Exploring Villa Dwipa | Private pool & cinema left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Villa Dwipa | Private pool & cinema was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Blahbatuh plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Villa Dwipa | Private pool & cinema painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

La casa creata da Ayu e la sua famiglia è esteticamente molto bella e loro sono tutti molto gentili ed ospitali. Ma abbiamo avuto molti problemi a dormire in quanto si sentono tutti i rumori sulla strada vicina di moto, macchine, rumori provenienti da musica etc. Nella stanza da letto non si può fare buio perché non sono presenti tende a tutte le finestre e non c'è condizionatore ma un ventilatore, ci sarebbe molto bisogno di un deumidificatore. I nostri vestiti lasciati nelle valigie o appesi erano completamente bagnati di umidità perché la zona è molto umida in quanto c'è una cascata a pochi metri e non si riesce neanche a dormire bene per l'alto tasso di umidità

Fantastisch mooie huis. Heel erg rustig. Ayu was super aardig. Ze heeft goede tips voor restaurants en winkels. Vader was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker terug. Misschien icm huisje ernaast.

Tout était parfait, Ayu ainsi que sa famille ont étaient au petit soin avec nous 😁 En plus de la villa, Ayu propose une location de scooter (pas cher) qui nous a beaucoup servi ! Son papa ainsi que sa sœur sont également d’une gentillesse incroyable ! On a même eu le droit à un petit déjeuner flottant gratuitement, c’était super 🙏 Le cadre est magnifique, l’écran géant dans le salon le soir est exceptionnel, c’est le top ! Omg you have to book! I’m still in shock about the property . It looks even better than the photos. Ayu is the best. My flight got delayed by 3 hours and I arrived at 1:00 am. Ayu waited and greeted us. She even made us dinner . She is a sweetheart . You definitely have to book ❤️❤️

An Absolute Dream Stay in Paradise! The location is stunning. Blahblathu is a bit outside of Ubud, closer to the jungle and the waterfalls. We really loved living a bit more quietly and closer to the locals instead of being right in the middle of the Ubud hustle. The service was fantastic: we got a welcome drink right away, and every day we could pick our complimentary breakfast in advance. On one day we even got to experience a floating breakfast — an absolute highlight! But the best part of our stay was Ayu and her family, who run the Airbnb. They are incredibly friendly and warm without ever being pushy — you just feel truly welcome. They also have a few sweet dogs that you don't need to be afraid of. We can only warmly recommend this place and would stay with Ayu and her family again anytime!

Es sah sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Und so groß! Das bamboo Haus ist ein Kunstwerk und praktisch. Es hat an nix gefehlt und sie waren sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sehr familiär und trotzdem privat absolut perfekter Ort ich hoffe sehr dass ich bald wieder kommen kann. Alles perfekt !

This villa is honestly like Disneyland for adults! ✨ The bedroom is up in the trees, where you can lie in the net watching birds and squirrels and enjoy the most incredible sunsets. The energy is just amazing. Downstairs there’s a cozy lounge with bean bags, a projector with Netflix, a beautiful outdoor stone bathtub with hot water, and an amazing pool surrounded by nature. The pool gets sun from the morning until around 3pm and even has floaties…absolute heaven! 🌿 It’s a little further from central Ubud, but we loved enjoying slow mornings at the villa and heading into town later. You can also easily order food through Grab and stay in. Most importantly, Ayu and her family are incredibly warm, caring hosts and they have friendly smiling dogs and funny little cat that once rang our door bell. 😂 We’re so grateful we got to experience this special place. Thank you Ayu to help to make it such a beautiful experience for us and we will keep this memory for a life time! ❤️

An exceptional stay with a wonderful host. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the villa was beautiful, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the projector with YouTube and Netflix, which was a lovely touch and made our evenings even more enjoyable. Thank you for your kindness, attention to detail, and for helping us arrange a taxi whenever we needed it. A perfect experience — we highly recommend this place and would love to return again.

We had such a lovely stay at Ayu’s place. Ayu was so easy to communicate with and went out of her way to help us out with anything we needed. She catered for our romantic getaway with a flower bath and decorated the whole place with flower petals and candles. We also used her contacts for massages that we had at the accomodation - the best massages we’ve had for such a reasonable rate. The place feels very private and to have our own pool was amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay just out of Ubud to stay here.

