Exploring Villa Leroy - Private Infinity Pool & Jungle View left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Villa Leroy - Private Infinity Pool & Jungle View was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kabupaten Gianyar plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Villa Leroy - Private Infinity Pool & Jungle View painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Swimming pool water was dirty and unclear, surrounding agriculture fields were smelly and having noise and pollution, location is not good

Assez déçu car Arung rester pratiquement toute la journée dans la maison nous n’avons pas totalement notre intimité.

Although the house keeper was lovely, this was not as we expected, couldn’t swim in the pool because the chemicals turned my friends hair green, there was no hand or face towels provided, no breakfast provided, not much comfortable furniture to sit on around the property. The property is very dated. We wouldn’t stay again, it was really expensive, you can find much more luxury for cheaper.

숙소는 매우 넓었고 수영장도 좋았습니다 모기향도 준비되어있어 편리했습니다 하지만 욕조가 너무 더러워 사용하지 못했으며 아무래도 우붓이 벌레가 많아 화장실과 방안에 벌레가 기어다니는걸 감안하셔야합니다

The villa is exactly as in the pictures. It is spacious and clean and very well looked after. If you are not a fan of nature, however, I would advise to stay elsewhere. The location is VERY REMOTE and you'll need a taxi to come and go. Plus you'll be surrounded by geckos, frogs, cows, crickets and even some cockroaches. Most of the bugs make a lot of NOISE so you might have be awaken by that. Food options in the evening are a bit of a challenge; there are a couple of places you could order from but we involved the manager in the ordering (who obliged) because we wouldn't be able to describe the location to the restaurant otherwise. The linen was clean but STAINED and could use with getting replaced more often. BREAKFAST is ok but basic. The POOL is very nice and a great place to chill out. Be aware, however, that there are CAMERAS everywhere in the villa. We spotted about 5 CCTV cameras. They point to the doors and I am sure they are for security but it gives you the feeling you are constantly watched and I couldn't relax. PRIVACY is generally a concern with this property. The manager, Wayan, and other staff was coming and going without knocking or any prior notice. We asked twice to be given more privacy and pointed out that there were too many people in our villa. The two times we asked for a driver, the driver was invited in by the manager and the second time he was showing him around the villa while we were there. We had 1 hour left to check out and the manager was already having people come around to clean and do some gardening. I had to complain for them to give us some space to prepare for our departure. The place is very nice but we felt crowded by the manager and would probably not return for the lack of privacy. Finally, we asked for some help to book FERRY TICKETS to Gili T and we were told that if we wanted to book with Blue Water Express we had to do it ourselves (we asked for help because we had issues with their website). Essentially we were pushed to book with another less reputable company called Semaya One because that's who the manager had ties with. The manager insisted it was because all other boats were booked but we got the impression that this was not necessarily true and we were pushed into buying tickets from his mate. It was rather frustrating and stressful.

villa staff was very helpful. cleaning service was wonderful everyday. enjoyed how private the villa felt and loved hear and seeing wildlife in the rice field. it was so peaceful to wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning

Die Betreuung von Agung war sensationell. Er war immer da, wenn man ihn gebraucht hat. Danke Agung! Leider ist die Unterkunft schon renovierungsbedürftig. Aber das mühsamste war die Baustelle gerade hinter dem Haus. Nichts von wegen idyllischer Ruhe. Und am Abend haben dann die Bauarbeiter viel Material verbrennt, dh. das war dann für die Nase auch nicht so angenehm.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, das einzige was leider nicht so schön war, war das die Arbeiter bei der Baustelle abends immer ein sehr großes Feuer gemacht haben und Plastik verbrannt haben. Leider ist alles in die Villa gezogen.

A nice villa. Agung is kind and helpful. Mosquito and other pests are main problem. Overall we have nice time in the villa.

Sandra's villa was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had many appliances. She even had a florist decorate the pool with a surprise message for our friend. The only complaint is that the bathrooms were both outside and the toilet was also separate from the living room. All in all, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much, Sandra!!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Leroy war gut. Nebenan ist derzeit eine Baustelle, welche von der Lautstärke aber noch in Ordnung war. Die Baustelle ist allerdings unmittelbar daneben. Agung hat uns freundlich empfangen und hat uns auch immer weitergeholfen, toller Roller Service zur Unterkunft auf Anfrage. Zudem konnte Agung uns bei weiteren Fragen ebenfalls weiterhelfen. Im Juli allerdings eine erhöhte Lautstärke von Tieren aufgrund der benachbarten Reisfelder. Wer einen ruhigen Schlaf benötigt ist hier falsch, schon sehr lautstarke Geräusche nachts. Sauberkeit ist gegeben, in allen Räumen. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden!

Beautiful villa amidst the paddy fields. Peaceful surroundings yet very centrally located making it easy to visit most of the places of interest around Ubud. Had a lovely time with my family. Really appreciate the warm hospitality and friendly nature of Agung, our in house staff at the villa. Thanks a lot 🙂

A good place to stay. We had an issue with our stay and Sandra helped to clear things up for us.

The place was perfect. There was a bit more bugs in the room than I liked but it was raining the first night we checked in so it was sort of expected. They had mosquito nets over the beds so it helped keep the bugs out the first night but in the morning we were bug free and got to enjoy the swimming pool. The views were great and the kitchen was stacked with amenities. We even got to enjoy some Netflix during the rain and also had umbrellas available for us to use to get around the villa while it rained. We felt right at home. My mother and wife said it was the best place we stayed during our time in Bali. I would definitely recommend this spot if you're in Ubud.

Was a nice house with friendly staff. Good place for a vacation and to relax. Good supermarket close by.

Nice scenery and views. Pretty clean and spacious. Looks like luxury villa and Agung is quite helpful. But some of the household items are quite old. Would be nicer if the host change the items to newer items especially bathtub.

The villa is beautiful with infinity pool overlooking the forest. The staff is really nice, helpful, professional and attentive especially Agung who made sure all our requests were fulfilled! Only remark, if you are afraid of insects this might not be the place for you (the bathroom is semi open like other typical Balinese houses)

Overall we had a good stay in Leroy. It’s located in a quieter side of Ubud. There is barely other houses nearby. It’s nice if you want to have a staycation and a small party of 5 because the noise won’t disturb anyone. Beds are good, pool is good with a good depth too, common room is huge with a big TV connected to Netflix. Kitchen is also fully equipped. They didn’t provide breakfast, due to pandemic they want to limit interaction between guests and housekeepers but I contacted Sandra to provide small breakfast that we can make ourselves and she did. We got eggs, butter, bread, jam, coffee, tea and fully functioned toaster too. Decent enough. Wifi works well too. But it ll be nicer if Sandra can provide a manual on how to use the stove slash oven. They re too high of a tech for me. Lol. And also please fix the drain stopper in the bathtub. It was really hard to push it closed and I barely had enough water for my hot bath because the drain stopper kept popping open in the middle of me drawing a bath so i had to manually press it with my palms for a good 10-minute bath. Another bad experience was because moth was having mating season, i gotta close all the doors and kept the lamps at minimum light not to attract moth and despite all that i still had lots of dead moths on my bedroom floor in the morning. But other than that, it was a good experience. Pak Agung the housekeeper is super helpful and responsive too.

Tempatnya kerenn karena di tengah sawah. Buat liburan yg butuh privasi dan ketenanangan cocok banget.. Sayangnya di malam terakhir kamar yg di dekat kolam renang selepas maghrib tiba2 banyak sekali binatang kecil spt semut berwarna merah dan bersayap (tapi bukan laron) ada di seluruh kamar smp di kelambu, dibalik bantal dan tempat tidur. Pak Agung lgsung bersih2 tp hewan2 kecil tsb tetap ada terus akhirnya kami tpaksa tidur berempat bsama anak2 di kamar dekat pintu masuk.. Yg lainnya gk ada masalah sih.. nyaman2 saja

The perfect place for you who loves nature and when you need to be away and just relax.

Recommend the place for couples and families. But do remember that it is not child friendly. Place is very beautiful and clean, breakfast was delicious. A bit far from ubud centre, so you can hire motor bike from the villa. One thing i hated was that the lights go out automatically at night. Oh and heads up there are security cameras every where which we were never informed of at the checkin.

Really special accommodation in rural location. Very clean and the hosts were very accommodating. Great pool and garden area. You will need to take taxis in/out of the centre as the place is a bit remote. Great communication with Irwan from the moment we booked. Would definitely come back when next in ubud for some peace and relaxation.

Be prepared to hire a driver to get anywhere, and be aware that Google Maps gives a wrong location. Drivers had difficulty finding the place. Tradeoff was a very quiet, rural setting. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and even met the driver to direct us after Google Maps failed us. Overall a fantastic bargain if you don't mind, or perhaps prefer, being a bit isolated.

시설좋고 자연속에서 지인들과 좋은시간 가지기 좋습니다. 프라이빗 하고 수영장도 넓고 화장실도 좋으며 플로팅조식이 무료입니다. 하지만 우붓 센터와 거리가 차로 20분정도 떨어져있어 고젝이 잡히지않습니다. 숙소 스텝에게 따로 요청하면 택시를 정해줍니다. 자연속에서 프라이빗하게 힐링에 좋고 시내를 좋아하시는 분은 센터로 잡으세요. 저는 숙소시설 스텝서비스는 좋았습니다. 다만 주변에 편의시설이없고 교통수단을 저렴하게 잡는게힘듭니다.

Nice Property with good pool.

Away from the hustle and bustle. Stay here if you'd like some uninterrupted pool time. A bit out of town, but drivers are easy to come by.

This villa was a lovely retreat and I couldn't wait to spend my last night in Bali here! I did get one dip in the pool and some dinner from the local restaurant which was delivered by the gracious staff. Unfortunately, I got sick during my stay. Fortunately for me, Irwan's staff were available to me via WhatsApp and brought me activated charcoal and made me a plain rice breakfast as requested. I was so touched by their actions. They went above and beyond their jobs to take care of me as a solo female traveler. The place is beautiful, rural, and peaceful amongst the rice fields. Bring your bug spray and be ready to be sung to sleep by insects.

This was a beautiful place to stay tucked in between jungle and rice fields. It's a few minutes outside Ubud Center but reachable by motorbike. Irwan and his staff were great and got us anything we needed. The breakfast that was included was a big bonus! The banana pancakes were amazing.Don't leave the bathroom door open! Unless you want a giant Bali Spider or a bat as a roommate. since it is in the forest be prepared for some bugs at night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to see the real Ubud.

It was a great stay. Wayan and Agus were fantastic hosts and everything was as advertised. They were very helpful for site seeing and transportation. The only issue was that the room we stayed in, smelled like mothballs. The other bedroom did not, but we didn't realize until it was time to leave. If that issue gets fixed, it would be flawless.

My friends and I have an excellent time at the villa! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos! Just be aware, you are in the jungle so be prepared for bugs. Our driver and house keeper were excellent, always on time and made us wonderful breakfast. All in all we had an amazing experience, definitely will come back again!

This property is very beautiful and secluded (reaching might be difficult as the road passes through the fields). Well maintained. There are utensils, gas stove and cutlery provided so it is advisable that one brings in their groceries as the restaurants will be far off. However, as the property is very close to nature, there are going to be geckos, lizards, bugs and things that come with nature so be mindful of that while booking the property. All said and done, the home owner is a warm and hospitable man whose smiles exude warmth and caring nature. Thanks Mr. Irwan for extending your fullest courtesy during our stay with you.

Irwan's place was very beautiful and secluded. This was awesome but became tricky when we wanted to go to places outside of ubud. As a tip, pre arrange a pick up transfer with the property manager to avoid the fuss :) Overall great stay. My favourite part was the outdoor bathrooms and infinity pool!

