Exploring Villa ZIBA Seminyak BALI Hus med Luxury 5 bedroom villa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Villa ZIBA Seminyak BALI Hus med Luxury 5 bedroom villa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kabupaten Badung plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Villa ZIBA Seminyak BALI Hus med Luxury 5 bedroom villa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Villa Ziba is probably one of the most beautiful Airbnb's I have ever stayed in. The Villa is immaculate. Big shout out to the staff, they were amazing. Special thanks to Eka for being so kind, helpful and always making sure we had a smile on our face. Only issue we had with the villa is the construction noise, I was really disappointed because even before booking I checked with Allen who assured me that the construction was supposed to end by October. This was not the case. We were woken up with loud jack hammering our first morning in the villa and then again our last morning. The last morning part was really disappointing because we had all planned to sleep in and enjoy the villa our last morning however we were rudely awaken at 8 am and the noise was so bad we just packed up and left at that point. I could not get in touch with Allen that morning, but I guess he didn't care anymore since it was our last morning. He did not offer any compensation for the noise either.
The villa were like the photos. Communication was efficient. We had some issue with the water heater in one of the room but was eventually resolved. The villa and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The villa is very clean, well maintained, with bathroom in each bedroom, very comfortable for a leisure. The staffs are very helpful, standby 24 hours.
The 10 of us had a fabulous time at Villa Ziba. The place was was true to the picture gallery on their website. The property manager Putu and his staff made us feel truly at home. Only 2 areas for improvement, kitchen hygiene and mozzies.
Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The villa itself is stunning, spotless, and designed with great spaces to unwind, but what truly elevated our trip was the full-service experience. It combines all the comforts and privacy of a luxury home with the seamless service you’d expect from a high-end boutique resort. The entire team/crew was so polite, respectful, and on top of everything from start to finish. We threw a few last-minute requests their way, and they accommodated us immediately without missing a beat or making it feel like any trouble at all. That level of genuine care and attention to detail made our entire stay effortless and stress-free. We loved every minute of our time here and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.
Such a beautiful villa. My group had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. They helped us book in-villa services each day, which came right when we needed them. They kept everything so clean and tidy. Fixing our shoes, organizing our belongings, etc. The location was a little difficult to find via Grab but the staff helped navigate each car to the right location. We had the western and Indonesian breakfast. Both were so delicious with fresh fruit and fresh pressed juices each morning. I could go on and on about how amazing this place was. Allen was also very helpful and responsive. Would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved our stay here!! Villa Ziba is a stunning, spacious and private retreat with everything taken care of. The staff were kind, respectful and attentive. Appreciated the small touches- like the twice a day cleaning, ambient lighting and aircon all set for the evening and your choice of breakfast and juices each morning. A really clean space with comfy beds, modern amenities and a short walk to the Main Street / 10min walk to the beach. The helped us to organise the pool and stair fencing for our young children too. Highly recommend.

Villa Ziba is more beautiful in real life. The photos make it look smaller, especially the pool, which is large. The staff are courteous, helpful and charming. Food brilliant, we ordered the BBQ seafood and meat dinner for my birthday dinner..so yummy! It is easy to walk up to the shops and to get a taxi etc to places. Even though the lane is narrow it is no problem for Bali Drivers. However, there needs to be bathmats and shower mats as the floors become very slippery when you get out of the pool. I fell and dislocated my shoulder. Also wear shoes in the main house when getting out of the pool as it is slippery and in the afternoon as the floor becomes very hot and burnt my 2 year old's feet. Overall, we felt spoilt by Villa Ziba and the thought of going back to my Sydney home is depressing.

Very beautiful villa and staff were so happy and helpful. Very eager to make your stay a truly wonderful time. We had in house massages, meals and ordered a cake that was absolutely delicious for my 60th birthday. The inclusive breakfast was so good and loved the different juices and Balinese breakfast was our favourite. 🤩 Hope to stay here again next time we come to Bali as very popular so book in advance if you can. We met up with family and needed a big house for two families. The space was perfect. The service of the staff who worked there was amazing. Far exceeded what we expected. Highly recommended

amazing! best villa experience I have had. We are a family of 6 adults and 4 kids. 5 massive en suite bathrooms. staff are excellent, the place is spotless clean and the staff are so helpful. We got pool fence and some other requests made easily. having stayed in another villa after this trip, it really made me appreciate this one even more. so many nice touches and things around the place. close to supermarket and a drag of shops and cafes which is great for young family and our supplies. my family will forever remember Ziba!

Amazing stay! wonderful place, beautiful gardens. The staff were absolutely beautiful people very kind and very nice people. Always attentive to our needs. The manager Wayan, went over and above for us. It was truly an amazing experience for our family.
The villa was beautiful and the service was top notch. The villa manager took time to explain the house rules to us and helped us when one of the kids fell sick. I highly recommend this villa and if there is one improvement for future stay, it will be the breakfast variety. The Zika breakfast was great but the Indonesian breakfast was average.

