Exploring Villa Pacekan Ubud 2Bedroom with private pool & AC left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Villa Pacekan Ubud 2Bedroom with private pool & AC was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Villa Pacekan Ubud 2Bedroom with private pool & AC painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The villa is not nice and cosy at all. Photos were much better than reality. There is mould all around, no hot water in wash-bowls at bathrooms and kitchens. It smells very humid in bedrooms. The villa is not well equipped at all: very old fridge which smells disgusting, old furniture at kitchens, not enough spoons, forks, knives, plates and glasses. There’s no big enough bin in the kitchen. There was only one towel per person and during the staying towels were never changed! There is no grass on the ground, what makes it feel very uncomfortable. The biggest problem is rats! The kitchen is outside and when you stay there you meet rats! That is absolutely unacceptable!!! We felt upset and disappointed while staying there.

Eka's attitude was very bad, we relied on him for one day for taking us to good places near ubud but he was lazy to take us any good one and wasted our precious day stay in ubud. An even he was involved in an accident which scared our children.

너무나 훌륭한 풀빌라^^ 다음에도 오면 다시 오고 싶은 곳 방2개 다 깨끗하고 훌륭함, 수건 충분히 있고, 수영장도 너무 좋음. 3층 올라가서 보는 뷰도 훌륭하니 한번쯤 올라가서 일출이나 일몰을 보면 좋을듯. 체크인하기도 너무 쉽고, 짐도 방 바로 앞까지 옮겨주니 서비스도 최고! 조식도 너무 훌륭 계란도 맛있고, 토스트도 맛있고, 음료도 훌륭. 플레이팅도 너무 이뻤음. 우붓 시내까지는 그랩으로 약15분정도 걸려서 레스토랑이나 카페, 마사지샵 가기도 좋았음.

Très agréable séjour. L' arrivée dans un dédale de ruelles peut surprendre mais Eka et son équipe sont là pour nous guider et transporter nos bagages. A deux pas de la villa le Warung tenu par Eka permet de se restaurer pratiquement à toutes heures de la journée. Ubud est une ville fascinante tant par sa culture que par ses artistes. C'est aussi une ville fatiguante et le repos dans la magnifique villa de Eka est réparateur et bienvenu. Seul bémol la cuisine n'est pas très équipée. Heureusement Eka et son équipe sont très réactifs et on satisfait toutes nos demandes. La communication a été fluide et excellente avec tout le monde. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.

Everything was amazing, the pool and kitchen has everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, only things to fault would be the bathroom in the bottom level didnt have a lockable window so anyone could climb in. And the bathroom shower floor wasn’t the most stable flooring haha but I would definitely stay again!

A beautiful villa in a quiet area, but still just a short walk to shops & restaurant. Rooms were spacious & clean, felt luxurious!

Eka was a great host! Picked us up from the airport and gave great recommendations. He even accommodated for us in getting a very late dinner. I wish the walk to the villa had more lights as it was quite dark after the sun went down, but otherwise was great!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber sauber und absolut ausreichend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich top! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Auf Wunsch wurden wir vom Flughafen mit einer Autoschale für unser Baby abgeholt, auf Bali nicht selbstverständlich! Die Lage war auch super - man war in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und konnte alles gut erreichen. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft empfehlen! Sie bietet alles, was man braucht, und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

The villa is very beautiful and was cleaned daily. The included breakfast was amazing, I loved the banana pancakes. In saying that I did have ants in my room and bathroom and one morning there was mouse droppings on the floor of my bedroom which was the upstairs floor. Overall it's such a beautiful place that I would recommend staying here. I would definitely not recommend using eka as a driver though. I had read so many reviews saying how friendly and helpful he is but this was not my experience at all. We were with him for 10 hours one day and sat in the car in complete silence. He answered if I asked a question. He never asked if we need a toilet, or water or food. In 10 hours! The next day he had organised a different driver for us and he was even worse. I think he couldn't speak English so we couldn't even ask a question. Anyway, villa yes, driver absolutely not.

We had a great stay here and the villa is beautiful, clean and comfy. The beds were lovely and the staff are amazing. Breakfast is included at a lovely restaurant 1 minute away and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend this for future stays. Our only comment was the walk from the supermarket to the villa. It is accurate as advertised that it is about 4-7 minutes however you have to walk through dark alleys if you are returning at night which put us off coming home late / walking out in the dark.

If you have a big luggage, this place can be a little hard to get to. Eka's team welcomes you to get you to the home in the beginning, which was helpful otherwise it can be hard to locate. But once you find your way there, you can easily locate it later. Eka is very responsive and tries his best to accommodate your needs. Based on the photos, I thought the villa had a living room but it's just two bedrooms; one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I hoped but Eka took care of it.

너무 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 효도여행으로 가신 부모님도 너무 흡족한 숙소였어요. 우붓 시내로 도보로 가능하고 그랩은 빈땅슈퍼마켓으로 픽업/음식배달 모두 가능했어요. 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 빈땅 주차장으로 들어가서 정말 좁은 골목으로 들어가야 하는데 여기는 Eka와 스텝들이 도와주지 않았으면 저희가 직접 캐리어 3개를 끌고 들어가기는 힘들었을 것 같아요. 그리고 새벽에 바투르 투어를 가는데 주차장으로 가는 문이 닫혀있어서 조금 방황했네요ㅠㅠ 그 외에 수영장, 청결함, 침대 등 모두 너무 좋았어요! 샤워는 꼭 2층에서 하는 것을 추천합니다!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ubud. The villa contained everything we needed and whenever we missed something or needed some support, Eka and his team cared for us immedialy. Eka offers nice ideas for trips and also drives us to some places which were really great. The villa is situated near a well equipped supermarket (Bintang). And with the app "Grab" or "Gojek" you can order food or get everywhere you want quite easily. Thanks a lot to Eka, his dad and the whole team!

Eka en Ketit zijn super hosts. Ze hebben alles tot in de lintjes geregeld. Bij inkomst stonden er mensen te wachten die de spullen naar het huis brachten. Dit is ook nodig, want de villa ligt op 200 meter van de straat. Je moet een aantal trappen op en smalle doorgangen door. Niet heel toegankelijk voor mindervaliden en kinderen. Dat was het enige min punt, we hebben wat moeten slepende en tillen met de kids. Voor de rest is het uitstekend.

Nice place with attentive staff. It’s important to note that the Airbnb is about 150m off the main road and up some stairs, so it’s important to know that when booking.

Great place to stay. Very central to town. Close to a great grocery store. The hosts are very nice and helpful

整体设计不错、特别是庭院。热带植物配搭得很好。三楼的阁楼房间四面是窗、风景很美。 不过感觉后期管理不太理想。 例如、泳池池水可能不算太干净、没能尽兴。没牙刷牙膏、沐浴液也没有补充、几乎是空的。杯碗有点脏。 但是这个价钱嘛、性价比还不错的。

Eka and staff were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Although the villa is about 10 mins walk from the main road, location wise is still great, and you can walk to the main city area in about 20-30 mins. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was really delicious too! Eka was very responsive and did his best to cater to our requests such as replenishing toilet paper when it was finished. The only downside is that there could be insects and animals about at night, and we were visited by flying insects, lizards, and even a cat (although thankfully they did not manage to enter the room). Just make sure you do not leave any food lying about outside at night. Remember to bring a torch, as the walk from the main road to the villa can get very dark at night, and some stretches of the road is on a cliff without railings along the path. Overall a great experience!

Nice place to stay in Ubud. You pay reasonable money, you stay close to Ubud downtown and yet it is really quiet location. The communication is absolutely smooth and friendly.

This villa is beautiful and very well maintained. It is a little bit of a walk from the Main Street, but it’s worth it. There is breakfast available every morning but the options are limited. Overall all we enjoyed or stay.

The villa is a short walk down some narrow walkways behind the big Bintang supermarket.....bring a torch for nightime! It's in a quirky location and there is a beautiful cafe (Yellow Flower Cafe) within a couple of minutes walk. The villa itself is lovely, with gorgeous views from the upper floors. Very comfortable beds and lots of space. The pool was freezing as it's in the shade most of the day (it was too cold to use, which was disappointing for us all. The breakfast is pretty basic & small. You have to order it in advance & it is delivered next morning. Twice we were told that 2 or 3 of the options were unavailable. The distance from the villa into central Ubud isn't far and its quicker to walk (25mins) as the traffic is heavy and often backed up. The staff were generally friendly but Ketut was a bit grumpy with us on a couple of occasions that we needed help. We had really noisey neighbours for the duration of our stay, but that was just our bad luck I guess.

The villa is lovely - private, sparkling clean, spacious, and terrific value for money! Communications with Eka and Ketut were prompt and easy. Since the bedrooms are on separate floors, the villa is also well suited for two couples to share. There was also a queen sized bed on the top floor. There was no safe in the unit - there was one in the office, but it didn’t make sense for us to use a shared one. Our challenge was the cute but narrow paths/walkways to access the property on foot. We were not comfortable walking “home” after dark - since the paths are very narrow, uneven and some areas have steep drop offs to a stream and so made it a point to be back at the villa before dark. Loved the food at the Elephant and really good pizza at Dumbo.

It's a lovely villa but somewhat difficult to get to, having to walk through narrow backlanes which are not lit so walking back at night was a little scary. The villa looks exactly as the photos. Host Eka is friendly, ever quick to respond to messages and requests, and he and his staff helped with our luggages for both check-in and check-out. Breakfast is provided but it's really just light items such as omelette or banana pancake or Balinese porridge.

Excellent service and a lovely villa! Tasty banana pancakes for breakfast (and many other options) and cleaning every day. Only downside fot us was that it was about a 20 minute walk to downtown Ubud, but a taxi is cheap (around 50 000 rp) and easy to find when you are too tired to walk!

pro first villa is lovely and clean very modern plenty of towels and toilet paper which are the most important stayed in kuta and sanur before here and it was here I had the best the nights sleep no fault with the villa in itself but .... we met the host in bintang supermarket carpark as the villa is located behind it a little off-putting to be fair as it was a bit of a trek with cases and a walkway with a drop to one side kind of put me off going out in the dark there could be little things like coffee milk etc provided and even though we asked for milky coffee with breakfast it was always black but all in all a lovely stay but a better description should be provided on location because it wouldn't suit everyone xx

숙소 위치가 예상보다 깊숙한 곳에 있다고 느껴졌으나 익숙해지니 괜찮았어요! 조용하고 편히 잘 묵었습니다! 그리고 이것저것 물어볼 때 답변을 빨리 해줘서 편했습니다. 한가지, 아침 양이 좀 더 있으면 더 좋았겠다는 바람이 있으나 전반적으로 좋았습니다! 스텝들의 친절에 감사를 전해요!

The place was clean and beautiful, great location certainly value for money. Lack some thoughtful touches everything was very business like we thought. The coffee was all dried up and stale, the water supply got cut off alot! They never replaced some light bulbs which they promised. Though I must say Eka was always prompt with replies and arranged transport for us with no problem. Well we lived with it and had a pleasant stay.

Eka's place is exactly what I'd hoped for and he and his dad were very approachable and welcoming. A 15-20 minute walk from the Ubud high street, it is close enough to be convenient and far enough to give a real Ubud experience. Breakfast was lovely and the whole area was very spacious! Wasn't really warm enough to use the pool but I guess we weren't really there long enough to enjoy it. Thank you Eka.