Villa Leroy is a modern Balinese villa. It was located in a rice paddy field about 5km out of central Ubud. We hired scooters so getting around was never an issue. The villa is lovely with two seperate pavillions. A lovely pool and outside bathrooms. Price includes breakfast every morning. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is great and even more beautiful than the photos. Our flights got delayed yet the driver supplied waited over 3 hours for the whole group to arrive and then drove us to the villa. When we arrived Wayan was there to show us round and go through everything which was really helpful. Angu was also on hand every morning to cook us breakfast which included pancakes and omelettes. The villa had a very reliable driver who we used most days as nothing is really in walking distance. As other reviews point out, the wildlife is noisy at night but not unbearable. Main downside was 2 power cuts which were quite scary (although emergency lights were provided) and the bumpy road leading to the villa...but don't let this put you off! It's a unique and wonderful place.

Although this place is out of Ubud Centre, and about 400m from the main road. but the host is very responsive and ready to provide guidance. The Villa is new and clean. It's surrounded by small forest and padi field. The two helpers not only do the daily cleaning and prepare breakfast, they are able to provide information on transport, itinerary etc... The villa and its surrounding will let you have a sense of quietness and peacefulness.

We had a pleasant time at Ubud.. We're trully thankful for such helpful people like Pak Wayan and Agus..

Beautiful villa! Your only neighbor will be a quiet group of cattle wandering across the field next to the villa. The photos don't do it justice. At night all you can here are the birds and the crickets. Wayan was incredible! Worked out all our transport outside of Kuta, and arranged a scooter for the wife and I to get around Ubud. Such a wonderful spot!

The house was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. Be aware that the villa is rather remote. We had a daytime driver and Wayan, the manager arranged a night time driver to get into town for dinner and massages. They are not kidding when they say it is out in nature. We had frogs, toads, lizards, big spiders, worms and snakes. Nothing will hurt you and you get used to it after a few days. There are beautiful Kingfisher birds that fly back and forth and bold swallows that dip into the pool for drinks. It is very quiet and peaceful at Villa Leroy.

Host was nice give use a warm welcome and tour us round the villa. Nice infinity private pool, nice open concept bath around. Good experience stay in the nature.

The villa is in a spectacular location if you appreciate nature. You have an amazing view of a rice paddy with many (sorry if I have the exact names wrong) storks, kingfishers, parrots, starlings, cows, loads of crickets and every evening a chorus of frogs! It is really brilliant. The pool is deeper than a usual Bali pool(1.5m) very nicely done, and there is a wonderful deck and massage hut in the valley. A very well appointed if slightly cramped villa. Minor issues are that the aircon isn't strong enough, there are no (decent) toiletries provided and the villa would benefit from an outside shaded sofa area. Overall though it's really great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Irwan was amazing and helped us out with everything. The villa is exactly like the photos and is absolutely stunning. Its so quiet and peaceful loved every minute of it. The villa is a little out of Ubud centre but that didn't matter as Irwan had us covered with scooters so transport was easy. Would recommend this villa to everyone and anyone.

Great stay at villa Leroy! My partner and I just returned from 4 nights at villa Leroy. The villa is located around 10 mins from Ubud, we rented a scooter (organised by the villa) which made the trip easy and quick. The villa is spacious and was very clean. Had everything we needed there for an enjoyable stay. Had a lovely outlook of rice paddies and greenery surrounding it. We had a few minor hiccups while we were there but nothing major. They are a new villa so still learning and were very open to our suggestions on making it even better than it was. The villa is in the middle of nature so we experienced quite a few (like a lot!) of bugs while we were there. This may have been due to the rainy season. We feel that a mosquito net over the bed may have helped this issue. We unfortunately had a bad sleep for the first 2 nights due to flying bugs in our bed. We then moved to the room further from the rice fields and found this a lot better. Staff were very helpful and provided us with bug spray too. Bedrooms were lovely and the outdoor bathrooms were beautiful with lots of plants. We loved the pool and hut overlooking the river running below. Breakfast was terrible, however this didn't bother us as we chose to eat out after the first morning. There are so many fantastic places for food in Ubud so not really an issue. We were a little concerned about privacy and security as one side of the villa is completely open to the rice fields and staff would come and go with no notice. Staff were so lovely and very helpful. They helped us with any issue we had. Overall we had a great stay, we would recommend this villa if you are happy being in nature and a little out of Ubud. We had the best time at Villa Leroy! The swimming pool overlooking the little forest was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the TV was great and the internet was amazing. The villa really had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pak, the villa caretaker, was incredible. He was so caring, kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and supported throughout our stay. He really made our experience extra special. We absolutely loved our time at Villa Leroy and will definitely come back!

Ho passato 5 giorni nell’alloggio di Sandra in compagnie di due amiche. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, host molto gentile e disponibile ad accontentare tutte le nostre richieste. Lo spazio esterno dal vivo è ancora più bello dal vivo. Particolarità della casa sono i bagni all’aperto, esperienza che consiglio anche se ci siamo prese un bel po di spaventi per via degli insetti a cui non siamo abituate. In generale consiglio vivamente questa casa!

Villa Leroy is a place in Paradise. Villa and Pool are simply breath taking. Special thanks to Agung who help us with all daily needs. Perfect service and always available for us. And many thanks as well to our driver Dede! He was not only driving us but taking care for us and shared with us the most beautiful places in Bali. Simply outstanding. When we will visit Bali again we will come back to Villa Leroy for sure

Un vrai paradis, la maison est incroyable et Agung d'une très grande gentillesse. Merci pour cette merveilleuse semaine.

Une évasion est le seul mot qui peut décrire ce logement . Vue , jardin et piscine sont les points forts de ce logement. A recommander vivement . Une vingtaine de minutes aussi sont nécessaires pour le centre d ubud a prendre en considération dès le début mais grace a dede le chauffeur qui est toujours disponible à la villa, tout étais parfait.

Wonderful Villa. True to photos, everything worked as it should and the staff were wonderful, easy to contact and responded very quickly with our requests. Nice restaurants around and we loved the gym at the top of the road! Only suggestion is to add a table and chairs outside so guests can enjoy meals out there. The 2 beanbags are very faded and look like it’s time the outer cover is replaced. It would also be nice to have a washing machine as there is definitely space for one. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again and recommend to others!

Pasamos unos días muy buenos en esta villa. Tiene dos dormitorios muy espaciosos con baño. Un salón-cocina separado y un jardín con una piscina de buen tamaño que disfrutamos mucho. Está bien comunicado y si usas scooter está cerca de todo pero lejos del centro. Para ir andando, está lejos pero con Gojek o Grab lo solucionas rápido. La villa está rodeada de naturaleza y se respira tranquilidad. Agung siempre está pendiente para ayudarte en todo y se preocupa de que estés cómodo. Aunque la humedad es alta y hace que algunas cosas necesiten algo más de mantenimiento, recomendaría este alojamiento.

非常喜欢这套别墅，面对大自然的无边泳池超棒，所有房间都很干净整洁宽敞，管家服务特别棒！

Sandra’s villa was everything we could have asked for! Our host was very through and helpful. They came in a cleaned briefly each day and provided a taxi when necessary. The floating breakfast was amazing as well as the massages at the villa! Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bali

Logement au calme, pas trop loin de beaucoup d'activités.2,3 restaurants, Waroeng KKP(prix imbattable) et le Lestari coffee and eatery avec le personnel très gentil,on l'on mange très bien et de très bon breakfast qui a aussi une piscine de 20mX4m on l'on peut se délasser,disponible a pied de la villa. L'accueil a été fait par Agung qui est trés gentil,serviable et discret. La villa est trés bien pour le prix, il manquait juste une cafetière. Malgré l'hygiène impéccable, les lunettes de toillettes mériterais d'être changé ainsi que les lames du balcon. Pour le reste rien a redire. Encore un grand merci a Agung et ses colaborateurs.

We had a really great experience during our stay, and we especially want to thank the villa staff, Agung. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive throughout our whole trip. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. From helping us with check-in details to supporting us during our stay, he was always patient and kind. His support made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. We truly appreciate his professionalism and warm attitude. Highly recommended!

Es ist wirklich ein tolles Haus mit Pool sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend zwei drei gute Restaurants in der Nähe und die Menschen sehr nett!

Plainly stated, this villa is stunning. Spending time in the pool, surrounded by its beautifully manicured trees and flowers, and overlooking the surrounding rice fields is a true experience of paradise. The staff will cook you a great breakfast upon request and a driver is available to bring you wherever you want to go in Bali. We’d love to return.

Wir hatten einen wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen und sieht in Wirklichkeit noch viel besser aus als auf den Bildern! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und bemüht, jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sehr gekümmert. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Aber mit Auto/Roller super zu erreichen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt waren auch der persönliche Fahrer, der jederzeit genutzt werden konnte, und die optionalen Angebote wie Frühstück und Massagen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und wie im Paradies. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Great spot close enough to Ubud, but peaceful location. bedrooms were lovely, very comfy beds. Bathrooms were very cool with outside rain showers. Very easy to get grab taxis and scooters. Would stay again. Very friendly accommodating staff.

Sandra’s place was very nice. The staff are amazing, very helpful and very hard working. The pool is nice. The location in Ubud is good and close to restaurants. We liked Waroeng KKP ,Tebasari and Moss Cafe for food. We got massages at Nadi Spa which was great. The staff arranged a massage in the villa which was also good. Sandra recommended Made a a driver. He was very kind and professional. The staff made breakfast for a small fee. It was good. Be mindful this place is very rural. It is cleaned daily but when it rains there will be ants. They fall from the roof. There are little lizards and pests as well. The shower/toilet area is open concept. All of this is normal and to be expected in Ubud. We enjoyed our time. We stayed 4 days and it was perfect bc we were closer to the Ubud activities.

we hebben 12 heerlijke dagen gehad in villa leroy. genoten van het geweldige uitzicht, de ruimte en de luxe die we hadden. de villa ligt wel wat achteraf, maar met een grab of een chaffeur ben je overal zo.

Angung was so awesome he has prob been one of the best host to work with. I give him a 10/10. I’m not one for words. But this place was awesome. It looks exactly like the Photos. There are a few small little restaurants near it that we were able to walk to. Short distance that we were able to get to without any problems. The Air bnb itself was very peaceful, and clean atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. The staff put the icing on the cake.

We stayed at 4 different villas during our stay in Bali and this was our favorite by far. The villa and landscaping are stunning. The host was so kind and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. He even brought us candles and flashlights during a power outage. There is a great place just steps away for morning coffee and breakfast which also offers lunch, dinner, and cocktails. There is also a gym right next door. The host prepared us a floating breakfast that was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things and would recommend to anyone!

We stayed in Sandra’s villa for 3 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Communication from booking was excellent and checkin was seamless. Agung and his team were so helpful and very quick to respond to our requests, which made our stay even more lovely. There were mosquito coils even lit outside our ooms before arrival which was a thoughtful touch. There were also lovely additions like games in the living room; perfect for our family stay. The setting was quiet and beautiful and just as depicted in the ad. The rooms were so lovely and the pool with its lush surroundings were just beyond our expectations. When we return to Bali, we definitely hope to stay here again. Thanks again to Sandra, Agung and team.

What a fantastic place to stay! This villa is well maintained and spotless clean, with private pool, a small garden downstairs, spacious balcony faces huge jungles and bamboo forest. Both bedrooms with open air bathrooms, surrounded by all natural plants. Host was great! Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Amazing cute and beautiful, very comfortable place. There were all the necessary things in the kitchen, the beds are very comfy, there are lots of pillows. And the view is perfect!