Found the staff at Villa Ziba to be extremely helpful. We came for a bachelorette party, the breakfasts were amazing and so accommodating for allergies and diets. For a group of 10 it was an absolutely amazing place that no member of our group could fault. Plenty of room for a private bartender and massage therapists for the group. Everything was so well presented with Eka and the team going over and above what we expected really making this a great trip for all involved. Would recommend to anyone wanting the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and the peace and quiet of a Villa. 10/10
Highly recommend Villa Ziba. Our trip was perfect and had everything we needed including delicious breakfast each day. A little private oasis that felt further away from the hustle and traffic of Seminyak. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Really blown away by the staff at Villa Ziba! Great location and nice, clean villa. A bit of a walk (3 minutes) from the main street but they also have a golf cart that transports you to and from if you have a lot of stuff. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Will be back!
We had an incredible stay at Villa Ziba with our group of 9! The daily cleaning and turndown service were impeccable, ensuring the villa always felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was super convenient, close to great restaurants, Bintang Supermarket, and the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bali!
My family (8x Adults, 2x Kids + 1x Infant) stayed at Villa Ziba for 6-Nights over Christmas. We had an incredible time. The Villa has everything you need, modern, clean and close to a great supermarket (Bintang Supermarket) and restaurants. By far the staff at the Villa are what made it. Thank you to Eka, Mattie, Koma, Oche, Yudi and all the others. They cooked a delicious breakfast everyday, arranged laundry, in-house massages, temporary pool fence for our infant, groceries and Villa chef for most nights plus kept the Villa very clean at all times. The host Allen was a pleasure to deal with and arranged everything we needed ahead of time and was quick to respond. We had an a memorable time celebrating Christmas with our family. Thank you.
We had an amazing stay at this lovely villa! The location was perfect, with shops and supermarkets conveniently nearby, making everything so easy. The villa featured wonderful luxury touches, such as high-quality toiletries, which added a special touch to the experience. The stay was absolutely amazing! The place was exactly like the pictures and was beautiful and clean. The house was services twice a day with their in house staff which made it feel like a luxury resort. The staff members cooked us breakfast during our stay and that was delicious. They went above and beyond by replying to any questions very promptly. I would recommend this stay to any of our family and friends.

The villa had beautiful furnishings and rooms, a great swimming pool, providing plenty of space for group activities but also quiet spaces to relax. The villa was very relaxing and had plenty of space for our large group of 3 families. The villa staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make out stay relaxing, keeping our rooms and living areas spotless and cooking great meals when we ate in. The host was very responsive to our questions and making sure our arrival went smoothly which included his staff getting in touch to check our airport transfers, arrival time and meal requirements. If we visit Bali again I would definitely stay in Allen's villa again.
Absolutely beautiful villa. The staff were excellent and really looked after us. Felt very spoilt. Communication from Allen and Villa Manager Eka was excellent. Villa is on a residential street, 15 mins to beach and couple of minutes to Main Street with supermarket. Neighbours could be noisy on occasion but not villa owners fault. Overall, an excellent stay.
We’ve stayed at Villa Ziba for 2 weeks with some friends come and go. Villa is located on a very quiet street but only 4 minutes walk to the main road in Seminyak where you will find lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and Spas. So ideal location. All the rooms in the villa are spacious and very nice. There’s lots of daylight, so bright. The whole place is well maintained and very clean. There’s always someone at the villa, morning staff who will help you with breakfast and morning clean, then the night shift comes for security and anything you may need. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you again for looking after us 🙏🏼

Villa Ziba is a lovely place to stay in south Seminyak. It was so quiet and peaceful in the villa, while also being walkable to many amenities. Eka and the staff at the villa were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. We are very grateful for Allen, Eka and team Ziba making our stay so enjoyable.

We stay in Villa Ziba to celebrate the 40th birthday of few of us. A total of 10 Adults and 3 kids stayed there for 5 days. Their team is so excellent that all of us enjoyed our stay there. We had bbq dinner on one of the night and the food tasted good. Moreover, reply from Allen and his team was always instant upon our enquiry. Will definitely stay at Villa Ziba again if I visit Bali again.
Villa Ziba in all its entirety was nothing short of absolutely incredible Right from the get -go Allen was extremely helpful and replied swiftly to all our questions and requests and even sent through the correct links for the customs declaration for us to pre fill as well as an extensive menu of beautiful meals on offer from the Villa. We arrived in Bali very late in the evening and was greeted by our villa manager Ekka and a staff member with chilled fresh watermelon juice and we were made to feel absolutely welcomed from the moment we stepped out of our drivers vehicles ( kindly organised by our host Allen) and shown around the Villa. We were absolutely gob- smacked by the beauty of our abode. Ekka and all the staff at the Villa were so kind and tentative at all times and were absolutely accomadating of any and all requests and are nothing short of amazing. Does the Villa match the photos ? Yes,but it's even more stunning in person ! I just wish we could've stay longer Suksma 🙏
We have just spent an amazing 17 days in Allen’s villa with our family of 10. Very spacious and exceptionally clean accommodation. Eka, the villa manager, and his team could not do enough for us. The breakfasts were delicious with fruit platters, pancakes and eggs cooked to your choice. . The area was lively with lots of shops and restaurants and a very modern supermarket, all within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this villa.

The workers at the villa were amazing. They were extremely helpful and made the stay much better. At one point I became very sick and one of the workers picked up medicine for me in the middle of the night. Could not recommend this villa more it’s a must stay!