She even recommended us a personal driver throughout our trip and he was amazing as well. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and sent us to some breathtaking restaurants. He was always on time. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The property has a beautiful forest-like atmosphere that makes you feel completely immersed in nature, yet it’s only a short walk from the main road, making it both secluded and convenient. It felt incredibly private and tranquil throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Our host was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They even assisted us with our laundry, which was greatly appreciated during our travels. One of the highlights was that the host was able to arrange an in-house massage for us upon request, which made our stay even more special and relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality and for creating such a lovely retreat. We would happily stay here again in the future!

Ayu and her family were so welcoming throughout our stay. They helped us feel like home and were always respectful. The Villa was very clean and organized and I love the way they constantly kept the area clean. The decoration for our Honeymoon was the best and also breakfast was good. This was by far the best air bnb I’ve stayed at and I’ll definitely be visiting again.

What a beautiful villa! 😍 We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Ayu was super accommodating and made sure our vegetarian breakfast requests were taken care of every morning 🌱 Thank you! The vibes in the house were really lovely, especially in the mornings with all the birds singing around us 🐦 It felt so peaceful and refreshing. Yes, you’ll hear some insect sounds and might even spot a few (it is surrounded by trees after all 🌳), but that’s exactly what you sign up for when you choose a place like this in nature. We had no issues with it! Overall, we had a really great time there. The only small downside is that it’s about 45 minutes to Ubud, which might feel a bit far if you’re planning to go there every day. Personally, I was totally fine with it, but just something to keep in mind! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a serene escape ✨

The villa looked exactly like the photos, which made arriving even more special. It truly felt like a little paradise: clean, surrounded by nature, and thoughtfully enclosed, creating a very safe and serene environment. Ayu was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with my late check-in time she made sure I was welcomed and settled in comfortably, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. Her family, who live next door, were also so warm and welcoming, adding a genuine, personal touch to the experience. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and laundry services were available for an additional charge, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a beautiful, tranquil place to unwind, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Ubud.

Beautiful villa with stunning gardens and private pool. We made use of the projector every evening for a movie night on Netflix which was also included. It was very clean and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. They were able to do our laundry and even helped repair some of my damaged clothes. There is a shop 2 min walk up the road for snacks and drinks. We ordered Grab food delivery every evening which was very easy. Thank you Ayu and family for a lovely stay 💓

Firstly I wanted to say thank you me and my friend had a wonderful stay. The villa was owned by a family. They are super catering toe everything and very very nice!! They live next door so you can contact them anytime. The villa was lovely, well equipped! Love the features - swimming pool / outdoor bath / the outdoor theatre. And how much spaces there are around the villa! It was really clean. Surrounded by nature, saw fireflies, and cute cats coming in your garden Would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing I’d mention is - on air BnB it says it’s very very private - but it wasn’t as some spot when you are standing on the balcony in the bedroom by the net where you can lay down - you are exposed to the road at the back. And farmer next door. So be careful if you do walk around not clothed haha :) They provided incense. Mossy sprays around the villa. A few little things could be scrubbed up to make it perfect (little touches) but over all enjoyed this!!

Ayu and her brother and parents who help in running the Airbnb together were all such wonderful people. I made a wonderful kitty every night and they had the smiliest doggies 🩷 the place was extremely clean and well furnished, the pool was even better than the pics and the breakfast every morning was delicious (western/asian options) - was very easy to wfh from - will definitely be back for such a private romantic stay 🥰

来巴厘岛一共住了三家酒店，Ayu villa是我在巴厘岛住过性价比最高的！这里不是市中心但打车方便，附近也有超市餐馆。适合想要在别墅中悠闲放松的旅游人士。 来之前很担心巴厘岛的水质不好所以自己带了有过滤功能的花洒，5天后过滤器依然干净。房屋内有饮水机，可以喝到干净的矿泉水。最重要的是饮水机有热水功能！中国人离不开热水，所以在看到热水的那一刻我得到了救赎！ 早餐实在是太好吃了😋房东的做饭水平应该去开餐馆。早饭比我在巴厘岛吃的很多餐厅的味道要更好！ 别墅很大，房子很漂亮，并且和图片一模一样！是怎么拍照都漂亮的villa。而且房东一家人都特别特别热情和善良。下次来巴厘岛我还会选择这里的！希望Ayu一家越来越好，越来越富裕。最好以后开个小餐馆，这样就能一直在villa里待着不用出门了。😋😋

Ayu es encantadora! Te ayuda y te recibe con una sonrisa. La villa es una pasada de bonita y la tranquilidad y vistas no son comparables! Hemos pasado Nochevieja y Año nuevo allí y ha sido todo un acierto! El desayuno riquísimo y abundante. Sin duda el mejor alojamiento que hemos tenido ! Zona tranquila en medio de la naturaleza donde el sonido y las vistas relajan un montón

This is such a beautiful place! In Bali sometimes the photos are much better than the actual accomodation but in this case the accomodation is even more beautiful than the photos. Ayu is a great and friendly host, what really stood out is her ambition for natural conservation. The pool was larger than we expected and being able to watch a movie with the projector was very unique. We’d love to come back!

