Exploring Villa Peeti, Nth Legian- 300m To Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Villa Peeti, Nth Legian- 300m To Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Legian plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Villa Peeti, Nth Legian- 300m To Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
After booking the room, I asked Nick some questions but received no response. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, possibly due to standing water on the first floor, and the soundproofing was completely nonexistent. However, the house manager, Wiwid, and the pickup driver, Wayan, were very kind, which was nice.
Beautiful spacious villa. Nicolas was very friendly and responsive to questions. The housekeeper was also very friendly and informative. One of the rooms was quite warm as the aircond was small and the fan didn’t work well. They gave us a portable cooler that helped a little. Overall very satisfied.
Good Communication. Lots to do within walking distance. Unfortunately the advertised washer and dryer were not available. This was a major reason why we picked this AirBnB. If we would have known that they were not available, we would not have stayed here. The owner provided some alternatives, but at this point all faith was lost with the false advertised amenities. Never staying here again.
Beautiful villa in a great area of Bali. We loved the layout and all the timber trims and furniture.
We had a great stay at the villa, but there were some crucial flaws that future guests should be aware of. Pros: • Daily housekeeping: The maid came every morning and even restocked the fridge with water, beer, and essentials—this was a great touch. • Pool & Vibe: The pool was fantastic, and the overall ambiance of the villa was amazing. • Comfortable Stay: The beds were super comfy, and the showers had great hot and cold water pressure. • Clean & Aesthetic Bathrooms: They were well-maintained with a nice tropical vibe, which the group really enjoyed. • Entertainment: The TV setup was great; we watched a movie one night. Cons: • Music System Issues: The speaker system and woofer weren’t working properly and may need repairs. • AC Cooling Problem: This was the biggest issue—in 3 out of 4 rooms, the ACs were not effective at cooling the rooms, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This definitely needs to be addressed by the host. • Communication: We didn’t get to m
The place is great and suitable for travelling with families and friends. 2 ensuite bedrooms at level 2 with 2 separate ensuite villa theme bedrooms at the ground floor. The fridge is loaded with welcome drinks (including beers!) and the pool at its deepest end is 1.74m deep. The only 2 small issues we have is that the door from the garden leading to the open air bathroom of the ensuite villa bedroom (infront of the pool) couldn’t be locked so you will need to inform your friends and family members not to accidentally open it. The other issue is that the bamboo fence covering the second open air bathroom is not tall enough to entirely block out the neighbours from peeping over from their second floor next door. My mother in law was bathing and she could see someone looking at her. Other than these 2 issues, the stay is great and we will love to go back again.
Our stay at villa peeti was perfect beyond all expectations. The bedroom, pool and everything were impeccable and beautiful. The villa looked great in condition eventhough it wasnt brand new villa . If we come back to Bali, we would consider staying here again. Absolutely perfect!

Our group of 8 adults, had a superb 5 night stay at Villa Peeti! The size & layout of the villa was perfect. Wiwid, the housekeeper was lovely, helpful, friendly & accommodating for any of our requests. The swimming pool was a great size, with good water clarity & comfortable lounges to relax. We all loved the location! So close to many restaurants, shops & the beach. We hope to return again! 🙂

This was our first stop on a trip around Bali with friends and a great way to kickoff our trip; we were actually a bit sad to leave! A beautiful space and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay and Nic & the team onsite were extremely helpful and even helped us organise pool fencing and baby gear for our kids! Highly recommend and would stay again.
We loved the privacy and comfort of this location. It felt very much like a home away from home. Our housekeeper was lovely & did our laundry for a generous fee. The private chef and in house massages elevated rye experience completely. We’ll be back next year. ☺️

Just outstanding. Excellent location within walking distance to everything. The villa was so beautiful and looked even better than the photos. The cleaning staff and the manager were all so excellent to deal with. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Bali!
We were extremely happy with the villa. Nick’s staff was kind and responsive to our needs. Nick himself was also very responsive. The place was like the photos, clean, with comfortable beds. Wiwid, the stag who took care of the home was very kind and was always available to help with anything we needed. This place is highly recommended.