Let me start off by saying my family and I’s stay at Villa Ziba was ONE OF THE BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCES EVER! You are bound to be amazed staying at Villa Ziba. The pictures don’t do this beautiful sanctuary justice. The staff and host were superior, attentive and always available (there is 24/7 staff always available on site). I would 1000 times say yes to staying here again on my next group Bali adventure. No cons at all!
Amazing stay had a great time. Tried my hardest to find a fault and could only say the fridge wasn't that cold, but that's only because i couldn't fault Villa Ziba

This was a perfect location and standard of Villa to enjoy a good level of comfort at a good price. The Villa was clean, comfortable and stylish. You are away from the main streets for it to be peaceful, but close enough for all your needs to make a great holiday. Allen has added little extras which make all the difference, mosquito spray, burning coils, etc. The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful and with enough variety for a 4 to 5 day stay. The villa was a very good villa, but what made it exceptional was Allens staff. Mr Eka and his team were all truly amazing, helpful ,courteous and always there if needed. We can not give them enough praise.
We stayed at Villa ZIBA and had a fabulous time. The villa was so clean, spacious, homely and well equipped. The facilities met all our needs and the pool was a highlight throughout our stay. Allen was easy to communicate with, always quick with his responses and clear with instructions. We could not have asked for better Villa staff, they were all so welcoming, friendly and engaging. Our group had amazing stay. Everything at Villa ziba was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable beds and soft linen with the added touch of the turn down service each day. Lounge and outdoor area was impeccably kept with staff constantly tidying throughout our stay and nice and comfortable for all. Breakfast was a great touch each morning and very yummy! A short walk to the main shops and despite the construction next door, the staff made sure the noise was only between 9-5 and we barely noticed it. Nothing was too much to ask from the staff and we thank you all for welcoming us and for an amazing week, we couldn’t think of anything negative to say at all.

I have stayed at Villa Ziba for the third time, and I must say that it strikes a perfect balance between vibrancy and tranquility. The villa manager, Eka, is always on top of his game, making sure that everything runs smoothly. The in-house staff is available 24/7, and they offer excellent food and beverage options. Seminyak is also a great place to explore Bali, especially when you have just landed on the island. You can enjoy a beautiful beach, surfing, as well as a variety of restaurants and bars.
Had an amazing stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was consistently cleaned and well maintained. We enjoyed the massage add-on where we were able to call a masseuse in and get a massage by the pool (paid in cash). Allen, the host, was very responsive and coherent. The only negative thing was that the alleyway to get into the villa was very tight, not suitable for big cars. We would recommend getting a scooter instead. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, though. The location of the villa was very peaceful. There was a construction next door during our stay, but it didn’t bother us much as the walls surrounding the villa were high up and blocked some of the noise. The vibe of the place was so serene that we often forgot about the construction next door. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this villa to others.
Just perfect for the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, a great little hideaway, right next to the best supermarket. Couldn’t fault the place, staff or owner! We would go back!
The service was outstanding … So hospitable .. would definitely repeat the place… just a small thing … if you in a big group our 14 seater van couldn’t reach all the way to the end an 8 seater car fits perfectly or even a 10 seater van …. But all said and done ! The butler team is super efficient!! Something that can elevate the luxury to another level. The villa was cleaned multiple times during the day and cooks were available at your service 24 hours.. A must visit if you in a group of 8 - 10
Villa Ziba was perfect for our group of 10 friends! We celebrated 30 years of friendship in this beautiful property. So much fun and laughter shared around the pool, long dining table and comfortable living area. Allen is an impeccable host who answered all our queries promptly. Villa Ziba was an amazing place for our group of 9 women to stay. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well located for exploring the southern part of Bali. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and it was a bonus to have someone on site at all times that was concerned about our safety. The daily breakfast and cleaning was a cherry on top of an amazing visit. I’d recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again!

The Villa was a great escape and the staff made it perfect. We fully enjoyed our time at Villa Ziba. The staff assisted us in being able to acquire local assistance throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities were well maintained and always available. This villa is absolutely magnificent and exactly as described on Airbnb. Eka and his team went above and beyond to make our family’s first trip to Bali memorable. The service, cleanliness and attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone staying in Seminyak.

10 of us stayed here for a family reunion age ranging 22-36. we all loved it and perfect walking distance to beach , restaurants and great supermarket. we all had our own space but there was great communal areas too. the staff were so accommodating and helpful to everything we needed which wasnt much but they really did go above and beyond. we hired the chef to cook one of the nights (bbq) which was a great addition! Eka and Madi ! Thank you to you and all your team 😁
Villa Ziba exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was very helpful and attended diligently to the upkeep and cleaning of the Villa, and made a point of being very quiet and discreet when doing so. Eka and his team made delicious breakfasts every morning, and provided assistance when we required a taxi or meals delivered to the house. The Villa was modern, had very comfortable furniture (the beds.. amazing), attention to every little detail including fresh flowers, constant sweeping up of leaves from the trees on the pool deck, turn down service, constant smiles from the staff, and many more. Our sincerest appreciation and thanks to the whole team, Eka, Yuni, Dwi, Made, and Yudi. You’ve made this a truly unforgettable experience and I will recommend Villa Ziba any chance I get!

We had an amazing stay here. Its walkable distance from good restaurants and shopping places. The hospitality was the best. And the entire villa was so clean felt better than living in a 5 star property.. would recommend anyone coming to seminyak choose this villa only.. 24/7 service by the caretakers is a cherry on the top. Hope to visit this villa again..

We love the Villa so much. It was a beautiful Villa. Staffs were attentive, helpful and friendly too. The only setback is that big vehicles cant get to the Villa. Hence, we had to walk a bit from the roadside to the Villa.