We had a lovely stay for two weeks, and never got tired of waking up to the sunrise over the rice fields (tip, sleep with the blinds open!!) nor swimming in that beautiful pool af all hours Garden was very beautiful and very private which was lovely. A little rustic but not in a bad way!! Beds comfy!!! Location is out of Ubud so quiet although can take a little while to het in as Ubud traffic is terrible - although early on the morning is great, otherwise motorbike taxi recommended. Also there is construction work going on next door, generally not too bad or all the time, but day time naps we did notice a little. Re: location there is a gym next door, and next to that an excellent western style cafe (coffee is good!!). Very good (Waroeng KKP), a few min walk away (a meal $2-3 AUD) and excellent massage place a few min walk also (Nadi spa) and the woman whp runs it is so nice. Agung who looks after the place was lovely. overall a lovely stay - recommended

This villa was stunning!! We stayed in 3 different villas across our trip in Bali, and this was the best by miles. The pictures do not do the property enough justice. It was such a beautiful space and the pool was a great size. Both bedrooms were equally as gorgeous, with outside bathtubs, so great if going as two couples. The staff that worked at the villa were so friendly and helped with our bags on arrival and went we left. Greeted with a smile. Would highly recommend. A little further from the centre, but well worth it for the view and beautiful setting. Thank you!

Book this breathtaking Airbnb ASAP! The entire home and surrounding view is absolutely stunning!! Even better than we expected. The host and team we are extremely helpful throughout the entire journey from initial outreach before we even booked until the very last day when we left. And Sandra assisted with numerous recommendations upon my request and Agung was extremely helpful and very communicative every single day. He not only checked in each morning but he went above and beyond by bringing me medication for an allergic reaction I had from a bug bite or sting. He was so supportive with everything we needed & more. When you stay here, make sure to check out two of the local restaurants that are walking distance from the Villa. Woerung KKP & Moss Cafe. The entire team makes you feel like family. Even the construction workers that are building a villa next to the Leroy were so nice. Ali is the most beautiful destinations, and Villa Leroy is a must for your vacation!!

Notre coup de cœur a été la piscine, qui était intime, propre, bien orientée au soleil et de la grandeur idéale. Agung, qui s'occupe de la villa, nous a offert un service impeccable. Il y a un très bon resto à 1 min de marche ainsi qu'une plantation de café à 2 min de marche. Nous avons aussi apprécié d'avoir un mélangeur pour se faire de délicieux smoothies et aussi d'avoir un téléviseur déjà branché sur Netflix, Prime, YouTube ! Merci !

Alors comment dire!!!??? Juste le paradis !!! La villa est totalement conforme aux photos. Agung nous a accueillis de manière extraordinaire et était vraiment aux petits soins et de très bon conseils. Le quartier où se trouve la villa est au calme et assez loin des principaux axes de circulation donc très calme. Une salle de sport est à 2 minutes à pieds avec un café qui propose des petits dej de dingue à proximité. Bref des vacances inoubliables et de belles images pleins la tête. Seule souci, une villa en construction juste à côté avec du bruit d’outils à partir de 7:00 am jusqu’à 6:00pm. Merci encore pour tout !!!

We had a great stay here. Secluded and private location but a couple of coffee shops/restaurants nearby for a snack. The whole team were very helpful and responsive. There is not much in the locale so this is a great place for just chilling. The pool is huge with stunning views over farmland. There is some construction going on next door but the team spoke to them to get them to keep shorter hours. As it is a rural area expect some farm smells/smoke and animal noises. There are lots of beautiful butterflies here. The rooms are massive with wrap-around windows so the view from bed is brilliant. Very large living area with a decent kitchen and front room. We would definitely come back. Ajung the caretaker was incredibly kind and respnosive. He really took good care of us.

Waking up in Villa Leroy was one of the highlights of our Bali trip. The view from the main bedroom is amazing. The gardens and surroundings just beautiful. We enjoyed the pool every day which was a decent size and depth. Agung the caretaker and Made our driver were so helpful. Wish we had stayed here longer as our kids (aged 6 and 9) are already saying how much they miss this wonderful villa.

Lovely place albeit a bit off the main Ubud or so it seemed. The house was nice but looked a bit worn. The issue was the noise from construction and smoke from the fields which could be paddy burning at times. Over all a lovely stay and very good caretakers. Thank you

Agung the caretaker is very helpful and looked after us very well. The house is fantastic and we all loved the pool. The house is a little remote without a lot of facilities (restaurants and shops) nearby, however Aging helped organise a driver to get us around and there is a great cafe almost next door (Nextdoor to the Boom Gym) called Moss and it had fantastic breakfast, lunch & dinner options if you don’t want to venture further out.

Our family of 4 had the most amazing stay at Villa Leroy. Agung was fantastic, he is prompt with all communication, wonderful at helping us organise laundry and massages and always respected our privacy when he came for housekeeping. Agung helped us connect with Made for transport. Made was very efficient at organising full and half day trips and a very safe driver. Agung and Made were always amazing with our kids and the villa was everything we wanted and more. We took our 3 year old and 16 month old children and they absolutely loved the swimming pool, finding flowers in the garden, spotting geckos and the jungle baths! The villa is walking distance to Moss cafe (delicious!) and close to various coffee and chocolate tastings. We would love to return to Villa Leroy! We felt so at home and it was the ideal getaway. Quiet, beautiful and amazing hosts.

Pak agung was a great housekeeper! Kept the villa really clean and tidy. He was super responsive to messages and came late at night to fix the shower heater. And also another night we had a massive swarm of beetles at the villa, he came and help us clear at night. Totally recommend to stay!! There was fruits and coffee tea available for us as well.

Villa Leroy is absolutely stunning in person! The place was at the end of the road and at first, you’re like, where’s the home? Then when you open the door, it’s like paradise!! The staff was very welcoming, very friendly and responsive. We asked for the floating breakfast at 830 am and they came and cooked in the kitchen. They kept the pool and grounds clean and gave us all the privacy we needed. I wish we could build homes in the USA the same as Villa Leroy! We absolute loved the infinity pool, the separate bedrooms, the outdoor bathrooms, the outdoor shower and bathroom, and the living room/kitchen area were spacious for all four us. I am definitely rebooking Villa Leroy when I return to Bali and I have recommended the place to my friends. Thank you Pak Agung and Made for everything. This place was the BEST part of my Bali trip!!! We all loved it so much! Thank you!

I have never felt so comfortable in any Airbnb before! The space was super clean and Agung came and cleaned and made our beds every day! Thank you so much for the most amazing stay at one of the best villas in Ubud. The cafe within 200m (Cafe Moss) was also amazing for breakfast! I can’t wait to come back to villa Leroy!

The villa is really beautiful and calm in terms of the properties nearby. It is right near the main road. Sandra’s staff helped us throughout the stay with all our queries and miscellaneous facilities. Except for lizards being too common in Bali, we did not face any issue and would surely come back here the next time too!

First and foremost, the pictures do not do justice for how Leroy Villa is so beautiful and tranquil. Sandra responds quickly. The staff were so kind . Agung got my boyfriend and I feeling like royalty. Breakfast. Massage therapist, and hair braiding at the poolside. Made drove us around and has great food recommendations and if he can’t assist you they have a backup, Arik. So you’ll always help with transportation. That was a big deal for me. Big deal for my boyfriend was a Villa with a pool and it did not disappoint. The perfect temperature for day and t night swims. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. This is the spot.

Wow!! We were BLOWN away!! The pictures do not do this place justice. A tropical paradise and beautiful garden and surroundings! Nestled between a rice field and a jungle setting, this compound is beautifully done and super spacious. There was construction happening next door but it was quiet and didn’t bother us in the slightest! The host was super attentive and responsive if we ever needed anything, and the driver was always super prompt and available to drive us to our activities whenever we needed! Highly, highly recommend!!

Wir haben uns in diesem kleinen Paradies sehr wohl gefühlt. Agung stand steht’s zur Verfügung, egal ob bei Anreise , täglichem Cleaning oder Abreise. Auch die Kommunikation via grünen Messenger hat super funktioniert ( auch als unser Fahrer nicht gleich den richtigen Weg gefunden hat). Er war immer sehr freundlich und gab Tipps auf Nachfrage. Alles in allem würden wir nochmal wiederkommen. Für Naturliebhaber ein absolutes Muss. Wichtiger Hinweis: man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man im Dschungel ist und Ameisen , Mücken, geckos etc. Mitbewohner des Grundstücks sind☺️ Für uns war die Geräuschkulisse der Natur so atemberaubend das wir die erste Nacht gar nicht schlafen wollten aus Angst wir würden etwas verpassen :D lieben Dank das wir eure Gäste sein durften

The property was like a dream house .The location is peaceful and quiet a little away from ubud centre but in reach . Everything was perfect from the bedrooms to the kitchen .The staff and host were very friendly and helped us in every way possible . The pool is magnificent, they also have provided fun things to do in the hotel like cards and chess . The property has everything that made it feels like home in a far away land .Just a feedback to may have a wheelchair in the property. We would like to thank Mr. Agung for his help and Mr.Sandra to have such a lovely property.

I think it was the best hotel in Ubud as it has a big swimming pool and there is a lot of fauna and flora.Besides,the general managers are people that are kind-hearted since they always help us in this two days like take us to buy food and ingredients , prepare swimming rings for us to play and cook the rice for us.

Such a beautiful place. Agung came daily to clean, which was a luxury, and he was very responsive to any needs we had. We were there with our 7 and 3 year old kids and it is definitely a property where we needed to be attentive to our 3 year old due to the pool and some locations where a significant fall would be pretty easy, but that was no surprise as clearly seen in photos. Just something to be aware of if you have little ones. The Grab app for food deliveries was a life saver for us as not much is in walking distance (which we wanted). We would love to return at some point in the future!

We had a great time at the lovely Villa Leroy. It was secluded and felt private, the convenient pool in the middle of our accomodation was a huge plus and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The villa is very beautiful. There are two separate rooms each with their own bathrooms, and the rooms are quite spacious and minimal in a good open and clean way. The beds are very large, and the living room and kitchen building was also quite spacious. Agung, Made and all the workers were very very helpful and wonderful to work with and contact. They cleaned the accomodation and rooms neatly, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our trip. I highly recommend asking Made for transport especially from the airport, or for transport in general during the day. Everyone was very nice.

The place was very good, big pool and very quiet specially in the night, sometimes felt right in middle of a rainforest. Our helpers Pak Agung and his brother were very accomodating and made sure we were right at home. I would definitely recommend this place as its main plus point is its location very close to lot of good restaurants only a few kms drive via a scooter and also close to central Ubud. Villa Leroy is a great place to unplug and get away from the busy streets of Ubud. The villa is as you see in the pictures, we really enjoyed the infinity pool and how quiet it was. The communication with Sandra was always smooth and easy. The staff are great, we talked mainly with Agung, he was very helpful and responded promptly to everything we needed. Made was also there every day for the cleaning and maintenance. They are both very sweet and made our stay great. Thank you for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leroy villa. The villa was clean, spacious and set in a beautiful setting. While this villa is a little out of Ubud transport was easy with our driver. I would greatly recommend this villa for its tranquility and peaceful surroundings.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Villa Leroy. I was so sad to leave today. The villa is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean with good AC. Sandra was extremely communicative and answered all my questions very promptly. Agung was hospitable and available whenever we needed him. Finally, Made!!! Please support Made by utilizing him for transportation. He made our trip. He is very reliable, trustworthy, kind, etc. Please tip him adequately because he deserves it. All in all, I highly recommend Villa Leroy. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to everyone I know.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Agung went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering fantastic local recommendations and ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The property itself was a hidden gem – beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The cozy bedroom provided a peaceful night's sleep, and waking up to stunning views from the balcony was a daily highlight. Location-wise, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. It was conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to escape the hustle. Excellent home, amazing view and atmosphere. We were a family of 4 (2 toddlers) and it was a great stay. The villa, the pool and especially Agung made our stay great. We stayed 7 nights and it was a very good place to spend the time near Ubud. Take in account that you need a car (with driver) or scouter. You will get help at villa with this. We like the sunrise, the noise of nature and all the experience as a whole!