The villas a new and clean, very private. You do have a 3 -4 min walk to the main road and your scooter through alleys. There is a lovely cafe, Yellow Cafe along one of the paths. Handy to Bintan supermarket and only a few minutes on scooter into the centre of Ubud.

Great villa with a really friendly and helpful staff. We could always reach them, the owner even provided us with a phone to call them at any time. The beds were very comfortable and big. Nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

This was our absolute favourite stay across five airbnbs while in Bali, it was perfect and even better than we could’ve imagined. You get all the great parts of staying in a villa (private, lots of space, quiet, own pool) while also basically having the service of a resort! Eka and the whole team took care of anything we needed and more - breakfast each morning at the restaurant, recommendations for local services, Eka was a fabulous driver for the day, even down to the small details like the bed nets and leaving mosquito spray for us. We had a small issue with something our first night and Eka had one of the team members come immediately to fix it for us. Other things we loved include the location (close to a few restaurants and the supermarket, yet set back from the main road - so quiet and peaceful!), the comfy beds, large bathrooms, afternoon shade in the pool, and it felt very safe and secure. Eka also booked a tour for us that we found ourselves. We can’t wait to come back!

非常好喜欢这间民宿，很干净。 酒店虽然不能直接车辆开进去，需要人步行穿过去，但是工作人员会非常快过来接你拿行李，服务态度很好。就是工作人员有上班时间，21:00以后有什么事情就叫天天不灵了，房东就让我等到工作人员上班

Eka a été une hôte formidable. Nous avons profité d’un transfert mis en place par elle même pour arriver à la villa (chose que je vous recommande!) La villa est dans un endroit calme , le petit déjeuner servi juste à côté (inclus au prix) est délicieux !! L’accueil sur place n’a pas besoin de note tellement il était parfait !! Le service vraiment rien à redire!! Nous avons pu avoir un chauffeur chaudement recommandé par leur soin , qui a su écouter et s’adapter à toutes nos envies ! Nous en a avons même profité pour d’autres étapes de notre voyage c’est pour dire !! Notre seul regret : d’avoir fait seulement 3 nuits!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Une très belle villa située dans un environnement paisible mais tout en étant proche du centre d’Ubud. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et prévenants au quotidien. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Fantastisch verblijf. 4 nachten verbleven. Paradijsje voor ons alleen. We waren er met ons gezin van 4. Allevier genoten van de gastvrijheid. Lekker ontbijt met ontzettend vriendelijke bediening. De host helpt vlot met het vinden van een taxi bestuurder. Melon en Ketut waren zo lief en gastvrij. Zo hard een aanrader. Reis van ons leven.

Could have stayed home all day. Very liveable and comfortable. Eka's warung serves great food and also Yellow Flower Cafe is close by. Bintang supermarket very close and easy to get a car from their.

le séjour depuis l'accueil jusqu'au départ a été exceptionnel !!! Les petits déjeuners excellent et inclus dans le prix et Eka toujours à notre service pour nous troudes idées de sortie , activités etc ...C'était un séjour en tout point parfait

Eka was extremely responsive, very kind and always went above and beyond. The included breakfast was peaceful and delicious and the private pool and villa was relaxing and calm. We will definitely be staying again.

We booked 5 nights at Villa Pacekan in Penestanan and absolutely loved it! The villa itself is very spacious, pool was clean and cold, and the staff were always available and helpful. The neighbourhood itself is a wonderful, quiet place to base yourself for activities in and around Ubud. Walking distance to the busy centre of Ubud but also close to peaceful rice walks, places to eat and if it's clear, see Mt Agung (could even see from the top floor balcony). Thank you to Eka and your team, we would recommend you to anyone wanting to visit Ubud.

We loved at stay at Eka’s oasis in Ubud. So close to their cafe around the corner, & Brekky included was a great way to start the day. The Bintang supermarket was very handy, and the villa was so quiet and tranquil, with only a short stroll from the supermarket. We had some super hot & humid days, so we’d catch an uber for the short drive into town if we were too hot & bothered. It was awesome. Would happily stay here again. We loved our time here x 🌴☀️🍹

What a wonderful stay! Eka picked us up from the airport and took us to the Villa in Ubud for a very reasonable price. One we arrived he arranged for our luggage to be delivered to our Villa and showed us around. The restaurant at the premises was very good with nice food and delightful staff. Eka was willing to arrange trips for us or make suggestions for what to do and where to eat. Check out was easy and again, our luggage was carried to the car park for us. If you’re after a peaceful retreat with a beautiful backdrop, I recommend this place.

Eka and his wife were incredible hosts! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. And in such a beautiful space

Eka, his family, and his staff were all wonderfully welcoming and kind. He was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and asking how to improve. They went above and beyond to help arrange outings, answer questions, & offered to clean up for us every day. It wasn't a negative for us but we were a little surprised that the 2nd bedroom is on the 2nd floor with stairs on the outside of the house. The stairs were only accessible to someone in the walls of the villa so it was secure for an older child to be upstairs alone. But if I had a younger child, I'd probably want to have them sleep closer. That being said my daughter said she felt like a queen in the large, comfortable bed in her own room with her own spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the garden patio and pool. The food at his warung was delicious, but it was also great to have a supermarket so close so that we could easily pick up snacks and necessities.

This is a simply brilliant place to stay. The villa is beautiful and was immaculately clean. Eka was a brilliant host, and helped us out greatly with information about the area (especially helpful over Nyepi). I would highly recommend and would stay again!

Great place in the quiet alleys of Penestanan! The staff are very friendly, and the food at the Warung is great!

Wij verbleven een week in het huis van Eka met twee kleine kinderen. Heel fijn dat ze speciaal voor ons een zwembadhek plaatsten zodat we ons geen zorgen hoefden te maken over zwemveiligheid. Ontbijt was goed en makkelijk communiceren met het personeel. Het is wel wat verder lopen naar de straat, dus dat is goed om rekening mee te houden als je met kleine kinderen reist. Verder een top verblijf gehad!

民宿三层楼，靠近Bintang 超市，购物超级方便，可以作为旅行最后一站住宿。离乌布皇宫10分钟车程，站在三楼看森林景象，附近就是老板餐厅就餐很方便，民宿厨房很好用，自己烧了几餐，还过了除夕。民宿老板很贴心，都安排来回行李运送，从超市到民宿要走几分钟，但别有一番风景，走进乌布生活，强烈推荐这个宝藏民宿。

A lovely place in every way!

장점 깨끗하다, 조식을 준다, 개인 풀이 있다, 조용하다, 1층과 2층을 모두 사용하기 때문에 공간이 넓다, 소통이 잘 되고 즉각적으로 나의 요구를 들어준다, 빈땅슈퍼가 가깝다 단점 시내에서 떨어져 있어서 택시비가 든다, 2층 접근성이 떨어진다 왜냐하면 2층 올라가는 계단이 1층 방으로부터 멀리있다

We stayed here for 4 nights. The stay was great, brekky excellent. Short 5 minute walk to Bintang supermarket for groceries if you need. Close to main St Ubud with a 5 minute gojek ride from the Bintang supermarket lobby. The living zones are outside so make sure that's ok for you. Beautiful family owned villa in a peaceful spot! So good!

Thank you Eka for a lovely stay! You were always there when we needed you. Especially with our bags from Bingtang:) It was a smooth check-in into a smooth checkout, so everything was wonderful, and the villa was a very well appointed. It was a wonderful experience and hope to visit again.

Vi brugte juledagene i Eka og hans families hus, og vi havde nogle virkelig hyggelige dage! Al personale var hjælpsomme, fleksible og hjalp os godt på vej videre. Selvom man i første omgang tænkte, at det var besværligt at skulle gå det sidste stykke til boligen, viste det sig at være en virkelig hyggelig oplevelse - og Eka og hans personale hjælper med al bagagen. Vi fik ansigtsbehandling, mens vi var der, og det var virkelig en dejlig oplevelse! Og så kommer vi helt sikkert til at savne morgenmaden!

Very peaceful villa near a large supermarket and great cafes/restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was very good! One thing to note: the kitchen and dining room are outside, so there are a few bugs around in the evenings.

We stayed in the villa with 2 kids, it was very easy to find, the staff was very responsive and waiting for us at the Bintang Supermarket to help us with our luggages. There was clearing every day and they even did the dishes. Breakfast is included and they deliver to the villa of you want. There was recommandations for massages and activities. I would recommend staying there :)

Loved staying at Eka' villa. It was so peaceful with beautiful pool and garden. Near to yoga and Yellow Flower Cafe. Perfect retreat in the best part of Ubud. Eka made me feel very welcome.

This villa is an oasis of paradise. We stayed in Japun and it was beautiful. 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms and a great pool. It is in the backroads behind busy Ubud but accessible on foot to many shops, restaurants and yoga studio. Eka bought a family, home feeling and I would highly recommend

Thanks Eka, Marie and the whole team! Wonderful service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I was travelling with my son, daughter in law and baby grandson. Eka had organised everything we needed, plus some! The meals at his nearby warung were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and beyond accomodating. We stayed here for 4 days while travelling through Bali. The accommodation is beautiful, our hosts were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast is also great! Fresh fruit, pancakes, and freshly squeezed juices. The local area is FULL of things to do, places to eat, etc. We walked into town most days, but you can get a taxi for £2 - £3. I would highly recommend this fabulous host. We were also lucky enough to meet a brilliant driver who took us on tours around Ubud to various temples, waterfalls and attractions. If you’re looking for a taxi, tour guide or airport transfer - I’d highly recommend him. His name is Melon, and you can get his contact info from the host (Airbnb won’t let me share his number in this review).

Tijdens mijn verblijf in Bali heb ik op drie verschillende plekken gebleven, maar bij Eka in Ubud had ik de beste nachtrust. De communicatie voor aankomst was goed, duidelijk en ik kreeg snel een reactie. We zijn heel fijn en vriendelijk ontvangen. Het restaurant is echt een pluspunt. Dagelijks lekker ontbijt en heerlijke maaltijden. Ook is dagelijkse schoonmaak mogelijk. Eka en zijn personeel zijn hartstikke behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Vacanza davvero piacevole! La casa era accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è fantastica: immersa nella natura e a due passi dalle risaie, che offrono panorami stupendi, soprattutto al tramonto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il ristorante nelle vicinanze, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutarci e a darci consigli utili sulla zona. Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere – consigliatissimo!!

lovely friendly helpful staff, who kept place immaculate and cooked us a lovely breakfast. Recommend their fried rice and fried noodles . Eka the host always quick to help us with anything. When our toilet blocked in heavy rain, they were heroic working in the pouring rain to fix it promptly. Loved the location which was quite with no motorbikes, and beautiful with lots of tropical planting . lots of beautiful cafes with delicious food to choose from nearby. plus super convenient to be so close to supermarket. Unfortunately it rained a lot in our stay, but the villa was well designed for it. Because of lots of windows and the light ceilings it stayed light even with gloomy skies. Many houses in Bali have dark wooden ceilings, which makes them gloomy and difficult to read in. Plus it had two comfortable couches with a squab to lie and read on ,( many houses in Bali don't have couches, just a hard wooden bench so not comfortable to lie on) plus it had the bonus of Netflix.

We have had a very nice stay at Eka's Pacekan villa. The pool was very nice to cool down in and it was clean. The 2 bedroom villa was new and beautifull, large and equipped well. Eka was very nice and helped us out so well throughout our stay. The rest of the staff was always ever so kind. The neighbourhood was quiet and away from the busy center, but closeby a few nice restaurants. Breakfast was good! We were with 2 little children and we felt really at home. Hopefully, we didn't cause too much of a trouble for you with the 2 little ones..... Hope to see you again some day.