Such a wonderful stay! Ayu was incredibly kind and hospitable. I stayed in multiple Airbnbs during my trip, and this was the only one that offered breakfast every morning, and it was absolutely delicious. The villa itself was a dream: peaceful, beautiful, and so thoughtfully maintained. The only minor downside was the occasional nighttime smell from the cows next door, but Ayu provided plenty of incense, which helped a lot. My boyfriend also coordinated with Ayu to have the bedroom and bathtub decorated for my birthday, and it turned out stunningly. He said she made the whole process simple and fun to plan. I’m very grateful for my stay here, truly a memorable experience.

By far our favorite accommodation we stayed at on our honeymoon!! Ayu was incredible, she provided the most amazing breakfasts, had a moped rental available that we used all week, helped me translate a menu for a restaurant we were interested in, and was just all around such a wonderful host. We will definitely be back because of this host and the property was like a dream, so lush and green with the pool and architecture of the space, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Pictures do not do this place justice. The place is amazing, you have complete privacy and feel like you're in nature while still having the comforts of the city. I was well taken care of by Ayu and her family and thank them for their generous hospitality. Breakfast was amazing as well! Aside from pre-planned activities, I did not leave the villa during my 3 day stay. Ayu was also very responsive and provided guides on places to visit & information on nearby amenities which was well appreciated. She also put me in contact with a driver who was very helpful and brought me to the main touristy sites, as well as the airport afterwards. She is receptive and accommodating to all requests, even able to have a masseuse come to the villa and accommodate my breakfast requests. I will definitely be back!

Wir haben eine Nacht im Baumhaus übernachtet und waren von Anfang an begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft hat man gespürt, wie herzlich und warm die ganze Familie ist – wir wurden sofort freundlich begrüßt und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Baumhaus selbst war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bot einen unglaublichen Ausblick direkt in den Dschungel. Das Geräusch der Natur, die Atmosphäre und das gesamte Ambiente machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn ihr auf Bali seid und ein echtes Dschungel-Feeling erleben wollt, können wir diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen!

Ayu was an amazing host! Every morning she greeted us with a delicious breakfast. It was my boyfriend’s birthday during our stay, and she helped me plan a surprise dinner for him. She and her family — even their dogs and cats — were so kind and welcoming. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and felt like our own private retreat. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, vor allem das schwebende Frühstück im Pool und die gesamte Unterkunft einfach nur win Traum. No tenemos palabras para describir la estancia con Ayu. Fuimos a pasar unos días por nuestra luna de miel y todo fue impecable. La casa es aún mejor que las fotos. La atención de Ayu y su familia fue en todo momento brillante. La zona, por su cercanía con la naturaleza también es increíble. Las cascadas preciosas a tan sólo 10 minutos en moto. La estancia no ha podido ser mejor y la recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Gracias por todo a Ayu y su familia.

Je recommande sans hésitation la villa en Bamboo. Ayu et sa famille sont des personnes extrêmement gentilles, attentionnées et toujours prêtes à aider. Ils nous ont accompagnés avec bienveillance jusqu’à la dernière minute de notre séjour. La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! Avec ma femme, nous avons profité d’un séjour paisible et relaxant dans un cadre verdoyant et très bien entretenu. Le plus grand avantage : la villa est idéalement située, proche des principaux sites touristiques d’Ubud, tout en étant facilement accessible pour les livreurs et les chauffeurs Grab ou Gojek. Un grand merci à Ayu et à sa famille pour leur accueil chaleureux ,nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We had an amazing stay, we used the pool and watched movies and read and visited recommended waterfall - to catch-up on needed rest and relaxation. Everything was as described and Ayu goes beyond to help with anything whatsoever. The treehouse is unique and the features like the hammock, the property, the pool, breakfast, massage were great! Ayu’s spot is absolutely stunning. The entire family is very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay and wished we had booked more time here! The pool is amazing, and it’s way bigger than it appears in the photos so that was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the top balcony for some early morning yoga and had a lovely movie night with the screen and projector! We didn’t find there were many mosquitos and no bugs that bothered us in this open air concept living. They even offered laundry services while we were there. We had such a wonderful stay at this villa! Our host was truly outstanding—so responsive, helpful, and thoughtful both before and during our trip. She went above and beyond with recommendations and arrangements, and we couldn’t have done the trip w/o her support. The villa itself is beautiful and unique. The open-air design made it feel so relaxing and connected to nature, while the enclosed upstairs bedroom with air conditioning was perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep. The hammock view was gorgeous, and winding down in the evenings with the projector and Netflix was incredibly calming. It’s a very serene place to be. A couple of things to note: being near cows means occasional manure smells, and there are a few neighborhood dogs outside the gate that bark or follow along the road. They never harmed us, but it’s good to know. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. Between the peaceful setting, the unique design, and the amazing host, this was the highlight of our trip!

