Exploring Villa Jocelyne - Luxury Bamboo Villa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Villa Jocelyne - Luxury Bamboo Villa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Villa Jocelyne - Luxury Bamboo Villa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Super lækker villa, som på billederne. Der var få men virkelig gode restauranter i området. Personalet super imødekommende og hjælpsomt. Vi fik morgenmad som var lækkert tilberedt og kokken super venlig. Gå afstand til hovedgade med butikker, massage og ATM Pepito supermarked lå tæt på, og øl i villa var næsten samme pris. Vandet i poolen var dog koldt og der var ikke meget sol ved poolen, og så var der gammelt slikpapir under sengen, hvilket manageren dog sørgede for blev fjernet ved førstkommende rengøring.
Our stay at Jocelyn villa was magical. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Whatever we needed the host provided. We were truly spoiled. The service provided was similar to a hotel stay. Our villa was cleaned every day, filtered and bottled water was provided. There were many other options available for us to choose from. Anyway, book it. You will not regret your stay.

Nuestra familia de cinco personas ha disfrutado de una estancia maravillosa en esta magnífica villa de Ubud, villa Jocelyne ………La casa es, en sí misma, un prodigio de diseño y calidez. Las habitaciones con la ducha exterior son increíbles. La piscina es espectacular, perfecta para refrescarse y relajarse; el barrio, es tranquilo y muy seguro. Todo estaba espectacularmente limpio y ordenado con muchos detalles propios de un anfitrión preocupado por sus huéspedes…. Poder disfrutar de esta villa y compartir vinos y conversaciones en la cocina y el salón, abiertos a un magnífico patio con jardín y piscina, ha hecho que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Agradecemos enormemente a los anfitriones y al equipo de mantenimiento de la casa su amabilidad, atención y hospitalidad. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Flo, que estuvo guiándonos y ayudándonos en todo momento. ¡Flo, eres un gran cazador !!¡Muchísimas gracias!

We were all shocked (family of 4 plus grandparents) at just how amazing the house was. A truly unique and beautiful place nicknamed paradise in Ubud! The hosts and housekeeper were just fantastic. We loved it. A once in a lifetime experience. Thank you 🙏🏻
amazing place for a decent amount
Exceptional Balinese villa and staff. From start to finish this booking exceeded our expectations. The villa architecture is a masterpiece in itself. You won’t want to leave. Our breakfast cook was amazing and our Indonesian dinner was fabulous. We got in house massages several times all set up by staff. I want to go back for a month just to relax more! I would not hesitate to book this property-thank you to the team of Villa Jocelyne!
This was the nicest accommodations I’ve stayed at in all of my travels. The place is beautiful, above and beyond what the pictures show. Hosts were great, helpful with check in and communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Peaceful location that is close to everything you need in Ubud. Would definitely recommend and come back!
딱 제가 원하는 숙소였어요 2층엔 해먹도 있고 너무 이뻐요 약간의 단점은 조명이 좀 어둡습니다 수온도 적당하고 저녁에 사진 찍으면 너무 이뻐요 :) 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다

WOW!! The pictures don’t truly capture how awesome this villa is. Truly unique stay with hotel like experience with daily cleaning! Relaxing pool, perfect evening lighting. Family of 4 and everyone loved every detail, from the cool doors to the bridge, or the turtle in the pool. It’s hard to leave! Would return and highly recommend. Easy to get rides to restaurants and host very accommodating.

Villa Jocelyne is truely amazing!! From the moment you walk in you are immediately blown away. The villa is a private oasis's in central ubud. I can not think of where to start to describe this place, but if you have the opportunity to book and stay do not hesitate. Highly recommended
这是我旅行这么久，第一次这么用心写民宿评价，因为这家店真的值得满分推荐！ 刚踏入房间就被惊艳到，屋子装修精致又温馨，每一处陈设、每一个角落都经过精心布置，格调十足，不管是客厅、卧室还是小阳台，都美得像画报，随手一拍就是氛围感大片，光是待在房间里就觉得无比治愈。老板的用心藏在每一个细节里，大到家具软装的搭配，小到马桶里的除臭香珠、洗漱台的齐全用品，所有细节都完善到极致，完全考虑到了客人的所有需求，这种被细致照顾的感觉太难得。 老板更是温柔又贴心，全程服务无微不至，入住前耐心核对所有信息，入住后随时提供帮助，有任何问题都第一时间回应，处处为客人着想。担心遇上下雨天气出行不便，特意提前准备了私厨，足不出户就能吃到可口的餐食，暖心又省事；还专门准备了适合拍照打卡的BBQ场地，休闲娱乐的需求全都满足，不管是朋友小聚还是休闲度假都再合适不过。 在这里没有丝毫陌生感，反倒像回到家一样舒适自在，从环境到服务都无可挑剔，性价比超高。真心推荐给所有来旅行的朋友，下次再来一定会首选这家，这样用心的民宿，值得被更多人发现！
I cannot properly describe quite how special this place is.... safe to say you will not regret booking it! We stayed for Nyepi and the staff were amazing at helping us to be prepared. We had an amazing bbq package that kept us fed for 2 days and great advice on local amenities and even 2 bikes with child seats available to us for free. The house and pool are just stunning, amazing architecture and some really lovely touches in terms of modern creature comforts. exceptional value for money! Thank you Rini and Arnaud, for a wonderful stay!
This house was absolutely spectacular! My jaw dropped the second I walked in. The attention to detail is incredible, from the twinkle lights, to crossing a bridge, a net to hang out in and Buddha coffee mugs, I fell in love fast. The whole team was excellent and beyond helpful. Location is in a quiet area down a narrow road. There is a cute hotel (Menzel) down the way which had great breakfast and Firefly Cafe for great coffee. We walked to yoga barn one day which took 20 mins, but preferred to take rides the rest of the stay. I recommend bringing extra mosquito repellent and don’t leave any food out as there are some little animal friends who will come and take it. Also, they are building a hotel next door, but the noise level was surprisingly quiet. Lastly, we lost a ring on the property. The staff has bent over backwards to help us look for it. If anyone staying there finds it, please let the owner know. 🙏 Loved it overall and would definitely go back!
Majestic, This property seems like someone had been Planning there whole life and Finally put the imagination interested reality, Amazing Place, Worst the Money .. Detialed to Perfect, . Great Guy the owners and the host. Alright booked for next trip in 4 months. Just Pure Magic