You will not regret booking Villa Leroy. The place is even better than in the pictures. Surrounded by nature, a lot of space, very kind staff. Agung and Made made us feel at home. 100% would recommend spending a few peaceful days here (make sure you have time to enjoy the swimming pool and the garden).

The house manager Pak Agung was really nice and helpful, we checked in a bit late but he made sure he was there to welcome us. All the amenities which were mentioned were present in a really good condition. He contacted us before hand itself and shared the location which was really helpful. It's like 20 mins far from ubud central so not that much of distance Just a bit of issue with lizards, rest everything was good

Es war sehr entspannte wunderschöne Zeit bei Villa leroy. Wir konnten mit dem staff jeder Zeit kontaktieren. Sie waren sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Warme Dusche , Klimaanlage, küche( Reiskocher, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher etc.) haben gut funktioniert. Sehr ruhiger Ort mit schönen Blick, unser Driver ist auch super nett. Uns hat die Villa und die Leute sehr gut gefallen.

Very homey, clean, well thought facility

Villa Leroy was magical! So peaceful and relaxing and private. Host provided transportation from air port which was very helpful! The pool and the vegetation was beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even clean in between the stay which note that this place is spotless. They were very nice and provided water even brought me a cute little cake for my birthday 🥹 10/10 would recommend! We miss villa Leroy already! ❤️🌴

We had a great time at Villa Leroy! Our driver Made was very helpful and took us around Ubud, organised activities and meals. Staff at the Villa were also very accommodating and responsive. Pool and rooms were beautiful and clean. Would 100% recommend!! Only thing to note is there was some construction of new villas happening right next door - which created some noise but it was not bad. Just worth noting as the villa will be less secluded once these are built.

Beautiful and most private place to spend time with your family. Local staff, Agung is very helpful, kind and responsive during our stay. One down side is that the neighbor right next to this villa is building something, which creates noises during the day even weekends. Hopefully it will end soon. Highly recommended!!!

Very well maintained villa. We should have stayed longer. The place is a bit cut off - guests should think to buy ingredients to cook before heading over, otherwise staff is happy to help buy things.

I can’t even begin to describe this stay. Magical, wonderful, beautiful. Didn’t realise we would be right in the heart of the jungle. The Villa was huge and more than I could have ever imagined. The staff were so helpful and communicated perfectly every day. I wish I had more time there and can’t wait to go back.

協助入住人員很友善，房間與泳池都很符合期待與圖片相同，泳池很美很乾淨但有些深女性和小孩可能踩不到底，旁邊有附救生圈。浴室是半開放式，雖然有浴缸但有不少蟲子。廚房與冰箱的清潔度有待加強，但整體而言是不錯的住處。

We felt sad leaving Villa Leroy today after making it our home for the last 2 weeks. The setting is truly beautiful, very private, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and rice fields. We would recommend Villa Leroy to anyone looking for a spacious homely villa away from hustle and bustle of central Ubud. We rented a scooter and there were plenty of lovely restaurants and places to see locally. For anything further away we used the driver Made, who was very helpful. The housekeepers Agung and Made were lovely and it was a pleasure to meet them both. I would like to think that one day we will return.

Our stay at Villa Leroy was really pleasant. We had a driver Made from the airpoirt. He comunicated proactively, was really patient at the airport, we found him quickly. Ride was safe and nice. Villa was really clean and looked even better than in the pictures. We got clean towels every day. Agung was really pleasant host, he comunicated with us all the time and responded quickly. He always tried to make sure everything is okay. We had enough drinking water at all times. Provided breakfast was delicious. Pool was clean and warm with perfect jungle view. Beautiful garden and terrace with sunrise view. Villa is surrounded by rice fields. Villa is in the calm and very private surroundings and in reach of Go-jek and Grab for reasonable price. The ride to the center of Ubud was about 15-20 minutes.

Wow. This was a fantastic stay. An absolutely beautiful and private space. A little further from the city center, but we rented mopeds and it was a breeze to get around. Rides would have been affordable too. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious villa.. the living room is big and the bed room is veey spacious. loving the half open bathroom. The infinity pool is clean and have a great view of the forest. Mas Agung is the housekeeper and he is very friendly and helpful. The alley to get into the villa is quite small but accesible by car. To go to the ubud central area requires transportation like car or motorcycle. Overall , it was a pleasant stay..

Pak Agung was a great host and very attentive. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. About a 15 minute drive from shopping in Ubud so perfect to spend time there but then also relax away from crowds.

Лучше, чем на фото. Эта вилла с первого момента очень понравилась! Очень красивые номера, великолепные ванные комнаты на улице с каменными раковинами, пальмами. Дружелюбные и отзывчивые сотрудники, очень старательно убирались каждый день. Ухоженная территория, маленький сад на спуске. Классный бассейн с видом на джунгли, в которых течет река и слышен маленький водопад. Хорошая кухня. Главное, не оставлять нигде еду, потому что быстро сбегаются муравьи. Снаружи обитают маленькие и большие гекконы, но на Бали они везде, поэтому насекомые и рептилии нас не смутили. Очень рады, что выбрали эту виллу. Забыли специальную зарядку для аппарата при выезде, сотрудник догнал нас на байке и вернул. Спасибо за отличный сервис.

c'est un magnifique logement que propose Sandra, la maison est encore plus belle en vrai. Un réel havre de paix au milieu de la nature d'Ubud. 2nd stay at Villa Leroy and cannot wait to return. Stayed pre-covid in 2018 and now in 2023 and the quality has remained the same. Hopefully we will not wait another 5 years before returning! Host is extremely responsive pre-arrival and Agung & Made were great on site for any additional help.

Our stay at Villa Leroy was perfect. Lovely staff, beautiful, luxurious space and total privacy. The provided breakfast and driver were very helpful. We didn’t want to leave and will be recommending for anyone wanting a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Ubud. No notes.

Sehr schöne Villa, man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Die Angestellten sind super nett und richten sich nach den Wünschen des Gasts. Es steht ein Fahrer gegen Geld zur Verfügung, der sehr flexibel ist. Frühstück kann gegen Geld gebucht werden. Dieses hat uns gut geschmeckt. Es sieht alles aus wie auf den Bildern und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Host is responsive. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Place is exactly like the photos. Love the layout; the two rooms are separated by the inner garden and pool, which is great for privacy. Unlike many villas in Bali, the living room here has glass doors (as opposed to being totally open); this feature is really handful in case you want to keep the bugs out. Staying here is a highlight of my trip to Ubud; I highly recommend it.

Stunning villa. The pool was lovely. Felt genuinely immersed in nature here. It was mostly quiet and peaceful. Although a little out of the way, it was perfect for the relaxing and quiet time we were seeking.

Wow wow wow! The villa blows our mind. It is huge and lovely. The pool is awesome. My kids spend at least 2-3 hours a day in the pool. Agung, the housekeeper, is very nice and friendly. He was taking care of us and made sure our family having the best experience staying at the villa.

Deze mooie Villa staat aan de rand van Ubud in een oase van rust. Voor ons de perfecte locatie. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn heerlijk. 2 aparte ruime slaapkamers met een mooie buitendouche. Alles is goed geregeld en verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader!

We stayed here for 5 days as part of our honeymoon. It was a lovely place out of the hustle and bustle of central Ubud surrounded by nature. Just like the previous reviews, you would benefit from getting your own transport. You can rent a scooter for 50-70k a day with insurance and they can deliver it and pick it up from the villa. Agung the house staff lives nearby and is super helpful. He even woke up at 2am to make sure our sunrise trek to mount batur turned up. Be sure to ask Sandra for recommended tours as we got some really good deals! There were a few ants around the pool but nothing else really. A few small lizards that help keep the mosquitos at bay. They have the anti mosquito candles outside each door which you can light each night if you want to spend it outside. Fully equipped kitchen with large bottles water dispenser that provides hot and cold water. Fridge freezer with lots of space. Really relaxing living room too with tv and Netflix. Pool was awesome, we had breakfast poolside Under the terrace. Took us about 15 mins to get to central Ubud on a scooter, and can pretty much park it anywhere. The nearby restaurant (with all the flags outside) was nice, good decor, but a bit more pricey compared to local food places. Nice quality food though! We arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us to the villa. He works with the villa and is callled Made, he was very helpful and we also did an extra few trips with him (like hire him to take us to northern bali for a day trip). Very happy with villa Leroy and would recommend this to anyone who wishes a bit of tranquility.

This place was a definite highlight from our time in Bali. The beautifully designed gardens framing the infinity pool was nothing short of spectacular and allowed us reprieve from the hustle and bustle of busy Ubud. We felt so relaxed walking in and Agung (and Made) were both so friendly. We loved it here and we will be back again soon!!

Our stay at Villa Leroy was amazing! The villa is even more beautiful than it looks on the pictures. Agung and his friend looked after us the whole time making breakfast every morning at our requested time and also set up a table outside on our last night, he even helped us order the food to the villa. He gave us advice on where to visit during our stay and helped arrange anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at villa Leroy has been the best stay of our lives. An isolated small paradise surrounded only by greenery! It's well equipped in terms of cooking, and the lounge is spacious. There are two toilets, one outdoor and one indoor for those who don't like the idea. At first that scared me a bit, but in the end, I find it very peaceful (it's a closed area surrounded with walls, and a lockable door, so no worries of lack of privacy). The infinity pool was so relaxing and the gardens well maintained. The balcony terrace was very appreciable, although we did not use it much. The bed was comfortable and surrounded by a bug net. Use is recommended as there are many bugs and lizards (but to be honest, that's part of the charm of the rurality much more than an actual nuisance, so I'm sure you will accomodate, it's really worth it). The buildings are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Internet, electricity and hot water all work great. But most of all, a very special mention to the very kind personnel of the villa who helped us through many struggles (laundry, tips for travel, transport...etc.). Agung was even kind enough to help us rescue our drone from a neighboring tree, and went to recover it in the gulch for us. I recommend the floating breakfast, Agung makes them quite well (special mention for the banana pancake!). If we are to come back to Ubud, coming back to Villa Leroy will definitely be an option for us!

Nothing really to complain about. Nothing really nearby, but the manager renting us a motorbike and had it waiting for us. Very quiet and relaxing place. Kitchen was complete, even with microwave and toaster. TV had netflix and prime. Pool just the right size and overlooks a valley. No real ricefield view - if you're into that - there is a privacy hedge. Which all things considered, the privacy hedge is nice to have there. Everything works well. Agung was very quick to respond and made checkin and checkout easy. Recommended.

We stayed at this villa for two nights and three days. It was easy to communicate with staff and they are very welcome and always be there to help. We recommend you to get the Balinese massage at villa for 125K/h.

we had a wonderful time at Villa Leroy. Rooms are very spacious and the pool is clean with an amazing view. Two bedrooms are very nice and the beds can easily accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid. Few waterfalls are within 15-20mins drive, daily before breakfast we visited a waterfall like tibumana, kanto lampo. All other must visit places like monkey forest, ubud palace are nearby ~15mins drive. Overall the place is well maintained and secluded in nature. You will sure get a peaceful stay with frogs and toads singing at night.