Nick and his entire staff were absolutely superb and made us feel right at home. Although we were so close to everything it felt like we were all by ourselves when we were at the house and in the backyard which made everything just absolutely amazing. Highly recommended to stay here.
The villa was great, as was the staff. Very friendly and very accommodating for a big group (especially with children!). Among other things they helped with procuring a stroller for the entire 2-week stay, as well as always being available in case of issues. Wiwid is very friendly & helpful. The only downside we can think of were the mosquitos. There were a lot, even inside the villa, especially in the main dining/lounging area. Mosquito spray was provided, but it was still very noticeable. The water sitting under the stairs housed a minor swarm of them - but I'll mention that we were provided with the option of draining this area by the host prior to arrival (mainly due to bringing small kids on the trip). All in all, we're very happy choosing Villa Peeti for our 2-week vacation. Thanks!
Beautiful villa. Perfect for a large family. Nicely isolated from the bustle in the area. We appreciated the help getting a pool fence and other necessities when traveling with small children.

We have just returned from a week stay at Villa Peeti. This holiday was a surprise 60th Birthday present for my husband and I arranged for our 3 adult children to join us. It's been a very long time since I have had my family all under the same roof together. This villa was absolute perfection . The size of the rooms and living area were luxurious. The pool was just the right size with plenty of outdoor lounges for us all. The amenities were in abundance. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location of the villa was close to everything from restaurants to the beach and also to Bintang Supermarket. Thank you so much Nick and Wawid, we will certainly be visiting again !
Great place to stay. Everything we needed. Perfect swimming pool for our 5 and 7 year olds. Fish pond was great entertainment for 5 year old. Walking distance to Bintang supermarket was handy. Would definitely return
This place was so beautiful, even better than the photos. It was central to everything. Shops, restaurants, beach, massages (which we walked to daily and coffee!! The house keeping was amazing I didn’t have to clean once and she organised a chef to come cook at the house. Well worth the money, will defo stay again. Even the kids loved it!

전반적으로 좋은 숙소였습니다. 총괄 담당자인 nick은 빠른 답변을해줬고 친절했습니다. 그리고 숙소 관리 담당자인 wiwid는 항상 친절했고, 예상보다 늦은시간에 도착했지만 우리를 기다려줬습니다. 냉장고에는 맥주와 물, 콜라, 오렌지쥬스 그리고 우유까지 도착하는날 우리가 마실만한 것들은 충분했습니다. 4개의 침실 각각에 욕실이 함께있었고, 주방옆으로 화장실이 하나가 더 있어서 충분했습니다. 수영장 관리 상태는 좋았으며 물 깊이도 아이 어른 모두 즐길만한 수심이었습니다. 르기안 이라는 위치 자체가 교통체증이 많고 사람이많은 지역이기에 이런부분은 충분히 이해합니다. 일방통행이 많은지역이라서 생각보다 차로 이동하는것이 시간이 필요합니다. 느긋하게 여행하시는게 좋습니다. 주변 식당은 걸어갈만한 위치에 괜찮은곳이 있고 슈퍼마켓도 가까이있습니다. 아침은 가까운 식당과 연계되어 배달 서비스로 이용할 수 있고 거실 테이블에 메뉴와 연락처가 놓여있습니다. 여행할때 늘 샤워기 필터를 챙기는데 여기는 필요없습니다. 필터에 걸리는게 없어요. 아마 숙소 자체에 필터장치가 있는것같습니다. 르기안으로 6명 이상이 다시 여행을하게된다면 방문할것같습니다.
A stunning large villa, just as shown & described in the listing. Nick was an excellent host who helped with our pre trip plans and throughout our stay. Wiwid who looks after the villa on a daily basis was wonderful & very helpful They also have a great driver, Wayan to help with travel plans. The villa is in a quiet street but only minutes walk from beach & lots of restaurants & shops. We had a fantastic family holiday at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Legian.
Sehr schöne Villa, gut ausgestattet und super sauber/gepflegt. Toller Pool, sehr bequeme Liegen. Die Kinder durften jeden Tag die Fische füttern. Wir wurden persönlich von Wiwid herzlich empfangen und konnten uns bei Fragen /Ausflügen usw jederzeit an sie wenden. Badetücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Villa liegt in einer schmalen Seitenstraße, in der Nähe sind viele Geschäfte und kleine Supermärkte. Ein großer Supermarkt mit frischem Obst/Fleisch/Souvenir usw (Bintang) liegt ebenfalls in bequemer Laufnähe. Zum Strand gibt es einen schmalen Weg, der auch von Scootern genutzt wird. Man kann private Taxen mit vorab besprochenem Festpreis an der Straßenecke bekommen, die offiziellen Taxen fahren mit Taximeter und sind bedeutend günstiger. Beides ist für unsere Verhältnisse immer noch sehr günstig. Der Massage Salon Briella Spa ist sehr nah und zu empfehlen. 1h Massage oder Maniküre/Pediküre liegt bei ca 5-6 Euro. Der Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer war sehr gut, er antwortete zeitnah

