The virtual preview of Villa Sugar Palm in Quiet Cul-De-Sac Near Seminyak Mall was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Villa Sugar Palm in Quiet Cul-De-Sac Near Seminyak Mall painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Great villa in seminyak that is fantastic for young families!

We had a pleasant stay. The place is quiet, spacious and located near Seminyak square. Host is responsive and helpful. The place was pretty clean with the team onsite arranging everyday. Sukra their leader is nice and helpful. Overall the villa would need to have small refurbishment here and there to get 5 stars.

This villa was extra comfy! Have stayed in several villas around seminyak over 10 trips and this was one of the most comfortable. King coil beds great, indoor bathrooms a bonus when it's humid or too hot outside, villa manager very helpful, small daily breakfast included as well as airport transfers! It's in a good spot a few minutes walk in the backstreets behind Sisterfeilds Cafe. Slightly hard to find but feels more secluded and private residential which is preferable!

Don’t hesitate to book this property!! Our group of four adults and five kids loved this place! It’s in an awesome location. Easy walk to everything you need. Handy for the little people that don’t like walking far. The villa is tucked in a back street so there is no street noise. The kids room was handy and the bunk room was a hit with the kids. Prita and Lily looked after our every need. Organised our laundry, a chef to cook us dinner two nights and even a massage therapist (twice 🤭). Along with hair braiding for the kids. They are the sweetest ladies, cooking breakfast every morning and cleaning up. Putu the driver picked us up and returned us to the airport. We also used him for day trips! He’s a legend. This place ticks every box! The included airport transfer and breakfast daily really sealed the deal for me when I was picking an Airbnb.

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this villa more highly, especially for families! The layout was perfect with our three young kids. They loved the bunk beds and the play room, and having the bedrooms connect directly to the enclosed, air-conditioned living area (without needing to go outside!) was such a bonus and surprisingly hard to find in Bali. There’s also a separate standalone master suite, perfect for grandparents or another couple wanting extra privacy. The location was fantastic, an easy walk to shops, restaurants and Eat Street. But the wonderful staff truly made our stay who by the end felt like family. Nothing was too much trouble, from delicious breakfasts made to order each morning to organising drivers, massages, nannies and laundry. Our private chef dinner at the villa was also incredibly special and a highlight of our stay. Ben was a fantastic host and made everything effortless. We were so sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

The accommodation was excellent; We have been welcomed at the airport by the driver Putu and at the villa by Sukra and ladies who handled all our requests and gave us tips regarding the scooter rentals and restaurants. The property is close to everything—restaurants, shopping, and the beach—yet remains very quiet. We were a group of two couples with four children, and everything was perfect. Wow, what a holiday we have just had. We were an extended family, two families plus parents who stayed at Sugar Palm for 2 weeks. We all had our own space and it never felt like we were on top of one another. The property itself was beautiful, with a great pool and daybed setup. The games room was a nice addition. The best part was Sukra and team which made us feel so welcome. On the first night we arrived late but had a feast waiting for us. Every morning we dined on delicious pancakes or nasi goreng. Sukra was amazing, changing money for us, organising a local tailor and laundry. He even organised a fantastic birthday party for my dad complete with live band. You couldn’t have asked for better service. Only one thing to note is the location is lovely and quiet; however it is a little walk with two young kids (2&4) to get to the restaurants/shops. It wasn’t badly located just hard for little legs in the heat. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Our first time to Bali did not disappoint. The villa was perfect. Clean and huge for two families. Beds were so comfortable and great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Sukra and the girls were awesome. Beautiful breakfast each morning and the place was kept so clean. Pool area was beautiful and villa was walking distance to Seminyak. Excellent location. We stayed 8 nights. The organised driver for airport pick up and drop off was well organised and managed. Made it so easy for us. We are so grateful and highly recommend staying here. Loved our stay at Sugar Palm Villa. The villa was well equipped and perfect for our needs as two families with two children each. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, the pool was lovely and breakfast was delicious. It felt very private and tucked away, while still being close to everything. Sugar Palm villa is everything it promises to be and more. If we could give 10 stars we would. Ben was proactive with the first communication and gave helpful and detailed information. Our stay was to celebrate my 50th and Ben accommodated every request from my wife and even produced a gluten free birthday cake! The included airport pick up with villa driver Putu was seamless. Sukra the villa manager and staff were onsite for our arrival, were wonderfully welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself, perfect! Cleaned daily, breakfast every morning. Rooms, pool, kitchen, play room, all wonderful. The villa gardener was friendly and attentive to our needs erecting a temp pool fence for our young children in the wet season heat. Thanks to Ben, Sukra and the team for a fantastic stay.

We stayed at Sugar Palm Villa for 7 adults and 1 child (less than 2 years old) and it had all the amenities that we needed. Sukra and team kindly set up the pool fence and child gate for my nephew. We were well fed for each breakfast. Sukra and team also made us really good dinner for one the nights. Highly recommend the Sugar Palm Villa for your stay in Bali!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Sugar Palm in Seminyak! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless, well-equipped, sufficiently air-conditioned, with a pool that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive - especially Sukra, who always checked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. We also loved the breakfast, with three options to choose from. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the vibrant area, yet tucked away in a quiet alley, giving the best of both worlds. The host, Ben, was also fantastic. Always quick to respond, provided clear and efficient guidance, and checked in via text during our stay to make sure we were well taken care of. We all hope to stay here again the next time we visit Bali—there’s no denying that this villa was a huge part of what made our trip so special. The airport transfer is very convenient . The bed rooms are large with bathroom each . The kitchen is fully equipped . The pool is clean and garden is beautiful. The communication with Ben is efficient from when we made the reservation and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Palm very much and Looking forward to return. Our families had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sugar Palm. The house and outdoor area are absolutely stunning, quiet and kept our two toddlers entertained with many hours spent in the pool. The house is catered perfectly for families with toys, pool toys, travel cots and high chairs. The area is quiet yet walking distance to restaurants and amenities. The team looking after the house were very friendly and helpful and made the most delicious breakfast. Our kids absolutely loved them and were sad to leave them and Sugar Palm. Highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back ☺️

We loved our stay! The staff were so accommodating, the breakfast daily was delicious and suited to everyone, kids loved the pancakes. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to do. Our stay was wonderful. It is a great place to stay with 2-3 families. There were 9 of us, plenty of space and a perfect space to hang out, swim and eat. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa, 7 minute walk to eat street, great retuarants to order in from. Bens cummication was excellent and Mr Sukra and his team were very attentive and accomodating. Highly recommend for a stay with families with young kids and would also be great for couples. 10 out of 10.

Amazing place! One of our favourite Villas we have ever stayed at in Bali. We stayed here for a week with 5 adults and 2 kids. Location is great, close to the main Seminyak square but set back enough to be quiet. Everything was Clean, modern and felt safe and secure. Ben, Sukra and the staff were so accomodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this place and we will stay again when returning to Bali.

We stayed at Sugar Palm for 9 nights, we had 6 adults and 3 children, the villa was very suitable for our group. Villa staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, communicated well, they went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Location is a short walk to eat street and Seminyak Square, central to everything we wanted. Highly recommend this villa for a stay in Seminyak.

We had a wonderful stay. Sukra, Lilly & Prida made our stay very comfortable and they even made us breakfast each day. Great location. The place was very large, felt bigger than the photos. Also there is a play room for the kids. The only thing worth noting, which maybe I didn't read in the listing description, is the bunk bed room does not open into the main residence, it opens up onto the decking near the pool. We have 3 young girls, so wasn't suitable for them to sleep in there not being close enough to us, however the bunk beds were extra large singles / maybe even doubles they looked comfy. We didn't want them to have to walk past the pool when they cannot swim. They did erect a temporary pool fence for us, but it was a bit flimsy. The girls all slept in our room with us, which the rooms are huge. The pillows, beds, bedding was very plush and hotel grade. Gojek was easily accessible and great for deliveries. A full kitchen to cook on which was great for families! We will be back!

