area has some good restaurants too. We had a great week at this spectacular villa and so well looked after by the on site staff. Thank you for making our current Bali vacation so memorable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights stay at Villa Dahlia. The pool was nice and warm, overlooking the beach. Although the beach is under maintenance and we couldn't use it, the pool was more than enough for us. All the staff were amazing, constantly around to take care of all our needs but remain respectful to our privacy. Chef Kadek is a life saver, cooking us delicious daily meals. Yuni is exceptional in helping me get a pair of goggles as I had forgotten them. Putu is always responsive to any of our queries and transportation requests. Will definitely return!
Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Staff. Wir werden besonders den Afternoon Tee mit selbstgebackenen Köstlichkeiten vermissen.
Friendly staff, beautiful interior design, love the afternoon tea :-) All my guests had only great things to say about this villa. Only downside is that road leading up to Villa is dark at night.

Before coming to Bali we did a lot of research trying to figure out where to stay. The house is more beautiful than the pics show and the staff are very kind and helpful. They prepared us private meals - you have to do. We used the house are our base and resting place. The manager / driver is excellent. We went snorkeling in blue lagoon, white water rafting and diving off the island. The staff and home were the best part of our long holiday. You will love it.
I would highly recommend staying at Villa Dahlia, the location is very private, the villa is wonderful and the pool overlooking the ocean is superb. The villa is spacious both inside and outside and everything is kept immaculately. The thing that really tops everything off is the team that look after you at the Villa, led by Putu the Villa Manager who was brilliant. Yuni the Head Butler, together with the rest of her team Suri, Wayan, and Widi looked after us fantastically in the villa. Our chef Kadek prepared great food for us every day and there is a good selection of both western and local dishes to choose from. Ketut and Angus kept the pool and garden looking pristine throughout our stay and Nur was always there to greet us when we came back from the restaurants in the evening and ensure everything was looked after at the villa overnight. There are a number of good restaurants around the villa so plenty of choice in the evenings also - 5 star Holiday!

The villa itself is truly outstanding – beautifully designed with a huge garden and an amazing pool. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind, and even though we had some rainy days, the peaceful atmosphere of the property made up for the weather. A special shout-out to Putu, the manager – hands down the best we’ve met during all our stays in Indonesia. Super friendly, always helpful, and he constantly had us laughing. He really made a difference in our experience! The service team at the villa was generally helpful, though at times we had the feeling they were a bit annoyed with us – nothing major, but noticeable. All in all, this stay was a 9 out of 10. Would absolutely recommend!
The villa was beautiful, extremely spacious, comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast and other meals we ordered were delicious and beautifully presented. Putu, our host and guide, was outstanding! He took us on a memorable snorkeling trip and a scenic hike. One downside, however, was the noticeable garbage in the blue lagoon and along roads and trails, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, Bali still struggles with an effective waste management system. The view from the villa overlooked a major shipping port with large cargo ships, but they were far enough away not to be noisy. In contrast, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore was incredibly soothing.