We spent 5 amazing days at Ayu’s place, and staying in a bamboo house like this truly felt like a dream come true. Every detail was carefully thought out for our comfort, and the design was simply really beautiful. You’ll have a big space and a pool all to yourself, (and optional waterfall downstairs) felt very private, while Ayu’s family is always nearby if you need anything. Run by a lovely small family business living in the next building, Ayu, her brother, and her father were always ready to help. Ayu was also such a kind host, sharing tips, cultural background, and even inviting us to a family wedding - which touched us deeply. It felt more like visiting friends than just staying in an Airbnb. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return if we visit the area again.

Extremely private and beautiful property , completely made of Indonesian bamboo but still equipped with modern amenities . The host Ayu is completely welcoming and can arrange massage or floating breakfast at request . Perfect for movie nights as well with large projector and cosy beds. Must visit when in ubud .

A dream of location. A dream of friendly and helpful staff. Ayu herself is always on point and extremely friendly. She is always pro-active asking about your wishes. The woman, sorry I not know her name, bringing the breakfast is super friendly, too. You will not feel like on holiday, but feel like in paradise♥️ I have seen some negative reviews, but have to say, that those people are just idiots. 2 negative reviews about, they couldn’t find Ayu by mobile. Her mobile number is on the Airbnb site. If you are too stupid to find it… ask her via Airbnb messaging, where she answers latest within 10 minutes. When I called her via phone, she immediately picked it up, too. So no clue about those 2 stupid negative reviews. A third negative review was about having issues to get a taxi. Well, on a public holiday you might have an issue all over Bali getting a taxi. This has nothing to do with the location and last but not least: Ayu is open to act like a taxi, too. Long, short: It is a paradise ♥

Ayu et sa famille sont adorables toujours réactif pour nous conseiller ou nous aidez. Par exemple elle nous a fait venir des masseuse directement sur place c’était génial. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, nous avons beaucoup de choix. C’était vraiment des vacances formidable merci encore 🙏🏻

We stayed at Ayu's for 3 nights and had a beautiful experience. Right from the time the booking was made to the time we checked out, it was a wonderful experience. I had made a few additional requests to Ayu which she happily accommodate. The location itself is as in the picture...nice and quite. Having the entire property to yourself and the private pool just made is super special. Ayu also ensure that our dietary requirements were met with the breakfast and ensure we had a good mix of fruits. Fresh coconuts from their own place were nice touch. Ayu also recommended a local guide who showed us around and took care of the travel and bookings. Overall I would recommend Ayu's place to anyone looking to spend some quality time away from the hustle of the main areas.

Ayu is a wonderful host who made sure everything was perfect, from delicious homemade breakfasts to great local tips. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. It's a bit tucked away, which adds to the serenity—ideal if you're looking to relax but still close enough to explore Ubud and nearby sights. I would recommend renting your own vehicle to get around. Well, what can I say. Ayu’s place was out of this world, the pictures did not do it justice! Ayu and her family were extremely welcoming. The accommodation was private and the breakfast was good! We booked for two nights and to be honest, I wished we booked for longer!!

If you need a perfect stay in Bali, this is the one. Words can’t describe how beautiful this place was and even more how much of a nice host Ayu is. She responds instantly and even went to pick up our lost wallet in ubud. Truly the perfect experience for anyone who wants a peaceful getaway in Bali.

The best holiday I can ever imagine is to wake up with bird chirping surrounded and all of the greeneries in your eyes. This is what Ayu's place was like. Amazing villa with everything I could and could not imagine, will definitely come back again!!