This villa was absolutely beautiful. The pictures matched the place exactly. The amenities were well thought out and the beds were comfortable. Everyone was super helpful, welcoming and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

Hele fijne villa. Net buiten de drukte door gunstige ligging. Heel fijn zwembad. De slaapkamer boven is alleen buitenom te bereiken. Dat lijkt me fijn om te weten als je met kleine kinderen reist. Ook heeft deze slaapkamer aan 1 kant geen gordijnen waardoor je vroeg wakker bent. De villa is heel schoon. Om de hoek zit de grootste supermarkt van Ubud. Hier waren wij erg blij mee. Veel fijne restaurants in de buurt. ‘s morgens mag je ontbijten bij de Warung van de familie. Dit is op 20 meter van de villa. Prima keuze in zowel westers als Indonesisch ontbijt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je hebt absoluut een scooter nodig om je te verplaatsen. Wij komen zeker terug.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Eka! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum - sehr sauber und besonders! Wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl, bei dem Team gut aufgehoben zu sein. Egal, welches Anliegen man hatte, man konnte sich mit allem bei Eka und seinem Team melden. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, danke für die fantastische Zeit!

Villa Pacekan è una gemma nel centro di Bali. Strategica per le uscite notturne e comoda per visitare l’isola. Eka e il suo staff sono stati gentilissimi. Tornassi a Bali probabilmente farei altre cose, ma sceglierei nuovamente Villa Pacekan come punto d’appoggio.

C’est un bel et paisible endroit surtout près d’Ubud où l’activité et quelque peu bruyante et chargée en circulation

아주좋은 숙소였습니다. 다음에 우붓에 또 간다면 꼭 다시 방문할 예정입니다. 위치 : 빈땅 슈퍼마켓 바로뒤에 있어 슈퍼마켓 이용도 쉽고, 우붓 다운타운까지도 도보 혹은 택시로 쉽게 이동 가능합니다. 주변 : 도보로 갈수 있는 요가원, 까페등이 있습니다. 아침에 일찍 일어나 첫타임으로 요가 클래스를 수강하거나 느긋하게 휴식하며 커피 한잔 할 수 있습니다. 호스트 : EKA는 친절하며 과하지 않게 도움을 요청하면 언제든 응답합니다. EKA를 통해 아융강 래프팅을 잘 다녀올 수 있었습니다. 숙소 : 수영장은 생각보다 깊습니다.. 160정도의 여성은 발이 닿지 않을 수 있습니다. 주방과 거실공간은 실외에 있으나 모기나 벌레는 크게 신경쓰이지 않았습니다. 다만 밤에 도마뱀은 나타나곤 했는데 우리 딸들이나 와이프는 크게 무서워 하지 않아 괜찮았습니다. 숙소의 청결도는 최상이며 매일매일 청소를 해주어 아주 만족했습니다. 아침식사는 EKA가 운영하는 레스토랑에서 룸서비스 혹은 레스토랑에서 먹을 수 있으며 오믈렛+토스트, 오믈렛+팬케잌, 볶음국수와 같은 메인에 음료가 한잔 포함되어 맛있게 먹었습니다. EAK의 레스토랑은 굉장히 맛있었고 저렴하여 만족스러웠습니다. 위치, 서비스, 시설 모두 만족스러웠으며 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소 였습니다.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa chez Eka. La villa est très confortable et les petits-déjeuners étaient délicieux. Eka nous a organisé 2 visites autours d'Ubud et le transfert pour l'aéroport de façon simple et professionnelle. Il a fait appel à ses cousins pour nous conduire. Ils sont d'une extrême gentillesse, tout comme sa famille. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a beautiful and quiet part of Ubud! Run by a beautiful local family. Eka and his team were friendly and great at communicating, proactive in helping us organise transport from the airport, cot, highchair and a baby gate for the pool, even dropped around books and toys for our kids to play with. Fabulous pool, woke up to birdsong, just bliss! Their warung just around the corner was lovely and relaxed with delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend this great place. the only thing to note for families is that the two bedrooms are on separate floors and have outdoor stairs between them (and have their own bathrooms and outdoor living areas) - perfect for couples staying together or older kids. As a young family we just slept with one parent and one child in each bedroom, which worked fine for us too.

c'est une maison de rêve, le cadre est somptueux. le restaurant ketut's est délicieux, et on peut se faire livrer la nourriture à la villa, ce qui est très pratique et confortable. Eka peut arranger tout ce qu'on veut (laverie, conducteur à la journée...). D'autre part, le quartier est vraiment charmant, on peut y faire de belles balades à pied, et l'éloignement du centre d'ubud n'est pas un problème avec Grab. Bref, allez y les yeux fermés !

Eka and his family are adorable. This is a family run business in a quiet area of UBUD with activities in a walkable distance. Breakfast is included and it is delicious, pancakes with omelette is a must! Eka arranged transportation from airport and after to our next stay in Sanur. The checking and check out were easy. The villa is amazing with a nice little garden and pool, the rooms are spacious and clean with a lovely decoration and a beautiful bed. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend it and will stay here again. :)

An amazing, relaxing, and comfortable place to stay. We were here for a week, and if we could have stayed longer we would have! Great AC in the bedrooms, clean pool, delicious breakfast, responsive and helpful hosts. There is a yoga studio right down the road within walking distance that is lovely, and a small cafe as well. Would recommend!!

Such a beautiful place in Amed, we will highly recommend to anyone who visits Bali to stay here. The host was super friendly and took us out on an afternoon boat trip and had snorkels to hire. We were able to book a taxi with Krishna who drove us to Padangbai and made our next bit of travel so much easier. Thank you again, we loved every minute in Amed!

The villa is stunning. Large, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful pool area. A real pleasure to stay here. The area and villa is very quiet which made it easy to sleep at night. The hosts are really exceptional. They always go above and beyond to be helpful and make the stay as memorable as possible. I would stay again if I am in Ubud again.

Eka was extremely helpful throughout our stay, from picking us up at the airport, taking us to the house & having the equipment to easily pull our luggage for us to the house. This Airbnb was a dream! The grocery store, laundry mat & scooter rental are all a 5minute walk from the villa. This location couldn’t be more perfect for exploring Ubud & other surrounding places! Will stay here again when visiting Ubud!!

Eka and his staff were very welcoming and helpful but unobtrusive, so we could just relax and unwind. The villa is beautiful and in a great location. Lovely and peaceful away from the noise of traffic, but close walk to cafes, supermarket, access to town etc. Thank you Eka for looking after us, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying with you again.

We had the pleasure of staying with Eka and Mari for two nights, and also arranged a convenient airport pickup through them. we loved our time here. Eka and the team were helpful and friendly, and organized a day trip for us. They neighbourhood is a peaceful retreat from the rest of Ubud. So cool to roam the passageways around the Airbnb. Very close to the supermarket which was great.

Like it was said in the reviews he did not allow us to carry our bags and even when we checked out at 3 am after 2 days he was there to help us out. We were blown away by this villa and was genuinely sad to leave. It was incredibly peaceful & surrounded by nature. We loved to watch the sunset from the top floor every night and hangout by the pool. The beds were comfortable and the location is fantastic, it was easy to walk in to central Ubud when we wanted to. Eka was so helpful and the villa staff were so kind, attentive and helped us whenever we needed help, even bringing us a lovely breakfast each morning. We can't wait to stay again!

Une villa privée avec piscine pour un prix imbattable, au milieu de petites ruelles piétonnes que je n’aurais jamais explorées si j’étais resté dans le centre de Ubud. Il y a moins de 5 minutes de marche entre la route principale et la villa. Les chambres sont très belles, chacune indépendante à son étage. Vous pouvez tout commander du restaurant pour être livré au bord de la piscine 😍 Il faut prendre un scooter (Grab ou Gojek pour 15K-17K IDR) pour rejoindre le centre en 2 minutes, mais de toute façon il faut un scooter pour aller partout car rien n’est bien aménagé pour les piétons.

Eka’s villa was exactly as pictured and he and his staff were some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. They went above and beyond in their service both at the villa, the restaurant, which had great food and was near other lovely restaurants, and in driving us around to tour most of our trip. Will definitely be staying here again. The villa was walk able if you’re alright with a bit of uneven ground and walking for about 3-5 minutes. Don’t let the fact a car won’t pull up right to the door prevent you from checking out this beautiful area. Eka and his staff won’t let you carry your own bags either if that’s a concern.

Eka and his staff were very helpful from the time we arrived till the time we left. Bringing umbrellas and helping with luggage to the amazing breakfast each morning. Ekas villa was an amazing spot for our vacation in Ubud. The villa is very private and the outdoor pool and living space is so nice. Peaceful villa locates in an area where local would live. Very peaceful place. However, be aware of mosquitoes during rain season.

Loved my solo stay at this comfortable, spacious and well-equipped villa (and already thinking of bringing my family with me there in the near future!). The place is in a convenient location, near the supermarket but away from the hustle & bustle of a main road. The highlight is the proximity (walkable!) to some great hidden gems like an amazing yoga studio, cafes and great massages. Eka and his team very lovely and helpful, and I did enjoy a bit of flexibility around check-in and check-out. Thank you for making my stay in Bali so nice :)

周围真的超级方便，很多好吃的餐厅咖啡厅，洗衣房超市一应俱全，说是两个房间实际上三楼还有一个，可以在最高处看日落，房间非常干净，员工非常棒，我们不太会游泳，帮助我们把水放低了一些，满足了几乎我们的全部需求，非常感动，第一张是漂浮早餐（另外收费），第二张是泳池，很干净，三四张是我和朋友的早餐，香蕉饼和吐司特别好吃！只住了两天，已经感觉像家一样了

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich gigantisch. Die Villa war wirklich super sauber, das Personal war immer sehr nett und auch der Service war hervorragend. Das Frühstück, war sehr lecker und auch sehr schön angerichtet. Die Touren die man bei Eka machen kann sind sehr preiswert und absolut empfehlenswert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Eka hat sehr gut funktioniert. Er hat uns sogar noch zur nächsten Unterkunft gefahren. Zudem kann man sich bei Eka sehr sicher fühlen, da er ein sehr guter Fahrer ist. Eka und sein Team waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen offen. Lobenswert ist zudem, dass direkt in der Nähe ein Supermarkt ist. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr privat. Eine Einsicht durch andere umliegende Häuser ist dadurch nicht möglich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Eka는 신속하고 친절하게 모든 사항을 안내해줬고, 슈퍼마켓에서부터 숙소까지의 가이드도 완벽하게 해주었습니다. 스태프도 상당히 친절하고 방에 큰 벌이 들어와서 곤란한 상황이었음에도 한달음에 달려와서 벌을 처리해주었어요. 숙소는 더할나위없이 휴가를 즐기기에 완벽했고, 우붓 그자체를 느끼기에도 너무 좋았어요. 우붓 시내까지 도보 20-30분이면 이동 가능하고, 빈땅슈퍼마켓도 가까워서 최고의 숙소입니다.

We were fortunate to have over three weeks at Villa Pacekan, and from start to finish it was exactly what we hoped for. This part of Penestanan is a hidden gem, and so peaceful as there is no car or bike access. Meandering through the labyrinth of laneways, finding hidden warungs and enjoying the ricefields is such a pleasure here. Only a couple of minutes away is Bintang Supermarket for shopping, and all the great places along Campuhan Road. Central Ubud is an easy Gojek ride or walk. The villa is spacioius, extremely comfortable and well equipped. But what made our stay memorable were the smiling faces of the warm staff members at breakfast each day, who also did a great job of cleaning the villa and helping us with everything we needed. We can't recommend Villa Pacekan enough! Thank you to Eka for driving us and for everything!