Fantastic Villa in a fantastic location! Very central so we had the luxury of getting everywhere on foot. Laying around the pool was luxurious, and the spaciousness of the villa allowed everyone to be relaxed and comfortable. Nick was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful Villa close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also close to Seminyak. located on a quiet laneway. A tropical oasis in the which was like a home to go back to after a busy day out. The host was amazing. Great and easy communication. Also comes with a driver who you can easily contact. Amazing stay for our family! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a villa including children. Walking distance to the beach, cafes/restaurants and nearby playrooms. A beautiful house tucked away from all the busy comings and goings of Legian. Wiwid (the housekeeper) was amazing, couldn’t be more helpful - she helped with everything! Nicks communication and recommendations were great too! Everything was perfect and I would love to stay again 🥰

Wiwid was there to greet us and was very friendly. She and the other staff kept the villa extremely clean and was helpful with local advice. Villa Peeti was exactly what we needed for our annual family Christmas and get together. In a great location, and easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants, with local gojecks everywhere to hop on for dining and shopping options further away. The villa itself is easy living and very functional for a wide variety of guests with options to sleep different family arrangements. Clean, tidy ammenities and the pool is a welcome addition after a humid outing!! We would recommend Villa Peeti for larger family groups , and would be happy to stay again next time we’re in Bali x
My group had a wonderful stay at Nick's Airbnb! He was very helpful in providing us with drivers and Wiwid who cleaned the villa daily was so helpful. It's a beautiful and clean stay that is centrally located and we would happily return!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely accommodation, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how neat and well-maintained everything was. The space is not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated. Overall, this accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The villa is located in lively area of Seminyak, there are many cafés and shopping at 5-7 minutes walk. The villa is amazing and the caretaker Wiwid was very helpful. The pool has a tree very near to it so the pool has to be cleaned every day of the leaves etc. overall wonderful stay

We are a family of 6 and we LOVED our time at Villa Peeti. Nick was awesome to deal with as was housekeeper Wiwid and Wayan our driver. Such a beautiful Villa to spend our time in, swimming in the amazing pool and sleeping in luxurious beds. It was great and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali! 5 out of 5 stars.
The family of 8 of us had a great time. Thanks to the welcome drink full of refrigerators, I was able to enjoy the first night of my arrival comfortably. The poolside and the garden are pretty and cleanly managed. The time when the whole family played in the pool at night and cooled down will be an unforgettable memory. Also, there is a delicious coffee shop right next door, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. You can come home wet after playing in the sea. It seems that animals such as big mice and wildcat roam around every night in this neighborhood, so it is a good idea to close all doors connected to the outside when sleeping.
Nick's place was more than we expected, a huge space for up to 8 people or 4 couples, massive living area. The pool was a perfect size and the surrounding garden fish filled ponds, a relaxing and at times entertaining touch. Wiwid the greeting manager went above and beyond to assist us for all our needs. I strongly urge you to visit, you will not be disappointed