Ayu’s home was a beautiful private getaway! It looks even better than the photos, and is truly a one of a kind place. Ayu herself is sunshine in human form! She really went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay: bringing us breakfast of our choice every morning, giving us local recommendations, and her family helping us with our luggage when checking out. Some notes that are fully unrelated to Ayu and her place but worth mentioning: - there are quite a few mosquitos, more so as the villa is next to a standing body of water. Ayu provides lots of bug spray and great mosquito-preventing tools but it is something to keep in mind as the entirety of the villa is outdoors. - the location is not far from Ubud, although we would recommend planning to get a driver as it was not always easy to get gojek/grab cars to/from the villa. Just something we wish we planned for! Overall would highly recommend staying at Ayu’s for a once in a lifetime experience! Thank you!!

Ayu and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. She helped on anything we wanted. Also Ayu’s villa is quite private with a spectacular architecture and a very wide garden. It has been a great choice, will also choose again definitely when we are back to Ubud area. It is a 20 mins taxi drive to Ubud center, easy location yet still very quite and private with no noise around. Especially liked all the facility opportunities like fast wifi, a great projection tv as well as a very nice pool and outdoors bathroom. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Villa Dwipa Bu Ayu! The villa was amazing for relaxing, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful swimming pool that made the stay even more special. This was an amazing experience to stay in this bamboo house. Owner make everything for comfortable staying, they make a lot for to protect guests from mosquitoes. The villa is half open but we felt like in normal house. My girlfriend had an allergic reaction for some fruit here and host help her with a proper ointment. Breakfast here was really good, nice welcome drink, big garden just for your staying. We spent really great time here.

Ayu is a fantastic host and a beautiful human. She went above and beyond to help us with everything, she organised a driver from the airport (that could fit our surf boards), told us where to find an ATM, how to call a GRAB car, her dad even gave us an impromptu guided walk through the paddy fields. The place is beautiful and has everything you'll need, it even has a mini bar. We were worried we were too far from Ubud but it's really easy to get a Grab car to take you there and once you've been in the traffic of Ubud you'll be glad you're coming back to this tranquil haven. This was the perfect place to wind down and chill at the end of our holidays. Thank you Ayu and to your family too.

Ayu is an amazing host. I couldn't sleep and needed an item late at night. She responded within minutes and provided the item. She is so friendly and super helpful. I felt at ease. The place is amazing and out of the ordinary. If I ever visit this place again, even if it's for one night, I will do it all over.

Auch wenn wir sehr spät erst angekommen sind, wurden wir von Ayu und ihrem Mann sehr nett und gastfreundlich begrüßt. Ayu was very responsive and helpful. Her whole family operates the AirBnB together, they were all very nice and sweet. I really like the breakfast Ayu provided, but do note that the portion is quite big so if you are planing to eat something else, maybe just get one for two people. The outdoor bathtub was really nice as well, it was so spacious and had enough hot water. The room has everything we needed, or even things we didn’t expect they would provide, like yoga mats and TWO Bluetooth speakers 🔊

We stayed here for three nights and I really wish we had booked for longer! The property itself is massive, it is incredible, beautiful and so well maintained. It was spotless inside and out and was very clearly taken care of extremely well. There was lots to do near by we went to the rice terraces, hiked Mount Bataur and went to some lovely restaurants. The entire experience was made even more special by our host Ayu, she was so responsive and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. Ayu spoke with us about local activities as well as traditions in Bali which we both found incredibly interesting and loved learning about, she even gave us incenses to light around the villa which was so lovely. We felt right at home here and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in or near Ubud! Ayu’s villa will be everything you could want and more! And she has the friendliest doggies which are so cute! Thank you so much!

Wir waren in mehreren Airbnbs auf Bali, doch das war von allen das beste! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Ayu und ihre Familie sind wirklich super freundlich! Sie helfen einem wo es nur geht! This place exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful, this is the place for you. Not to mention Ayu is very welcoming and will always check in on you to make sure everything is great. As a solo female traveller, there was no point where i felt unsafe, this place felt like a home away from home and i didn’t want to leave! Booking 1 night here was my biggest regret, i wish i spent my whole holiday here. Everything you need, Ayu tries her best to provide. This place deserves nothing but 5 stars. WOW! What a great place. As soon as you step into the accommodation it has a great feel, everything is just as described and so peaceful and chilled. We had a lovely few days at Ayus bamboo house. It’s exactly like the pictures - authentic and beautiful. The garden around the villa made us feel like living in the jungle. We also enjoyed the splash noises from the waterfall nearby. If you have a light sleep then you’ll need some earplugs because of the surrounded noises from nature and village. What was really fascinating and amazing was that pretty all time there was one person of Ayu’s kind family sitting outside infront of the villa in a little reception to keep an eye on everything. Gave us a safe feeling. If you want a nature-experience then rent this villa 🌴🌱🎋

Das war meine allerschönste Unterkunft in ganz Indonesien! Es war einfach traumhaft! Leider habe ich nur 2 Nächte dort gebucht .. beim nächsten Mal wird es bestimmt länger werden! Vielen Dank Ayu für alles! Auch einen herzlichen Dank an deine Eltern!