We had an excellent stay at Sugar Palm, Mr Sukra and his team were wonderful hosts. The Villa was as photographed and described, secure compound surrounded by other villas, felt very safe. We had a smelly drain in one bathroom and it was rectified immediately. The laundry service was excellent, breakfast was delicious. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We felt very comfortable at this villa - a great option for families.

Ben has a beautiful villa that is perfect for families or anyone traveling with young kids. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and the villa actually feels bigger than what the images show. Sukra the house manager was there to welcome us along with 3 of his staff, which we also weren't expecting. We managed to check in earlier than expected and we were grateful for this as we have a 1.5 year old that needed to nap. Overall a great place to stay with a group of people, highly recommend and have not experienced this type of care and service from an Airbnb before.

We had a beautiful stay and will foreever remember Sugar Palm Villa. We can't fault the care, service or accommodation! From the moment we first enquired with Ben to being farewelled by Sukra and the villa staff, it was a positive and easy experience. Sukra, Prita and Lily made us feel so welcome and were available whenever we needed, while also allowing us space and privacy. Their cooking was next level delish and we can highly recommend their in-villa dinners! We loved the location, the gorgeous garden within the villa and the overall 'vibe' of villa life. Group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Rooms were well separated to allow for privacy between families. Very toddler friendly with baby gates easily added and pool fence provided. Lots of toys supplied for kids and portacot /highchair provided was great. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and all staff fantastic. Pool was amazing! In-villa massages were great, organised by the staff. the area felt safe and secure but close to good cafes and Seminyak square/villa. Would definitely return for another stay

Ben's Sugar Palm Villa was an excellent home for our family of 9. The villa was clean, all kids friendly set ups for pool and etc. The staff Sukra, Lily and Preeta was extremely friendly and the breakfast service every morning was so delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

What can we say. This place is an absolute gem. It was just perfect for our two families of four and was in a fantastic location. Ben the owner, Mr Sukra and his team Lily and Prita, as well as the lovely grounds keeper, were all just so easy to communicate with and would go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The villa was cleaned and tided spotlessly each day, the breakfasts were plentiful and incredibly tasty, the gardens and pool beautifully kept and the fridge was stocked full of all our favourites at cost price. Mr Sukra and his team cooked us an amazing dinner one night as well! If you are looking for a private, quiet villa that is within short walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Seminyak as well as the main shopping mall and markets, only 10 minutes walk to the beach then you can’t go past this place! From the booking process to the checkout, everything was such a smooth and pleasant experience. Our family of 11 had the best time in Bali thanks to this great find. The 3 bedrooms each had a spacious king size bed which was so comfortable, and there was also a separate kids room with bunk beds which the kids loved. There was also a games room with games provided with a pull out bed if required. The housekeeper Sukra made us feel so at home from the minute we checked in. There were different options for breakfast which Sukra attended to our every request. Every morning was a pleasant surprise with the beautifully plated morning meals which we could enjoy together as a family. Ben also thoughtfully suggested to place a fence around the pool so that I could be at ease throughout my stay since I had small kids with me. Check in and check out were super flexible as well which was very much appreciated when we had a delay with our flights. Overall it was such an enjoyable experience!

We had an amazing 7-day stay at this villa in Seminyak. It’s perfect for multiple families or large groups, with plenty of space and a great pool to relax. The villa staff were outstanding—extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Breakfasts were beautifully prepared each morning, making for a great start to the day. One of the highlights was the two incredible dinners the staff arranged: babi guling, which was absolutely delicious, and Mr. Sukra’s Balinese chicken, an unforgettable local dish. The only slight downside was that the villa is a bit tucked away, making it tricky to find after a few bintangs and a big day, but once settled, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-staffed retreat in Seminyak. We’d love to return!

Ben is a great host ! The property is exactly as described . Pool is great and clean and so is the rest of the house . Amazing for large families and friends . Kitchen was fully functional and had everything one needs . Ben’s team was great , made delicious breakfast and maintained proper cleanliness . Massage at home service was great too ) Would highly recommend this place if one wants to keep seminyak as base !

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sugar Palm. All the staff were extremely helpful, but allowed sufficient privacy. A simple and delicious breakfast was included in the price which we really appreciated. The staff also arranged some laundry drop offs and pick ups for us and arranged a chef to come and cook us dinner one night. The amenities of the house are great, lots of 4 bedroom villas in Seminyak have outdoor communal spaces only but this had two living rooms which were both air conditioned. Two master suites are inside the house and a third is by the poolside. The kids bedroom is also by the poolside with 2 sets of bunk beds. This is the main thing to note before booking - if your kids will have trouble sleeping in a room away from you/the main house. We just locked the villa gate but let the kids rooms unlocked so they could come and see parents in the night if they needed. The location of the villa is fantastic, very close to the main strip and grabs had no trouble finding it.

Sugar Palm Villa is a lovely retreat - quiet and well appointed. it was great for our extended family to spend time together, with flexibility to support our young family (3 and 4 yo) with the games room and pool toys, indonesian home cooked meals prepared by and expert chef, lovely garden for photography, and enough space for even a private fire dancing demonstration. Mr Sukra and the team we extraordinary - coordinating daily breakfast, cleans, washing, transport, doctors, and anything else we needed. Ben, the host was in constant communication with his team and helped make sure it was a smooth stay, despite challenges of the local power network. He was proactive and communicative. We are already planning our next stay, and would highly recommend the villa - it really is a lovely spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sugar palm villa. It was just as beautiful as the pictures, with fantastic amenities. The location was walking distance to everything you need, yet still tucked away enough on a quiet street that it felt private. Sukra and his staff were fantastic. Breakfast every day was delicious and they were more than happy to accomodate any requests we had.

What can I say, we loved this place. We had 6 adults (3 couples)for our family holiday. Sukra and his team made our holiday the best one yet. From the villa being well laid out to the extra touches that made us feel at home. Sukra is always there to help, his breakfasts are great we had a mix of western, Indonesian and even banana pancakes one morning! Ben and Sukra help arrange a in house chef for our family early Christmas and we were blown away with the affordability and quality we received. The villa is well positioned to walk to eat street & Seminyak square & easy enough to navigate back to. The pool was clean & the large day bed was a favourite by all. What a great Villa in the heart of Seminyak! The staff were extremely accommodating and we highly recommend the Indonesian breakfast. Sukra made sure that we had everything required for our stay and helped us with all needs. The house fit two families very easily with all amenities clean and in great condition. The host also gave wonderful recommendations and the massages at the villa were a hit. Definitely recommend for your next stay.

Amazing overall experiences for family with old and young. Pictures and amenities matches very well. Great size Villa for 9pax. Staff are very helpful. In Villa massages are very good, we called in twice. Had Chef coming in for cookout too and food was very fresh and good, think too much food so if not huge eaters, can trim down the food quantity. Floats provided in pool which was great as we didn’t come prepared. Pool can be bigger or longer for laps but still kids have lots of fun playing in pool. Overall well maintained villa with great crew of staff looking after us very well.

A very well set out villa in a good location, close to the main road for shopping, Seminyak Square and many restaurants. Also 12 min walk to Petitenget beach. Rooms are large, furniture appropriate and a TV in almost every room. There's a bathroom in each bedroom plus a guest bathroom. Beds are very comfortable and good linen and made every day. Breakfast was included every day (western or balinese...your choice) and this was an unexpected surprise. Garden and pool areas are kept very clean by gardener every morning. Finally, special thanks to house staff lead by Mr Sukra (who will assist with almost anything, like cooking a BBQ and organizing transport. "We will be back"!

we loved this villa. the location was so great, walking distance to all that you'd need. the space to plenty for the 9 guests we had with us. the beds we're actually so comfortable! the villa manager, sukra, was 10/10. he was so friendly, helpful & always checked on us. we're definitely looking forward to using this pace again when we visit.