Have been to Bali 5 times and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. Nicholas was great to communicate with and Wiwid looked after our every need at the Villa. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

1. The location is prime, with a beach just a 6 or 7-minute walk away, and the main street is also only a few minutes away. 2. It's very convenient for daily life, with small supermarkets and the like in the vicinity. 3. The interior design is rational, with a spacious layout, each room has its own private bathroom, and the rooms on the ground floor also feature a bathtub. 4. The landlord responds promptly, the housekeeper VIVI is very thoughtful and considerate, and the rooms are kept very clean. 5. The only minor drawback, which is not really a disadvantage, is the lack of extra thick blankets; there are only thin ones available, which might be a bit hard for some people who prefer not to share a blanket. Overall，we spent a wonderful nine days here with our families and highly recommend it for everyone to stay.
We stayed six nights at Villa Peeti. The place is excellent for a larger group, with plenty of common space to enjoy each other's company and large enough to find your own space to chill out. The villas and luxury bathrooms are on the next level. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Wiwid, for making our stay special.
Our stay at Villa Peeti exceeded all expectations. It’s such a perfect family getaway. The villa itself is a masterpiece of comfort and elegance. It offered privacy and seclusion, yet location is conveniently close to restaurants, beach, spa, which made our stay both relaxing and exciting. Above all the host is impressive and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to indulge themselves in Bali.

We had wonderful stay in Villa Peeti. The villa is really beautiful, spacious and very clean. The beach is only a short walk. Wiwid was very friendly and helpful. So was Nicholas, always answering all my questions. Don’t hesitate to book it.
We had a fabulous week in Villa Peeti, with the lovely Wiwid looking after us. She has been so helpful, even arranged for some washing to be done for us. The villa is in a buzzing area, ten mins walk from Legian beach and the shops and markets of Seminyak aren’t far away. We had breakfast every morning from Su’s along the lane, they do fabulous coffee and even deliver it to the villa! It was our first time to Bali but certainly won’t be the last and we would love to return to Villa Peeti. Nick very kindly allowed us to stay later on our final day to shower before a late flight back to London.

Nicholas was by far the best and most accomodating host I have ever had. Nothing was too much for us and our family with baby toddlers. Location is central and villa was clean and comfortable We will be staying here again no doubt!

The place overall is great, the space is great for families, you have enough room that you can all do your own thing in the space. Wiwid comes in daily and does the cleaning/servicing, she and her team are super helpful and friendly and also very caring when you get sick. A couple of things, be careful with small kids around the fish pond our 2.5 year old unfortunately fell in which was super scary. The main room in the main part of the house is pretty hot. It would be great if the place came with a cot and high chair, for the price you have to pay to hire them, it’s worth just investing in them for all guests to enjoy. The place is very central to great restaurants, I highly recommend the Warang just down the road, they have the best nasi goreng & mi goreng.
It was definitely great experience staying in villa peeti. The location was not so easy while grabbing taxi, but it was worth staying. I would visit Bali to stay in villa peeti once again. Manager Wiwid was kind and room was cleaned everyday. Pool was deep enough to enjoy, bathrooms were so exotic to feel nature vibe Bali but clean. Every furnitures and details were so Bali like, i could fully feel that im travelling Bali. Thank you for sharing this place.
What a great stay at Villa Peeti, Nick and Wiwid made us feel right at home. A short walk to the beach with a 15 min walk to the Seminyak shopping, eating district. We would certainly recommend this home to anyone and cannot wait to return.