This was such an amazing villa to stay at. It's quite close to many delicious places to eat and within walking distance to downtown Ubud. Eka is very helpful with recommendations and the breakfast is very lovely. I really hope I have the opportunity to return to this little piece of paradise one day.

La villa est magnifique et proche de nombreux restaurants à pied (pas mal de choix à moins de 10min), ainsi qu'à 3min d'un énorme supermarché avec tout ce que vous voulez (alimentation, produits d'hygiène, produits bébé, produits de piscine, souvenirs etc). Le centre de ubud étant assez difficile d'accès de par le trafic important, il est agréable de pouvoir y aller à pied en 20/25min (trottoir tout le long). Le seul point négatif du logement était que la piscine était très froide (et pas de chance pour nous le temps était assez couvert). Autre point à avoir en tête pour les familles : les chambres ne sont pas au même niveau et il faut passer par l'extérieur de la maison pour se rendre de l'une à l'autre. Prévoir un baby Phone pour les enfants en bas âge (compliqué de sortir de la chambre la nuit, avec la piscine et les escaliers). Globalement nous sommes très contents de cette villa.

Eka, his family - and all the staff were so lovely. We have stayed in Penenstanan a couple of times before so we know the area well but this was our first time at Villa Pacekan - we were in Villa Jepun. Our Villa was beautifully clean and private. Beds comfortable and everything you need without being cluttered. The view from the roof was spectacular and a nice surprise! The kids loved the pool and the occasional evening movie. Breakfast was delicious each morning and we also ate dinner at the Warung which was just as good. Eka kindly drove us one day to visit a couple of places and also arranged our transfer to our next place with his cousin who was just as great and very knowledgeable of the areas and open to have real conversations. Penenstanan is great to be close enough to walk to Ubud but fr enough away for the peace and tranquility with plenty of places close by if you prefer to stay quiet. Thank you Eka and family and we hope to see you again next time! Xxx

We loved our stay. Perfect for family with small children.

We returned five months after our last visit and would stay there again. It’s clean, private and comfortable. I love the location - it’s a haven of peace close to busy Ubud. It’s not accessible by vehicle (including scooter) so wouldn’t suit everyone. The paths are narrow and sometimes just beside a steep gully but it’s only five minutes walk to the supermarket and less than one minute from the warung where breakfast is served. That warung also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices and we ate there a few times when we were too tired to go out in the evening. The cooking facilities in the house are very basic - refrigerator and two gas burners so wouldn’t plan to cook anything complex there. Another plus is that it’s less than 300m from the excellent Yellow Flower cafe which is also open during the day and evening. Another bonus is that Eka, our host, will often be available to drive. It just makes things easy. We had another great stay thank you Eka

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem hübschen Air BnB. Die Gastgeber waren toll und jederzeit für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Villa war mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Wir haben es geliebt, abends dort zu sitzen und alles zu genießen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich was besonderes gewesen. Wow! Richtig lecker. Vielen DANK nochmal hierfür. Von hier aus konnten wir gut unsere Tagesausflüge machen - die Lage war für uns also recht ideal. Vielen DANK noch einmal für alles. :)

Eka’s is a great host with an amazing property set in an peaceful secluded location, which i found to be perfect, but be ready to walk a bit to reach here and is a bit away from the city, which was good for me, but if someone wants the hustle and bustle of the city then they should explore other options but if you want a beautiful property with amazing facilities and peaceful location then this is your best choice. Eka has his restaurant right over there which serves great food, he takes care of all the transportation and tours at great prices which is awesome! I also tried Yellow cafe which is just 50-60 metres away, it is a must try for great food and vibes. Overall I’d recommend Eka’s place to everyone and give 5 stars.

Our stay at Eka’s place was amazing. The villa was stunning, the staff were all super friendly, helpful and accommodating, Eka was very responsive and answered all our requests quickly. The pool was a highlight for us and the cleanliness, we had everything we could need! It is a bit more of a walk to get to than we expected and would have struggled if Eka’s staff weren’t there to help with our luggage. But given this it meant that the villa was very peaceful and quiet. Very convenient having a supermarket very close by. High recommend!

Excellent stay. The Airbnb is wonderful - 2 huge air conditioned bedrooms and another one with just a fan. Spotless condition everywhere. Small but good pool and plenty of privacy. You need their help to get in the first day but after that, it’s easy to get in and out. Their warung is super cute and right next door so easy to grab food and the super market is 1 min walk away so easy to get taxi or just 20 min walk to Ubud city center Overall I was super pleased and would absolutely stay again

After a week in busy Legian, this little getaway was exactly what was needed. It’s set just far enough from the busy roads to not hear the traffic, but not be a huge hike to get too. Once you enter it’s like being in your own little world. And if you’re after some action, then it’s only 10/15 minute walk to Ubud centre.

Eka and his team are a great host. The villa is very secluded and private. Tranquil and serene place to stay. A hidden gem! Thank you for welcoming us to your villa.

I can readily chime in with other house guests... Villa Pacekan was a fabulous stay. Though our time in Ubud was quick---just two nights--- we were able to pack in a lot on our free day. Eka's assistance was invaluable: from arranging transport to and from Ubud, meeting us at the villa for check in, driving us around Ubud for a day of sightseeing, and arranging a take away breakfast the day we had an early check out. The villa was clean and spacious, a true oasis with the plunge pool and AC. We were so pleased with everything and felt very well taken care of by our host.

Eka, his family and his colleagues are incredibly lovely and so helpful, enabling us to book trips to Mount Agung and airport transport. The property is even nicer as pictured and in a great Ubud location. Thank you Eka!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said…Eka’s place is AMAZING!!! But let me start at the beginning. Eka picked us up from our accommodations in Nusa Dua with a huge smile on his face…from there we were fast friends!! Very happy and always willing to give great recommendations! We loved his vibe soo much we booked a tour with him! Now the place…100% like the pictures!! Beautiful and open…a quiet escape from the bustling Ubud streets! Everything was sooo clean and well managed! The rooms are beautiful just like the pictures and the pool is perfect! Highly salinated so even the worst swimmer AKA me can just float comfortably without a care! The family warung has great food that can even be delivered to your villa!! I would 1000% recommend this place for your visit to Bali. I know I’ll definitely be back!

Great few days spent here. Villas are 2 storey with bedrooms on each floor with a lap pool. Short walk to main road, supermarket and a selection of cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here

What can I say! Eka and his team are absolutely lovely! The villa was perfect. Clean, spacious and well thought out. Location is quiet and easy to access. A slice of heaven in a very busy ubud. I checked out this morning and I accidentally forgot my phone at the villa. By the time we got to the port to catch our boat one of the team had ridden on his scooter an hour to bring it to me. That’s amazing service and a lovely and kind thing to do! You won’t regret staying with Eka!

The villa was exactly how the photos portrayed, meaning it was pristine and beautiful. We felt that we had all the safety and privacy we wanted which made out holiday so enjoyable. The villa was walkable distance to Ubud, it was in a very peaceful and lush location which made the walk easy. The villa was even closer to some delicious restaurants that Ekka suggested. Ekka was a great host and was able to pick us up/drop us off at the airport which we appreciated.

Beautiful place in a prime location. Even better than the pictures. About 15 min walking to the city center but still peaceful area. Ekka is awesome and very easy to communicate with. We did the Ubud tour with him and he was so nice and patient with us. The staff are extremely friendly also. I highly recommend staying here, we’d love to stay again whenever we come back. Die Unterkunft liegt abseits der Hauptstraße in einem ruhigen sehr bewachsenen Villenviertel . Man erreicht das Haus nur zu Fuß durch lange Gassen. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde in die Villa gebracht. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen.

Très belle maison avec un jardin et une petite piscine très agréable. La maison est très bien située à 15 min du centre d'Ubud dans un quartier très calme et charmant. Eka est un hôte très réactif et à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Wir waren dort mit zwei kleinen Kindern und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abseits von Trubel in Ubud findet man dort eine kleine Oase.

We stayed at the villa for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! This villa was absolutely beautiful and looks better than the photos. Eka was super proactive and helpful. He gave a lot of local recommendations and we even got to customize our own tour. Since the villa is surrounded by nature, there can be a little problem with bugs getting into your room or the common area outside, so just beware of that. The villa is about a 5 minute walk from the main road, so if you have no problems with walking then I definitely recommend staying here!

Eka’s place really is as good as it looks. It’s ten years old now and still in immaculate condition - difficult to achieve in the tropics. We love the location - it’s quiet and secluded but only a very short walk to Ketut’s Warung where we had breakfast each day as well as a couple of evening meals. There are numerous other great places to eat within walking distance and most days we went to The Yellow Flower cafe for coffee. We are an elderly couple who enjoyed the serenity and felt really safe walking around at all hours - we did use the torch on our phone a few times because some of the paths are very narrow with a steep drop to the small river below. Eka was very kind and helpful as were his staff. We were lucky that Eka was available to take us twice to the dentist in Seminyak and for a whole day tour also. We liked his place so much that we’ve already booked our next stay!

Our group of 4 had a lovely time! The location is so neat and quiet, I felt like I was walking through a conservatory when walking there and back. The rooms are exactly like the pictures and the pool very clean and refreshing. Breakfast was included and was decent, although we are vegans so it was quite basic for us. Very walkable - you pass by Siddi Massage and Yellow Flower Cafe. Be careful walking at night it's super dark but not impossible - we used our phones and half the path was lit and half wasn't. Not accessible by scooter but just a 5min walk from the drop off point. Hosts were very responsive and friendly and I loved that our place was cleaned everyday. Heads up the kitchen and dining area is outside. Not a bother to us but might be too some who want to eat and hang out indoors with AC. Although the evening was really pleasant. Don't miss going to the very top to watch the sunrise. Very walkable with the supermarket nearby and places to eat and shop. Or use Grab or Gojek.

It was a very peaceful stay, my parents had a bit of issues about the short walk to the property but for me it was worth it. Great place.

Eka is super responsive and the villa looks way better than the photos. We had 3 people in our group and the villa was perhaps too ample for our needs (3 double beds across 3 floors)...would suit a larger group for sure. The villa is accessed via some darkish passage ways from a nearby supermarket parking lot, which can be a bit weird in the evenings when it's dark, but still felt safe. The villa would be really great for a group wanting to chill out, as there are self catering facilities (small kitchen) within the villa. Breakfast is simple but decent (and Eka kindly did a takeaway for our very early check out on the final day). We had some issues with bugs in the room coming in from the surrounding greenery, but they were dealt with by the bravest in the family! The mosquito nets on the beds were definitely helpful. We often walked to/from Ubud town centre (20-30mins depending on how fast you walk!) but it was also convenient to take a short motorcycle cab.

We had a fantastic stay at Eka’s place. It was very private, but had lots of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. The Villa was very clean and our hosts were very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Eka's place was my favorite place to stay during my recent trip to Bali. Eka and his staff are just amazing! Everyone is so kind and wonderful, and so responsive. Eka's restaurant is right around the corner from the villa, and the food was so good. They serve the best fries ever! The villa exceeded my expectations in every way. It was beautiful and the location was so convenient to so many things. I loved how peaceful it was in the area, away from the hubbub of most of Ubud. Yet Ubud Palace is only a 20 min walk. One more thing about the location: the supermarket is a five minute walk away, and making it incredibly convenient when I had the munchies. I would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks again to Eka and his staff!