We stay for 5 nights and decided to extend another night, the villa feels like home, nice pool with beautiful view. The villa is even better than the picture and the host is very responsive,, we have some trouble with one of the wifi ( they have two wifi btw) and within minutes pak agung solve this. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to ubud!

Villanya bagus. Ada jarak antar kamar, ruang tamu terpisah. Kalau hujan bakalan kebasahan kalau mau ke ruang makan, tapi tenangg udah disediakan payung. Semua ruangan bersih. Banyak nyamuk, tapi disediakan obat nyamuk jadi gak perlu beli lagi. Di kamar mandi disediakan gosok gigi, sabun, odol dan handuk. Kamarnya juga bersih. Dapurnya komplit, piring, gelas, sendok, garpu, pisau, alat masak, semuanya disediakan. Kolamnya juga bersih, tapi cukup dalam ya, jadi harus hati-hati. Terima kasih Pak Agung udah bantu selama disana🥰.

This is a very secluded villa with literally no one around. Best place to heal yourself. There's paddy field view within the villa you could enjoy yourself. Only minutes to ubud center. I suggest you to have your own rental car or motorcycle. But you could also take goride or grabbike to get into here. The kitchen itself is fully equipped, you could cook or order some deliveries with gofood or grab. The place itself is very homey and comfortable, albeit the semioutdoor bathroom was not really my style. It also would perfectly fitted for 2 couples retreat because bedroom was totally separated. All room was provided with ceiling fan and aircon. The house assistance was helpful. Thank you very much Bli Agung and Bli Made for the hospitality. I most enjoyed my time spent here and will recommended this place to my relatives.

This place is sure one of the best in Ubud. The location is the best, surrounded by rice field and very quiet. Best place for you if you search for tranquility. The villa itself is looking exactly as the pictures that the host provided. Nothing less. Only more! And for me, who is a clean-freak, this villa is beyond acceptable. I stayed with a 7 months baby and the host & staffs were happily to provided me with a baby crib (included the mosquito net, pillows, blanket too. Even I ended up using mine which I’ve brought) and high chair with no cost at all. The kitchen itself was really equipped with tools that I need to make baby food. Food processor, knives, small stock pot, cutleries, small bowl & plate, strainer, chiller & freezer, stove and water dispenser with hot water function which is very important to make baby milk. I didn’t expect that the pool would be quite spacious & deep (I think it’s 1,5m depth) which was very good! My husband & my baby really loved to swim there everyday. The scenery during sunrise also magnificent. I always woke up earlier to enjoy that by the pool side (there’s a small hut near the pool). And, wifi connection is best! Most importantly, Pak Irwan & the staffs were really helpful. One of the water heater wasn’t working properly and I found that at 7pm and the staff still came to the villa immediately to check & repair it. Really appreciated! After all, I dont have any complaints, only compliments! Best choice to stay with your family or friends.

Highly recommended villa. Pak Irwan was very thoughtful to remind and ask us about the government policy regarding "larangan mudik" and very communicative which smooth our booking and easily agreed on our several reschedule requests. Pak Agung which welcomed us in the villa was also very helpful. The villa is super gorgeous! My kids got so ecstatic when they first saw the pool and repeatedly ask for swim time. All facilities are working well. We had a super pleasant time and definitely will go back someday. Thank you Pak Irwan and team :)

This place has almost everything. The host even prepared cooking oil, tomato ketchup and coffee for the guest! Mention every cooking utensils and this place have everything. We were greeted by the property caretaker, Mr. Agung and one of his colleague. They were both very helpful! Perfect for those stay longer and looking for Ubud's calm. Thanks for having us!

the most beautiful place i have ever been in my life. Everything is clean. There is every equipment that you could need. The people are so friendly and generous. They fullfilled every request we had and were ready to help us immediatly. They even got us a cheap nice motorbike for rent and were always there to have a little nice chat :) I am really looking forward to come here again. my Girlfriend and me were very sad to leave this place. i wish we could stay there forever. Its the best place we stayed during our pandemic vacation on Bali island. We can't thank enough Mr. Irwan and his team on running in the property so well. Only please note the access to the property is a narrow road so I suggest to use a small car or motorcycles to get there and roaming around (we were drive big sized Vellfire car there is and its kinda scary). But the place is good located, not too far to Ubud center (approx just 10mins), the surroundings area are the best, you have both river valley and paddy field on the same time. And the pool is amazing, my kid were always asking to swim in the morning and evening during our stay. If you seen this property available on your date just book it right away haha! Thank you Mr. Irwan! We'll be back for sure in the near future.

We liked the zen feeling when we stayed. Perfect for low profile honeymoon. You can also ask for a recommended massage/spa service from the staff. Unfortunately due to covid there is no daily cleaning provided. However, Bli Irwan told us beforehand. Keep thriving!

it's a beautiful place with a great stunning view. It's so wide with 2 bedrooms for 4 people. So comfortable for the family, romantic for partners, and kinda spooky for an individual during the night haha but overall it's a satisfying place. When you open the window, you literally saw bamboos and trees, how beautiful! And the pool is nice and clean too!

Absolutely breathtaking villa and views! We were greeted by the wonderful staff that showed us how things worked and gave us a tour. I was amazed at the beauty of this place. It is extremely private and quiet, but just 10 minutes into Ubud center. The amenities was a special touch, cooking basics and every appliance you could need (the coffee and french press was an amazing touch!). The property and gardens are exceptionally well maintained and one thing I noted was the locks on the doors and windows felt very secure so there was nothing to worry about at night. The pool is clean and they provided a floating bed which was great to chill in the pool in the afternoons. Amazing shower and constant hot water thanks to the modern heating system, it never runs out when filling the bath. I was nervous staying in a remote area, however the staff were so attentive that if I needed anything they would be there in a few minutes. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet break away from a busy area. I’ve stayed in many villas over the past 5 years and this one is my favourite yet. Sitting under the stars at night with just the sound of nature is a very special moment that I remember forever. There is no negative points that I can think of, it is a very special place and I urge you to try it out - you won’t be disappointed! Thanks for hosting us and I will come back again soon. Daniel

Irwan and his team is really helpful. They made us feel very welcome and even helped us in cutting vegetables for our cooking. The place is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and also working. I hope we can stay again at this place. Very well connected and yet peaceful. Kudos.

If you want seclusion, peace and quiet, surrounded by jungle and rice paddies. Then this is for you. The villa is very stylish and comfortable. Lots of nice touches. I had my scooter so easy for me to get to Central Ubud (10 mins). Large Pepito supermarket 5 mins away. I loved the garden, large infinity pool and private deck overlooking the ravine.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time, hopefully we will have a chance to come back. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, blender, rice cooker, oven), beautiful outdoors area, the rooms are great as well. Agung and Made are very caring and attentive. We can only recommend Villa Leroy

Прекрасная вилла среди рисовых полей, однако недалеко от виллы идёт строительство новых домов, в принципе, шум от стройки не мешает. Также прям у виллы есть бараки, но это не доставляет неудобств. Территория виллы большая, зелёная и ухоженная. Регулярная уборка со сменой полотенец и постельного белья. Полностью укомплектованная кухня - есть рисоварка, тостер, миксер, много посуды. Бассейн шикарный, но неглубокий - где-то 155 см. Единственный недостаток виллы - это слабый и нестабильный интернет, надеюсь, владельцы постараются решить эту проблему. Спасибо большое менеджеру Агунгу за его отзывчивость! В общем и целом, вилла передаёт всю атмосферу Убуда!

Great place, relaxing, quiet, clean

Это шикарная вилла, намного лучше, чем на фото. Внутри все чисто, стильно, бассейн мечта. Она небольшая, но все территория зелёная, большие комнаты. Ванная комната расположена на улице, очень красивая и чистая. Персонал виллы, двое мужчин, очень добрые и отзывчивые. Спасибо огромное вам за все, это были шикарные 4 дня.

생각보다 훨씬 좋은 공간이었어요:) 밤늦게 도착했는데 늦은 시간임에도 문 앞에서 밝게 맞이해 주셨던 것도 인상깊었고, 아침마다 오셔서 조식만들어주시고 여러가지 신경을 많이 써주셔서 불편함 하나 없이 너무 호강하고 온 기분입니다. 수영장 물도 매일 체크해주시고 어디하나 마음에 들지 않은 점이 없었네요. 다시 오고 싶어요!

Irwan’s villa is exactly what you imagine when you Think of Bali. The outdoor shower and pool with jungle view was my favorite. The villa was very clean and beautiful.

I highly recommend this Villa Leroy as a beautiful place to stay in Bali. You will be impressed with the beautiful accommodations that are kept clean every day. It is an Indonesian luxury oasis in the middle of rice fields.

Villa Leroy already looks fantastic from the photos, but it is even more beautiful in reality. The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. We felt as if we were in our own piece of paradise sitting on the balcony having a drink at night listening to all of the wonderful wildlife! Highly recommend it!

The place in real is so nice that you can hide from the noise and traffic. I packed up some foods and snacks for one night(though you can order delivery food) and enjoyed our stay as maximum. Best place that I recommend!

Our trip to Ubud was made more memorable thank to the hospitality of our hosts, Made and Agung were available to help us with anything we needed. The villa is down a secluded lane, no restaurants near by, but they helped us order food for delivery in the evening. They also organised a driver for us, Wayan who was also amazing and so helpful for us travelling with a baby.

This is an amazing place. I could fall asleep and wake up in the midst of beautiful nature. I swim with the stars and live with the lizards all the time (they're cute and they don't threaten people). No worms, no lizards, no birds, they're all the reasons why I chose this place. When I choose to stay in a lodge on my side of Bali, I always make sure that it is close to nature. This place was perfect. Thank you again for your kind employees.

What a gorgeous place, cant imagine anyone would be disappointed. Everything is thought out and the staff are also lovely and kind.

I am a superhost at an Airbnb in US and Irwan's place blew me away and he taught me a thing or to about giving excellent service. He had little things to make your stay great and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate me. The place is BEAUTIFUL and I didn't want to leave. You will really enjoy your stay there and I will be back for sure!

This villa was my favorite of my 2 week vacation to Indonesia!!!!! It was so private and secluded, yet so close to town. Agung took such great care of my friend and I!!! He got medicine for me from the local pharmacy when I was sick and made sure we were always taken care of! He and the other staff worked so hard everyday! Breakfast is beyond amazing!!!! Every attention to detail is in this villa, it’s so clean and inviting to return home to after busy days exploring Bali. The only thing I would suggest is a safe. It’s the first place I’ve stayed in Bali that didn’t offer one. Everything about this villa is heaven on earth! Just go!!!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits magiques à la villa Leroy. Dès que nous avons franchit la porte la maison était encore plus belle qu’en photos ! Un magnifique jardin, une vue époustouflante sur les rizières, des salles de Bain exceptionnellement belle et une piscine au top. Agung et Agus nous ont préparé notre petit déjeuner tout les matins et il était délicieux ils font les meilleurs pancakes à la banane. Un jus de fruit à notre arrivée bref le paradis quoi. La maison n’est pas loin du centre mais assez excentré pour pouvoir profiter du calme et des animaux en pleine nature. Franchement pas de moustiques j’ai du avoir 3 piqûre en 5 jours juste des petits djeco qu’on a adoré regardé partout sur les murs. Si on devait revenir à Bali c’est sur on reprendrait cette maison. Merci infiniment pour ce beau séjour.