Spent 5 nights at Sugar Palm - 4 adults & 4 older kids and had an absolute ball. The villa location was so central and Ben was fantastic helping with detail on the lead up to our stay, and then right from stepping inside the villa on arrival Sukra and his team were so attentive and lovely. Facilities are amazing, the universal plugs are great, and nothing was too much. Would 100% stay here again.

Honestly couldn’t rave about this place more. From start to finish the staff and Ben were super responsive and looked after us so well. The villa is in the best location only a tiny stroll to Seminyak square. With that the villa was also super quiet at night and perfect with little kids! Nothing was ever an issue and the communication was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again! The rooms were huge also and so comfortable! Sukra the villa manager was super sweet and so helpful. Every morning they’ve teamed up to prepare us delicious breakfast! Everything you need, it’s in/ around the house. You don’t even need to go out the house! The place is clean, spacious and kids were enjoying the pool and the game room. Ben is such a nice host, clear and fast in communication. Overall the service is above my expectation. Thanks for making my stay in Bali even more nicer. Surely we will stay here again.

This Villa is gorgeous. We have 5 kids, and sleep is paramount for a good holiday for us. There was plenty of space and privacy throughout the villa. A few spots to chill together or separately. Great location to walk to Seminyak for local. Restaurants/coffee and shopping. Didn’t need to book taxis all the time. But if we needed a ride the driver was always available on time and polite. The staff are lovely. The girls had their hair done by staff each morning which was a nice surprise. We spent 6 nights in the villa and have just moved to Nusa Dua to a resort, and are missing the villa already. It was so quiet and relaxing by the pool. Blow ups in the pool for the kids, games in the games room, and Netflix etc…. For some down time in the Arvos. It was lovely. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay and will highly recommend to our family and friends. Such a great location, just a short (easy) walk to Seminyak square and lots of yummy eateries. The staff were very attentive and caring towards our children. Ben was very helpful with organising fencing for the pool aswell as bedding for small children.

Sugar Palm Villa exceeded my expectations. Ben and his staff were beyond helpful, always responded promptly and made our whole stay seamless. This villa is an absolute gem. It is in a great location, very private and quiet. The villa was exactly like the photos. We loved every minute of our stay and Sukra and Lily always made sure we had everything we need with a great balance of privacy. Everything about our stay was simply - amazing. Seriously. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with welcome drinks, toured through the villa - even though we arrived close to midnight! The rooms are all well-appointed, as described and have brilliant airconditioning, as does the common area and kitchen. The pool is utterly fantastic, and they even erected a temporary pool fence for our toddler. Sukra looked after us perfectly the entire time - from organising breakfasts, in-house chef, massages, nanny, groceries - even re-stocking the beer fridge - everything - there's simply nothing that could be faulted here - highly highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sugar Palm. Ben was super helpful. We can’t thank Putu the driving for being so accomodating in driving us around and Sukra and team for being such wonderful hosts and accomodating us every morning with Brekky. So friendly and very helpful when our little ones were sick. Only wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back

I cant speak highly enough about this property, the host and the staff at Sugar Palm Villa. The property itself was exactly as pictured! It was beautiful and clean. The beds were so amazingly comfy. The pool area was so great for our big family holiday - allowing us to spend time all together or separately in the lounge room, games room or beautiful pergola next to the pool. Breakfast everyday was sensational - made by Mr Sukra (House manager) and team. Mr Sukra made local recommendations and even organised my laundry. Such a kind man. Ben (host) was so so so accommodating. He organised pool fencing and car seats (including free transfers) making our stay with our baby so much less stressful. The location is great - short walk to malls and restaurants and a really good coffee shop. I would 100% recommend this property. If we ever come to Bali again, this Villa would be my only choice! Thank you Ben and team. You really made our stay amazing and I can’t thank you enough. X

We had a great stay at Sugar Palm vila. We were looked after so well by Sukra and the team. They helped us with everything to prepare for Nyepi and cooked us food and gave us supplies for the day. Ben was great at keeping in touch and was so kind to give us a few things free of charge. The babysitters organised through Ben and the driver Putu was awesome. Very happy with the stay and would recommend to anyone with families. You could easily fit three families comfortably although we only had two, so we had lots of free rooms to hang out in. Great time thank you Ben, Sukra and everyone!

Ben has been very responsive from the start of our communications. Helped us sort out so many nitty gritties that basically covered our arrival pick ups, recommendations nearby and all services we could possibly need. thoughtful measures were put in place when he knew we had children. Absolutely fabulous holiday with the pool and wonderful local breakfast and chef/ nanny/ masseurs for hire. We didn’t even felt like we needed to leave the villa… and spent lots of time catching up amongst old friends (8 adults and 2 toddlers). Villa manager Sukra and team were fabulous…. Accommodating to our wants, helpful and always service with big smiles.

Really enjoyed this villa! Private location, sukra and the onsite team were so lovely and helpful. Would 100% recommend this villa and would definitely return. Good location in Seminyak! I personally thought the villa looked better in person than the pictures. Spacious bedrooms, the single room out near the pool often had some bad smells coming through from somewhere couldn’t figure out what it was but was manageable, all the bedrooms are nice and private with there own bathrooms. Aircon works well in all rooms, upstairs seemed a little hotter, inclusive brekky is awesome, well maintained gardens with cute little squirrels running around, pool water was so warm from the weather and lots of mozzies but that’s Bali for you. Love this villa second time staying in this particular area.

Had a fantastic week stay at Sugar Palm Villa! Ben was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Villa located in a beautiful and quite part of Seminyak which was perfect for us as we had our 3 year old. Easily walkable to great restaurants and shops. Sukra and the other villa staff were so wonderful! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay & can’t wait to visit again :)

Sugarpalm was just what the doctor ordered. We had two families with 4 kids all together for a week and the layout flowed perfectly. Sukra is the ultimate host and helped with anything we asked. We stayed at Ben's place for 5 days with our family. It was a phenomenal stay - a) Ben is super responsive, b) Sukra - the house manager is excellent and super helpful, c) The place is made perfectly for a family -everything you need is there, d) Location is a short walk to most of the best restaurants in Seminyak area. We look forward to going there again whenever we visit Bali next.

What an amazing experience! I have to give a special shout-out to Sukra, the villa manager, and his team. He really took care of our every need. The recommendations and attention to detail to ensure that our party of 10 felt “right at home”. Ben was super when responding to queries and organising our airport transfers and other queries. All in all and excellent experience and I would personally stay here again given the opportunity.

Ben was great prior to the trip. Prompt and clear communication. Throughout the stay, he was also very prompt to reply my messages. Sukra and team was very helpful and considerate and took care of my family of 9 (including old folks and kids) very well. Highly recommend the in villa dining (chef service) and massage (one of the best we had). My family members felt really relaxed and commended the cleanliness of the place. Every room has a TV and bathroom and whatever you need. Would love to go back again.

Nice place with a nice team who took really good care of us. Went with a big family with young kids, and there were facilities within that were well thought out and suited our needs, so definitely kids friendly. One highlight was the dinner we had booked with their chef. Food was yummy and well worth the amount, do try this out! Overall, highly highly recommend this place.

Villa Sugar Palm is more incredible in real life! A truly breathtaking accomodation filled with everything you need. The team are extremely accommodating and friendly which made our stay stress and hassle free. It’s in an amazing, central location with plenty to see and do only a walking distance away. Ben’s place is great! My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights with my parents, my brother and his wife and 3 kids (9 of us total). The space was perfect for what we needed and was described exactly as the listing and photos shared. Ben was very responsive to all my messages and concerns. Sukra and his on-site team were amazing and made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this villa to anyone.

AMAZING! A short stay of 3 nights was not long enough in the beautiful Sugar Palm Villa. My family and I were in awe of this space, so spacious and inviting. Beautiful grounds, amazing rooms. They had everything you need! Completely identical to the pictures. Location was awesome, but at the same time tucked away a bit from main roads. Beautiful breakfast set up every morning, food was so fresh and delicious. Staff at the villa were so lovely and helpful! Easy communication with hosts, quick & prompt responses. Overall, 100/10. Unbelievable value, definitely recommend and we cannot wait to come back!