Absolutely GORGEOUS! Incredible stay and the staff was so hospitable. Everyone was kind and helpful. The Villa was so nice to stay in. It was only my husband and I on our honeymoon, but the hills could have easily accommodated 4 more people. The pool was our favorite part after walking all day, the perfect way to cool down. The warung was the perfect spot for breakfast. 10/10 recommend.

We loved our stay at Eka's place - it was close to the main road into Ubud but in a neighborhood of villas that was quiet and peaceful. The itself villa was spacious and clean . Eka helped arrange our activities when we are there and was very responsive to anything we needed. He even walked us to the meet point for our drivers to help ensure our comfort and safety. Stunning villa in a pretty peaceful setting. Behind a supermarket so pretty convenient if you wanted to buy food or snacks as it’s not far away. Spacious rooms were well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Great value, would definitely stay again!

I would highly recommend staying here!! I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful the experience was from the start to the end. The place was more beautiful than the photos and had so much space yet was still very private! There wasn’t a ton of noise, the place was super clean and easy to get to once they showed us the way. Also, they provided keys to the place and our rooms which gave us extra security and made us feel at peace when we left. Their communication went above and beyond my expectations by answering my questions months before the trip, giving recommendations, scheduling airport pick up and drop off, responding almost immediately and so much more. We loved staying at Eva’s villa. Even though you’re in the center of Ubud we didn’t hear any city noises and it was actually very peaceful. Conveniently located next to the Bintang Super Market as well. The views from the Villa are incredible. You’re immersed in the city but very private at the same time. We would definitely stay here again.

We were 4 girls and felt really save. Eka helped us with a tour and it was amazing! We got our own driver and he showed us around for 8 hours. For a really good price. The breakfast at their restaurant was also really good!

Had a fantastic stay here with my wife and daughter, Eka and all the staff were so helpful and friendly at all times. Eka arranged lifts for us with his cousin Como who was a great person, made us feel comfortable and was super friendly. The villa itself was beautiful and very private, would also highly recommend eating at Ketut's warung which was a 2 minute walk away and owned by the same people. Lovely food and so cheap!

Location, location, location 🙂 The best place to stay in Ubud, peaceful with no traffic, no mopeds, no stray dogs. An excellent restaurant for the villas where you will get a truly excellent breakfast. A short stroll along a walkway to the outstanding Yellow flower restaurant and others further along to choose from. All without having to venture into the traffic riddled nightmare that is downtown Ubud. An under five minute walk all on the flat to Bintang Supermarket (Ideal for shopping with a good Deli counter to pick up lunch to bring back to the villa). The villa itself is as described, clean and functional. Fantastic views from the top floor. The staff are truly lovely people. Experience the peace of Ubud the way it used to be, just book it, you won't regret it 😎

We stayed at Villa Pacekan for two nights and had a wonderful time! Eka was a very accommodating host and we were able to arrange a pickup from our previous stay and also took us on a half day tour around Ubud! Eka and his staff were so kind through our stay. The villa itself was beautiful! It was so spacious and the private pool felt very luxurious! We were nearby to the Ubud center so we would venture out to explore often. This place was our favorite Airbnb in Bali. The views from the top floor of the villa were incredible. We loved how this place was secluded enough that it was quiet and peaceful, yet it was still a nice and easy 20 minute walk into town. Rien à redire que l'accueil d'Eka qui a assuré le transport depuis notre logement précédent à Sanur et avec lequel nous avons organisé toutes les visites autour d'Ubud ainsi que le combiné transport/visites vers notre destination suivante à Munduk. La villa est impeccable et le petit déjeuner (servi à la villa si demandé) est top. Le centre d'Ubud est accessible à pied en une vingtaine de minutes ou avec un taxi habituellement dispo sur le parking du supermarché (où on trouve de tout) qui est à 3 minutes de marche de la villa.

WOW. This was the BEST Airbnb my friends and I could’ve asked for. Our host and his family were extremely attentive, helpful, and BEYOND friendly! [Ps they give ride and tours;)] If you’re deciding between a few Airbnb options in Ubud, look NO further, and PICK THIS ONE. The host and his family were what made this trip so memorable. They go out of their way to ensure an easy, fun, and memorable trip. Not only was the host family amazing, but the location was extremely peaceful and so beautiful. It was approximately a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) from downtown Ubud. Not to mention the host family has the most adorable restaurant just 40 steps from the from door. Additionally, it’s right behind a supermarket and super close to a few restaurants, coffee shops, and laundry mats! I’m so grateful we chose this place. This trip couldn’t have been more perfect 🩷

Eka and his staff could not have been more helpful. The house was beautiful and very clean, matching the pictures exactly. The house is in a great location within walking distance to the main stretch of Ubud and heaps of restaurants/markets, a supermarket and ATM’s right outside which was very convenient. Eka was very quick to respond to any enquiries, he even planned the Mount Batur sunrise hike for us with a private guide and dropped us to the mountain at 2am. Filtered water provided which was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough, would definitely stay here again if I return to Ubud!

We had a wonderful stay in Ubud, most of which was thanks to Eka and his incredible hospitality. Villa Pacekan is in a perfect location - walking distance from great bars and restaurants, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy street (Mozaic, Room 4 Dessert, and Elephant are must tries)! There is a slight walk from the street to the villa, but Eka and his staff helped us with our bags and made everything so easy. Eka was a fantastic host; he picked us up from our hotel in Nusa Dua, answered our questions almost immediately through the app, and organized a ride for us to Canggu. Eka’s place is better than the pictures, and his family’s restaurant was a lovely place for us to enjoy our last meal in Ubud. Highly highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. It is even more spacious in person. The pool is beautiful and the rooms were clean and very big. There is also an extra room on the 3rd floor that is not on the listing but keep in mind it does not have air conditioning. Eka was very easy to communicate with and helped us book drivers, activities, and room service. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from Ubud center. The only downside is you cannot get to the villa by car, the closest you can go is the Bintang supermarket and then you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the villa.

Eka’s place is much more beautiful than it looks on the pictures. The villa was spotless , very spacious and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at their restaurant is delicious. We went on a tour with Comby a driver recommended by Eka and he was fantastic. Such a great experience overall and definitely recommend !

Ce logement reculé du centre d’Ubud offre un havre de paix bien mérité après l’effervescence que l’on peut avoir en se baladant dans la ville. Un supermarché non loin, et un restaurant à quelques mètres pour vous permettre de manger. Le staff du Airbnb est aux petits soins. Totalement conforme aux photos, je ne peux que recommander à 200% ce logement vous ne pouvez pas être déçu ! sauf si vous souhaitez être proche du centre d’Ubud car il vous faudra 15min de marche pour le rejoindre, pour ma part j’étais contente d’en être loin, mais ça peut en gêner certains a mon avis.

Our stay at Eka's was absolutely wonderful! He picked us up from the port as we were coming back from Nusa Penida and took us right to our room and explained everything. He had so many tour options (all for great prices), and was extremely responsive at all times. He gave us recommendations on what to do during our stay and made a fantastic tour guide. The rooms were super large and clean and the pool was great! The setting of the Airbnb is perfect. You are super close to tons of city life but feel like you are in the jungle. Both Eka and his father have the kindest souls and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Our host, Eka, was very responsive. He clearly communicated instructions for check-in and arranged a courteous and prompt pick-up from the airport (400.000 INR at time of our stay; 1.5 hour drive from the airport due to traffic in Bali). Access to the villa is a bit awkward - through a narrow alleyway but that added to the charm of the place. The accommodations were stunning and exactly like the photos in the listing. Staff made sure that the rooms were kept tidy. The villa was close to Ubud center (10-15 min walk) lots of restaurants, local supermarket (Bintang), shops. Get your walking shoes on as you’ll need the energy to walk up and down the winding streets and steep stairways. If you don’t want to venture outside of the villa complex, there’s a small restaurant that serves simple but delicious meals (owned by Eka and his Dad, Ketut) - breakfast was included for villa renters. Other meals (lunch and dinner). Definitely recommend this spot when in Ubud!

Eka's pacekan villa is perfect! away from all the traffic and bike sounds but close enough and walkable to lots of restaurants. super private and alley way from bintang market is quite pretty. pools are great and there are rounge chairs which are not in the pictures were super plus too. they clean well everyday. I 100 percent recommend this villa and i would like to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous villa in a quiet but central location of Ubud. We were pleasantly surprised by everything, how clean it was , peaceful , beautiful garden , pool and the interior. As well as the insane view from the third floor , looking out to all the banana trees and even the mountains! We recommend to arrange a tour with Eka’s cousin, He took us to the beautiful rice terrace, volcano, coffee plantation and monkey forest ! We had an amazing time in Bali and will definitely come back soon and stay at Eka’s place! Thank you so much.

This is a beautiful villa with a private pool amongst a beautiful garden. We thought we were renting only the bottom floor and were very surprised when the Villa came with three levels! The location is quite, peaceful, and located very close to a supermarket, which made getting groceries and picked up for rides incredibly easy. Eka is a fabulous host, responsive and accommodating, even picking us up from the airport. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Eka and his father Ketut were amazing hosts. Always responsive, and replying to our messages very quickly. Eka can plan ATV, Day Tours, Driving around etc., just let him know - they can be your one stop shop for Ubud holiday planning, and they give lots of good local recommendations. The villa is spotless and in a peaceful location, away from main road. Free tasty breakfast too. Would definitely come back!

We loved every minute of our stay at Ella’s place. It was spotlessly clean, the beds so comfortable, and it was so peaceful. Just what we needed! The breakfast at the family’s warung was fresh and delicious! The villa is within easy access to the Bintang Supermarket, where you can buy whatever you need, and there is a laundromat within walking distance, although, on our last day, we saw a sign for a laundry service at the villa just down from ours. Sadly we didn’t see this sooner so we could give our money to a local business! I would not hesitate to stay at Ella’s place again. We loved it there!

Eka was a fantastic host. He helped organised transport to the villa and organised activities as well. The villa itself is beautiful and we loved cooling off in the pool after a long day. Huge bedrooms with aircon, each with its own en suite. 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Eka’s place was great. He was very responsive and helpful when any issues arose (finding ants on the second floor and flooding on the main floor during a heavy storm). It should be noted that this villa is about a 3 minute walk (200m) behind the Bintang Supermarket. Also the kitchen, living and dining areas are outdoors which means insects and mosquitoes may bother you. The washroom also has open windows that can’t be closed so bugs can fly around there as well. Fortunately, there was a mosquito net around the bed which we utilized when sleeping. All the staff were really friendly and the included breakfast in the morning was amazing. Can’t wait to be back!

We stayed at Eka’s place for two nights and very much enjoyed our time. The Villa is located within the Central Area of Ubud but yet very quiet and private. Eka and the staff are very friendly and responsive to our queries.

The place is even beautiful than in the photos. Ekka and his father were available for everything we needed. The pool was really clean and the beds comfortable. They can get you everything you need, they pick us up at the airport and rent us a motorbyke one day. We highly recommend this place

This place was amazing. The villa was beautiful and spacious. The private pools was amazing. We had three levels - with three beds and are sad we only took advantage of the 1st floor. There was a small kitchen, so if you wanted you could prepare some simple meals. The breakfast at the small restaurant was always fresh and delicious.

AMAZINGGGGGGGG! Don’t think about it. This villa was everything I could ever imagine. The villa, the pool, the beds, the shower, the breakfast, the location, everything was beautiful and perfect. Eka was an amazing host. I’ll def come back to Ubud and stay here again!