Auch das Frühstück war lecker und Ayu war total flexibel mit den Uhrzeiten. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, aber ist ein absoluter Ruhepol. Klare Empfehlung!! This is probably the most impressive place I have ever been to. Ayu and her family make you feel right at home and are very attentive and nice. The garden and surroundings are outstanding and you can hear the river from the house. There is a lot of privacy and as soon as you need something they will help you. You can rent there a motorbike. I highly recommend this house. It is a treasure!

Diese Unterkunft ist gerade einmal ein Jahr alt und wirkt als wäre sie noch kaum bewohnt gewesen. Sie ist absolut ein “hidden gem”! Ayu ist zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und ihre Familie unterstützt ebenfalls bei allem und stellt über Nacht sogar eine Security. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und bietet tolle Ausblicke. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist zwar nicht viel aber wer ein paar Nächte Ruhe haben will, wird es lieben! Perfekt für den Social Media Feed. Das Bad ist riesig und total modern. Einzig beim Bett sehe ich etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Etwas klein für Personen über 190 und das Mückennetz beengt zusätzlich ist aber dringend notwendig. Das Schlafzimmer wird trotz des aufgestellten Klimageräts leider nie so ganz kalt aber das sind wirklich keine ernsthaften Einschränkungen bei so einer perfekten Unterkunft!

I honestly cannot recommend this stay enough! The place is great, very clean, surrounded by nature and so peaceful! The extra surprise is the river and the small waterfall. I could sit for hours just listening to the birds and water stream! I was supposed to stay 3nights and extended an extra night to enjoy the villa a little more! Ayu and her family are such amazing hosts, very professional, kind, and caring! I felt a little sick during my stay -caught a cold- and she went and got me medication and everything I needed even though she didn’t have to. Great place, great people!

Beautiful bamboo villa nestled in a serene and picturesque location! Ayu and her family was very welcoming and we felt safe throughout our stay. Communication with Ayu was great and she is quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended!

Ayu und ihre Familie haben sich sehr lieb um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Dschungelvilla ist wirklich ein einzigartiger Ort und es ist eine Einmalige Erfahrung dort zu übernachten. Nach Ubud braucht man ca. 30 Minuten.

Nous avons passés deux nuits dans un cadre idyllique. L’endroit était bien au-delà de ce que nous pensions avoir. Tout était parfait. La communication avec Ayu s’est très bien passée. Elle et sa famille sont des personnes adorables et d’une gentillesse sans égale. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Foncez sans aucune hésitation. Ayu sera répondre à toutes vos demandes.

a very unique experience staying in Ayu's place and we love every bit of this place well equiped and organized environment, not the resort/hotel type of place but still giving such a relaxing vibe for vacation and Ayu's and her family's hospitality definitely brightens our trip quite some distance from ubud market but traffic is so much better around the area, and nearer to the other tourist spots do expect some insects but mosquito repellents are provided, and this is inevitable if you choose to stay here and get closer to the nature, but it is stil worth it

Séjour INOUBLIABLE, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Le cadre est juste magnifique, propre grands. Le meilleur lieux qu'on est eu pendant notre séjour à Bali. Ayu, est une femme très agréable, gentille et bienveillante, nous avons pu faire la connaissance de ses parents, très charmant et chaleureux. We were really blown away at this place! Check in with Ayu and her family was so welcoming and the accomodation really is something out of a fairy tale! All the facilities you could need and an incredible Bali experience. Good location to waterfalls, pool clubs, shops, attractions! We loved every second!

We had a lovely time here at this this villa! The villa is an authentic treehouse with modern amenities and surrounded by a large lush tropical garden. You have amazing views. The host, Ayu and her family are extremely kind, helpful and informative. Make sure you ask them for tips on what on activities and sights to see around ubud. We really enjoyed our stay here. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you Ayu!

Beautiful paradisiacal place. An experience we don't want to miss. It is the perfect place to relax with absolute privacy in the middle of nature. View from the bed in the morning simply stunning. We loved the glassdoor!! Bathtub (at night) just amazing. Everything is very clean and wonderfully maintained. Ayu and her parents are the nicest and helpful people. We had a great breakfast and small Indonesian delicacies included every morning. You don't need to worry too much about the insects (there are some, but definitely manageable). I highly recommend this place to enjoy the peace and quiet. We had many nice accommodations in Bali but this was the nicest of all.