The best service I have ever experienced. We were picked up from airpot and were welcome by the house staff the moment we stepped into the home. The moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and felt very well looked after. Thanks Sukra, Ketut and Putu for spoiling us during our stay.

This place was amazing. Forms Ben’s cimmunication to the team that was there to help and support us was brilliant. Sukra and the team were amazing and nothing was too hard. They were kind and caring; not to mention respected our privacy. The little touches were amazing and we felt pampered and spoilt. The place itself was in a great location and very quiet. The villa is gorgeous and was perfect for large group - 6 adults and 4 children. The playgroom, the lounge, kitchen and ensuite bathrooms were spacious but styled and clean. The perfect holiday house - small touches were appreciated: inclusive transfers, breakfast, universal power points in all rooms, smart tvs in every room, board games, pool towels, toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked utensils, appliancs -microwave, kettle, toaster, a huge fridge, bar fridge and a hot and cold water dispenser - perfect as we had children with us and preferred to stay in alot. It is in a cental location but tucked away so it's very quiet and most of the time you forgot you were in central seminyak surrounded by so many other villas and shops restaurants close by. Ben and Mr Sukra and team were amazing hosts and always went out of their way to assist - hair briads, help when we got sick, organised a in house chef for dinner and also a late check as we had a late flight.

The host, Ben, was very friendly and responsive. Ben assisted for airport transfer to and fro the villa, which was 1 less thing for us to worry. In addition, he has a property manager, Sukra, who assisted us in many ways such as arranging our daily breakfasts and helped us buy drinks to the villa. We really appreciated his help and he was very friendly as well. The villa was so spacious yet cosy at the same time. The amenities were great such as hairdryer in all rooms, aircon was cold, even bathrobes were provided. Pool towels were also provided. There is a mini garage were you can park your motorbikes if you are planning to rent as well. We highly highly recommend this villa if you plan to stay in Seminyak. Thank you again to Ben and Sukra!

I absolutely recommend Sugar Palm Villa for any groups or families traveling to Seminyak! All of the bedrooms are private with their own bathrooms which worked perfectly for my group of friends to spend the week together. The Villa is super clean, beautifully decorated and in a nice area. Most importantly, the Villa staff is absolutely amazing. Professional, welcoming and goes above and beyond in every way. The in house massages and daily breakfast are both super enjoyable and convenient! The Villa driver, Putu, is awesome and has tons of local recommendations. Sugar Palm Villa is truly an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. From the gorgeous garden to the pool to the beautiful and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and so pleasant to use. Airport transport is included which is a huge plus! Even when we had guests coming in at different times, Putu the driver would make sure to pick them up at the airport. What made this villa even more special is the staff. Pak Sukra and his very capable team took such great care of us. Breakfast is served each morning and they also cooked a traditional Balinese dinner for us per our request. Our family of 8 had the absolute best time. Ben, the host, is super communicative and ever so helpful. The location cannot be beat either! It took us 5 minutes to walk to Seminyak Village and a 10-15 minutes walk to Petitenget Beach and Seminyak Beach. This villa is a real gem and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!

My family and I had a fabulous stay at Sugar Palm Villa. The space was gorgeous, very comfortable and with everything we needed. The villa staff - Sukra, Ketut, Lilly & Kadek - were incredible, so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They thoughtfully answered all our questions about Balinese culture and traditions and looked after us so well during our stay - right down to noticing my nephew (1 y/o) loved bananas and then making sure they bought fresh bananas to the house every day. The host, Ben, was very responsive and helpful also. We were able to book heaps of things through them, such as airport transfers, massages, an in-house chef and things for the kids (cot, baby monitor etc). They also gave us lots of excellent local recommendations. The villa is in fantastic location in a quiet backstreet that is only a few minutes walk to Seminyak Square. We had such a great time staying here and we would love to stay again.

Our stay at Villa Sugar Palm was exceptional. The Villa was centrally located in a great part of Seminyak with a short walk to Seminyak Square and a short taxi ride to many restaurants. We were picked up from the airport and driven to the Villa, to be greeted by the Villa manager Sukra and staff, including Ketut. They were wonderful, attentive and super friendly, and the breakfasts made for us were delicious!!! Highly recommend Sukra’s pancakes and Indonesian breakfast! Ben was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and the beer and wine were most welcome! Lying around the pool, relaxing and swimming was perfect for a much needed restful holiday. Highly recommend Villa Sugar Palm and would love to come back again!! Thanks so much Ben and Sukra!!

Facilities were great (decent bed even the bunks were well sized) and so were the team. Ben, Sukra and his team on-site was very accomodating. We loved the breakfast variety each morning and the airport pick up annd drop off was hassle free! All round great experience. Very very minor one—- more lilos for the pool would have been awesome. We have a great stay!

Sugar Palm Villa is absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, located in a quiet street, just a few 100 metres from Seminyak Square. The pool and garden area is superbly maintained and really adds to the tropical feel. The villa itself has everything you need, a real home away from home. I have to say though, without doubt, the best part of the villa is Sukra and his crew, they are amazing. They are a fantastic group of people who go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t fault them.

Ben is a very organised and polite AirBnb host. His hospitality was superb. The villa we rented was so spacious with clean rooms, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The caretakers Sukra and his team are so polite and are always ensuring we are well taken care after. The breakfasts (which were included) were so delicious! Miss their Bali fried rice and noodles so much! Even their western breakfast was well done! Scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. There is also an extra lounge that the kids love to play at so much, complete with board games, TV and a large sofa! In conclusion, our family had a wonderful stay at Sugar Palm villa and we will be back again for our next Bali trip! Thanks Ben and his staff! 👍

Ben’s place was perfect for our family vacation to celebrate my mums 60th birthday. 7 of us (6 adults and 1 child) stayed very comfortably in the spacious rooms all with private bathrooms. The highlight for us was the lovely staff, Sukra in particular who cooked us a delicious breakfast (of our choice) daily and assisted with any and everything we needed, our trip wouldn’t have been the same without their assistance. The location is perfect, in the heart of Seminyak and walkable to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying at Villa Sugar Palm again when we return.

We had such a fantastic time at sugar palm. Both Sukra & Ketut were very hospitable and took wonderful care of our family. The complimentary airport pick up & home cooked breakfast was an additional luxury that was very appreciated. We’ve stayed in many villas in Bali, and look forward to adding this as one to return to. I can honestly say that everything was perfect.

My first trip to Bali & future trips will now be compared to Villa Sugar Palm. Idyllic - stunning & stylish interiors. Welcoming & elegant, peaceful exterior. Locals about as well which I preferred to just a touristy destination. Took my breath away when I entered the front door......wow! Everything immaculate & carefully considered design with beautiful colours & accessories. The pool is divine! I got the room that looked out onto it. Very close to Seminyak with Sisterfields coffee each morning just a short stroll. But it must be noted that Ben's staff - particularly Sukra & Ketut were just delightful. Sukra leads the team & is always wanting to help & make the stay memorable. His recommended driver for our day in Ubud was fantastic. This is a brilliant place for a family/families stay. Loads of space - even a separate tv room for kids or teenagers. Sukra to make yummy breakfasts if required - we loved his omelette & banana pancakes......everyday! Thanks Ben......just gorgeous!

We were a family of 3 couples and 2 kids. The bedroom configuration was perfect for us all. No need to compromise. The living room and games room perfect for our needs. The location, whilst hidden away, was great when you got used to the route. If you want to be in the heart of Seminyak this is the place. Two things that really standout. First our host Ben, fantastic at communicating quickly and being responsive to our needs. Second, the villa staff. Sukra the manager was brilliant, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Sugar Palm. Ben had been extremely helpful and proactive from the beginning. For example, when I informed him that I had a toddler in the traveling party, he offered to set up the pool fence. Also, he had 2 x 7-seater cars for airport transfer. His staff are extremely helpful and was great in keeping the villa in good conditions. Towels and bath accessories (body wash, shampoo etc). The beds are comfortables too. The location is great and you’ve got cafes such as Sisterfields all within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sugar Palm Villa.