We had the best cocktail pool party and seafood BBQ on the second night. Party with hosts till early morning...slight hangover ;-) Such a wonderful team looked after us and sad to leave but will be back in future. This is my 3rd Bali trip and easily the best villa I have stayed at. Arnaud's ( Bari's) Villa design to honour his Mum [Jocelyn] is simply exquisite and private, yet a nice quiet stroll up the "skinny road" to Ubud's bustling centre. I love the garden lighting that much I am arranging to purchase 32 of the same for my residence in Australia. It will be nice to reminisce the peaceful beauty of when we were in Villa Jocelyn laying back in the lounge evening and early mornings with the orange light flickering in the trees around a beautiful blue pool and the sound of gekko barking while a squirrel hops about in excitment across the suspension bridge above. I cannot say enough...you just have to spoil yourself and experience all this and much more oneself. Thanks Bari & Team
We had such a great stay at Villa Jocelyn! The space is beautiful, private, relaxing, and filled with lush gardens that make the place feel like an oasis. The rooms and shared spaces are all incredibly spacious, making it a perfect option for our group of 5. We enjoyed the easy walk into restaurants and bars. The hosts and staff organised our airport transfers, making check in a breeze, and they were super responsive to messages. We certainly hope to be back again in the future!
Wat een heerlijke plek om te blijven! Splinternieuw en alles zeer luxe en comfortabel. De hosts doen ook alles voor je om het nog fijner te maken. Voor ons was dat 2 kinder stoelen regelen voor op de gratis fietsen.
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and very cooperative, which made the entire experience stress free from start to finish. Check-in was seamless and easy. The villa itself was extremely clean, including the kitchen and bathrooms, which were spotless and well maintained. The location was peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. It is a perfect place to unwind, and even if you choose not to go out, you can comfortably spend your days enjoying the villa. Everything was well done, and we truly felt at ease throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Très beau séjour à la Villa Jocelyne. La maison est confortable, propre et bien équipée, idéale pour venir en famille ou entre amis. La piscine a beaucoup plu et l’endroit est calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et recommandons sans hésiter.

Beautiful Villa and Host was amazing
Très bon séjour à la Villa Jocelyne. Nous étions 3 adultes et 1 enfant, la maison est parfaite pour ce type de séjour. Le filet et la piscine ont été très appréciés, surtout par mon fils :) Nous avons aussi profité du barbecue et fait nous même quelques cocktails dans la piscine, un super moment convivial. Endroit calme, maison propre et agréable. Nous recommandons.
Super séjour à la Villa Jocelyne ! La villa nous avait été conseillée par mon frère et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Nous sommes venus à deux couples avec un enfant et tout était parfaitement adapté : espace, confort et tranquillité. La villa est très agréable et bien entretenue. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
Amazing stay at Villa Bamboo – Ubud We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Bamboo in Ubud. The villa is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and surrounded by lush nature, offering a perfect place to relax and disconnect. The bamboo architecture is unique and adds a lot of charm and authenticity. Kusuma is an outstanding host — warm, attentive, and always available. He helped us with everything we needed, from local recommendations to small thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. The location is ideal: quiet and serene, yet close to Ubud center, restaurants, temples, and activities. The pool and living areas are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again. An unforgettable experience in Bali!

We enjoyed our stay as host was very responsive from the moment of booking and throughout our stay. We enjoyed the lil welcome basket of fruits and the ambiance was romantic and cozy. Luxurious for a couple with ample of space. Kusuma was kind to recommend alternative activities due to weather with fun hidden local spots. We look forward to coming back again as its value for money.
Had a really great stay at Villa Jocelyne. What I liked the most was the peaceful atmosphere and the privacy. It really feels like your own little place. Everything was clean, well thought out, and very comfortable. Big plus: the staff is super friendly and quick to help, always there when needed but never intrusive. A perfect spot to disconnect and somewhere you definitely want to come back to.

I recently stayed at Villa Jocelyne and I can honestly say everything was perfect. I usually don't write long reviews but I have to share this experience !! The villa is only about 3 minutes from the city center, yet it feels completely surrounded by nature, the best of both worlds. The property itself is stunning. I absolutely loved the hanging bridge and the hanging net, a bit scary at first but what an amazing idea. The communication was flawless from the beginning. The host were so kind and helpful. One of the highlights was the barbecue night, incredibly generous for the price. We also enjoyed cocktails and Ricard that they are selling at the private pool bar. The perfect atmosphere! The villa interior is beautiful and comfortable and the bed was incredibly cozy. We could feel the care and love put into this place. I would 100% recommend Villa Jocelyne to anyone looking for a magical and memorable stay. See you soon 💗
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was truly fantastic, even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was new, spotless, and incredibly idyllic. The pool was lovely, with a perfect temperature and plenty of sunshine throughout the day. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The host was amazing as well — helpful, polite, and always available. He shared many great recommendations and even had scooters for us to rent, which made everything so convenient. We give this place our highest recommendation. We would happily stay here again!