Wow, what an absolutely incredible air bnb. The house is stunning and Ayu and her family went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day. Ayu organised a motorbike for us and researched the closest place for us to find wine, as well as provided a lovely breakfast each morning. The stay has been a highlight of our 5 months travelling :)

Ich hab den Aufenthalt so unglaublich sehr genossen! Ayu und ihr Team haben mich so herzlich begrüßt & mir bei allem geholfen was ich brauchte. Weil ich alleine unterwegs war, haben sie besonders auf mich aufgepasst und er Vater hat nachts sogar wache gehalten! Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt! Ich kann diese Unterkunft einfach jedem empfehlen, egal ob alleine, als Pärchen oder als Freunde. Ich fand es so schade, dass ich nur 2 Nächte dort geblieben bin. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Bali sa essere un posto caotico ma Ayu e la sua famiglia sono riusciti a creare un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, la casa è stupenda, più bella dal vivo che in foto, la mamma di Aju la benedice ogni mattina con fiori profumatissimi e incensi, facendo assaporare anche a chi vi soggiorna cosa significhi essere balinesi, attraverso i piccoli gesti, il papà di Ayu fa da guardiano, manutentore e giardiniere, entrambi sono due bellissime persone! Ayu é una ragazza giovane ma altamente professionale, ci ha colpito per la sua dolcezza, disponibilità, flessibilità e accoglienza, siamo ripartiti a malincuore, ma sappiamo che se un giorno torneremo a Bali avremo un posto dove stare, che ci farà sentire a casa!

What can I say about Villa Dwipa by Ayu… BOOK NOW. This place is amazing!! I went for a birthday solo trip and she went ABOVE and beyond with birthday decorations for my photoshoot at the Villa. I didn’t have to even leave the establishment- if I needed something staff/ Ayu would gladly go pick up anything I needed. She made sure I was comfortable and felt safe and I had the pleasure of attending a ceremony with her family. As a solo traveler, she made sure I enjoyed myself and accompanied me to places that she recommended. I can’t say how thankful I am to have had such an amazing time with her and her family and all recommendations. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I would definitely book here again and again and again. Ayu and her family as well as Bali has a special place in my heart. We had a fantastic stay at Ayu’s place! Both her and her family were so kind and helpful during our trip and were quick to reply to any questions we had. Because the place is entirely open, we had some issues with mosquitoes and ants which we managed by using mosquito repellent.

We had the best time at Ayu's villa! Her place is an absolute gem, beautiful surroundings, private, super clean, all the amenities working well. Ayu is the best host, extremely friendly and flexible, she made us very comfortable and was super responsive. The booking included a delicious local meal everyday for the time we were there! She also organised a scooter hire for us for 100000/day and lead us to a nearby waterfall which was very sweet of her. I recommend anyone to stay at Ayu's villa and I'll be bragging to my friends about it too😜

Ayu’s place is such an amazing experience! The place design is so beautiful and interesting and the organization of the spaces is very relaxing. Me and my husband loved staying here. Ayu and her family have gone above and beyond to help us with our stay. From welcoming us at the airport, to arriving at the home, to getting us safely in taxis, and showing us around town. Ayu was responsive and kind, making us feel very welcomed. Her home was absolutely stunning, we did not want to leave and could’ve spent all our time there. The location had everything from nearby markets, gas station, atm, and restaurant. I most definitely plan to come back to this beautiful home and bring many friends and family.

Prachtige privé villa! Het is op een prima afstand van Ubud dus wij gingen savonds daar leuk eten. De villa is echt fantastisch mooi en Ayu is echt zo lief! De villa is lekker groot en open en je kan je er prima vermaken een hele middag.

Private and peaceful villa!!! I stayed for 3nights, that was precious moment in my life. The room is super clean and very comfortable. Ayu and her families are friendly and helpful. Such a magical breathtaking peaceful place, with such a lovely and friendly host. Words cannot describe. It’s a nice small family business, while father is providing the safety of guests, and Ayu great hospitality. This place is VERY unique, romantic and private. It even leads to a waterfall in the backyard. If you love the nature, this place is for you! The breakfast is freshly homemade and we would recommend the traditional breakfast (rice, fruits). This place with Ayu and her family is magical. I can’t recommend this experience enough . From start to finish it was perfect . Ayu is the perfect hostess nothing was to much trouble. I cant say enough good things about this place. First of all Ayu is an AMAZING host. She’s responsive, attentive and will help you with ABSOLUTELY anything you need. The bnb is exactly as pictured and honestly even more beautiful than one can imagine. It is a bamboo villa so expect to be IN nature. If you’re someone who is scared of bugs like I am, it is surprisingly not a HUGE issue. There were a few insects but the mosquito net keeps them out of the bed and I only encountered one insect that got into the room through the bamboo. For an open concept airbnb that is honestly so impressive. Such a beautiful place, I 100% recommend!!