Can not say enough positive things about Villa Peeti. We traveled here with our 2 children - 2yo and 5 months and some friends. Villa is BEAUTIFUL and the detail is exquisite. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Wiwid is amazing and keeps the villa clean and well maintained. She was kind enough to organise a pool gate and other baby stuff which made it so much easier. Location is great, so close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Legian , I found to be very kid friendly, sidewalks are easy to navigate with a stroller and there is an amazing kids club (waka waka) 10 min walk from the villa. Only thing that would have made it perfect was some sort of coffee maker but there is a great cafe steps from the villa.

Beautiful, stylish javanese design villa. It’s private and quiet even though it’s in the hustle and bustle town of legian. Loved the small pond of koi fish under the footpath to the master bedroom. Highly recommended this villa if you’re staying in legian. Only negative was the villa entrance wasn’t accessible by car. Although it was only a short 1 minute walk from where the car can drop off

Nous avons adoré les lampes en bambou, les baignoires en pierre, la charmante piscine, les lits très confortables...nous avons aussi apprécié le service de ménage chaque jour, avec changement de serviettes, ce qui mérite d'être précisé car ce n'est pas dans les standards européens des Airbnb et ce n'était pas inscrit dans l'annonce ! Petit plus à l'arrivée avec les boissons fraîches dans le frigo, merci !
The villa looked exactly like how it was shown in the photos - amazing, big, and beautiful! The living room was spacious with a big-enough table for 7 of us which felt just like home. There was also a home theatre speaker that could play audio in the main area, and even outside to the pool area - perfect if you’d like to chill by the pool. The only tiniest room of improvement would be if the pool could be heated as it was slightly chilly during this season, but still amazing nonetheless 😍 Our host, Nick, was very prompt to reply any queries we had, even before our arrival. Before and upon arrival, the villa manager - Wiwid - was also superb! She gave us a clear house tour, answered any doubts, and helped ensure the house was neat and clean during our stay. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! 👍🏻 Overall, would definitely introduce this villa to anyone who’s heading back to Bali! You should give it a try too, if you’re reading this review 😉 Cheers!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. It was hidden away in a very convenient, busy area close to the beach. Once you walked through the front door you were in your own quiet tropical paradise. The little bridges you walk over the fish ponds were lovely and the traditional Balinese style decore just beautiful. If you needed anything, nothing was too much trouble. We found the outdoor bathrooms very slippery when wet and one of our party did have a fall after showering. On our arrival home I advised Nick of what had happened and he said he would look into it. I would definitely recommend this Villa for your stay.
I stayed at Villa Peeti with my wife, 1 year old, my two brothers, sister-in-law and 2 year old niece. It was absolutely perfect for our stay. Gorgeous villa, excellent amenities, private and quiet, close to everything, in a good neighbourhood. Moreover, the villa's staff headed by Wiwid were extremely attentive, cheerful and lovely. Wiwid made sure we felt completely looked after, and even helped me obtain local medical attention when I became ill with a bout of food poisoning. Nick (the host) always responded immediately to all requests. The pool and stairs were made safe for the children. Very, very happy with this place. Looked exactly like the pictures. Would stay again.
Thank you Nicholas for having us at your Villa. This Villa is gorgeous and even better than the photos. Very private, beautiful gardens. Wiwid was welcoming and did a fantastic job at servicing the villa and keeping it sparkling clean. Wayan the Villa driver is very easy to deal with, very patient in the busy traffic and looked after us really well on our day trips out. We were lucky enough to have a private chef (Meychel Mardyanto) come in one evening to cook. Thanks again!
The airbnb is great! the place is beautiful and comfortable, lots of useful facilities, the staffs are very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great, bed is very comfy. Living room is very convenient. Lastly, the price is very2 worth it. Only 1 drawback: pick-up by car/grab-car/go-car is quite hard. you must walk 5 mins to the pick-up point, which is located in front of Hotel Kumala Pantai. The hotel does not allow cars to park on their hotel, so you must arrive at the pick-up point before the driver each there (cars cannot park).
Beautiful villa built to higher standards than most Airbnb's in Bali. Proper hot water system (instant hot water instead of waiting 5 minutes), filtered water everywhere but shower, furniture & fittings look great & built to last vs just being aesthetically pleasing but non-functional as most Airbnb villas are. Really a well designed villa with beautiful decorations, great big comfy beds, spacious rooms, beautiful garden area etc. Wiwid was so friendly & Nick was proactive, responsive & helpful. Love the free transfer from the airport. Also the fact that entry/exit is by keycard vs physical keys (don't have to carry a whole bunch of keys around like most Airbnb villas in Bali) is great. Huge TV with reasonably good sound system. The only couple of small cons, the gang that the villa is in is too narrow for cars, so expect to have to walk a bit to get GoCar/Taxi. Also the couches were a bit smelly but probably just needs a good clean. Other than that, great stay. Recommended.
The villa is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer. Wiwi was so helpful and friendly. Definitely Coming back here