My family of 6 had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meals we ate in house were great, maybe a little costly, but convenient. Overall had a great time and enjoyed listening to the sound of the crashing waves at night.
Unser Urlaub in der Villa Dahlia war von vorne bis hinten ein absoluter Volltreffer! Die Lage ist wunderschön, super für jeden der etwas ruhiges abseits vom Massentourismus auf Bali sucht. Der Staff war einfach nur grandios und hat unseren Urlaub auf ein ganz neues Level gehoben - super freundlich, extrem zuvorkommend & immer bemüht eine passende Lösung zu finden. Das Essen war super, für jeden etwas dabei! Die Touren die Putu organisiert hat waren wundervoll. Man musste sich um nichts kümmern! Auch die Massagen & das Yoga sind absolut empfehlenswert & einfach fantastisch! Wir danken jedem Einzelnen von ganzem Herzen für diesen tollen Aufenthalt! Und wir hoffen, dass alle neuen Gäste eure wundervolle Arbeit ebenso zu schätzen wissen!
This place is a true gem!! We are a family of 4 & stayed for 4 nights & it was absolutely fantastic 🤩 The villa & the garden is stunning & HUGE and truly match the description. Each room is enormous with beautiful en suite bathrooms. Our master bedroom definitely had the biggest bathtub we’ve ever had which was a cool detail. Service is IMPECCABLE & fantastic Yuni & all the rest of the staff catered to our every need making sure we had everything we could wish for at any given moment💕✨ they are true superstars! THANK you all once again ✨💕🙏🏾 The food is AMAZING & meals consumed in the villa definitely holds restaurant standards. It was FANTASTIC! Warmly recommend booking the in house massage services which we did 2 mornings! Our BIGGEST THANK you goes to our dear new Bali friend Putu, our Villa manager, who all the way from airport pick up to driving us to Ubud for our next stop, gave us an unbelievable stay! We had an incredible stay at Villa Dahlia! Everything was taken care of. The staff is fantastic. Yuni, Suri, Wayan, and everyone at the villa is warm and attentive. We’d like to give Putu an especially heartfelt thanks for taking us snorkeling and to a silver making class, and going above and beyond to help us find a few items. He was extra helpful to an elderly member of our group and made the stay extra special. The villa is gorgeous, exactly like the photos. Tons of space to spread out, and the pool is beautiful. We seriously considered asking if we could stay an extra night or two, but sadly, work and school back home are calling.

Some highlights include: - largest bathtub ever seen at a villa anywhere in the world - staff - always smiling, kind and very helpful - spotless villa - special thanks to Putu who was an amazing driver and guide. Very reliable - amazing daily massages - utilized their very flexible and reliable laundry services - the breakfasts cooked by the villa chefs are phenomenal and have very large portions. The morning smoothies were a special treat - hearing the waves daily was a big plus including the water views and sunsets - the villa’s location is great for being a jumping off point for anything in the east of Bali - the sheer size and space of this villa is very impressive in person Truly it was a joy to start our vacation off relaxing at villa Dahlia. We would highly recommend this villa to any family or group! Thank you very much!
일단 관리가 매우 잘된 빌라임. 청소상태가 웬만한 호텔보다 낫고, 상주 메이드들이 종일 정리해줌. 바다전경을 보고 선택했는데, 사진만큼, 사진보다 더 멋짐. 잘 관리된 정원, 수영장에 뻥 뚫린 바다뷰가 보고만 있어도 힐링 포인트. 지내는동안 조식과 저녁을 빌라에서 제공하는 식사 이용했는데, 다양하진 않으나, 좋은재료로 정성들인 것이 느껴짐 주변에 도보로 이용 가능한 시설은 없음. 대신 빌라 매니저가 주변 액티비티를 꿰고있음.
This place is magical. A fantastic villa with beautiful and magnificent surroundings. We have enjoyed every second and I would recommend everyone to stay here. The staff is world class, sweet and welcoming. Perfect for 2-3 families or friends. I very much hope that one day I can come back again.
This villa is just incredible and the photos don't do it justice. The property is enormous and so many areas to relax in and just can't fault a thing. The staff were exceptional. Location wise you will need a driver and its much quieter, which suited us perfectly after 6 days in Canggu. Highly recommend!
We had an excellent time in the villa. The staff were very attentive to our needs and we really appreciated all the services on offer. The food was very generous and of very good quality. Special thanks to the staff and especially to Putu and Yuni. I highly recommend this magical place and the services it offers.
The biggest problem we had with the villa is that they made us so comfortable one did not wish to travel very far. Nothing was too much for them and we were a largest family ranging from an 18th month old child to older grandparents. I would highly recommend this accommodation to one and all.
Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team des Hauses. Wir wurden von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut umsorgt, besser als in einem unpersönlichen 5 Sterne Resort ;-). Das Personal arbeitet sehr unscheinbar im Hintergrund, super freundlich und Aufmerksam. Da wir ein Geburtstagskind hatten wurde dies entsprechend unaufgefortert begleitet (lasst Euch überraschen) . Wir haben uns durchgehend sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder ! Und jetzt ein kleiner Punkt: Der Pool ist aufgrund der Steine recht warm, aber das ist kein wirklicher Negativpunkt.
Loved every minute of our stay here. So peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for Bali but chill ,book this place. This was our third trip to Bali and our favourite villa. The staff are beautiful and so helpful.