Villa Ziba is by far my best AirBNB experience! It looks exactly like it’s images and the place is super clean and maintained. The host Allen with his manager Eka are thoughtful and available. We initially checked in for 4 nights and then extended by another two. Eka and his team were literally there for us in helping us commute within the city or when asked for recommendations. Our belongings were kept safe and they did everything with a bit of smile. Absolutely no con to this place, anyone reading this please just sign up for the place and you will hopefully enjoy it as me and my friends did!

Absolutely loved it. Our family of 11 had a fantastic stay at this beautiful well located villa in Seminyak. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the villa was kept immaculate and the cooked breakfast was spot on. It’s an easy walk to the beach, shopping, massages, supermarket and restaurants. Host, Allen, was great to deal with and we’ll definitely come back if staying in Seminyak again.
Allen’s villa is one of the most excellent places to stay, anywhere! The place is spotless, every nook and cranny cleaned. The pool was a really nice place to hang out with the family. The beds are super comfy, large bedrooms, baths. The staffs are commendable in every way, accomodating our every possible whim. The other reviewers are not wrong. The beach is a 15 min walk, Bintang supermarket and a few eateries are just around the corner. The owner has put in a standard like those you find in 5 star hotels. A very pleasant stay indeed. This villa is the place to be in while in Seminyak!! Thank you for an unforgettable stay, Allen!!

We all loved how thoughtful and friendly the staff were and helping us especially to communicate with the grab drivers who aren’t able to find the place at times. Each room were clean and no need to be afraid of insects as rhe staff would clear all of them prior to your visit! Villa ziba will be the place to stay in bali the next time I visit! We had an amazing time here! We stayed for 2 weeks with our family. Love the house and the services from the team were excellent! We really like the cleanliness and attention to detail. Staffs were very friendly and all amenities were working fine. Our kids love the pool and we all felt very welcoming. The place left us a lasting positive impression. The villa is clean and they have in house staffs to clean everything the villa, help with the garbages and dishes the whole day. They can even help us buy groceries. Was a fabulous stay. Everything needed was already thoughtfully provided. A special call out to Pak Eka and his team who were available 24 hrs in shifts at the villa and were every ready to help in what ever way needed. Cleanliness of the entire villa was great. Even before we checked in they were in touch sending images of the special treatment being done to sterilize the entire Villa. The rooms are all well furnished rooms with ample wardrobe, bathrooms were big and clean. The villa had 2 rooms next to the pool with Wooden roof - giving an authentic Balinese feel and three rooms with normal roof. The location of the villa is very close to Bintang Supermarket and many shops on the main road, so grocery or other shopping is a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all one would need for cooking and serving a complete meal ! Thank you Allen, for the wonderful stay, your onsite team is a gem !
Amazing homey place! Loved our stay at Villa Ziba. We were there for work-vacation, and the super efficient staffs made it so easy for us to go in and out. We felt very secure and the place was absolutely spotless (which was the most important thing I was looking for) and cleaned every single day. We even extended our stay :)

Allen, the Villa manager Eka and all other i house staff that assisted us 24 hrs a day made our experience one to remember to say the least. Nothing was to much trouble. From arranging temporary pool fencing (which was bamboo and looked great cosmetics to say the least) to bike/scooter hires and in house spa services. Location was great for a stay in Seminyak. Will highly recommend and will use again and again.
Villa Ziba was an excellent venue for our stay in Bali! The villa staff were wonderfully friendly and would go the extra mile to accommodate many of our requests. It’s great for a big party of family and friends, even with young kids! (We had two toddlers and an infant). We will definitely come back here again and make Villa Ziba our priority place to stay in Bali.

This is a beautiful villa, with plenty of room for 4 couples and a single. The pool is incredible and so are the staff. The staff were on premises to clean for us everyday and cook breakfast. The location was great, as the villa was about a 15 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the Bintang Supermarket and other shops. Overall, we loved our stay!

We had the most wonderful week here! In fact, we wish we could have stayed longer! Villa Ziba met, if not exceeded, ALL of our expectation. It was a beautiful space, very well appointed, location was great and the staff were absolutely amazing. We really couldn’t have wanted for anything while we were there and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip. The villa is a $2 AUD taxi ride to Seminyak Square and walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants etc. Villa is private which was very important to us. Finally communication with Allen was fantastic and he helped us with everything we needed in the lead up to our trip. Would definitely recommend Villa Ziba!
Wonderful villa with beautiful space, beautifully decorated and layout was good for a big group staying together, but still able to feel private by the spread out layout. The common area is a nice area for social gatherings and all the bedrooms are of big size. The 24hr butler service went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we required for a relaxing stray and and the service staff is really the highlight for us. They were always there with a smile, kept the place immaculately clean all day, helped us with everything and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the villa for a week with a group of 10 people. The whole place was really clean which we really appreciated. All the rooms were big and had private bathrooms. The living space and the pool area was bigger than expected, which was great! The best part about the villa was probably the lovely staff we had. They helped us with everything we needed the whole week. They booked taxis/drivers, ordered food, cleaned our rooms etc. The location of the villa was also as described, about 8 minutes walking from the beach. We enjoyed staying at the villa and would happily stay at the villa again!