I really enjoyed our 2 nights at this lovely bamboo villa! It’s so close to nature but you still have many of your modern conveniences. The villa is well kept, I noticed the mirror and glass panels are spotless. The villa has locks in place but Ayu’s dad (a lovely pak) will station himself outside the villa and do patrols at night. A lot of things were well thought out for the guests. What I appreciate the most is Ayu herself. She is always responsive and accommodating. Prior to my stay, I had her to arrange a driver for me and I made last minute changes to the itinerary. On day 2, we had to wake up at 2am for our sunrise tour so we’ll give breakfast a miss. She actually said we could have lunch instead. She will be there to welcome you in person when you check in and see you off when you check out. We will definitely be back here!

We had an AMAZING stay at ayu’s bamboo house, she and her family were so nice and charming, the house is way more beautiful than the pictures, amazing view in the heart of the jungle, she served us a delicious Balinese breakfast and was asking about our preferences every day. The house has all the equipments you’re going to need, even mosquito’s repulsive which is a must have in Bali. She even proposed a driver from the airport to the house (cheaper than the other transportations). The driver Adi was Ayu’s cousin, and he also was the kindest, he proposed tour guides all over bali and took amazing pictures for us. Well, 5 stars for everything, it was our honeymoon and we had the best decoration. We truly recommend this place !!

We got married here! Ayu’s place is simply beautiful. The house is stunning, the grounds are huge and beautiful. Everything is extremely well maintained, clean and very private. The location of Ayu’s place is perfect. You can be a the beach in 13 minutes or Ubud in 20 mins. It’s so convenient to so many things. It’s perfect for a multi-day stay. Best of all, Ayu, her family and staff are amazing. Ayu ended up being the officiant of our wedding. Her mom was helped decorate and host. They made our special day perfect. They were so warm and helpful. We now feel like we have a Balinese family. Thank you for everything and we highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Wat een waanzinnig mooie en fijne plek. De liefde voor deze plek is voelbaar in alles. De perfecte afwerking. De aandacht voor details en de persoonlijke aandacht van Ayu tijdens mijn verblijf. ik had een fiets gehuurd via Ayu en kon daardoor heel gemakkelijk overal naar toe. de watervallen, tempels en het strand waren goed bereikbaar op de fiets. Als je deze review leest twijfel niet langer en boek. Je zult geen spijt krijgen. Voor mij was deze plek perfect. Weg uit de drukte, recht de stilte in. Mediteren onderaan de rivier, daarna een waanzinnig ontbijt geregeld door Ayu, fietsen naar de watervallen waar ik vaak helemaal alleen was. en ontmoetingen met prachtige mensen. Villa Dwipa, Ayu en haar familie hebben mijn hart gestolen. Als ik weer inde buurt ben hoef ik geen seconde te twijfelen waar ik ga verblijven. hier!!!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Ayu and her family surpassed all imaginations of Balinese hospitality. The place is breathe taking with a side gate and a small walk down to the river. It’s situated in a small community so I would recommend getting hiring a bike, which Ayu is happy to sort. Walking is possible but very sweaty as I found out! I was in the search of a tranquil place to do some writing whilst looking out on some beautiful views and Ayu’s villa couldn’t of been more perfect. I messaged her before hand to see if it was possible to rent a guitar and she had one waiting for me on arrival. I was by myself for these 5 nights in quite a secluded area (which is what I was after) but Ayu went above and beyond, to show me around her village, went for dinner with me on the first night and took me to her temple to make an offering. I couldn’t speak more highly of my experience and of Ayu as a host. If you book this place you will not regret it and will want to recommend to all!

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived outside from our host and her kind family plus a cute cat. The house was very clean and everything had a very luxurious and comfortable feel. Expect to be served a delicious traditional Balinese breakfast in the morning! The place exceeded well beyond our expectations especially when you compare it with its price! This place is highly recommended by us.

Die Unterkunft verdient mehr als nur 5 Sterne und ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage zwischen Reisfeldern und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht und haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden bestens mit Café, Tee und am nächsten Morgen mit einem Frühstück versorgt. Ayu ist super zuvorkommend und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war top. Alles in allem eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in Bali und wir würden uns freuen einmal wieder zu kommen.