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the staff went above and beyond and honestly felt like you were at your own private resort. The views are unreal and the house and pool have everything you need and more! Would 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxury relaxing stay in Bali in a peaceful and private area.
Vi havde et skønt ophold i villaen. Personalet var super venlige og meget imødekommende - poolområdet og poolen var meget lækkert. Putu var en fantastisk guide med stor viden og meget hjælpsom.

It was a heaven in Bali. So relaxed and oeacedul where we were pampered with staff. The staff was wonderful and took care of all our need. The villa was spotless and very beautiful. The food in the villa was nice and made using fresh ingredients. The food price were similar to what you will find in 5 star hotels near by. The property had an amazing view from everywhere. The only thing we did not appreciate much that laundry is chargeable per piece. At the price I would expect laundry either to be free (considering there is a washing machine in the house) or priced as per laundry load instead of per piece system. Apart from it everything else was awesome.
Our stay here was indescribable. We had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice, quiet, and relaxing. However, we wished there had been a washing machine available for us to use instead of having to pay for laundry.

Wow. Could not recommend this place enough. We’ve had an unforgettable stay here and still can’t believe the service we got for how cheap it was. The villa is even more beautiful in real life- pristine and spacious. Wonderful view of the sea. Massive pool. Dinners outside were lovely. The food- especially at evening time for dinner was amazing. Better than most restaurants. The service was the best I’ve ever had. Coming from a 5 star hotel earlier in the trip we were thinking it was going to be a bit of a drop in standards but wow it was phenomenal. Anything they could do to help they would- extremely proactive yet still so discrete and not at all in the way. Genuinely could not recommend this villa enough!!

This place was amazing! Photos don’t do it justice. Really enjoyed the secluded feeling of the villa while still having access to great restaurants and beautiful hikes nearby.
We stayed at Villa Dahlia for two weeks and gosh it did not disappoint. The team and service was amazing and the view from the villa was stunning. Great for families to enjoy the pool and see the beautiful sunsets. If you love fishing this is a spot you will love and don’t hesitate to ask Putu to take you out with the local fishermen (fantastic experience). We will be back. Terima Kasih Xavier and family
Putu and the team at Villa Dahlia were stars. Flexible on pickups (collected us at 0200 and dropped at 0400). Attentive and capable team. Spotless villa. Simple but beautifully executed food. Great spot, good shade and pool. Well organised trips to our briefs. Highly commend. If we come back to Bali we would come here again in a heartbeat
Die Villa Dahlia ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Große Zimmer und Badezimmer wunderschöner Pool megafreundliches Personal, welches den ganzen Tag schaut dass alles sauber und gepflegt ist. Völlig unaufdringlich, aber immer da, wenn man was braucht. Viele Sightseeing sind ungefähr in anderthalb Stunden erreichbar. Wenn der Fahrer Putu keine Zeit hat, organisiert er die Fahrt . Man wird in der Villa mit Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Alle Restaurants im Nachbar Ort organisieren auch Bestellungen oder Hol bzw Bring Dienste. Schwimmen im Meer kann man leider nicht direkt an der Villa. Nächster Strand zum Schwimmen circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
our family loved the beautiful and spacious villa! everything was spotless clean and well taken care of by the very helpful and friendly staff. the pool and outside area was so beautiful and relaxing with the view to the sea. the staff did everything to make us feel home and accommodate our special wishes. the breakfast (especially the pancakes) was fantastic and we really liked the afternoon tea with different pastries that got prepared freshly in the kitchen. we would definitely like to come back one day!
Excellent Villa and fantastic staff. Kadek and Putu were among the many amazing people who helped make our stay amazing. The view and the villa itself were better than advertised. We got massages, had transport, and had multiple meals cooked and delivered - all directly through the villa. The location was good for what we had planned but may be a little remote for others not planning to stay in the area.
Amazing place. Beautiful view of the ocean. 4 big bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Breakfast is great, good bread. Dinner could be a little bit improved imho but that’s the only thing. Putu and Kadek were really nice as well as the rest of the staff. Place was spotless and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. Will definitely come back again!
Wij hebben erg genoten van de villa en alles er bij. Het is echt een plaatje. Wij kwamen er helemaal tot rust. Ze hielden erg rekening met ons toen we onverhoopt wat ziek werden. Het jammere vind ik wel dat er niet veel in de buurt is. Alles moet met de auto. Maar daar was Putu als je hem nodig had. Voor de villa’s op dat stukje zou het beter zijn als ze de weg er naar toe wat meer aanpakken. Een beter bestraat weggetje die verlicht zou zijn zodat je ook even lopend op onderzoek uit kan gaan. Het was verder erg fijn.
We LOVED our stay. It exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our Bali trip. The Villa is gorgeous and the staff are so kind and helpful. It looks amazing in photos but the reality is even better. We are already planning our next trip back.
This was a highlight of our trip. We went diving and snorkeling and everything was taken care for us. The staff was amazing and they also cooked and cleaned for us. Perfect for large groups. We were only three and we were very pampered.
Our whole experience from being picked up by Putu then staying at Tom's magical Villa with the friendly staff had to be one of the best holidays we've had. The location, the friendliness, Putu's knowledge of his surroundings and the way he was always available to take us everywhere and give us such interesting facts about Bali made this holiday so special. The beautiful Villa worked so well for us, their staff took great care of us, the location, the view and the peacefulness contributed to a great holiday. Thank you so much. We will be back.