stayed here for one week, with a group of 11, the villa is alot bigger then expected which was perfect for our large group. all rooms are beautiful, staff were all amazing. We ordered the seafood bbq for dinner and it was the best food we have all ever had! would definitely come back.
Arguably my best airbnb stay so far. Everything was perfect and as per our expectations. But it is the staff that makes all the difference. Allen has a very nice bunch working for him who make sure you are always taken care of. Would definitely repeat when going to Bali next.
We stayed at Villa Ziba to celebrate our Nanna's 80th Birthday in October. Before our stay all communication was very efficient and timely and staff were only too happy to oblige to our specific requests like having champagne on arrival and organising airport transfers. We decided to book the chef for our first night in the Villa which we would highly recommend, traditional seafood and meat BBQ, ample food and tasted better than any restaurant we ate at for the remainder of our trip and staff provided a complimentary birthday cake. The staff at the Villa - Eka, Dita, Yudi, Perri and Dwi were all very friendly and accomodating to our stay, folding our clothes, making us cups of tea, always tidying up after us and it was great getting to have a chat with them and getting to know more about their culture. The villa it's self was a great space for 12 of us to stay, plenty of communal space, extra sun beds, we never felt 'on top of each other'. It is in excellent condition, stylish and modern interiors, firm beds. Very convenient location, walking distance to bintang supermarket, which if you feel like cooking your own dinner offers and amazing range of local and western ingredients. One of our favourite features of the villa would have to be the in house massage service, we treated our selfs to $15 (AUD) massages pool side each day. Can't recommend Villa Ziba highly enough if for nothing more than waking up each morning to the smiley Balinese staff offering you a cup of tea.

This place is a 10/10. This villa has beautiful contemporary Balinese architecture and interiors, amazing staff and is located in a great location in Seminyak! I could write a novel about our amazing week long stay, but the first sentence summarises how great this place is.
Perfect location and villa for big groups or a few families. We had 4 toddlers and a baby and everything was well taken care of. The pool fence was awesome to keep kids out of danger yet not obstructing the way. The place was kept very clean and nobody had any mosquito bites during the stay which was almost never heard of before for Bali. Stylish and well maintained villa with thoughtful amenities like hairdryer in every bathroom.

Villa Ziba was a perfect getaway for 5 couples. All rooms were perfect and the staff prepared breakfast daily, and was there to help get us coffee everyday! The beds super comfy! Location was in the middle of it all but still tucked away for some privacy! Loved this place - eat in Bo and Bun which is a few minutes a way! Cant wait to come back!

Villa Ziba is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is beyond beautiful and serene in person! It’s located right at the center of Seminyak next to a large supermarket, shops, and the beach, but the villa is a quiet and secluded getaway. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. Each room has a private full bathroom. The pool is the best part, so relaxing! The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive. They cleaned our rooms twice a day, made us breakfast every morning, and were there to greet us whenever we got home, asking how our day was. They also handled arranging drivers and activities for us on our stay. They even arranged to have a private chef come to the villa to make dinner multiple times, which was easy and delicious. I cannot recommend Villa Ziba enough!

Fantastic Villa with 5 bedrooms. A pool and lovely common room and dining room around the pool. Parents can chill while the kids have a blast at the pool. Mr Putu and his staff do a fantastic job of looking after the guests. There is always someone at the villa to look after you. The staff exceeded expectations in looking after us. Whether we needed a cup of tea at 2 pm or mangos from the market or tips on child friendly beaches, the staff provided everything with a smile. We were a large group of 8 adults and 4 kids, and I can safely say that all of us without exception had a blast. Would recommend this to anyone with a large group. The Main Seminiyak street is really close and the Bintang Supermarket is a 3 minute walk from the villa. The only thing that I would say was not so positive was that it was not as close to the beach as it first appears on the map. Its a good 7-10 min walk to the beach and may be a challenge for older people and little children. Having said that, there are enough options of cars, taxis and bike rentals that this is not really an issue. But good to know. Overall HIGHLY Recommended.

Villa Ziba is THE place to stay in Bali! Even though I did not get a chance to meet Allen in person, he made sure everything is well communicated. He is very prompt and patient in his responses and answering to every query that we have. There were 10 of us traveling to Bali, some of us were 1st timers, but staying at Villa Ziba won't be our last :) Villa Ziba is exactly as photographed - very beautiful, clean, spacious - but what made our stay even sweeter were Mr Putu(villa manager) and the team of villa staffs. Everyone was all smiles, ready at all times and super friendly! As we were splashing about the pool, the staff made sure the floors were kept dry at all times, clearing the fallen leaves and flowers from time to time, which was very thoughtful. They made sure that we are very comfortable during our stay - rooms are kept clean, mosquito coils were lit, baby cot well prepared, looking out for us and asking us if we need anything. Breakfast prepared by the staff was very personal, enjoyable and delicious! Location of the villa is superb as well, short walk to the huge Bintang supermarket, quaint shopping street, as well as to the beach. As our flight delayed on the day of check out, we are extremely grateful to Mr Putu for arranging for the transport to wait for us and to hold our luggage inside the villa till it was time for us to go. Even though we encountered Nyepi where we had to stay inside the villa for an entire day, we didn't mind at all because the villa is simply super awesome! The only thing we didn't like was the BBQ(Seafood and Meat set) ordered from the menu provided, where a chef was hired to cook a meal for us. We ordered the meal the night before Nyepi, because we will be stuck indoors the next day and we thought that we might have leftover food(as what other reviews have pointed out) to eat during Nyepi, but we finished everything! Perhaps because we are big-eaters, the food wasn't enough and we feel that the meat items(prawn, pork and beef) were too dry and tough. Then again, I feel that this has nothing to do with the villa experience and doesn't affect our stay in any way! We will definitely be back and strongly recommend this amazing villa to anyone that is coming to Bali to stay here!
Staying at Allen’s place was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Allen deserves more than just a super host status. Communication have been a breeze from the start and Allen is excellent in following up. Having stayed at various villas in Bali, this has been one of the best by far. The villa is very well maintained, super clean and has all the amenities of a hotel. Service is 24-hrs and the team at Ziba is ever ready to assist, whilst not being intrusive. If you are looking for 6-star service, look no further. The team at Ziba is lovely. We were so well taken care of. Putu, Dayu, Donek and Dita took care of us like family, right from their hearts. It was great having them to celebrate my birthday with me. Don’t miss out on the in-villa dining! Superb food and fantastic value. I’ll recommend Ziba to anyone who’s looking for a fantastic villa with awesome service, amenities and location in Bali.

