Villa Selina Beach bungalow

Exploring Villa Selina Beach bungalow left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Villa Selina Beach bungalow was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tejakula plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Villa Selina Beach bungalow painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Matt and his wife got a really really nice place up on the north coast of Bali. You letaraly fall a sleep, and wake to the sounds of waves. He is very helpful with tips and trips. And his staff are so fredly helpful and always in a good mood. Go there if you are in that area. O and they even have there own reef. Br from K&P from Denmark. Ps. He also help with cleaning up the surrounding / that area, from plastic and waste.

We had a nice quiet stay at Villa Salina, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely sunrise boat trip and saw many dolphins and swam out to see the coral reef just off shore.

Putu and Matt were lovely hosts. The property is really pretty and opens directly on to the beach.

What an absolute gem of a place. Each bungalow is tucked away in lush gardens that Matt and Putu have planted. Overlooks the ocean with direct access. On site restaurant. The area is walkable which isn’t always the case in Bali. Matt and Putu were great hosts. I definitely recommend this property.

Es war rundum ein toller Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert wenn man etwas Ruhe haben möchte.

Beautiful place, super friendly owner and amazing food!

Matt and Putu’s place is an absolute Paradise. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are spacious with lovely outdoor bathrooms. There are numerous outdoor spaces by the beach and pool to chill and relax. Matt, Putu and the staff were so welcoming and the food was excellent. It was a pleasure to stay at this little treasure by the sea 🥰 and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Bali!!

Putu & Matt's place is beautiful. The lush garden next to the ocean, a great clean pool and really nice staff. We had the beach hut without air conditioning, which was a bit hot at night, but everything else made up for it. We were served 3 meals per day and they were very accommodating with our baby.

Putu & Matt are a lovely couple with a wealth of knowledge about the area. With everything you need being on site (inc plenty of opportunities to snorkel, paddleboard, swim etc) there was really no need to leave! Having said that there are multiple things worth visiting in this beautiful area of Bali so I'd highly suggest booking at least a long weekend as opposed to a couple of days as it's difficult to leave! Beautiful place right on the beach, perfect for visiting more authentic northern Bali!

Matt was a great host. He was easy to talk to and helped out immediately with any and all issues. All staff members were friendly and professional also. Our bungalow was set in a beautiful garden with a beach front view. The property had 4 rooms (2 beach view and 2 garden view) which gave it a boutique hotel feel. The pool in the middle was a great place to relax and cool off with a drink. The beach had some great waves for surfing. There was a restaurant on site which made meal times a lot more convenient since the location is a bit remote and there are limited eating choices. However, be patience, think of it as your mom's kitchen, if there are multiple orders, you might need to wait a bit. We made sure to pre-order our meals ahead of time so its easier for the staff to prep and cook. Also, in our haste in booking, we didn't realize that there is no AC in the room. Thankfully the two nights we were there was rainy and cool. Otherwise, it would've been a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a great spot to relax and unwind. I would recommend Matt's spot.

Villa Selina is a lovely property with just 3 villas, in a remote area north of Bali, ensuring relaxing calm time. The villa offers a nice pool, and view on the ocean, accessible directly from the villa. The host family and the staff are welcoming and make the stay a great experience. We enjoyed the local visits they helped organise, such as visit to the local market and trek to a secret waterfall

Wat een fijne plek om te zijn. Daar zijn is al genieten. Rust, zee, zwembad en een fijne bungalow. De tuin maakt het compleet. Het lijkt wel of je in een luxe tuincentrum woont. Fantastisch. Matt, Ni Putu en alle medewerkers doen er alles aan om je heerlijke tijd te bezorgen, niets is teveel. Wij hopen zeer zeker terug te komen.

C'est vraiment un endroit avec beaucoup de charme. Nous sommes resté qu'une seule nuit néanmoins nous avons pu profiter de la plage et s'essayer au surf. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Il faut avoir la force de partir, car on se croirait vraiment au paradis. Le lever de soleil est top ! Merci beaucoup !