If you are after a more secluded villa, this is the place for you. The staff and driver are super friendly and so attentive to any possible need. It was a heavenly break! The house, pool and view are spectacular.

Absolutely breathtaking accomodation in old world Bali, the Villa and staff are exceptional. The snorkelling and massages available through Putu and the wonderful Villa staff are experiences we will be talking about for years to come. We will be back, highly recommend

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Villa Dahlia. The kids are already asking to return! The villa staff led by Kadek and the driver Putu were friendly and obliging and kept the villa clean and spotless. We felt relaxed and enjoyed the space and beautiful surroundings. Transport to restaurants was seamless with Kadek liaising the restaurants for reservation and transfers. Danny was always responsive to questions, and we feel very fortunate to have found Villa Dahlia at the price offered. We are looking forward to our next visit!!

Villa Dahlia is a hidden gem. Worth the 90 minute drive, you will be blown away by the size, amenities and million dollar view. The staff will take care of all your needs, while giving you the privacy you want. The location is nearby to snorkelling, stunning beaches, Mt Agung and the pristine nature you come to expect in Bali. Thanks to the staff and driver Putu, we had an unforgettable week - we will be back!
Our long & tiring road trip from Seminyak to Manggis via Ubud & Kintamani was beautifully paid off when all the Dahlia Villa staff welcomed us with fresh watermelon juice & friendly assistance. Their big smiles were definitely contagious to all of us. Pak Putu then leads us for a villa tour, inside & outside. The stunning view makes us not want to blink an eye even for a second. The room and the bathroom are very spacious, the staff clean our room every day. The pool size is perfect and It was kept incredibly clean. The kitchen has complete utensils for cooking and the staff always help us if we need them. The communication was very smooth, Danny remind me about the trip and offer me if we need arrangements from Seminyak to Manggis and if we need breakfast while we stay at Villa Dahlia. We had a wonderful & incredible stay at Dahlia Villa. One of our best ever experiences in welcoming New Year. Counting down from 2021 to 2022 in front of the ocean, under the star & moonlight, and liven up by the horns from ships in the middle of the ocean. When leaving Dahlia, we prefer to say ‘see you soon’ than ‘good bye’ to all staff. We’ll recommend our fam & friends to stay there and feel a magnificent experience. Villa Dahlia was just incredible. The fact that my group of four (two couples) could rent the entire villa and not have to pay what other villas in the area were charging seemed too good to be true. We were all waiting for a catch but, as soon as we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The place is immaculate and offers everything that a small or midsize group needs. What a relaxing stay at Villa Dahlia.
The villa is great! Beautiful front sea view place with a huge pool to relax and look at the sea. The rooms are massive with great beds and linens, we slept so well, like in a 5* hotel. The staff is super nice and discreet. It has very quiet surroundings with only a few fishermen passing by. Awesome place to relax!
WOW. Where do I start.... This place is the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. When my family and I arrived to Padang Bai, via Ferry, they arranged two cars to pick us up (one for luggage, one for us). Driver was very friendly and on time. They allowed us to have an early check in since the place was ready. We arrived to the home and we were immediately blown away. The pictures do this house NO JUSTICE! It’s absolutely breathtaking. The master bedroom we stayed in has a tub that could fit 10 people! The rooms are huge, with big closets and bathrooms. Hot water. Lots of fresh towels. VERY clean. I mean..... I was speechless when doing the walk through upon arrival. But wait... it gets better.... The crew at this house is the greatest. So friendly and helpful. They provide an afternoon snack (ours was fried banana and carrot cake, which was INCREDIBLE) and