Magnificent residence, and amazing value for money. There were two additional bedroom floors, which we didn’t require. Our four-poster bed was elegant and comfy, the room opening out to a beautiful tropical environment. The plunge pool was heaven, and a brilliant breakfast was provided at the precinct restaurant just metres away. Very private. And paradise!

Eka and his family are absolutely wonderful people who went above and beyond in making sure our stay was perfect. The place itself is lovely and peaceful, with everything you need for a great stay. The location is also ideal, just a few minutes’ drive to central Ubud but secluded in a charming village. Highly recommended!

The place is huge (3 rooms, 2 bathroom), one kitchen that has the amnesties needed. It’s very calm and super clean, the breakfast was good and the staff are very welcoming, helping and nice. Even at night the place and surrounding area feels very safe. On the downside : the pool is pretty cold (not heated),the whole place has a very wet feeling, there is not much hot water.

Best place to stay! Eka's place is absolutely beautiful. It is spotlessly clean, has a lovely pool and you get breakfast included. I would LOVE to stay here again, or even live here! Eka and his two cousins were also our drivers while we were there and we had the best time with them; they gave us lots of local info about local culture and warned us about getting ripped off at the markets or by taxi drivers. You will not be sorry you booked here!

We had a really good stay here. It’s located 5 mins away by walk from the main market street. Eka and his team were very helpful with check in and all our requests for nearby activities. The villa is a hidden Gem with cute details and a very Bali green vibe.

Questa villa è stata un sogno.Già percorrendo la stradina fiorita e profumata si inizia a percepire l'anima della villa in mezzo alla foresta di Ubud, silenziosa ma super vicina al centro (15 minuti a piedi), vicina anchr a un fornitissimo Market e a splendidi Warung (consiglio Yellow Flower e Zest), attaccato ad un centro di Yoga. Eka, la sua famiglia e il suo staff ti fa sentire subito a casa aiutandoci a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta, gentili e disponibili non vorrai più andare via. Colazione eccellente nel loro Warung dove consiglio anche i noodle. Il plus è stato scegliere Eka come driver per i nostri 5 giorni a Ubud e dintorni, tour bellissimi con lui che ti racconta la vita e tradizioni balinesi. Super consigliata, vai via con la voglia di ritornare presto!

My friend and I had an amazing time staying in this house. It was even better than expected.

The property was spacious and nicely decorated. Basic breakfast included, which was great. It was bit of a walk from the main road, through very narrow laneway. The pool wasn't functioning for the last 2 days of our stay, which could have been attended to.

My stay in the villa was truly amazing! I felt so welcomed, safe and comfortable. It was an incredible experience as my first time in Bali. I definitely recommend this villa if you’re looking for a cozy and private villa experience with a great location. They handled all my needs, answered any questions and always went above and beyond. The villa was nice and the location is central. Ketut was a very nice guy. Putu and the girls at breakfast restaurant is extremely friendly & accommodation too. Do note that the villa is not accessible by car or scooter. There are stairs and long walk from main road to the villa, which is about 15 minutes. That said, my 82 year-old grandma was fine with the walk :)

simple and cozy place to spend the night and relax

This place was so great! It’s slightly outside of Ubud center so it was peaceful and nice but still just a short ride to get to city center. It was right next to a supermarket which was super convenient and also walking distance to some really great restaurants. My boyfriend and I came down with Bali Belly and they were so kind as to bring us some medicine to help and even checked in the next day to see how we were feeling. Truly such kind people! Such a charming villa with great atmosphere. WiFi and AC worked great as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice villa located in one of the most beautiful streets of Ubud. A yoga school and lovely cafe just around the corner, rice fields and a beautiful sunset, everyday when you walk back to the villa. The beds slept really good and the staff is very kind. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights in this beautiful villa and had an amazing experience in Ubud. The place is very quiet and comfy. We enjoyed everything from the pool in the middle of the nature to the nice breakfast every morning. Big thanks again to Eka, Ketut and their team!

It was our first time in Bali and we couldn’t book for a better place to stay: a oasis of calm in a very noisy city. Very clean room, very good breakfast, 5 mins walk from Ubud city, next door Supermaket for some last minute purchase. Eka and his father, together with the nice ladies working there are the perfect hosts. If you need to have a driver, please rely on Eka. Besides to be a very nice person, he is a great photographer and can assist you during your tours. He answered to all our curiosity about Bali, the culture and suggested fantastic non-touristic places to explore. Just perfect

Lovely Villa which is behind bintang supermarket. We stayed here for three days and loved every minute of it. The pool is very relaxing and the rooms are really comfy. Eka and his father are always around if you need anything. 100% would recommend.

An amazing stay! Eka and his father went out of their way to help me get from the airport to the bnb (at 1am) and check out two days later at 5am. The villa is beautiful and the third floor has an incredible view. 10/10 would recommend.

I loved our time at this villa and the flower cafe right down the way. The pool was AMAZING and loved that it was mostly shaded since it kept the pool nice and cool.

Out stay at Ketut and Eka’s place was just amazing. The villa suited our needs perfectly and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything. When we left, we left some money behind accidentally, and they returned it to us online the same day. The location was beautiful, quiet, picturesque, and close to everything we needed. I travelled with my two small kids, and they thought it was mindblowing too 😊 I couldn’t recommend it more highly, both the accommodation and the hosts. What a treat, I will be telling all my friends about it!

Of all the villas I've stayed in Bali over the years, this hands down is my absolute favorite! Eka and Ketut are warm and kind people and the villa truly felt like a chic home. Shower was hot with good pressure, good wifi signal, super comfortable bed, and good working AC. We loved that the villa is about 100m from the road inside a hidden labyrinth of pathways, which made it feel even more special, however there were some steps, but they were totally worth staying here so we were away from the noise and bustle of Ubud central. I would love to stay here again!

Eka, his family, and staff were absolutely amazing! We visited from Canada and stayed at Eka’s villa for 1 week. We didn’t know what to expect as our first international trip but we were very comfortable here. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! If I could have packed up the banana pancakes to take home I definitely would have :) The private pool was perfect for the hot Bali heat that us Canadians weren’t used to. We hope to visit again soon!

The villa was so beautiful! The hosts and all the family around were so friendly and kind. Make sure you’re up by 8am as friendly staff come in to ask what you want for breakfast and when you would like your room cleaned. Got sad coz there was no more bread left by the last week of my stay for breakfast but fruit was delicious! My favourite go to at the little restaurant within the villa space was the chicken Hawaiian pizza with a pineapple and mint juice! Had beautiful conversations with the whole family and am so thankful to have been in that beautiful space! This was a great way to start and end my first solo trip!

Amazing place in Ubud. Located a few minutes from the busy street, in a nice and quiet secluded area. The supermarket and a taxi stand are right by the street. Eka and his team made our stay very pleasant. We had delicious breakfast served every day. The place was spotless clean, and with everything we needed. The patio area and pool were the perfect spot to relax after a long day touring around.

Gorgeous place to stay in Ubud

Eka and his father are perfect hosts. The place is what you see in the pictures if not better. Clean and tranquil. The pool is crystal clear and a great temperature after trekking around Ubud. Location wise a 30-40 min walk to Ubad center or a short taxi away. ( getting a taxi in Ubad is easy) This means you are not far away but also enough that is is quiet and relaxing. Near to the yellowflower cafe which I would recommend as well. Eka wasn't available for a tour with us but his cousin kindly took us and we had a great time. Managed to tailor to our need as well and was good value. Thank you again for our great stay!

Wir waren vier Tage zu viert in der Villa und es war großartig. Alles war sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind groß und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. An dem Tisch auf der Terrasse konnten wir wunderbar zu viert frühstücken und Spiele spielen. Der Pool war immer eine super Erfrischung für zwischendurch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Eka haben wir zwei Tagestouren zu einem sehr fairen Preis gemacht, bei denen wir auch weniger touristische und dafür umso schönere Orte sehen konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!

Our stay at Villa Jepun was magical. The villa had everything we needed and we loved the private pool :) Also Eka and his father were super nice and helpful. We also highly recommend the close by warang! It had the best food ever and the nicest owners.

The villa was beautiful and hosts were excellent. We were greeted personally by Ketut Sarya who was very friendly and gave us some top tips for the area. The location was brilliant and in a very quiet region of Ubud, perfect for relaxing and resting. The breakfast in the morning was beautifully prepared and very tasty. We will definitely be coming back!

The stay was an amazing getaway in the middle of a truly residential area of Ubud. It was three stories of bedrooms and the third has an amazing view. Very clean, and the AC worked well (which was very needed). Walking distance to the market/drivers and restaurants. Clean water was provided in a dispenser so we didn’t have to purchase any. The best part of it all was the communication from Eka. He not only helped us determine what we wanted to do, but gave us a lot of nice historical and current information that allowed us to learn more about Ubud, Bali and it’s people. If you do not stay here, at the very least you should reach out to Eka as your driver. Extremely affordable, safe, and efficient. His current IG is putu_sonntag and made our stay in Ubud easy and memorable.

Eka was a fantastic host and very attentive. We arrived very late in Ubud but Eka was still there to help us take our bags to the villa & provided great communication throughout our stay.

We stayed at Villa Jepun for 15 days with our 3 children of 11, 13 and 14 years old. Our stay was fantastic! The location is great, with all the small alleys with no traffic. The beds are particularly confortable. Eka and Ketut are great hosts. I strongly recommend this villa!

Beautiful villa and amazing hosts! The villa looks just like the pictures and its just a 15 min walk from Ubud centrum, we really liked it here! Eka was amazing and was our driver for two days, we really enjoyed the trips!

We enjoyed our stay at Eka's. We had him pick us up from the airport which was fairly priced and cut down on the hassle of finding the accommodation as you will need help finding it the first day. But this added to the charm of staying in a quieter calm place. We had a great time accessing all the local warungs etc. it is a 10 minute+ walk into the 'busy' Ubud area returning up hill, but anyone with fair fitness will walk it easily. We used the local Bintang supermarket regularly as it was so easy to access. Eka was conveniently able to take us on tours at short notice or drive us to places. There were a few small touches missing like running out of things and having to ask for them but the room was maintained daily and the breakfast was simple and tasty. We thought the doors on the rooms could do with sound dampeners as they don't slide easily and are not bug proof so that was a concern of ours. Our final concern was privacy in the bathroom. You can see from the pool area into the toilet on the first floor. I'd like to see that pane of glass clouded but none of these concerns wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Had a lovely experience staying in Eka’s villa. Beautiful home, very clean and quiet. In a great location, with taxi service near by if you’re looking to go to town. Since we first met to when my friends and I departed we all felt very safe and welcomed. I would most definitely recommend staying here! :)

Pak Eka and Pak Ketut were incredible hosts, going out of their way to help us. Every day the beautiful house was cleaned and we had a delicious Balinese breakfast. The house is in a prime location and the pool and views from the top floor are stunning.

La villa esta situada en un lugar mágico rodeada de naturaleza y a pocos km del centro de la ciudad de ubud, cerca dispones de un supermercado y varios restaurantes muy buenos, respecto a los anfitriones les doy un 10, amabilidad, cordialidad, atención y todo perfecto para nuestra estancia en la villa, sin duda la recomiendo y volvería a repetir mi estancia.

If you want a gorgeous, quieter spot with cool back-alley access, but only a 10 min walk into Ubud..........look no further. Communication was great, the supermarket close by is handy as well as the atm. Lovely restaurants nearby and Ubud is only a 10 min walk. Great host, great accommodation and great location.