This is a fabulous place to stay with fabulous staff who take care of your needs. Agung was amazing and kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. We felt so comfortable staying away from the hustle and bustle and would recommend this place to those who need a sanctuary for a bali vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this incredible villa, which is tucked away in its own peaceful location adjacent to a rice field. The villa itself is more beautiful than the pictures shown. The infinity pool overlooking the tropical jungle landscape is incredible. Also, the outdoors bathroom was absolutely beautiful and a new and enjoyable experience for us. However, the highlight was the care and thoughtfulness shown by Agung, the caretaker/cook. Not only did he arrive each morning (at whatever time we requested - even at 6am for our early departure) to prepare a delicious breakfast but he also cooked a traditional rice pudding for my wife who wasn’t feeling well. The villa is only a 10 minute drive to the center of Ubud. You will require a means of transportation to access the surrounding area. We highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a tranquil stay minutes away from the center of Ubud. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Thanks for amazing stay! We appreciate your attentiveness.

Amazing place. The host, Agung, was great. So helpful and kind. Location is close to Ubud, nice to be a little outside the busyness. We hired a scooter from the apartment which was a game changer, allowed us to explore everywhere on our own terms!

The host was very flexible and responded so quickly. This was our 3rd day in Bali and even though our stay in your villa was short it will be unforgettable. The villa is absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The rooms are clean and stay cool. The bathrooms were one of my favorite places aside from being poolside. The outside bathroom was extremely clean considering it is completely open. The views from the room and the pool will be forever in my mind. You will not regret staying here. It will definitely be a highlight of your trip. The villa is tucked away and private. Sometimes you will see workers of the rice fields surrounding the villa but other then that i saw no others. Also the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

This place is wonderful, me and my wife made this a stop on our honeymoon! It's a bit secluded for us but the doors lock! It's just a small scooter ride into downtown and the market + losds of other attractions.

Fantastic set of property care takers. This place is away from folk but not too far where it still makes travel to town a short trek. It was so peaceful and an amazing escape from people which was exactly what I needed. We rented a scooter and the helpers of the villa made us delicious breakfast every morning when we requested it. Very cool, all in all.

A hidden gem right in the middle of the paddy field. The place is cosy and we love every corner of this villa. The villa is equipped with open shower and bathtub where you can enjoy soaking in while gazing at the clear blue sky or the stars at night! Kids love the pool but be sure to bring your own floats as the pool is about 1.5m deep. Breakfast is included and the host also helped arrange for in villa massage and dinner. The Villa è meravigliosa ed è situata nei pressi di una risaia. E' bellissimo al mattino svegliarsi nel perfetto silenzio e vedere una vegetazione lussureggiante. Non abbiamo trovato zanzare. La piscina è bellissima ed è perfetta per fare un bagno dopo una giornata di visita a Bali. Le due persone che curano la casa sono gentilissime, preparano la colazione, fanno le pulizie e riassettano tutto ogni giorno e, vivendo vicino alla villa possono dare un supporto. Volendo si possono ordinare cibi da due vicini ristoranti o prenotare l'autista, un ragazzo gentile che ci ha scorrazzato per Bali ad un prezzo buono.

Villa Leroy was an amazing place to stay and we were very happy we found this little piece of paradise. Having the whole place to ourselves was incredible and we were able to fully enjoy our time there (which was mostly in the infinity pool which is approx 1.6m deep). A couple of things to bare in mind; - if you have a fear of bugs/lizards/geckos this might not be the place for you. We loved seeing the geckos over the walls and I tried to catch one or two (unsuccessfully), the bathrooms being outside means you always have visitors, and there are millions of ants but they dont invade the inside spaces just noticeable outside. - If you are travelling with young children. The two rooms are separated by a small walk outside, our 5 year old did find it difficult to sleep in her room (especially during a storm) and was in our bed for 3/4 nights, but the beds are plenty big enough to accommodate. These didn't subtract from our stay here and we would definitely stay here again. Of all the places we stayed in Bali (4 in total) this was definitely the best. Two nights we used the takeaway service a local restaurant offers, the other two nights we cooked food ourselves in the amazing kitchen. The place is cleaned and the beds are made everyday (just like a hotel). Would thoroughly recommend.

This place is amazing! Just far enough to relax in peace but close enough to the great restaurants in Ubud. Everything was VERY clean. I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay at Villa Leroy other than making it a couple days longer.

I looked at a lot of options for my families stay in Ubud and villa Leroy was perfect for us. We rented scooters to do Day trips to town and the local sights and then spent the evenings together around the pool. It worked out well to have so much space for all of us the have some time apart when needed.

This place is a sanctuary. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an incredible time relaxing at the pool, lounging in the beautiful bedroom, and exploring Bali! The scooter available to rent is a lifesaver and the amount of privacy you get from being outside the center is wonderful. 10/10!

So much better than the photos suggested! The photos just does not do this place justice. The staff here were absolutely outstanding and by far the BEST service I’ve had in Bali by far. Would 100% recommend for all people looking for a 2 bedroom villa or even just a couple as it’s great for its money!

Villa Leroy is totally stunning. The Pool was very nice and clean too. It was a heartwarming welcome and the Crew helped us with everything we asked for. This was one of the best airbnb's I've ever been to.

This villa is so beautiful the pictures doesn't do it justice. The hospitality is exceptional and as well as attention to detail. Beautiful layout and great views of neighbouring rice fields. Wished we had more days in Bali.

It was a really nice Villa. Daily pool management. The caretaker was kind and quick to solve the problem. I will stay when I visit Ubud again. 매일 아침 조식을 주고, 매일 아침마다 수영장 청소를 하고, 제가 발리에서 머물었던 빌라 중에 수중청소기로 수질관리하는 유일한 빌라였습니다. 적극 추천이예요! 몽키포레스트와 가까워 접근성도 나쁘지 않았어요. 다만 우붓은 원래 택시잡기가 어려워 나가실땐 미리 잡아두었던 택시기사님과 돌아오실때에 약속을 미리 해두시면 좋을 것 같아요!

Our stay at Irwin’s Villa was nothing shy of amazing. It’s absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. It was always easy to organize a taxi into Ubud center and the surrounding areas. My only complaint is that I didn’t book longer there. I very much hope to stay there again in the future.

非常棒的别墅，房间比照片还要漂亮，在房间就能看到大片的麦田，别墅里的无边泳池也是特别舒服. 管家一切都安排的很好，给出的游览建议也很好。从别墅骑摩托车到乌布中心十分钟，距离瀑布十五分钟，各个景点都不算远。这次乌布之行，因为有了这间别墅才让旅行变得更加完美，强烈推荐这间性价比超强的酒店，一切都那么完美。

This place was amazing. I’ve stayed in 6 Airbnb’s in Bali and this was definitely one of my favorites. The place was beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful. The pictures don’t really do it justice! The location is outside of the city center so it’s quiet and relaxing, but a short drive to the art market and all the fun places in Ubud. Definitely recommend.

Villa Leroy was so beautiful! So much better than I even expected I was absolutely speechless when we saw it! We loved the pool & the amazing hospitality by Agung who cooked us a beautiful breakfast every morning & even taught us play bongos one morning! What an experience!

It is a really dream house for me , very clean, beautiful, comfortable, we could stay there for a whole day,just chating,playing guitar, cooking,swiming, lying in bed,everything was so perfect. We wanna stay there if go to ubud next time.

Just out of central Ubud and totally perfect to relax in nature. 10 min scooter ride into town makes for the perfect location. Only two of us stayed but theres enough room for 4-6. We loved every second. Agung and Augs came and made breakfast every morning and gave us local tips. Cant wait to come back! Being in the middle of some paddy fields there are some bugs and creepy crawlies so if thats not your thing look elsewhere. For us, it was perfect!

We spent a few weeks here and it was a great, relaxing place. It was peaceful and allowed you to escape the traffic, people and concrete of Ubud. Easy communication, lovely pool, and great house keeping.

The stay at the Villa Leroy has been the best part of our 5 day trip to Bali. My parents and I absolutely loved our stay at the villa. Agung and Agus were of super help, served us absolutely delicious breakfast and fresh juices everyday. We had everything we needed at the villa. Stayed at different airbnb locations across Bali and Nusa Lembognan island, but hands down this was the best experience. Absolutely recommend this place to stay for future travelers!

Irwan’s villa is perfectly located near the rice field. I stayed there with my Husband and parents and we loved our stay. The caretakers Agung and Agus were very genuine people and took care of all the small details. Its a 15 mins drive to the ubud centre so renting a car or a bike is a must.

The villa is beautiful, clean, and well worth the value. Agung and Agus were so great: accommodating, responsive, and kind. We had everything we needed. Ubud center is only a short 10-20 min drive. The location made us feel like a part of the local neighborhood, while at the same time, providing us with the quiet private get away we needed.

We stayed at Villa Leroy for 5 nights. We had an amazing stay and couldn’t say anything bad about the place if we tried! The location is a bit far from central Ubud so be prepared to spend extra on drivers for going into town, getting food, etc but it is a lovely secluded very quiet and relaxing spot. The staff Agus and Agung were amazing and very helpful, responding to all of our questions and concerns immediately. A beautiful place to stay and highly recommended!

I very much enjoyed my time in the villa. The villa is very beautiful with nature surroundings making it very peaceful and relaxing. The villa feels modern yet rustic. And everything was clean and neat. Agung and Agus were very helpful in anyway. The villa also provided everything i need from towels, soap, toothpaste. Toothbrushes, swimming towels, cutlery, kitchenette, dvd to milk, butter and so many more. The driveway is also suitable for our car. (It is quite hard finding a villa in ubud which has its own parking and driveway) Couldn't be happier. I'd recommend this villa to anyone looking for peaceful getaway in ubud, and i definitely be back soon.

This place is astonishingly good. It is having a 6 star resort all to yourself, impeccably clean, incredible staff and everything you could ever want available. The nearby restaurant they recommended was also fantastic with a serene and beatiful setting, great service and delicious cuisine -only 800 metres away. Staying at Villa Leroy was truly amazing! The surrounding landscape is so beautiful, the pictures can't even do it justice. Villa Leroy is a real gem in the Ubud area. Very well mantained, beautiful and lush garden. The personal attending the villa besides preparing delicious breakfasts is really helpful when you have any question, for example regarding transport. Irwan is a great host, weeks before arrival we had already the drivers detail, which picked us up at the airport. The villa is situated outside of Ubud, that is what makes it very special. During night the only sound you will hear is that of nature calling. We will come back without any doubt.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Leroy and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It is like a tranquil piece of heaven on earth! If you're looking for a beautiful, secluded and peaceful spot, then this is definitely the place. You are completely surrounded by nature, with frogs, ghekkos, birds and even bats all around (even for me who is super scared of these creatures, it was an amazing experience to stay there!) Agung and the rest of the staff were so attentive, cleaning the villa every day and cooking breakfast for us every morning. They even helped arrange a scooter and full day driver when we needed it. I cannot recommend Villa Leroy enough for an authentic Ubud stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amazing villa and great hospitality from the staffs. They accommodated all our requests, including special breakfast for our egg-allergic kids, in-villa massage, arrangement for driver cum tour guide for our entire stay, early 5am breakfast on our last day, and so on. The host is friendly and responsible. He made our stay so easy and really feel like at home. The entire villa is amazing. Even better than the pictures. There were a lot of bugs but didn’t bother us. It’s really a wonderful stay I ever expected.

If you’re in Ubud, stay here. It’s a bit off the beaten path but it is a wonderful escape from the chaos of Ubud City center. Staying here feels like luxury. The staff is so helpful and wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was so great to have.