tea/coffee. They will set up dinner / breakfast / lunch for an additional fee, but trust me when I say the food is amazing!!!! Well worth the money spent, and the views are the best from the dinner table outside! They were able to answer any questions I had! They ordered us alcohol, and had scooters delivered to the house for us while we were out at lunch down the street. The sweetest people. I really appreciate them. They work so hard, and always have a smile on their face! The view from this house... you can’t beat it. I’m definitely coming back the next time I’m in Bali. I’ll ALWAYS come back and stay at this house for a few days. I could go on and on but I’m gonna stop here. BOOK THIS PLACE!! We spent Christmas here and it was by FAR my best decision!!! THANKS SO MUCH for having us!!!!

Wat een fantastisch huis en wat een schitterende ligging! Ik was nog nooit in zo’n bijzonder huis geweest. Het is zelfs indrukwekkender dan op de foto’s En wat een lief en attent personeel! Ontbijt naar wens, water met een truitje erin overdag, gezellig aangeklede thee en koffie s middags. We hebben in drie huizen gelogeerd tijdens onze vakantie, maar villa Dahlia ga ik nooit meer vergeten.
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Dahlia. The property is beautiful and clean, but what made the place truely special was the staff. All the staff at the villa were wonderful and always had smiles on their faces. They couldn't do enough for us and I wish to thank them for it. The pool was also a highlight. The size of it is perfect, as was the water temperature. It was kept incredibly clean. The back garden was also very well maintained, and it was a pleasure spending time in it. Putu, the villa driver, was a great tour guide, and took us on a wonderful morning walking tour through rice patties and villages. He was also kind enough to source some incense I was searching for. Thanks so much. Overall the villa was a great place to relax and unwind, with great food, huge living and sleeping spaces, and wonderful views.
You will be treated amazing here, anything you can think of will be handled and the staff is as friendly as possible. Danny & Lia have great communication and an excellent chef on sight for food.
It was a wonderful holiday at outstanding Villa Dahlia. Really everything was perfect and we enjoyed it a lot! It is even better than the pictures show. Especially the staff is great, helpful, friendly and really good cooking! You don‘t need to go out except for snorkeling;) We‘d love to come back! Highly recommended!

This villa is stunning, exactly as photographed, you won’t be disappointed. So relaxing, didn’t see or hear any neighbours. Just to echo other comments. We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2019 having spent the first 8 days in comfy Villas in Lovina up North. Enjoyable scenic coastal taxi ride down took about 4 hours with a lunch stop. Arrived and met by the very smiley and happy team. So professional - bags all taken away, cold towels and nice cool drink on arrival - then a walk round to decide on room preference as there were only 2 of us. Chose the room on ground floor with great sea views, lovely canopy bed, and outrageously huge round bath - must have been about 6 feet across! Also lovely to hear the sound of the waves to drift off and wake up to. The next 4 days were spent enjoying breakfast being served up, afternoon tea and we opted for a few dinners cooked as well at additional cost, though definitely worthwhile as tasty, well presented and nice to sit by sea and listen to the waves then have a swim in the lovely pool after - all so easy. In fact, we were both so relaxed after this break I think was testament to the way we were looked after. Truly pampered! Would we go again - most definitely. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay just wonderful. They even sang happy birthday and brought down pancakes for breakfast with a candle in for a special birthday - brilliant!
Villa Dahlia was heaven in every way. The location is quiet and secluded but right on the ocean (perfect view). The staff is helpful and kind. The food is fantastic. The Villa is large enough for a big group but worked perfectly for just my husband and me. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay!!!