La Casa è in ottima posizione molto vicina ad alcuni ristoranti tipici ed un supermarket fornito di tutto. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Anche il Driver da Eka consigliato, il cugino Como, è stato veramente molto gentile e disponibile dandoci anche lui degli ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Eka and his dad are very friendly. The house was clean. The house is not at the main street so you have to walk about 5 munites in a small-narrow alley to get home. But it is ok with me. Recommend :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Jepun. The place is tucked away in a quiet forest area and was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Eka was quick to respond to our messages throughout the trip, and always arranged a driver for our day trips. His father Ketut is so kind, and makes a great breakfast! The rooms are clean and spacious, the garden surrounding the pool is beautiful, and the views from the top floor of the villa are stunning. The villa is a quick 5 minute taxi ride to the busy downtown area of Ubud, or a lovely 30 minute walk. I highly recommend eating at Yellow Flower Cafe, just steps away from the villa! Can’t wait to come back.

The pool is in shade, and nicely secluded for privacy. There's loads to do in the area and Eka and the staff were really helpful during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here :)

Great clean and roomy house with excellent quiet and private location. The location away from the main road is a major advantage since it’s a very quiet and lush area. Yellow flower cafe located 2 mins walk away with tasty options for eating out. Good value overall, would definitely stay again.

Eka's place is beautiful as described. He, his father, and their staff were always friendly. Our kids loved the pool and the we only wish we could have had more meals at the Yellow Flower restaurant just steps away. getting to Ubud town center is less than 5 min by car and 50k IDR. Having breakfast delivered every morning was nice. Note that each floor is separated and the staircase which connects them is outside of the building rather than inside so this design makes the villa probably more suited to two couples, or families with older kids. we would stay here again.

A nice and quiet place to stay with very helpful host. Place is situated away from the hustle and bustle of ubud with a supermarket close by, yoga studio and great places to eat. Don't forget to bring a flashlight and trust that you will be taken care of.

The villa looks way better than the pictures!!! We loved it and it’s spacious. We stayed over Nyepi and my heart was full as they brought us fruit in the morning. I guess they were worried we would not have enough to eat but it was a beautiful touch. Walking to Ubud town is short and a beautiful walk. Villa is perfect for nature, quiet and families. If you don’t like geckos be a bit careful as they are plenty

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. It was amazing! the pool is really great and deeper than we anticipated, Eka was super sweet and not only picked us up from the airport but gave us local suggestions and dropped us off at out next villa. The room was cleaned everyday while we were out exploring and we came home to flowers on multiple occasions. The breakfast was also really good and fresh. Can't say enough nice things about this place and the staff.

The owner of the house helped with the arrival, was friendly, his staff cleaned the house every day and did not disturb us. The location is remote from the centre but very good, if you want to be surrounded by nature and silence. Very close to a large supermarket and several cafes with cheap and tasty food (3 minutes walk). If we are still in Ubud, then surely in the same place. Thank!

very good ! Near ubud palace around 15min by walking, and the villa is quite cozy, the only shortage is you have to walk around 200 meters though the narrow path, and swimming pool a little small. Except above, quite amazing and good valued villa . suggested.

빈땅수퍼마켓이 가까워서 장보기는 편했고 일정에 있던 맛집과 스파들이 전부 가까워서 좋았으나 우붓시내까지는 걸어서 30분정도 소요. 문의하면 바로 답해주심. 풀빌라를 빌렸는데 정작 풀을 이용안함...ㅠㅠ 야외특성상 벌레가 있긴하지만 잘 관리 해주시는거 같음! 깨끗했음 오토바이를 빌린다면 위치는 괜찮음

발리한달살기 여행중 첫숙소였습니다. 위치가 외진곳에있어 한번씩 통행에 불편함을 느꼈지만 가까운곳에 빈땅슈퍼마켓,플라워카페등이있어서 편하게 이용했습니다 eka는 택시기사도 같이하고있습니다 덕분에 편하게 이용잘했습니다 외진덕분에 조용한휴식이되었구요 eka와 그의아버지는 정말 친절합니다 피드백또한 거의실시간으로 처리해주어서 좋았습니다 수영장이 생각보다 깊어서 아이를 동반하는 가족은 구명조끼및 튜브를 챙겨가시면 좋겠네요 우붓에 온다면 다시한번 eka의집에서 머물 의향이있습니다

You can Expect Exceptional loving care when you stay here , it was truly 5 star without the exorbitant prices. they always respect your borders and do not dote upon you when you need to be alone. this was very important to us recovering from jetlag after a long trip from Brazil. Respected Eka and his family are exceptional hosts and the location is prime for quiet and relaxation in this area of Penastanan kaja. you will surely have a lovely stay in any of their well maintained and meticulously clean facilities presented here. Eka was excellent in communication and even though we had to check out earlier than expected we were able to adjust our dates and bill fairly and without issue. we will love to stay here again!

Really great hosts, always willing to help and quick to respond to any queries we had. Well kept villa, which was lovely and clean.

The experience was great! The villa was sparkling clean and the hospitality was outstanding.

Located a little out of the town centre, which suited us nicely but may not be ideal for those looking to shop often. Also located off the beaten track (3 minute walk) but the nearby Bintang Supermarket is a good landmark for pick-up/drop-off’s. 2 equal rooms, a king bed and good sized shower in each were more than enough for us. Would suit a group of 4!

Nice place to stay. Loved the view from the 3rd floor. Had to walk quite a bit to reach the villa but after awhile you'll get used to it. Bring a torchlight especially if you're coming back late as it is dark at certain areas. Supermarket is nearby so it's very convenient. Food places are easy to find too along that stretch. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a good stay.

Definitely the place to stay in Ubud. Not only the villa is amazingly clean and peaceful but it is also in a great location. Eka and his dad are amazing, super kind and extremely helpful in every sense. If you want to move around Ubud, Eka is one of the best tour guides, not only he has a lot of patience but he enjoys explaining everything and even answering any questions you may have. His dad Ketut made sure we were comfortable and helped us everytime we needed anything. Breakfast is delicious!!! Try the mix balinese pudding you won't regreat it.

We stayed in this place for two nights and it was beyond our expectations. We loved the neighborhood (tiny walkways through hills with no cars) and being close to Yellow Flower Cafe and The Elephant (both are amazing). The house was clean, the pool was great, and the view from the top floor is fantastic. The hosts were welcoming and provided breakfast. It is a little tricky to find because of the neighborhood but if you are careful to pay attention to the turns (and being a light for the dark) it is fine.

Our stay was great, with the villa being very spacious , beautiful and clean . Also nicely located just outside the busy central area of Ubud , so that it was very quiet and peaceful . Ake was our guide and driver for three days and was an excellent host with lots of local knowledge and a very safe driver . We had a great stay and can highly recommend to others !

Eka, his father and Comby were outstanding hosts. We arrived late evening and Eka was very responsive in coordinating check in and making sure we had all we need for a great stay. The pool is lovely and the breakfast they provide is a nice touch especially to help fuel you for a packed day of walking activities. Eka was instrumental to helping us plan activities in ubud as well as other areas and provided transportation if needed. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this villa!

We love this place! Feels like you are a part of an Ubud neighborhood. Had a great stay! Breakfast in the morning. Swimming in the evening. So clean and private. Nyoman and Made are happy and attentive. Ketut is a joy every time we saw him, and Eka is always helpful always ready. Highly recommend!

Tucked away in this quiet artistic community, this is the perfect place to escape the bustle of Ubud. Eka is a great host and we were treated every morning to home cooked breakfasts and the villa was cleaned every day at a time convenient to us. The space is stylish and the view from the top floor over the neighbouring roofs of sunsets and rice fields is beautiful. Yellow Flower cafe is just down the path, and Intuitive Flow yoga studio too, or you can get a taxi from Bintang supermarket to anywhere you like ... Eka’s son is also a great guide and driver. We walked into Ubud each day which took around 15/20 minutes. Would thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay - thank you Eka! We hope to return one day.

I can definitely recommend Eka’s place. He was very quick in responding and his father was also very supportive. The view from the top room is amazing and the pool is also quiet nice. It is really not easy to find the location if you have never been there but also her it was very easy to meet with Eka’s father and he guided us. You can find two delicious restaurants in 10 mins walking distance (The Elephant and Dumbo).

We stayed at Eka's villa for three days as part of our honeymoon and everything about our stay was perfect. From the very comfy bed, brand new bathroom, personal welcome and beautiful breakfast we were served each morning. Although we were unable to make the most of it due to the weather, the pool is a wonderful addition to the facilities. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone staying in Ubud. Just a short 10/15 minute walk to the center but far enough out to be quiet it is the perfect location. Plus there is a fantastic laundry, supermarket, Korean restaurant and vegan cafe just minutes away!

Eka is an amazing host. He does out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay in Ubud. The villa is pretty and very comfortable. It is also very clean and has daily room keeping. Facilities in the villa were perfect.

The ville was beautiful! Really good communication. They were really nice and the service was so good. Near the Main Street.

Eka and his father Ketut were great hosts, they went out of their way to help organize our day trips in Ubud. Not to mention the house is gorgeous. Would definitely come back :)

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre parfait, proche d un supermarché disposant de tout ce qu il faut si vous voyagez avec des enfants, non loin d un centre de massages (sedona spa) pour les adultes, proche d un excellent petit restaurant (yellow restaurant) excellent, loin du trafic donc très calme, mais pas loin du centre d ubud (15 mn a pied).maison spacieuse pouvant facilement accueillir jusqu 6 personnes. Attention la chambre au dernier étage propose d une très belle vue, mais sans clim

Great Villa in a quiet neighbourhood with a great view of the surrounds from the third floor bedroom! Eka and staff were lovely and helpful with arranging transport and activities! The villa is a little tricky to locate so definitely arrange to meet with Eka before you arrive

The villa is spacious, comfortable for 2-4 people. The pool is nice and clean. The bedroom at third floor is small, but there is a beautiful view at Ubud. Eka and his father are very nice and helpful hosts.

Great villa, perfect for two couples or two travelers. Pool is really nice, WiFi works well. Would not recommend the small room upstair as there is no AC. We loved our trip in this villa!

We had a wonderful time here.

The house is in a great place. It’s very quiet and a small footpath brings you to hidden restaurants which are very nice. We visited them every night. This house has 3 levels which gives a nice view over Ubud. The top bedroom has an amazing view. Also everybody was very nice. We had an Ubud surrounding tour by Eka. We saw a lot and he knows a lot. Absolutely a must if you don’t have a motorbike. Our stay was very easy-going and beautiful!

I would definitely recommend this place, it’s everything you could want from an airbnb in Ubud! The space felt so peaceful and private despite being surrounded by other houses and complex’s, and Eka was always quick to respond to any questions. It was clean, well designed and overall the perfect place to return to after a day of exploring.

Stay here! Absolutely blown away by the hospitality we received. Incredibly beautiful property. So private and secluded but so close to town. Walkable to the night life and the pool was so relaxing. Perfect for a couple. We loved it. So sad to leave.

The host Eka is really nice an helpful and answers always very quickly to messages. The villa itself is beautiful and very clean. The location is great, a lot of stuff is in walking distance. All in all a great stay in that place!