All the reviews are true. This villa is a dream! Agus and Agung took such great care of us, from cooking breakfast to setting up a driver to planning our tours. Everything went smoothly. They even set up a couples massage on the balcony for us. I highly recommend that to anyone staying here. It was so peaceful. We felt secure and safe during our whole stay. The villa is beyond what we had expected before arriving. The villa was great! My friends and I loved everything: the spacious garden and living room, the bedrooms and the balcony. What we loved the best were the pool and the bathroom and its bathtub. We had to cancel our day trip to Lempuyang just so we could really enjoy this villa. Real balinese ambience! Aside from the amenities of the villa, what we loved the most is how helpful Agung and Agus had been. So far the nicest caretakers I have met. Helped us from renting our scooters late at night to bringing our sick friend to the hospital. They did it without hesitation. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY IN THIS VILLA IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE BALI AND RELAX

Amazing villa!!! We were supposed to go to Gili Air after our stay in Jimbaran, but because of an earth quake we had to change our plans and we decided to go to Ubud. We found this villa (by chance actually) and Even though the pictures looked really Nice we didn’t have any expectations. We were stunned when we arrived! Such a beautiful place and a warm welcoming from the two beautiful men working at the villa. The best part of our stay was still the service we recieved! 10/10 points to the staff who made us breakfast every morning, cleaned and made the villa look beautiful for the dinner we had the last night. There are a lot of insects around the villa though, and yes, they also come inside the house, but i think that is something you have to expect when you decide on going to Ubud! I would reccomend this villa to everyone

Favorite place to stay in Ubud and easy communication. It's ~6km south of center but they can easily arrange drivers. Much more than expected; we each had our own bedroom and bath, and the pool/bedroom/baths views were all amazing. In the morning, the staff comes in and cooks you a fresh breakfast in your kitchen. It's a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

I spent wonderful two days at Villa Leroy, and I would like to recommend it to anyone who comes to ubud. The rooms are very spacious and well-managed. Staffs (Agung and Agus) took very good care of the house and the pool so we could fully enjoy it. It’s quite far from the center of ubud, (20 mins by car at least) so if you want to hang out at the center untill late at night, you should manage the transportation well. (the staffs will definitely help you with that) It was overall very nice.

This villa totally exceeded our expectations! The property is so secluded which is exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. They decorated the entire villa for us upon arrival which was so nice! Agung would message us everyday asking what we wanted for breakfast and what time we would like breakfast served at, and he also asked if we needed anything for the villa daily which was a huge bonus. We asked for watermelon and strawberries and he made sure to bring them every day for us for the remainder of our stay:). The villa was cleaned every day as well as the pool. I must add - the pool was EXTREMELY CLEAN (unlike the next villa we ended up going to)! The center of Ubud is roughly a 10-15 minute scooter ride, which we enjoyed :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Ubud. The villa will blow your mind and the staff will make you feel like you are royalty! My husband and I loved every single thing about this place!!

4명의 식구가 발리 우붓에서 정말 편안하고 꿈 같은 시간을 보냈습니다. 체크인 며칠 전부터 당일까지 Irwan은 지속적인 연락과 마중을 해주어 체크인에 대한 어려움이 전혀 없었습니다. 집에서는 Agung과 Agus의 세심한 보살핌으로 편하게 지냈으며 여행 일정과 관련해 운전자, 투어회사 등에 직접 연락해주었고 가격도 합리적으로 정해주었습니다. 집은 필요한 것들은 빠짐없이 갖춰져 있고, 수영장은 매일 Agung이 수질관리를 해주어 항상 깨끗하였습니다. 주변 경관은 매우 고요하고 아늑했으며 지금도 기분좋은 바람소리가 기억에 남습니다. 호스트 이하 모든 스탭에게 감사합니다.

The villa Is even better than in the pictures. The location is very quite in front of the rice terrace. It’s very clean. We had a choice of the breakfast. My friend had an accident and the concierge Agung was always there to help us. Agund and his colleague were amazing, attention to details, very kind. It was much better than an hotel. I will probably come back next year. Excellent !!! Thank you! :)

Irwan’s villa is exquisite. My friends and I had the best time swimming in the infinity pool and overall having a fun and relaxing time. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They prepared breakfast during our stay, tidied up the rooms, and made sure that we knew how to contact them if we needed anything. The space is very private and overlooks beautiful fields and trees. Also, the beds are very big and comfortable. Outdoor shower was a major plus too. I hope we can make it back sometime.

Would definitely recommend 10/10! very secluded and catered to our needs. Had a blast!

Villa Leroy is beyond beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. The staff is very friendly and they make the best banana pancakes in the mornings. They helped us get food one night by ordering us a free shuttle from a restaurant nearby which was incredibly helpful! We can’t wait to stay again. We recommend you to book! Ubud isn’t walking distance unless you are ok with braving no sidewalks and dodging traffic. But the location is beautiful and worth it!

Villa Leroy was amazing! We originally planned to spend 3 nights there but extended it to 4. Agung and Agus looked after us - Agung went out of his way to get white rice and coconuts for us when we had a stomach bug. They were always available on WhatsApp, whether it was for organising breakfast or a driver to the airport or a massage at the villa. The place itself was amazing, the pool, gardens and indoor areas were kept immaculate. The views over the rice fields were lovely and it always felt totally private despite not being far from the main road. We rented a scooter from the villa (80k IDR per day) with helmets, it had plenty of petrol in and ran fine, there’s ample scooter parking out front. It took us about 10mn to get to the centre of Ubud. I contacted Irwan before we arrived and he organised a driver who collected us at the airport when we arrived, for 300k IDR (which seems to be the going rate for taxis too, but they won’t know exactly where the villa is) and they dropped us back off for 350k. It took a bit under an hour and a half to get there. We had no problems with insects while we were there (I was expecting to be bitten heavily by mosquitos, but not a single bit!) though there were plenty of animals around - geckos all the time, frogs at night, birds having a bath in the pool, bats over the fields... The king-size bed and four cushions were really comfortable, and the mosquito net was intact. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower (the huge bath takes longer than you think to fill though). Soap, body wash, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were provided and there’s a drinking water dispenser in the kitchen. In all, we’d definitely recommend the villa. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

Beautiful place.quiet and peaceful but still close to hot spots in ubud but definitely need your own transport or a driver. Breakfast was very basic,but accommodating to my baby as there was a high chair. The pool is slightly deep though for kids, bring your own float. Pak Agung and Agus was very prompt and was able to provide help immediately even though it was late night. They also have in house massage which was a fantastic service being that you can enjoy the villa and massage at the same time.

A piece of paradise in Ubud! I mean, they cook your breakfast, do your laundry, clean the place daily, and they can order food for you delivered straight to the villa! What else can you ask for? The place has all the necessities ready like toiletries, hot & cold drinking water, coffee/tea, towels and they even served us welcome drinks upon arrival. Irwan, Agung and Agus were very accommodating, quick to respond to our queries and concerns, and very kind people. A truly Balinese kind of hospitality! The photos won’t even do justice on how stunning this place is. Me and my family loved it so much and will be back again for sure!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon thanks to the recommendation of a friend. We had such a lovely time, the house was even prettier than in pictures and the staff was so nice. It is very well maintained and cleaned every day. Breakfast is delicious and complete and the option to have a romantic dinner was special for us. The location is amazing, near town (with the option to rent motorbikes) and in the middle of rice paddies where you can listen to nature and stay away from the buzz of the busy city center. It was easy to communicate with Irwan and he was helpful at all times. I definitely recommend it!

The villa was amazing. It was clean and quiet. The beautiful surroundings were in constant view thanks to the sliding glass door walls in every room. The pool was also fantastic, especially after coming back from visiting the countryside on a hot day. The villa also had a big 5 gallon drinking water dispenser, which was incredibly useful for when we were at home and for filling up a water bottle before going out. We also hired the recommended driver during our stay (Zendy), and he was completely professional, nice, and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was good too. Overall we had no complaints and would recommend the villa to friends and family without hesitation.

from the time we arrived till the time we left the villa team took care of all our needs, breakfast was a nice touch. The villa is spacious & clean with an outdoor bathroom which is also well maintained. The infinity pool is large enough and quite deep, so maybe not suitable for smaller children it also has a great view of the forest. On the other side of the Villa the views are of the rice fields, the villa is also set apart with no neighbours in close proximity this provides a very peaceful environment. My family had a great time here 7 would hope to return again sometime I highly recommend

Villa Leroy was absolutely beautiful. It was so quiet and peaceful, we hardly saw anybody else apart from the odd person in the paddy’s next door. I arrived to Bali however my bag didn’t and Irwan took us straight to a large department store to get bits and pieces. He also helped coordinate with the baggage claim in Denpasar to find my bag and have it delivered to the Villa. The service from Irwan and the other Villa staff was fantastic. We also hired a scooter at the Villa for our stay, which I would recommend is the best way of getting to and from the Villa. Thank you for the wonderful stay Irwan!

Incredible host! Wow, this place is absolute paradise. And whatever you imagine paradise to be, double it and triple it, and then we are still not even close to how special this home is. Staff were great, and live off site, so if you want privacy, you have it. It's a 10 minute scooter ride into the Ubud Centre, so is a great location not too far from the bustle. The pool is stunning, views are impeccable, and has great facilities. Outdoor bathroom is superb, great hot shower and large bath for 2 people, and bed is incredibly cloud like. Irwan came himself to say hi (at our request) and was a lovely fellow. If you're thinking of Bali, this is where you need to book! Don't even consider others. Thank you Irwan and Agung for a dream come true

Look no further. This place has everything you want in for a quiet getaway, and it’s only a couple Kilometers from downtown Ubud. It was hard to leave!

+wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt, besonders das nette Personal mit Agung hat uns sehr gefallen und natürlich die super schöne und liebevolle Einrichtung. -einen Minuspunkt gibt es für die falsche Inseratsbeschreibung, in diesem stand das ein Fitnessstudio, Waschmaschine, sowie Trockner vorhanden sei, was aber leider fehlte.

Irwan's place is absolutely gorgeous, set amidst rice field this place is perfect to spend time family & friends. Property is well kept & is absolutely clean. Kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking utensils & dishes. Both host Irwan & his team helps you to plan your trip & make your stay comfortable. Special shout out to Villa staff Agung, he arranged taxi for me late in the night when I had some medical urgency. He also cooked Indian Masala Sandwich for us (We gave him recipe). If you want to stay in lap of nature book this villa & you will not regret.

This villa is great for a romantic / relaxing stay and it's a quick drive away from central Ubud, the perfect combination of calm and fun! You can also get food delivered from many places if you don't feel like going out. The staff was really helpful and all the areas and details of the house were just perfect. We planned our honeymoon trip for 7 days in Bali and as per my cousin's suggestion, she suggested to explore Bali around Ubud region, as it is kind of centrally located in Bali and you have lots of options to explore (of course for the beaches you have to come down south). After looking at past review's of Villa Leroy, I booked it for 6 nights. Initially, I thought did I do a mistake by booking, but when we stepped into the Villa, that thought never came into our mind. I must agree and be thankful to all the past reviewers as it was exactly the same as shown in the photos.

Irwan is a very understanding and communicative host! VIlla Leroy is beautiful, and the view of the nature as well as the clean swimming pool are amazing. You get a nice view of the rice field right next to the rooms. There are two rooms total but even if you only need one, you get the entire villa and privacy. The staff was very kind and respectful. You can also order dinner here to arrive in less than 30 minutes. There are great accommodations like unlimited coffee and tea. You get a panoramic view of the outside in the bedrooms with glass clear windows, which is amazing in the daylight, sunset, and evening. VIlla Leroy deserves to be known by more people!

The villa is breathtaking - it boasts an infinity pool overlooking the ricefields. The area is quiet. Thank you to Agung and Agus for cooking our breakfast every morning. I would recommend staying in this villa when you’re in Ubud!