Villa Ziba was nothing short of amazing. The home was absolutely beautiful but the staff made our first experience in Bali even better. From introducing us to the BEST tour guide Bali had to offer to providing a chef who fed our souls this home brought us such joy. The setup of the home was perfect for the 6 of us. We thank the staff for being so friendly and going out of heir way to make sure we were always ok. We are forever grateful for this experience and I will never forget the beauty and smells of Villa Ziba :)

It was our first trip together with friends and their family..all 9 adults, 5 kids and a baby. We had an enjoyable stay and everyone enjoyed themselves. Allen was very responsive and appreciated his assistance in arranging our airport pickup. Many thanks to Mr Putu and the helpers for assisting us with the booking of cabs and masseuse. My friends and I stayed at Villa Ziba for a week and had a terrific time in Bali. The accommodation suited us perfectly for our trip, the rooms were spacious and the surrounds (pool, garden, lounge area) were beautiful. Allen was great to deal with prior our stay, really quick to respond and helpful with our questions. A special mention goes to Made who looked after us so well during our stay, nothing was too much trouble, including hanging birthday decorations for us to come home to one night when we were out! Thanks for having us.

A quiet space amidst the busy streets of Bali. We enjoyed every bit of the time that we had in Villa Ziba, being showered with love and care from the staff of the house - Mr Putu, Ms Domic, Ms Dayu and Mr Mede. They were attentive to our needs and would constantly check if there are any things that they could do to make our stay comfortable. We were a happy bunch being served with good breakfast (the pancakes and the fried noodles were really good - a must to order), fruits, affordable drinks and fresh towels daily. The pool was big and we pretty much spent significant time in it. We had a small birthday celebration over the seafood bbq in house (we had a chef, and there was a crazy spread of seafood). Thank you Mr Putu and team for helping us to doll up the living room area and ordering a birthday cake in advance for the party. As we had a private transport for the 10 of us in a bigger van, the driver was unable to stop at the villa's doorstep. Thus upon checking out, Mr Putu and team offered to ferry our luggages and a couple of us to the main road (about 2 to 3 minutes of walk). Though we did not get to meet Allen, but thank you Allen for the prompt replies via the portal. We would definitely love to stay in Villa Ziba again!
WOW! Stayed at Villa Ziba for 9 days with my 4 daughters, and my Sister's family (11 in total). It was FANTASTIC. The villa is amazing and beautiful. The staff are super friendly and always there to help! (Thank you Putu and Donnik!). They helped with everything from getting taxis to arranging whitewater rafting. And breakfast was excellent! Allen is totally responsive and very nice. Set everything up really well. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL experience and I'd recommend it highly to anyone considering staying there.

This place is amazing. The staff was so attentative and helpful with all of our requests! The villa was very clean and had everything we needed including pool floats. The staff organized activities, taxis, our spa treatmeants, and dinner reservations. They kept the place clean and offered to iron or help us, in any way. One day the staff arranged a BBQ for us with a chef on site and the food was incredible! One of the best meals we had in Bali and such a great value. Allen, the host, was also great at keeping in touch prior to our arrival to the villa. He arranged a car pickup for us and even accommodated our last minute time change. Overall this villa was perfect for our group of 3 couples and we had a relaxing stay!

Words cannot describe how amazing this villa is! From start to finish the service has been incredible. Villa Ziba is centrally located in Seminyak and so easy to get to! Would recommend having the address handy for Taxi drivers, as not many recognized the name. The villa was perfect in every way - rooms were amazing, spacious and very contemporary to match the flow of the rest of the villa. Breakfast was always fresh and on our demand! The pool was a brilliant bonus too, perfect little spot for a chilled out afternoon. However the staff made this stay, they were all so helpful, always offering to do much more than they needed to. Someone was at the Villa 24/7 which we loved and made us all feel secure. We were greeted with a fresh drink and the Villa manager explained everything clearly to us - whatever we wanted, we would have! If you are coming to Seminyak you HAVE to stay at Villa Ziba, its everything you want and more! Staying here made our trip to Bali as a family!

Spent a week at Villa Ziba with a group of five couples. While I was a bit worried that the house would be too small for 10 people, it is much more spacious than the pictures suggest. It's a beautiful house, and all five rooms are spacious and very modern. Putu and the rest of the staff were amazing, and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. Breakfast each morning was great, and we had a private chef come over to the villa three nights in row. Each time he prepared us a superb meal! We highly recommend Villa Ziba, and hope we can one day return.