We've stayed 4 nights in villa pacekan, we wish we could stay longer. The villa is much nicer than we've expected. Spotless clean, beautifully furnished, amazing and clean pool, beautiful garden. Amazing view from the top floor, sunset was just wonderful from there. The staff is super humble and attentive. The place is in a super calm location surrounded with rice paddies but still just few minutes walk away from the main road and bintang supermarket Center and lot of local attractions are also in walking distance (15-25 mins). We felt really good there and hope to come back again for a longer period of time! Thanks Eka and his father and the staff for your hospitality! :)

Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte eine tolle Lage. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend zu einem. Eka antwortet schnell auf Fragen und hatte gute Tipps was man in der Umgebung machen konnte.

10/10 Eka’s place is beautifully situated with views of the mountains and ubud from the top bedroom! Eka was very helpful and accommodating to all of our wishes. He organised rafting and a cooking class for us which I can not recommend enough. The home was beautifully clean and well maintained. Such a great peaceful holiday. We can’t thank Eka enough (and his father)!

The villa is exactly what you see in the photos, simple and comfortable. Be aware of some lizards and geckos, as they do come out at night, keep the windows closed at night, and use a mosquito repellent if needed. The breakfast was tasty. Ketut (Eka's father) lives few houses down, so he is available all the time. If you love nature, peace & quiet-this villa is worth living in.

Best villa in Ubud! Right by the market, and close to town for amazing shopping and dinner or food. Theres a taxi company in the parking lot we were able to make friends with some and they drove us around every where to places we wanted to see. Honestly the best air Bnb I’ve been in, the pool, the amenities, and the hosts are amazing. They also bring you breakfast! Must stay here !

Loved our stay at this villa. The views from the balcony are to amazing and the pool area is very refreshing. The Villa is also very stylish and a perfect stay for guests who want a little privacy from each other. The main common areas are outside on the bottom floor by the pool area and on the second floor. The villa is three stories with a bedroom on each floor. The top floor has no A.C. but plenty of air flow throughout the room keeps you very cool! The breakfast was also a nice added touch. The staff at the Villa is very nice. Eka and his father were very accommodating and wanted to ensure our stay was comfortable. Eka is also very responsive to messages. Also, being a 5 min walk to the supermakret was perfect to get some late night snacks or something to grab on the way headin out before you explore the town. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Lovely place to stay, back from the road and close to intuitive flow yoga and the awesome cafe, yellow flower. Eka and his father were so helpful and made it a lovely stay.

Wir hatten den perfekten Start in Bali mit dieser Villa. Eka hat uns zu einem guten Preis abgeholt und zur Villa gefahren. Sein Vater hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool hat für die perfekte Abkühlung gesorgt. Besonders Abends war das Ambiente dort zauberhaft. Von der Villa aus konnte man den nächsten Supermarkt sehr gut erreichen. Zum Essen gehen empfehle ich das Yellow Flower Café. Aber auch Ubud Zentrum hat viele schöne Restaurants, die man nach den Tagesausflügen sehr gut besuchen kann. Jeden morgen kann man sich ein leckeres selbstgemachtes Frühstück bestellen. Außerdem wird das Haus jeden Tag gereinigt. Als wir uns die Wasserfälle anschauen wollten, hat uns Eka für einen guten Preis überall hingefahren. Wir haben uns dort richtig wohl gefühlt und es wäre auf jeden Fall wieder ein Anlaufpunkt für den nächsten Urlaub auf Bali.

Eka's house is great for a single traveler to a group of up to six people. The rooms are large and clean. The outdoor areas are covered from the sun and the pool is refreshing. Eka offers airport pick up which is super convenient and is priced fairly. Eka's father will check you in and the villa staff are all very friendly. The villa is in a great location, many good restaurants can be walked to in less than ten minutes.

The villa is very charming and have great views of Ubud. It's located in a quiet area but with close proximity to several charming and good quality restaurants. Every one who assisted us are kind and helpful. Eka our host arranged a tour to the best places in Ubud. The coffee plantation and the Batur lake view are our favorites. Most importantly, I admire their honesty, I left an important item in the villa and Eka and his father kept the item for safekeeping, then delivered the item to a friend of mine who is still in Bali. I highly recommend the villa and Eka for any visits and sightseeing tours in Ubud.

In the fairly touristy Ubud, this place is a dream! It's a 15 minute walk from the center and much more peaceful than the very busy Ubud (we went during the summer season though). Eka is a great host - he makes sure you are comfortable and will also take you on trips - which I highly recommend! The place itself is very clean, modern and really close to the supermarket, a lovely cafe and yoga center! If we come back to Ubud, we are definitely booking into here again!

Nous avons passé cinq jours inoubliables dans la villa Pacekan-Jepun. Eka et son père Ketut sont deux hôtes formidables qui ont fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe dans des conditions optimales. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les visites de l’île guidées par Eka (pour un prix très raisonnable). Il a une très bonne connaissance de l’histoire, de la culture et de la géographie de l’île et est de très bon conseil pour les choix d’itinéraires. La maison est neuve et très agréable, on y accède facilement en 3-4 minutes depuis le petit supermarché (très pratique pour les petits achats) dans une zone très calme à l’abri du tumulte de la rue principale qui reste cependant facilement accessible à pied en une quinzaine de minutes. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé les deux petits restaurants très sympathiques accessibles par des petits chemins à pied en 2-3 minutes pour l’un et 5 minutes pour l’autre (restaurant Lala Lili) où l’on mange très bien avec l’impression d’être seuls au Monde. Nous recommandons donc (parents et enfants) la villa Pacekan-Jepun sans aucune réserve.

Ketut, Eka and their staff made our stay in Ubud most enjoyable. We were very well catered for and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were extremely honest and genuinely pleasant hosts who catered for our every need. Eka was a most patient tour guide, who took us on several tours to many different locations around Ubud. His knowledge of the culture and history of places visited, was outstanding. Ladies! He was so patient when it came to giving us all the time we needed to do the 'shopping thing'! His guided tours were very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Ketut's family villas as a safe and enjoyable place to stay and Eka as a knowledgeable tour guide and 'fixer' of any queries or problems that can arise! The villa was a short walk to a large supermarket and it took approx 15 minutes to walk to the main shopping street, great location! We would love to come back to celebrate our 65th birthdays too! The villa is located close enough from the center of ubud to be able to walk to it in 15mn and far away enough to be very quiet. We are surrounded by many villas but it is not a problem at all. Breakfast are very good and the swimming pool is nice. The three bedrooms are indifferent floors so you can have some intimacy and be together as well.

Eka's place in Ubud is a beautiful, modern 3 storey villa with great views of Ubud. It was incredibly clean, very quiet and suited our travelling group of 4 really well. We loved having fun in the pool after a day of walking and found that many things can be accessed on foot rather than by car. The main cafe and shopping areas are close by and we would walk in each day. Eka was also super helpful in helping us organise transport to the airport as well as organise a trip to Nusa Penida. We probably couldn't have done it so well without him! Highly recommend staying here!

Villa Jepun is absolutely picturesque. The pictures don't do it justice. Eka and his father were great hosts and made sure we had everything that we needed on our stay. This villa is close enough to town without being in the middle of the madness. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We spent four days in Ubud at Pacekan Jepun Villa. Ketut was a wonderful host and did everything to make us feel like home. He and his stuff cleaned the house and prepared breakfast. The Villa is located in a quiet and nice surrounding, but is still in a walking distance to Ubud centre (about 15 min.). Ketut picked us up at Bintang supermarket as you can reach the house only by foot on small and narrow (though beautiful) ways with a few steps. His son Eka organizes trips and took us on a beautiful day trip to the north of Bali with Lake Batur and some nice temples and waterfalls. He is a good driver and guide (and a nice guy, like his father). Though it rained a lot during our stay we had a wonderful time. All thumbs up!

Great host. Wonderful place. Very scenic. About an 5 minute walk to the market and 15-20 minutes from down town proper.

Eka was very approachable and definitely our go-to person for everything. He helped us organise a trek to Mt Batur at short notice and even waited with us at 2am for the tour bus to arrive. He was quick with communication and provided assistance in the middle of the night. I also required a lift to Kuta to pick up my suit and he was able to drive me himself (he's a good driver). The location was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were very clean and the view from the top floor was stunning. The free breakfast supplied was delicious and it was very helpful to have filtered water tanks in the house was very helpful. Highly recommended

Our experience in the villa was really pleasant. The villa is beautiful, clean exactly as in the pictures. Eka is very friendly, he took good care of us, helped us organize our trip and was a great tour guide and photographer as well! I had an amazing experience in the villa and I will definitely stay in the same villa next time I come to Ubud!

Eka and his father were very welcoming. The villa was gorgeous and in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was included and it was a good start to the morning. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Great washrooms. The pool was perfect for a fresh dip after a hot day. Eka was very good with communication. He helped us plan a couple of days of outings with transportation for good prices, and even joined us on one. We would definitely come back here if staying in Ubud again. Bintang supermarket is very close and the Center is a good 15-20 min walk away. Highly recommend this villa for couples or even a group of 5 or 6. 5 stars!!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay in Ubud! The location is central to everything we wanted to see and do (and having Bintang Market RIGHT there was amazingly convenient for all the little things we forgot to bring!) The villa is impeccably clean and always had PLENTY of filtered water (bring a water bottle so you can take some with you when you go on your tours with Eka ;) ) Breakfast included was a fantastic bonus! I can't rave enough about the staff here!; hardworking, readily available, and ever so kind and welcoming, managed by the wonderful Ketut :) I can say with confidence I would return for another stay....I can't wait!!

Eka1s place is amazing! We loved how it is both away from the main Ubud area yet easy to get to. Eka prides himself on cleanliness and service, the place is very spacious and immaculately clean with breakfast service included. We've stayed here for 2 nights. Eka and his father, Ketut, were so accommodating. Ketut lives 10 steps away from the villa; so whenever we need him, he's there in an instant. The whole stay went smooth and relaxing. The place is highly recommended for people who seek complete relaxation! Eka even brought us to places and he's a good photographer! So yeah we got cool photos taken by him! I'm looking forward to be back in Bali and will definitely stay here again!

Eka's house is very nice and comfortable.Nice swimming pool nice bed also nice bathroom.The disadvantages is that the house is a little far away from the main and must through a very street.But it isn't a big problem because we also have fun in Ekas house.We make dinner in the house too haha.

We stay 11 days in Ubud, and really enjoyed our stay in Villa Jepun. The area is nice and calm. Villa is beatiful and clean. Pool is very nise and clean too. Good breakfest. Eka and Ketut are very good hosts!

The villa and hosts were amazing. The villa itself is amongst the most beautiful collection of tiny streets which are perfectly blended with the surrounding rice fields and countryside. The location is great for visiting various places around Ubud and a taxi rank and supermarket are 5 minute walk away. Incredible value for money - spacious, clean and peaceful.

SPECTACULAR! I have absolutely not one bad thing to say about the cleaniness, the host or the area. I cannot express in words how amazing this place was. it exceeded my expectation. The photos that are shown are very accurate. Extremely clean home, I was able to walk barefooted which is a plus for me! Although I hate bugs and it comes with nature, I was surprised that there weren't any (random) we were served a light delicious breakfast in the AM. His dad took us around the rice field which was very special and nice of him. There's hot water in the home which is also a major plus! As far as location it's about a 15 minute walk to the center. Please do enjoy the walk and do not take a taxi. We also walked to the monkey Forrest which is about a 30 minute walk but it's worth it. I can't think of anything else to say but overall if I had to rate this home between a 1-10 I'd rate it 1000

It was such a comfy villa! So clean and organized, go t a quick guide and map to the area upon arrival which was really helpful!