We had a fantastic weekend in Bali. The place was amazing and matched the description exactly. Nicholas was extremely helpful and both the house keeper and taxi driver provided, made our stay extremely enjoyable and easy! Can't wait to come back.
Absolutely loved this place 😍 looked even better than the pictures in person and very nice and helpful staff. Our favourite was the sound system because it was amazing for when chilling by the pool or in the living room. 10/10 would reccomend 😁🙌🏽

Ibu Wiwid (Nicholas’ local housekeeper) was very hospitable from our arrival to check out. Can’t imagine a better local host. She did everything to make our stay comfortable. Keep up the good work! We’ll miss Ibu and this beautiful property!
The villa was absolutely stunning - exactly how it was in the pictures and very well kept. The staff was warm, friendly, helpful. The location of the villa provides privacy, while being only a 5 minute walk from local markets. We loved our stay and can't wait to be back!
Villa Peeti is the best place we have stayed in Bali. Communication with Nicholas was spot on and the house keeper and driver made the stay seem less and enjoyable. The villa is better than described and photos don’t do it justice. Highly recommended.

The best villa my family and I have stayed in Bali. Very nice design with swimming pool, nice landscape and water features with koi fishs. The bedrooms and toilets are very well design and very nice decoration of wood furnitures in the living and dining hall. Open concept kitchen with full electrical appliances. Very fast reply from the owner, Nicholas.The villa manager and staff are so polite and really helpful.
Suuuper happy staying at Villa Peeti for 3 nights with my family of 9!! We really love the interior! Also, the property has everything we need to prepare our meals. They clean the property everyday and we got new clean towels everyday.

Our stay at Villa Peeti was far too short We stayed here a few years ago, when it was new & were excited to return. The Villa is well maintained & still beautiful. The location (350 m from Legian beach), ambience & decor (especially the bathrooms) are superb. Our wonderful hostess Wiwid made our stay easy & relaxing. The property's new Airbnb host Nick was great & extremely helpful. I would rate Villa Peeti very highly & would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the Seminyak/ Legian area
What a beautiful Villa to stay ! It's a modern house with a traditional feel. my family and i loved our time here and the fact how close it is to the doublesix beach made our holiday so much better. Wiwid the villa manager she was friendly and very helpful. And also thank you Nicholas the landlord for quick response, he was very easy to communicate with.
Staying here beats a 5-star-hotel experience. The cleanliness, facilities (filtered water, crushed ice, high tech surround sounds, smart tvs to a amazing beds and pool) with just 300m to the beach and amazing food. This has become our family's new favorite place in Bali. Thank you for keeping it immaculate and beautiful and letting be our home for a few days.

I have stayed many times over the last few years & each time has been a wonderful experience. The private bungalow rooms are truly spectacular as is the main living/dining area. I booked this villa for a short break with my family while we were in Bali and found it to be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The owner was very courteous and helpful and the villa manager was incredible. The property is a real oasis just a few minutes walk from the beach and the quality of the villa was incredible. We will stay here again without a doubt.