We spent 5 fantastic nights at Villa Ziba as a family group of 7 over New Year. The villa is amazing - exactly as pictured, in fact it's a bit bigger than the photos make it look. Located on Gang Keraton just behind the Bintang supermarket, the villa is very central to everything in Seminyak. The villa was beautifully presented, everything was clean and tidy and extremely comfortable. The bedrooms are all fantastic, all with their own spacious en suites, and beds comfortable. Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures you get a good nights rest. The living and dining areas are really spacious and comfortably seated all of us, with room to spare. The kitchen has 3 fridges - 2 bar fridges - 1 stocked with Bintang and the other with soft drinks and wine, all at local supermarket pricing. There's a thrid large fridge for your use, as well as a spring-water cooler with clean fresh water. The pool is large, and the perfect temperature for spending lots of time in. Towels are provided and magically appear as soon as you jump in. Wifi was consistently good at DSL speeds and the music system has a bluetooth connection so you can connect your phone/tablet easily. But the best part of staying at the villa was the amazing staff who, headed by Mr Putu, went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. From the cooked breakfast every morning, to organising transport, massage, and an incredbile meat and seafood BBQ one night, they were polite, courteous and helpful. A security guard onsite overnight makes you feel safe and secure at all times. Alan our host was always very contactable on email as well, generally replied to us within an hour, and organised transport on arrival and exit for us all. Overall we had an amazing stay at Villa Ziba and would highly reccomend it.

We’ve just returned from a week at Villa Ziba and we already can’t wait to go back! Our trip was absolutely perfect from meeting the drivers at the airport all the way until checkout a week later. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, exactly as it looks in the photos. In real life the villa is much bigger and more spacious than it looks in the photos which was great for us as a group of 9 adults. There was plenty of room for us to live comfortably for the week. The facilities were top notch, from the huge, incredible pool to the bathrooms and kitchens. The WiFi was fast and could withhold the 9 of us all being connected at the same time. Bottled water was provided and clean drinking water was available all the time from a water-filter machine. Villa Ziba’s location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk from Seminyak’s main shopping strip and the Bintang Supermarket, making it easy to stock up on snacks and drinks. The laneway where the villa is located is very quiet and lined with a number of other private villas which made us feel comfortable and safe. The villa also has a security guard outside from 10pm until 7am every night. As beautiful as the villa was, the real highlight of our stay was the wonderful team of staff who work from 7am until 10pm. They did an amazing job in keeping the villa spotless and were more than happy to help us with any queries. Danica & Dayu made sure breakfast was ready as soon as we all woke up and left our rooms and we left breakfast well and truly full every day. Putu & Maday were so helpful in booking taxis to pick us up right at the front door and ordering in takeaway food (we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the villa for lunch during the day!). The whole team were so fabulous and friendly and played a big part in how much we enjoyed ourselves on our trip. Allen was a great host and was very prompt at communicating in the lead-up and after our trip. We were very grateful when he let us know that we had left an item of clothing at the villa and helped us arrange the return of it. We would highly recommend Villa Ziba to any large groups and can’t wait to return as soon as we can!

The Villa was great, the staff was sweet and very helpful. Allen was a wonderful host, helpful and very responsive with every inquiries, before, during and after our holiday. The location was good because it wasn't on the busy part of Seminyak. So if you just want to relax, go to nice restaurants near by (there are few nice ones) then the location is perfect. However, when we went to dinner at the popular places such as Kudeta, Potato Head etc we were stuck in traffic for a long time (the places were approx 3 km away only).