Could not recommend Villa Sugar Palm more!! Ben was a wonderful host - always super helpful with all our requests and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Sukra and the rest of the team always made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us organise a delicious private dinner on our last night at the villa. We stayed with a group of 4 adults and 5 kids under 5 and can honestly say we had a lovely & very memorable stay. I’m sure we will be back some time in the future (soon)!

This place is fantastic. With hotel-like service and being able to comfortably accommodate 10 adults, it's quite possibly one of the best Airbnb's in Bali. My family and I really appreciated the included airport transfers (we had 7 adults and a toddler and Ben arranged for 2 cars to bring us to and from the airport). Add on daily breakfast that is prepared in the villa, daily room cleaning, a portable Bose speaker to play music, a baby cot and a temporary pool fence (upon request) that enabled our toddler to roam around without the risk of accidentally falling into the pool, and you can see why this place is fantastic. The location is great as well, walking distance to Seminyak Square and we even walked back from Potato Head. I'd definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to staying here again when I'm back in Bali.

Villa Sugar Palm is fantastic. Ample space for our party of 6 - 2 x families of 3. You could certainly accommodate more guests as well. Ben was easy to deal with and always responded very promptly. The on-site team of Sukar and Katut a huge bonus. They were both very kind and please to assist with anything we required. The daily cooked breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend this villa more highly.

Great stay, with super staff, always friendly, very communicative and helpfull, rooms were super, big, clean and light, good silent airconditioners and rooms were cleaned daily. Great breakfasts every morning and kitchen well equiped. Snacks, real coffee and drinks available as courtesy. Also transport to the airport was included in the accommodation. All these little items taken care off made our stay unforgettable.

The Sugar Palm villa is a highly recommended destination for any group wanting the privacy of a wonderfully appointed Villa within walking distance of all of the main attractions of Seminyak. The bedrooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The pool is a great size and the surrounds make for lazing away the days an bliss. Sukra and team are there to meet all your needs starting with a great breakfast. Ben was a wonderfully accomodating and responsive host with tips to help get the most out of your stay. It’s better than a hotel! My family of 11 people thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. Especially: - Ben (owner) was always quick to reply & answer my questions, prior to the stay. - Sukra & Ketut (villa staff) was helpful to take note of my food allergies and cook separate breakfast for me. We also appreciated that they were there everyday to help clean the place. - Beddings were comfortable, even the double beds are super single size. - BBQ dinner with private chef at the villa was good & reasonable, we booked them for 2 nights! Thanks Ben & his staff for your hospitality! We will be back again.

The Villa exceeded our expectations, not only is it lovely with exceptional added touches, the staff really are the cherry on the top. Sukrah, Ketut and Kedak are professional, friendly, covid safe and welcoming. Well done everyone we have made new friends for life. One bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs so not accessible to all humans, so keep that in mind if you have any accessibility requirements. 🥰

6 laddies including myself stayed here for 4 nights. It was absolutely splendid - Ben and his team were terrific, the house was gorgeous and had all we needed, very well located. The common grounds were slightly more compact that others we’ve stayed at but the thoughtful internal layout, generous beds and bedrooms and contemporary artsy decor more than made up for this. Fab value, will return :)

This villa is wonderful, light and bright. Large, clean, enormous indoor bathrooms (I prefer), great breakfast and excellent communication. Warm pool, don’t know if it was heated, but lots of sun on it, so it felt like it. Fantastic space around the pool, both shade and sun. Sukra organised a chef to cook a bbq for us, food was great quality and plentiful for way less than a restaurant. Huge comfortable beds (not hard like usual Asian beds) with good linen and pillows. 5mins walk to Seminyak Square. My mum and best friend (both close to 80) stayed on after we left, so Sukra slept at the premises to make them feel comfortable, great service and incredibly kind. Would definitely stay again.

What an amazing home!! Beautiful yard, spacious rooms, great living area for the entire family. We instantly felt relaxed the moment we walked through the front door. And the staff was so KIND! They treated us like royalty. The neighborhood was quiet- and you're only a city block away from the most popular area in Seminyak. I'd definitely recommend this home to all families. We'll be stopping back at Sugar Palm the next time we're in Bali.

Our stay at this villa was fabulous! It was clean, in a great location and our hosts Sukra and Ketut were amazing! We had three small children with our group so we organised for a pool fence, and there was an extra play room which was perfect for them! Would definitely stay again. Such an amazing villa - I stayed here with 8 other friends and it was fantastic. Sukra and his team went above and beyond with serving us breakfast every morning, helping us exchange USD into local currency, coordinating scooters, and even laundry pick up / drop off. On top of the great service, we had house cleaning everyday in an already beautiful villa (a pool, separated rooms for maximum quiet when friends wanted to go to bed, places to lounge). We truly felt pampered and opted to stay at the villa instead of going into the city center some afternoons just to enjoy the place. I highly recommend for groups of 8-12 visiting the Seminyak area!

Ben is a very thoughtful host. He offered to pick us up at the airport but we were at Ubud and had our private drivers. Pak Sukra, Ketut and Kadek were very very kind and thoughtful. Our group needed to leave at 7.30 am the next day to the harbor. Pak Sukra and Ketut especially came at 6 am to cook us breakfast so we didn’t go empty stomach. The last day I got very very sick and couldn’t go with the group, Pak Sukra personally bought me medicines and told me to just stay and get some rest. Ketut helped to give me a massage so I feel better. They’re taking care of you like family. The place was spotless clean, comfortable and the location is just perfect. It is located in the local neighborhood so it is safe, friendly and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly, they introduced us to their dog, Mochi. You only need to walk for a couple of minutes and you’re at the Seminyak Center! We will definitely go back when we’re in Bali!

Ben was a super helpful host and very forthcoming on all requests we made. The villa was in a quiet location and a short walk to the main street and designed nicely. Sukra, the house caretaker was eager to help us out with anything we needed. I called Ben to understand whether if was safe if I left my kids in the villa with a nanny and Ben promptly arranged for extra overnight security for the period of our stay which was amazing. The Indonesian breakfast and the coffee was excellent. I would recommend the villa to everyone.

Amazing villa. Perfect location, very secluded but close to many shops, beach and restaurants. Rooms are huge, beds super comfortable and the whole villa beautifully maintained. Sukra and Ketut were superb, they did a fabulous cooked breakfast every morning and were helpful with anything we needed from transport to activities to helping us get local SIM cards. Can’t recommend highly enough, we will be back!

Hands down the best Villa I have ever stayed in!! Right from the moment I booked Ben was in contact and explained how things worked. We were met and picked up at the airport and then welcomed to the Villa by the amazing Sukra and Ketut who made our stay so enjoyable. Honestly the entire time we were there we did not lift a finger. We were prepared an amazing breakfast each morning and Sukra would always be there with advice and information about what we were doing during the day. The Villa itself is spectacular. Everything is clean you could honestly just spend the entire week in the Villa and not go out. Location wise was perfect for us....just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Oberoi street but far enough away from all the noise at night. We were a party of 5 women but this Villa could easily handle a party of 8 which makes it a very economical way to enjoy Bali. So much better than a hotel or resort as you have everything you need on hand and Sukra and Ketut make the experience even more enjoyable. Ben has truly created a wonderful space with Sugar Palm Villa and he should be extremely proud of how well it is run. Thak you so much for making our Bali experience a memorable one. We will be back.