Villa Leroy is one of those rare places you'll never forget and you'll tell your friends about with a big smile in your face. What you get is a perfectly equipped villa in a beautiful landscape away from the noisy roads of Ubud. But if you feel like wanting some company around town just hop on the scooter and be there in a couple of minutes. To make things even more convinient: Every morning you'll be pampered with a breakfast from the super friendly staff Agung and Agus - while they clean up your room and straighten up everything else. And of course they help out with every question you have. Just perfect holiday relaxation. One thing never mentioned here before: From one of the terraces you have a stunning view of Mt. Agung! We enjoyed every single minute and we'd come back every time we are near.

A beautiful place located abt 15 mins south of Ubud center. Just get a scooter to roam around town and you'll be just fine. It's one of those properties where the picture actually don't do justice to how lovely it is. Very well designed and maintained it's remarkably value-for-money. The staff are extremely considerate & helpful. Be sure to try out the awesome banana pancakes for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Beautiful! The villa is perfect for families or two couples traveling together. Completely separate living spaces and a beautiful pool, there is also a gazebo tucked away perfect for yoga, meditation, or massages. There was just two of us but we enjoyed having the place to ourselves

Its one of the best experience of ubud. We would miss it. We really enjoyed the villa and had lot of fun.

This is a majestic place. If I ever go to Bali again, I would definitely stay here again. Didn't have the chance to meet Irwan tho. This property is worth every penny. Every morning two house staff (Agus and Agung) came to make us breakfast and clean the room, bedding and towels when we were out touring. When we came back everything was neat (just like an Hotel) It is completely isolated from all. All you hear is peace and birds (perfect for my honeymoon) but yet is just 5 minutes in car from the center. Irwin sent me a driver to the airport which cost me around USD 30.00 and we ended hiring his driver for the whole week for around USD 45.00 /day (which I highly recommend to do). Bali´s attractions are very far from each other so having a driver to take you everywhere and leave your bags (and a small cooler with water and beers) helped a lot when we were touring around. Streets in Bali are not that easy to drive since they have no signs and everyone drives like crazy. You might rent a scooter for just one day to have the experience, but I really recommend a private driver. Our driver´s name was Ketut ( phone: +62 857 3884 9671 ). He was a perfect host showing me Bali´s best attractions

The villa is even better than the photos! Me and my partner had an amazing, relaxing stay here. Everything is very clean and breakfast is great. At night you can hear the frogs and noises of nature. We loved it.

Villa Leroy is truly an amazing place to stay in Bali. It was secluded yet close to a ton of sights & locals attractions. The staff was caring and attentive to our needs, they went above and beyond our expectations. My favorite part of our stay was the candlelight dinner the staff setup for us the first night (at a very affordable price) & watching the sun rise every morning from the balancing of the master bedroom. I will Definitely be back!! Special Shoutout to Agung and our driver Fahge they were both amazing hosts.

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Paare) in der Ville Leroy. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir von Irwan mit Informationen und Kontaktdaten ausgestattet. Von Agung wurden wir herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Um nach Ubud zu kommen benötigt man ein Taxi, Roller oder Auto. Ohne Probleme hat uns Agung Roller organisiert so dass wir sehr flexibel unterwegs sein konnten. Wir empfehlen jedem diese Unterkunft weiter.

La villa est tout simplement sublime .. Encore plus belle qu'en photo ! Elle est très bien entretenu (propreté impeccable !) et elle est située au calme, au bord des rizières et pas très loin du centre ville (en scooter). La piscine est très spacieuse et magnifique, un vrai régal pour se reposer après des journées a explorer Ubud ! Je tiens également a faire remarquer que le personnel ainsi que le gérant sont super : - Irwan, le gérant a toujours répondu à nos questions et a bien préparé notre arrivée - Eka, nous a facilité notre arrivée, en louant un scooter qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Elle nous a également bien aidé pendant notre séjour. - Et une mention spéciale à Agus et Agung qui chaque jours nous on préparé un petit déjeuner excellent, tout en se souciant de notre santé (et oui mon copain a été malade, Agung lui a donc cuisiné du riz le matin au petit déjeuner :) ) et ils prennent tout les jours soin de la maison en la nettoyant chaque jours ! Cette villa est un paradis ! je recommande à 100% !

The villa is very very beautiful and modern , and the owner arrange 2 servant for breakfast and clean house , also we can cook for ourselves, the equipment is complet , u can find everything in the villa . We cancel the originale plan due to the environment of the villa .in a word very comfortable. Just the position is a little difficult to find , and there are some insects , but no problem .

This is place is incredible! It really is as special as it looks in the pictures. The pool area is beautiful with a view over the rice paddies. Can't fault it! Beautiful place.

The best villa I have ever been. Everything was so amazing. Agun and the rest were very helpful and polite. It was the birthday of my boyfriend and I asked for something special. The villa is amazing, pictures do no justice. Very secluded but the host and his staff were very helpful in finding the location. Agung was so sweet, and very helpful. The breakfast was impeccable. Wir haben fünf Tage in der Villa verbracht und können diese absolut empfehlen. Die Beschreibung trifft exakt zu und die abgelegene Lage und der Ausblick laden zum enstspannen ein. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wird von den zwei Housekeepern sehr gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück und der Service sind gut. Man benötigt jedoch einen Roller oder einen Fahrer um nach Ubud zu kommen, was aber absolut kein Problem darstellt, da die Leute vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit sind. Die Villa eignet sich als guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend um Ubud zu erkunden. Absolut weiterempfehlenswert.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Leroy. Villa is even better than the pictures, it's absolutely beautiful! Location isn't even an issue when the villa is this amazing! It's secluded and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The villa itself is huge and well maintained. We did not meet the owner but the manager and he was great! Such a sweet man that made awesome pancakes and helped us out with absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. Communication was also quick and easy prior to and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Bali! We loved loved loved it!

Es waren traumhafte Tage. Obwohl wir durch die guten Bewertungen schon hohe Erwartungen hatten, wurden diese dennoch übertroffen. Es hat einfach alles von vorne bis hinten gestimmt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, dann aber nicht nur 4 Tage!

Es un lugar mágico. La casa es preciosa, la piscina y el baño increíble. No tendría ninguna duda en volver a esta casa en mi próxima estancia en Ubud. Esta un poco alejada de Ubud, pero es tan bonita, tranquila y bien cuidada que no importa coger coche o moto para moverte al centro. La atención de Agnun fue perfecta, pidió cena a un restaurante para la casa, nos dimos el mejor masaje de Bali en la casa, y estaban atentos a todo lo que necesitabamos. Recomiendo 100% la villa!

Fantastic, peaceful villa about 20 min from central Ubud. Stunning landscape and it is a true sanctuary. Loved the outdoor bathrooms and the light, airy bedrooms. Great internet speed, fantastic pool and wonderful breakfasts cooked by staff in the morning. Absolutely exceeded our expectations and would love to stay there again, next time we are in Bali.

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit während unserer abenteuerlichen Reise durch Bali! Die Villa liegt abgelegen von der Straße, mitten im Jungel neben den Reisfeldern! Restaurants sind sehr weit weg, daher haben wir den Lieferservice gewählt!

Es war eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

This is the perfect get away place. Outside of busy ubud the house is in the middle of nature. You need a driver to get around but that is not an issue and the team always organizes what you need. We traveled quite a bit and this is one of the best places we stayed in. We were with our 20 months old twins and no security issue at all. The team is taking well care and we enjoyed the great breakfast every morning. A clear recommendation!!

Me and my wife were on our honeymoon and it was a great choice as my wife always wanted to stay at a private pool villa, I haven't met the owner Irwan but the manager Wayan and his stuff were very helpful and responsive, they help us order food as the villa is alittle bit far in a quite area, the view was even better than the pictures, villa is big and well mentained, free breakfast was very good as it's prepared in the villa's kitchen, smiply we were living a dream and loved every moment of it.

Highly recommend place for those who look for nature, peace and quietness away from the troubled areas. Enjoy the perfect services like breakfast prepared by Agung and Agus and helpful for any question around day trips, shopping or restaurants. Nyoman as our driver with the knowledge to answer all questions around Bali and Wayan, managing the whole and giving us a feeling of feeling at home.

The place is even more beautiful then the pictures. I would recommend that one book a driver through the house, because the Villa can be difficult to find on your own for the first time. If you want a fantastic house- only 10-15 min from the noise of Ubud centrum, you should those this house.

Would 100% recommend this place! Definitely better than the photos. Pool was always very clean, and the views were amazing. Staff was very helpful and the included breakfast was a plus! Only downside is the road to get to the villa itself is pretty rough so best be previously comfortable on a scooter but other than that this place is a must stay! Was sad I couldn't have stayed longer!

MARAVILLOSA !!! esta casa deja sin aliento... menuda casa, menudo entorno.. todo ! Una lujosa Villa en medio de la selva. La Villa es impresionante y todo fue genial. Agus nos hizo unos maravillosos pancakes de banana para desayunar, nos organizaron todo lo que necesitamos: rafting, transporte, barco a las Gili... todo ! Sin duda si volviesemos a Ubud, volveríamos aquí. Eso sí... si os dan miedo los bichos... este no es vuestro sitio, al estar en medio del campo (maravilloso!!!!) hay muchos bichos: sapos, lagartos, mosquitos.... hasta me encontré... un cangrejo!!! Jajajaja. Por supuesto, ni los sapos, ni lagartos... nos hicieron nada. Todo se trata de convivencia y respeto. :)

Great value for money, home away from home and seriously an absoulte paradise. Would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a break from the busyness of Bali.

Beautiful villa and pool in very peaceful surroundings. The wildlife was amazing, frogs, lizards, birds and butterflies. The villa was clean and you get fresh towels everyday, both pool and bath towels are provided. There is also a water dispenser and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The nearby Teba Sari restaurant is lovely, and if you ring them they will come and collect you and drop you home . Its not far to walk but its very dark! The young housekeeper, Agus looked after us and made breakfast every morning, made our beds and cleaned everywhere. We booked a driver, Nyoman, for two days, he was very helpful and spoke good English, he haggled for us, helped us buy tickets for temples and guided us round Tirta Empul. Overall a very relaxing stay and great value for money.

Villa Leroy is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at! Not only the beautiful rooms with their big and comfy beds, the amazing outdoor bathrooms and rain showers, the incredible garden area with infinity pool all surrounded by jungle and rice fields but very importantly the absolutely courteous, friendly and accommodating stuff made my stay nothing but perfect. I would suggest eliminating the strong chemical smell that I noticed coming from insect repellant out of the rooms then everything is just flawless! I can totally recommend staying at Irwans place! You won't be disappointed! Me and my family will definitely come back!!

Our stay at the villa was magnificent! The villa itself is very luxurious and clean. The swimmingpool is amazing same for the bathrooms. Wayan was an amazing manager who helped us with everything we needed (driver/taxi, organise trips and ordering food). Agus the housekeeper was there whenever we needed him and prepared an amazing breakfast. All in all we had an incredible stay and nothing bad to say about the villa and it's staff.

Сразу скажу , что очень много живности, мы были к этому готовы не сразу, много геконов и ящериц, лягушек. Все они дружелюбны. Не бойтесь , это настоящая природа. Villa Leroy is a beautiful, secluded villa that has no neighbours but a lovely backdrop. The villa is clean, calm and tranquil. My stay here was well enjoyed and the service was excellent. Just a note however, this is a secluded villa. Whilst I was confident on a scooter, this isn't walking distance to Ubud centre (but that's exactly what I didn't want). Thanks Irwan, Wayan and Agus.

I used airbnb a lot and thisis the best place I've ever been. Don't underestimate the pictures, the villa is even more beautiful than it looks. Wayan the house manager is the définition of service (he will help you for anything you need) and Angus the driver is a very good guide. We knew we would have a lovely time there but it was even better than that. Highly recommended. Can't wait to come back.