Much better of what we were expecting, this is a wonderfull place, upon arrival we did not believe this was the place we had reserved, large volumes, super viewd to garden and sea, the staff was just tremendous. can only recommend, hope yto be back in the futue.
We had a great stay at Danny and Lia’s villa. We had a two year old and two adults. The staff were very attentive and offered great service. Whilst the location is a bit isolated we hired a car. The area is pretty quiet so getting around was easy.
Pure luxury accomodation, great service, impeccable staff. Food was delicious, highly recommend dinner options! Kids were accommodated also, with breakfast pancakes a hit. Bathrooms were enormous with biggest bath I have ever seen 😊 Quiet location with easy access to beautiful part of Bali a bit off normal tourist track with best rice paddy fields I've seen (better than ubud I think) we will be back
Hi Danny and Lia, thanks for letting us stay at your amazing villa! The photos don’t do this amazing villa justice. The pool was by far the best pool we have ever seen, so clean and big. The house was always spotless. The staff friendly and the food prepared was yummy. All the advice the girls gave us about where to eat was great and they made it very easy for us because they booked it and arranged transport. The little kids sitting area was great for our little one and our bigger kids loved the great WIFI. The security man was so kind and friendly. All in all the villa was amazing with so many spaces to hang out that we were never on top of each other. We had a great stay! Thanks. Fi

We stayed at Villa Dahlia for 8 days with our family and 1 year old. It is a beautiful place, perfect for relaxing but also great for sightseeing, as many attractions are just about an half hour-1h scooter ride away. Be sure to use the mountain roads as much as you can though as the highway is quite busy with trucks and can be dangerous with everyone being busy overtaking each other. The Villa is very clean and very well looked after and the staff is just lovely. Any question or request you have they will happily look after for you. They did some babysitting for us and organised scooters, trips, dinners from their private chef and take-aways from local restaurants if we wanted to stay in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable and the pool is just amazing. We'd all be very happy to come back one day.
We spent 2 weeks at Villa Dahlia for our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The house is beautiful and the view even more so. The staff were so lovely and took great care of us, we felt so spoiled the entire time. We ate the majority of our breakfasts and dinners at the Villa and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. It was also very easy to organize excursions through the driver. All in all, we loved our stay at Villa Dahlia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of an escape from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Bali!
This is a fabulous villa with a beautiful infinity pool appearing to drop off directly into a massive oceanfront. Pictures are spot on.
From the moment we woke up we knew we were in Paradise. The staff greeted us every morning with 5 star breakfast beside the pool looking at the ocean. The villa driver was amazing, friendly and accommodating our every need. The property is just magical. Better than any top hotel. The whole experience was luxury. We will be back every year. Hi ! We stayed at Danny and Lia's Villa Dahlia for 4 days and it was the best location - quiet and peaceful , away from the hustle and bustle . The staff were courteous and extremely professional . The driver Putu and Kari were very helpful and had some great suggestions to help us out with our planning . The food at the Villa is amazing and watch out for the amazing book collection Danny and Lia have in their Villa . The Villa has been done up very well and you would just want to keep staring out of the pool all day long !

The villa is marvellous,spacious, clean, the view of the ocean is stunning. We enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners at the villa, the chef organised every evening what we would like for the next day.We didn't feel like going any where else for dinner as the food was delicious and so well presented.All the staff were incredible, friendly, we were amazed with all the details they go trough.The driver Putu was amazing, he came to pick us up at the airport and every morning ,he organised tours, he took us white water rafting, snorkelling, elephant ride, visited temples.On our return in late afternoon the staff were welcoming us and prepared afternoon tea with cakes or apple fritters.The staff organised for us to have 4 wonderful massage ladies to come every evening and then we had dinner and enjoyed the pool and the spa.It was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.We definitely recommend the villa Dahlia.