Due to Covid my wife and mother in law and aunt couldn’t attend, so I spent 8 nights at Sugar Palm Villa. Upon finding out that I would be the only one there Mr Sukra, Ketut & Cadek took me under there wings and treated me like family not a guest. Honestly , nothing was too much trouble and I was treated like royalty, I can go on and on about the villa and all of it qualities but just book and enjoy… it’s a no brainer. For me the location was perfect virtually a 4 - 5 minute walk to sisterfields and Seminyak square. I always felt safe and there is cassava restaurant quiet close and 2 convenience stores for basics 3 minutes away. I really cannot recommend this villa more highly. The villa is just amazing and the photos really just don’t do it justice. Ben - the owner could not have been more hospitable and friendly. We’ve already booked another 7 nights in September and this time hopefully my wife and friends might make it too 😆

we had an an amazing stay at sugar palm. it looked when better in real lifethan the pictures. Very spacious with lots of different areas that meant we were never on top of each other. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were very sweet. The location is very central with eat street within a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend this villa and we all would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Sugar Palm was amazing. Ben was very responsive in answering my questions & accommodating everything that we need. The villa is super clean!! Pak Sukra, Ketut, & Kadek were very helpful in helping the Villa clean and very informative. The living room has 2 AC so it’s very comfortable. It also has a game room that can be used for online school for my children. Internet connection was fast & stable. Location was very very strategic. 15 mins walk to petitenget beach, 10 mins to seminyak square. Glad we found this hidden gem for our big family vacation.

Layanan yang diberikan pak Sukra dan teamnya adalah istimewa. Mereka menyiapkan makanan pagi, daily housekeeping, membersihkan halaman dan kolam renang, dan saat ada masalah kecil seperti koneksi internet mereka menanggapinya dengan solusi yang cepat dan tepat. Location wise is perfect dekat dengan pusat Seminyak tetapi tidak ramai dan nyaman untuk beristirahat. Kolam renang yang bersih menjadi tempat santai untuk melepaskan lelah di malam hari atau olahraga di pagi dan sore hari. TV ada di semua kamar dan tersedia netflix dan youtube. Kembali lagi kesini ? Yes, definitely ! Tidak usah ragu dan bimbang, stay here and be happy.

We had an amazing time during our stay in Sugar Palm Villa. The villa was so beautiful and extremely clean. The staff here was amazing especially Mr. Sukra, he’s really helpful and kind. They keep the place extremely clean and they give us delicious breakfast everyday. Fantastic villa and i can’t recommend it enough. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

The only thing we wish, is that we could have stayed longer! We had the most AMAZING and unforgettable experience stay here. The property is beautifully thoughtful. We keep saying this but this has got to be the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Their hospitality is like nothing comparable. We have 1 baby that absolutely enjoyed the villa and the staff. The staffs are hands on with my kid and make her feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast is what I am truly missing this very moment! It was a true delicious clean, beautiful and flavorful. Anything you wish for it they have it!

I chose Sugar Palm Villa for my 50th Birthday celebration with my girlfriends. Sadly, our journey to Bali was - let's just say interesting. We arrived around 17 hours after our due time. Ben was so patient and understanding. He arranged for us to stay another night at not charge. When we finally arrived at the villa in the very weee hours of the morning, we were greeted with a cool drink and beautiful balloons. We loved staying at Sugar Palm and will not hesitate to stay again. Thank you to all - Ben, Ketut, Putu and Yuli (I hope I haven't forgotten anyone.

Ben and his staff went out of there way to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Everything was super clean and tidy and it felt like you didn’t even need to leave to villa to have a good time. The dinner cooked by sukra and his team at the villa was amazing! One of the best meals we had in Bali. We will definitely be recommending the villa to others and be back again for our next trip to Bali

This villa is stunning. We travelled as three couples and it was a perfect size for us. The pool and grounds are beautiful and the location is super close to all of the best parts of Seminyak included all the best restaurants and places to shop. Not only is it a beautiful villa but there are lovely personal touches including that you don’t need to bring an adapter and that there is Netflix in each of the bedrooms and king koil beds which are so important for anyone with back issues (like me) On top of that the staff at sugar palm are welcoming, obliging to requests and make great local suggestions for any activity you might like to try. A trip highlight was the chef prepared dinner at our villa organised by the villa manager Sukra. If you are looking for a great location with incredible staff this is the place! I also noted that the property was extremely family friendly and would be great for people travelling with children

Greeted immediately with a warm welcome by the staff who would be taking care of us for the rest of our stay. The staff were nothing but hospitable and helpful. From airport pick up and check in to checking out and storing our bags was seamless and hassle free. The place is well maintained, well kept and very clean. Amenities for children and family are great. The location was very convenient. Will defo recommend. Ben is a joy to communicate with, he is very proactive and accommodating. Indeed a Super host. Our family of 10 had a great time.

This villa is amazing. The location is optimal, it is super close to the heart of Seminyak yet as the description says it really is quiet and peaceful where the villa is located. The villa manager and other workers honestly made our trip. It was our first time in Bali and from the second we arrived Sukra (the villa manager) had every possible enquiry sorted. The villa alone is super relaxing and super clean but to add on top the exceptional service that Ben's Bali team provided exceeded my expectations and im sure will exceed yours. We can’t put into words how truly stunning Sugar Palm Villa is. Mr Sukra, Ketut & Kadek went above and beyond every day of our stay. Even as far as taking our friend on scooter to the pharmacy to get the right medicine when she was unwell and bought us cigarettes when ours got wet in the rain. We came for a hens, asked for some decorations and some other bits and bobs... we were totally blown away! The villa’s photos don’t do the place justice and the location couldn’t be more central to all the best bars and restaurants. Sugar Palm Villa is truly a little slice of heaven here in Bali and we can’t wait to return!

Villa sugar palm is the go to place to stay if you are visiting Seminyak! From the beginning, Ben was such a delight to deal with and made the entire process a breeze. From when we arrived at the villa to the end of our stay, Sukra & Ketut were wonderful and made our stay very comfortable...especially with Sukra’s delicious banana pancakes and local tips! The villa is simply gorgeous; super clean, relaxing and plenty of space! It is located in a fantastic spot close walking distance to eat street - we could walk down every morning and get a yummy coffee from sibling. Having an 8 month old with us, the enclosed lounge room with air con (and bug protection) was a must & was quite hard to find in other villas. The undercover outdoor daybed was also a family favourite! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back next time. Thank you again for making our holiday so enjoyable :)

Our stay at villa sugar palm was amazing from check in to check out. Sukra, ketut and kadek looked after us so well, no request was too hard, and Ben was always super fast to reply to any queries via text. We travelled with my mother and our four children and the villa had everything we all needed. The pool fence was great too and thank you for all the extras in the fridge and the amazing massages. We had an incredible trip in Bali not least because of this excellent villa and host. Sukra and his team could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond in terms of helping us sort out activities and amenities in the villa. The villa is fantastic with large bedrooms and bathrooms and lovely pool area. The location is also great as you can walk to the bars and shops of seminyak in minutes. Ben was brilliant at getting in touch and making sure everything was ok with our stay. We had a fabulous stay at Sugar Palm Villa. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures, but it’s the many small things that make the space so great - the extra fridge for drinks (stocked with beer and wine at prices cheaper than the supermarket), the quality coffee machine, iPad, great kitchen, hot/cold/warm water included, and lots more. The service exceeded expectations, Ben was always very responsive and helpful (even for random questions!). Sukra and Ketut were fantastic, so friendly and eager to help with anything we needed, from our varied breakfast requests, to arranging washing, clothes to be fixed, directions to cooking for us - Sukra’s satay was the best we had in Bali! Location was fantastic, a couple minutes walk from Sisterfields and 10 ish mins from Mexicola. All in all we loved our stay and hope to be back next year. One small thing to note is that the kids bunk room isn’t connected to the Nani house and opens to the outside (which is outlined on the plans) - I flag it because this may be an issue for families with young (or scared) kids like we had. My family of 5 enjoyed a fabulous stay at Villa Sugar Palm! We have been to Bali many times and Sugar Palm was by far the cleanest and best maintained villa we have experienced. Villa manager, Sukra was so accommodating, greeting us at 2 am after our flights were delayed. The daily breakfasts prepared by Sukra and Ketut were delicious! Our family favourite, the Nasi Goreng. The location was extremely quiet despite being only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Seminyak. Ben was extremely responsive and provided an overnight security guard upon our request. Of course with the benefit of hindsight, this was totally unnecessary as the area is extremely quiet and safe. Stay at Sugar Palm, you won't be disappointed. We wish we could've stayed longer!