This place is magical! The villa and garden is gorgeous, it’s actually like being in paradise. The surroundings are nice and peaceful, a perfect getaway from all the hustle and bustle in Ubud, Canggu or other more touristy places in Bali. The staff are really friendly and attentative, and the food is excellent. You can rent motorbikes there, but we never felt the need for it; who would ever want to leave paradise? Putu and Matt are the best hosts. Putu is so sweet and always smiling, and Matt will give you the best recommendations and help you with booking some really cool and authentic eco tours that they offer in collaboration with local guides. I highly recommend the sunrise tour and cooking class with Nyoman. He is a local environmentalist, the sweetest man, who tales it upon himself to do clean-up there daily, with a plastic bag and his hands. So if you do take this tour, I recommend that you bring a couple of plastic bags and give him a hand, as he is to polite and modest to ask himself. We really wish we were told the same when we went. All the tours seem pretty cool, fun and authentic and we definitly recomend checking them out. I highly recomend this wonderful place, would definitly stay there again!

When you stay at this place you will see that everything there is made with love! The bungalows are spacious and clean. The garden is just beautiful. The food is excellent. The staff is so nice and really cares about your well being. All in all 100 of 100%!

We had a great stay here. The staff is very friendly and the beach is beautiful. There also some nice snorkeling spots with reefs at the beach.

This is truely a gem, we had a unforgettable time with amazing waterfalls , perfect for work and beach chill out :) I highly highly recommend it

Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce merveilleux endroit ! Vous n'avez qu'à descendre les escaliers de la villa pour atterrir sur la plage ! La chambre est superbe et très propre. Le staff est d'une gentillesse sans nom, toujours disponible. Il y a un book dans la chambre qui fait le recap de tout ce dont vous avez besoin : restauration, activités..

Lovely family run resort in a part of Bali. Make a lovely trip over the mountains and through the villages to arrive here. All the amenities you would expect, plus I enjoyed many local experiences that I was not expecting. Two thumbs up from me !

Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde, verwunschener Garten, jede Menge Ruhestätten und ein traumhafter Service. Die Bungalows sind direkt am Meer und man kann auf der ganzen Anlage sein Essen genießen, welches im Übrigen auch fantastisch ist! Wir kommen gern wieder beim nächsten Bali Trip. :)

Magic! We fell in love with Villa Selina and enjoyed our time there very much. Everything is so beautiful and you can see the love in the details. Pitu is an excellent host, so friendly and always smiling. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the dolphin tour! Thank you!

Ville selina was an absolute pleasure to stay at. staff is very friendly and helpfull and hosts, putu an matt are great hosts and made our stay even better than thought possible.

I loved everything about this place! It was the first place I ever stayed in Bali and it was magic for me. I hope to make it back.

Wow, this place is so nice. Much nicer than you can tell from the pictures. And the hospitality is just great. People really take care of you and prepare very good food. We love the ambiance and that the place is right at the beach. We rented a motorbike from our host and it was perfect. Nice getaway about an hour from Lovina. We explored the surroundings and stayed a couple of days at the cottage. It was great. Thanks for all and if we ever cone to bali again, this is our number one adres. Highly recommended.

Magnifique petit bungalow sur une propriété contenant 3 bungalows, piscine collective, et plage privée ! Jardin très joliement décoré, le bungalow est très mignon, de taille . convenable, le petit plus étant la salle de bain ouverte ( uniquement le toit ) très agréable. Un vrai havre de paix ! Un endroit relativement isolé, très calme, le seul bruit est celui de la mer. Le staff est souriant, détendu et vraiment tes agréable. Quand aux propriétaires, ce sont des personnes d une extrême gentillesse et complètement abordables. Un séjour inoubliable !

Personnel adorable, Ni Putu et Matthew sont vraiment super gentils! Le cadre est magnifique, les pieds dans l'océan, la nourriture est top et l'endroit est très calme.

We loved our stay at Villa Selina! Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and accommodating! The villa was gorgeous, comfortable and felt like a secluded paradise. Highly recommend staying here!