My husband Steven and I celebrated our Honeymoon at Villa Dahlia and it was a experience we will never forget! The staff makes you feel welcome from the minute you arrive, they are there to introduce themselves and all the villa has to offer. The Villa is absolutely STUNNING, top of the line Luxury! For it just being the two of us, we were totally spoiled with all the space, the view, the staff, it was amazing. The bedroom had it's own ac unit which saved us from being uncomfortable. The bathroom was large and gorgeous. The living area was huge with plenty of areas to relax, same with the outdoor lounging options. The pool was clean and relaxing, we took a few days to just hang out in it and let all our stress wash away! The staff at Villa Dahlia takes this paradise to another level. The ladies are so friendly and accomodating. They cleaned our room every morning while we ate breakfast, they served us breakfast on the terrace and any other meal we requested. They were at the Villa till the evening in case there was anything else we needed or wanted. The Chef at the Villa was SPECTACULAR! It was so hard to leave to eat anywhere else because she was so amazing. Everything we had on the menu was delicious, her Chicken Satay, peanut sauce, Gado Gado, my mouth is watering just thinking of it all. She was incredible and accomodating to our request. My husband loves Sambal so she cranked up the heat in his dishes and he was extremely pleased. Finally Putu, the driver made this trip everything to us, he took us on tours we wouldn't have thought of, places we'd never have the opportunity to see if he hadn't suggested it. He was an incredible host, very friendly, very knowledgable and we will never forget how awesome he was with us. In all our honeymoon at Villa Dahlia was everything we'd hoped it would be and so much more. When I look back at all of it though, I will always remember the view from the sliding doors looking out to the ocean at dawn or sunset, all those amazing colors and I'll remember the incredible staff that took care of us and how wonderful they all were to us.

This villa is spectacular! We did not want to leave. It has the breath-taking view with spacious indoor and outdoor area. The immaculate condition of the villa is truly satisfying. We could not relax more by soaking ourselves in the infinite pool. All the staff are very very friendly and helpful. It was really enjoyable to have breakfast by the pool with the ocean view. Villa was wonderful and the perfect end to our trip. All staff were very welcoming and professional and looked after us well. Putu was a great driver, and the snorkelling was good (apart from the Jellyfish that ended up keeping some of the party out of the water). The Pool and views were world class, was wonderful watching the sun set over the hills fro the pool. - best outlook in a Villa I have stayed at on Air BnB. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Villa Dahlia for the first 4 nights of our trip! They organized a driver to pick us up from the airport. We had Putu, who was very helpful and knew every detail of the island. We arrived very late due to our flight, so we met the night guard who patrols the villa. In the mornings, two wonderful ladies cooked us breakfast (not included) and cleaned our rooms and took very good care of our needs. Every single staff there were very sweet and welcoming. The villa was reserved for my mother and I, so we had a huge place all to ourselves! It is very clean, the view of the ocean is phenomenal, and relaxing! The driver putu took us on tour all over the island so we were able to do so much in the time we had! We were more than pleased with our very first trip to Bali. We will definitely be coming back :)
Villa Dahlia is an absolutely stunning property - excellent architecture, gorgeous views, beautiful sounds of the ocean all day make for a real escape from it all. We spent 10 days in March 2013 at the Villa and it was a wonderful experience. The hosts Danny and Lia were extremely helpful and responsive in the reservation process and the staff appointed at the Villa is very professional - they are on call 24/7. After spending 10 days around the island of Bali, we didn't find a better view than the Villa itself. The views, service and space of the villa is much better than any four seasons or Aman resort in Bali. I hope to visit the island again and stay at the Villa! :)
Stunning Villa. Myself and 5 friends had a wonderful time. Staff was very helpful and flexible and the Candidasa is a beautiful, tourist-free area. Would recommend any day of the week.