This is a fantastic, spacious, well located villa. From the outset, there was quick communication with Ben. We were picked up from the airport, and met at the villa by the super friendly, but unobtrusive staff-Sukra and Ketut. They were there every day-cooking breakfast and keeping the villa clean and in tip-top shape. The villa is super luxurious-on a quiet almost residential area-but within a couple of minutes walk to the busy centre of Seminyak. There are 3 huge king size bedrooms with en-suites, and the 4th room which has 2 sets of bunks also has a lovely ensuite. There is also a games room and a "guest" bathroom. Plenty of space-also a full sized fridge and a seperate bar fridge which is prefilled with wine and beer for guests (at prices cheaper than the local minimart). Plenty of drinking water is provided. We had several massages at the villa organised by Mr Sukra. Everything was perfect-looking forward to coming back!

The Sugar Palm Villa provided a beautiful sanctuary for our girls trip away. Clean, stylish and peaceful. This Villa has lots of break out areas which makes it feel spacious. We could set up yoga and massages outside as well to take advantage of the wonderful space. The manager, Sukra’s daily breakfast service was top notch in presentation while also being very delicious. We would be highly recommending this place to families or groups wanting to be close to the hustle of Seminyak while also being tucked away so that there is quiet peacefulness as well. I booked this villa for my daughter and 12 of her friends. They all said that it was the perfect getaway villa with delicious breakfast, welcoming hosts and spotless clean. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Would go back for our next visit.

Wow! What an amazing experience! We cannot fault this place at all! We have been coming to Bali for the last 4 years and this had to be one of the best stays. The villa is amazing, great amenities, quiet location, close to shops and restaurants as well as super friendly staff who stay out of your way unless you need them! Sukra was so accommodating and very friendly! We have two little girls and Ketut was great with them! A pool fence was installed free of charge as well as a baby safety gate. Sukra organised a chef who cooked us up an Indonesian feast and it was delicious! We will definitely be back next year! Thank you so much Ben, Sukra and Ketut!

A lovely villa tucked away from the bustle but close enough to walk to the main street and the beach. Ben was very easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries. Our large group arrived at 3 seperate times and Ben kindly arranged transport to make sure it was all a smooth experience. The villa manager, Sukra, and his team looked after us very well. Any request we had was always promptly handled. The villa was well maintained daily, It is a beautiful space and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Could not recommend enough!

Thanks for providing a wonderful experience at the Sugar Palm Villa in Bali during April, 2019. Our family of 8 (all adults) enjoyed and liked the services of the staff. The pickup from airport was on time. We were greeted with juice for everyone. Sukra, the villa manager, provided us ample tips for local activities. The place was well maintained. The daily breakfast was on time and had option of american/Indonesian food. We enjoyed the american preparations. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it both in the mornings and evenings after our long sightseeing days. Sukra and Ketut provided great hospitality, were soft spoken and remembered every individuals preferences so next time we would get the breakfast exactly right before even asking. We also took the offer on massage services for everyone, which was a good experience. We wished we had more days to spend there and might have even enjoyed kids room with board games 😁.

Everything about this villa was amazing, I highly recommend to anyone staying in a group and with kids. Ben was great and organised everything we asked for, even decorated the house with balloons and a sign for my nieces birthday. What an amazing villa! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Villa Sugar Palm! The moment the three of us arrived at Ben's villa, we were greeted by his villa manager, Sukra and house staff, Katut (two of the most beautiful people you'll ever meet). Their level of service was second to none and they did everything they could to make our stay memorable and perfect. Each morning started with coffee, fruit and breakfast prepared by Sukra and Katut. Over our five night stay, Sukra prepared something different for us everyday; from the most delicious Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng to omelettes and pancakes (my favourite was Sukra's Nasi Goreng). The villa is nothing short of stunning! It is spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully laid out. Although there were only three of us staying, the villa could easily host 8 people. The beds were all really comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped, the lounges were comfortable (there is even a second living room/games room), the aircon worked brilliantly, and all living areas are enclosed (meaning no bugs or mosquitos got inside!!). The villa is also well located in a very quiet dead end street, just a short stroll to an endless supply of cafes, restaurants and beach clubs. Or if it is too hot to walk, taxis are close and frequent. Getting around is easy! The villa host, Ben was always contactable and always responded promptly. No questions were too big or too small; he was always happy to assist!! Upon checkout he contacted asking for constructive criticism for how he can do things better. My answer was simple. Nothing! Our stay, the villa and the villa staff were all perfect! Couldn't have wished for anything more! Thanks for an amazing stay, Ben! We will definitely be back and will be recommending your villa to all of our friends and family.

Very nice Villa in Semiyak with walkable distance to everything. Breakfast is fantastic and rooms are very clean. Villa staff provided daily cleaning as well. Villa manager helped to arranged driver and massage - very good price and good service. Definitely recommend if you would visit Semiyak

Bens villa is amazing! We were with a group of 10 and loved every bit of it! The location, the cleanliness, the facilities, the interior design, and most of all the wonderful staff! They are the best! Could recommend the in-house massage service which was so good. I would definitely book this villa again the next time I visit Bali with such a big group.

What an incredible villa! Accommodates 10 adults comfortably. The first time in Bali for all of us and the villa was a huge highlight to our experience. Sukra, the villa manager went above and beyond every day for us. He cooked breakfast each morning and it was divine! Along with kutut- they kept the villa tidy and welcomed us each morning with smily faces. The small details like airport transfers and universal plugs around the villa add a very welcoming touch. An abundance of restaurants and shops only a 5 minute walk from the villa. The villa felt luxurious and the service was second to none. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ben for hosting us.

I honestly cannot say enough about Ben's fabulous villa and his staff. The Villa itself was immaculate. The pool was beautiful, all the rooms beautifully decorated and clean, and the villa itself was just such an enjoyable place to relax in. It became pretty hard to actually motivate ourselves to leave the villa itself and explore Bali! The staff were so kind and accommodating, but more importantly, they were proactive in making sure our needs were always met. Anything we needed, whether it be a driver for the day, a money exchange, or organising our airport transfers, they were there to help. The breakfast in the morning was beautiful, such a great way to start the day! We were a group of friends from NZ, Australia and Singapore, and we will all definitely be returning to stay in Ben's Villa!!

Sugar Palm Villa is as sweet as the name suggests. A group of friends and I stayed over the new year period and we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The house itself looks better than the photos. It is spacious enough that everyone can have their own space and the common areas are perfect for when you want to come together. The house is very clean and tidy and has all the amenities you need. The filtered water cooler was a real bonus as it meant we didn't have to make a run for bottled water every day (not to mention wasting all that plastic!). The Staff at the house are superstars! Sukra and Katut went above and beyond their duties to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their service is unrivalled. They were very helpful when it came to organising our washing, taxis, even a trip to the doctor! Anything we needed, they were happy to help us any way they could. They organised for Balinese massage therapists to come to the house which our group took advantage of a couple of times. I would highly recommend taking up this offer as the Masseuses are very good and very reasonably priced. The house was always clean and tidy and well maintained. The location of the house doesn't get much better. It is about a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Square. Theres a mall/markets, good restaurants, good coffee, good cocktails just around the corner. If the nightlife is what you're after then this place is perfect as well. Everywhere you could want to go is in walking distance. (Motel Mexicola, La Favela, Potatohead etc...) We never felt the need to get in a cab or rent a scooter while staying here as everything was so close! With saying this - the villa is surprisingly quiet. Even when youre outside you can't really hear the hustle and bustle of the town. If anything, you'll hear a rooster crow if you're lucky. I would highly recommend this house if you're planing a trip with a large group or a family. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks Sugar Palm for making our holiday so memorable!

Ben's place Villa Sugar Palm was incredible. The design and layout of the villa is second to none. Location is everything when on holiday and Ben's place is a prime example of this with only a short walk to the middle of Seminyaks shopping and restaurant area's. The staff at the villa are lovely and will attend to your every need. Nothing was to hard for them and the breakfast each morning was delightful. We had the whole family of 10 staying and there was plenty of room for everyone... Highly recommend this villa, we will be back again for sure... Thanks Ben We absolutely loved our stay and will try to come back soon.

We had such an incredible time at Sugar Palm Villa. Ben was very helpful and quick to respond, an absolute legend. Sukra and Kutut are probably the loveliest people you will ever meet, they did everything within their power to make sure we were comfortable and completely taken care of. We tried both an American and Indonesian breakfast, even requested pancakes one day and wow they are such amazing cooks! The villa itself is outstanding, very clean with beautiful decor and the perfect location. Close enough to walk to all the action but far enough away so you don’t get any of the noise. All 10 of us who stayed here highly recommend this villa. Thank you so much for making our time in Bali such an amazing experience!

What an amazing experience. Thank you so much to Ben, Sukra and team for an unforgettable stay. We celebrated my 40th bday in Bali and this stunning villa was certainly one of the highlights! The 4 bedrooms are enormous, each one with stunning ensuite and the open-plan living overlooking the swimming pool ads more wow factor. Our family also loved the fact that two of the bedrooms are outside the main area (off the pool) - ensuring quiet sleep-ins for those wanting extra rest time and extra privacy. This also made the home very comfortable to stay in with a large group. It is also worth nothing how quiet this villa is. We were walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak Square and yet, far enough away for a tranquil experience at the villa. After many visits to Bali, I was very happy to experience this peace and quiet. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and the services Ben provides. We 'loved' the complementary alcohol including champagne for a bday toast along with balloons and cake! Oh, and make sure you take advantage of the massage team who come to the villa! Yule and her team gave massages in the comfort of your home and were the best I have experienced in Bali AND Australia! Thank you Ben, Sukra and team for making my 40th one I will never forget! We will certainly be back!!!!

I was very lucky to obtain accommodation on short notice as Sugar Palm has become so popular. I believe everyone who stays there loves it. Ben was extremely friendly & approachable and rapidly put airport transport and staff welcome for a very late arrival, all in place for me. The Villa is so beautiful, well designed and spotlessly kept, in a location which is peaceful but close to all that one requires.The staff are absolutely gorgeous, so welcoming and attentive. Fresh fruit and delicious breakfast was a winner. It was really hard to leave there on my last morning. Hugs and kisses all around.

Villa Sugar Palm was beyond amazing and if you are questioning where to stay in Seminyak do not hesitate to book! 10 girls spent 10 nights there and had the most wonderful time. The villa itself is amazing - It is sparkling clean, extremely functional (everything worked perfectly - air con, international plugs, hot showers, cold water bubbler, great wifi.. the list goes on). It was extremely spacious even with the 10 of us. The communal areas with Netflix meant after a long day of sun and a nice meal we could all get together and watch a movie, which was perfect. The pool area is special, we would all lounge in or around the pool comfortably. The staff were also amazing - Sukra and Katut looked after us so well, cooking delicious breakfast (always taking into account our different dietary needs), organising drivers, helping with whatever we needed. There was also a lovely man who kept the outside and pool area perfect (sorry, I can't remember his name!). Location wise the villa is perfect, a tiny walk to a mini mart for anything you need and a very short walk into the very centre of Seminyak. Cabs were ver easily accessible to take us anywhere a little further (Canggu etc.). Even though you are so close the Villa is extremely peaceful and quiet. The whole experience was just excellent for us and beyond what we imagined. We had imagined doing lots of exploring in Bali but in actual fact we mostly just wanted to spend time at the Villa because it was so amazing! Thanks so much to Ben for being so accommodating and such a great host. We will be back!

THE BEST VILLA! thank you so much for making our stay effortless and beautiful My family loved every piece of the villa! Especially sukra and kadek 100% hands down the best! They have an ipad that has Uber eats(Go Jek) & Ubers (Grab)at your fingers tips! So EASY no need to walk for miles for taxis! Also hire scooters for $6 a day which Sukra the villa manager will help you get like hangs down best service and again effortless Lovely meeting Ben the owner of the villa! Worth while folks book this villa you will not be disappointed :)

This is an amazing villa in a perfect location, and has simply wonderful staff. They took care of everything, even my very sick children. Located 4 minutes from Sisterfields. We will definitely return on our next trip to Bali. I love the furniture and decore. I am very fussy. It was a beautiful holiday.

Our stay at Villa Sugar Palm was nothing short of AMAZING! Sukra & Ketut were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They arranged cars to take us to locations of our choice, arranged for spa treatments at the Villa, and cooked us an amazing breakfast. The Villa is in the perfect location as in secluded and quite, but in close walking distance to all the local spots. It is also as clean and beautiful as in the pictures. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this Villa to others.

Wow, what a villa, Villa Sugar Palm is so beautiful. We stayed with 2 families with young and teenaged children and just loved it. The pool, the garden and the location was spot on!! The kids were excited to sleep in the bunk bed room which is safely designed and my 5 and 8 year old boys were even excited to go to bed! 😜 The layout of the villa is great, 4 bedrooms and a separate kids/tv room which came in very handy when the kids had had enough time in the the sun in the pool. The villa interior is beautifully decorated and comes with all the modern mod cons including a wine fridge stocked with cold Bintangs and bottles of wines at a very reasonable price. Sukra the villa manger and his staff were very friendly and accommodating and happy to help out when ever we needed it. The pool area and garden was so pretty, perfect size pool with a luscious garden surrounding it, breakfast by the pool was delicious. I spent a lot of time in the gazebo that had a fan inside which was perfect for my 4 month old to spend time in..such a comfortable mattress! I would definitely recommend this villa to families or couples!! Loved our stay 👍👏🍻 🏝

The villa is amazing from the calming colour scheme to the attention to detail in every room. The staff Sukra, Ketut and the Gardner Work really hard to make your stay even better. Sukra makes the best omelettes., he is a really good cook. They are lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. The villa is situated within walking distance of Seminyak square and all the fabulous bars and restaurants such as red carpet champagne bar and char char restaurants . You can walk to the beach and all the colourful bean bag bars . We even walked to Kuta. The villa is so lovely that you don’t want to leave . All the bedrooms are ensuite so there’s no queuing for the bathroom. Every room is perfect and the master bedroom has a fabulous bath. The swimming pool is well maintained and a welcome treat after a days sight seeing. The villa is suitable for everyone - We all loved our stay at Sugar Palm Villa and would recommend it to everyone.

Ben's villa was simply amazing! Super clean, very spacious (we had 7 adults staying there) and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very big and comfy, bathrooms were spotless and the place overall was very well maintained and spacious. The staff Sukra and Ketut were also very welcoming, friendly and good to have a laugh with, they looked after us the whole stay - from making us breakfast, bringing out drinks while we were swimming, cleaning etc. The villa is in a good location and is within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Can't wait to stay here again on our next trip! 😊

Villa Sugar Palm was a beautiful surprise. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and brand new! Very functional and exactly what you want when you come to Bali! Great location! The little things made our stay so much better ... a fridge full of bin tangs restocked daily, an incredible staff willing to help in any way they can, a kids play room/adults retreat is a great extra, Netfilx on every TV, great wifi, very clean and tidy, a beautiful pool with all the amenities! It was truly a wonderful villa and a perfect stay in Bali! Can't wait to come back!

Best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, in 13 trips to Bali. Sukra, the manager, was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa has just been gutted and refurbished, everything was brand, sparkling new. Very 5-star. I will definitely be back!