The pool is a lovely temperature and there is plenty of sun on the pool and garden area all day. The location of the Villa is great. There is a supermarket called Bintang at the end of the lane and in the surrounding streets there are plenty of spas, leather shops, clothing stores and tailors etc. It is also within walking distance of restaurants such as mama San etc however we preferred to taxi there and walk home! The villa is safe and the best thing about it is not having to lock up every time you leave as there is always a staff member onsite. The staff were Amazing!! Putu, Made, Donika and Dayu made our trip so pleasant and were always willing to help without being overbearing. The villas recommended drivers Wyan and Made were also amazing and safe drivers on the crazy roads and we learnt a lot from them about the Balinese culture. Lastly the in house chef made the most delicious meals and we found the costs really reasonable! Highly recommend this villa!
Allen was really friendly and he answered our queries promptly. My friends and I had such a great time till we felt like extending our stay at villa Ziba! On the first day of arrival, we were warmly received by their staffs with drinks as well as friendliness. Breakfast was provided every morning and we get to choose between the western style and the indonesia style. Our rooms, toilets and pool were kept clean and neat at all times and the staffs ensures everything meet up to our expectations. Last night of our stay, we order the Balinese dinner set where the chef will cook for us. We were all very happy and satisfied with the food and services catered to us. Furthermore, the Bintang supermarket is 5mins walk from the villa which makes it more accessible and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and are willing to recommend anyone everyone to try out the villa and you will be amaze by the view as well as services provided which will far exceed your expectations. Those who intend to stay here should try out the chef cooking for at least one night as it's an experience which is hard to come by especially in big groups. Lastly, Allen is very flexible with regards to our check in and check out timing which we were all very pleased as this does not applies to all villa. Once again, thanks for the awesome stay and we truly enjoyed it very much!
In a fabulous location down a laneway behind bintang supermarket, this villa is an absolutely stunning place to call home while in Seminyak. We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 10 adults and 2 children and were extremely impressed by everything this villa has to offer. Allen, the owner, was so good with communication, responding to any questions very quickly. He was very eager to ensure we had a great stay at the villa. The staff are so, so, so friendly. They are always available to help and always with a beautiful smile. The villa itself is perfectly designed and decorated with rooms around a gorgeous central pool. We all wished we could live in a home as beautiful as this, preferring to laze around the villa rather than venture out too much. We ate breakfast every morning at the villa and it was delicious. Eggs any way we wanted, pancakes, toast, fruit and coffee at our beck and call. Otherwise we didn't dine in the villa as we wanted to explore the local restaurants which were a lot cheaper than dining in. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend villa Ziba to anyone who appreciates beautiful styling, great location and friendly staff.
Villa Ziba is amazing!!! This was my first experience staying in a Villa in Bali and my first experience with Airbnb. Both were fantastic. Villa Ziba appealed because it was so architecturally stylish and the size and layout of rooms looked perfect for three families to stay and enjoy around the communal facilities of the pool, indoor/outdoor living and dining areas. We couldn't have asked for much more I have to say. The location is a very short walk up the gang (laneway) to the main strip and the Bintang Supermarket area. It felt safe at all times of the day and night. As the gang has a number of private villas each villa tends to have night time security, who all know each other, which ensures you feel totally safe at all times. It is also a relatively short walk to the beach, perhaps 15 minutes. Allen was a delight to deal with from booking, to travel reminders and contact to arrange transport etc. He ensures the villa staff look after the client in a caring way and to a high standard. The staff ensured we had very little to do and nothing to worry about. We enjoyed three dine in banquets arranged through the Villa which were excellent and a lot of fun. I also made use of the massage inside the villa which was better than having to go out for it - extra relaxing. Staff arranged a Scooter for one of the families staying with us and really, anything was available if you just asked. It was all about making the stay as easy as possible. The Villa provides Bintangs and drink mixers at virtually cost price if you couldn't be bothered getting your own from the Bintang Supermarket, and the fridge is always well stocked. You can of course purchase your own and store them in the fridge. Towels are laid out on the sun lounges for you each morning and the staff make up your room 2-3 times a day. Breakfast is ready for you whenever you are and they know your favorite coffee/tea order, having it ready for you as soon as you emerge from your room. There are 4 very large and beautiful bedrooms and one slightly lesser bedroom upstairs facing the gang. Of the four big bedrooms two are upstairs looking down to the pool and the other two are on the ground floor next to the pool, looking back to the living rooms. It really is divine.
Villa Ziba exceeded all our expectations! The villa itself is so spacious that it easily accommodated 8 of us. The beautiful photos that are on the Air BnB website are exactly what each room looks like and the pool always looked inviting anytime of the day and no matter the weather! We enjoyed the BBQ/Seafood dinner in the villa cooked by the staff on the first night we stayed and it was absolutely delicious - there was also plenty of it! The location of the villa was also excellent and in close proximity to the beach, shops and Bintang supermarket. I cannot talk highly enough of Putu and his staff at Villa Ziba, they were extremely friendly, always willing to help out and one of them even did a quick dash to the chemist for one of the girls who was unwell in the middle of the night! Staying here was truly relaxing and I would most definitely recommend anyone to give Villa Ziba a try to experience it for themselves.
We had a total of 9 people staying at the villa, Is very spacious villa. The location of the villa is right next to the shopping area about 3 to 5 mins walk. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there !
Allen was quick to communicate after we made the request to book the villa and he was always available to answer my questions/request. The Villa Ziba was stunning in all ways. The space, the layout, the location, the staff - everything was perfect for my family. We spent our Christmas there and the kitchen was really well equipped which allowed us to cook up a family meal! The Bintang supermarket was very close which allowed shopping for food easy. The well supplied beer fridge was an excellent service too for the thirsty boys in my family! (The cost of beer was almost the same as buying yourself) Overall this is probably one of the best villa we stayed in Bali. Highly recommended!!
The Villa is absolutely fantastic.... better than all the media suggests!! Putu and his staff are polite, happy, great cooks and expert take-away orderers!! The were ice cold Bintangs on arrival (11.55 pm). The Villa is in a busy part of Seminyak and we all felt safe and pampered the whole stay. The only thing I can suggest is that Allan pops in during each stay and says 'hello'.
Villa Ziba is an amazing beautiful property with dedicated and helpful staff. Our family (6adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and hospitality. Putu and Dayu were very helpful! Thank you!
We were travelling in a group of 9 adults and 3 children from Singapore. For most of us, this was our first time experience visiting Bali. Prior to the booking, our host from Villa ZIBA, Allen, has answered our queries very promptly and he didn't miss out to the smallest details to ensure that we will have a pleasant stay at the villa. Airport pick up was given as a complimentary service. What we love a lot about the villa are not only the ambience and facilities but also the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staffs. We decided to have most of our evening meals served in-house, which turned out to be very well prepared, tasty and left us craving for more. We had the traditional Balinese Rijsttafel or "table rice" on the first day, Italian food on the second and the crown jewel Babi Guling and pork ribs on the third. Unlike a lot of villas/hotels which jacked up the prices for in-house dining and mini bar drinks, Villa ZIBA offers pretty much reasonable prices for such services. General cleanliness of the villa was excellent. Floors were mopped every day, rooms were made neat and tidy with amenities changed. Rooms were maintained mosquitos/bug free and there were mosquito repellant sprays readily available to use. We didn't have trouble getting potable water (bottled waters provided complimentary) while staying at this Villa. We even had fresh orange juice served in the morning at no extra cost. As far as location goes, a big supermarket (Bintang) and stretches of shops are about 5-10 minutes walk and the Seminyak beach is about 15-20 minutes walk. We chartered a 17 seaters mini bus for our daily trip around Bali and the pick up point was at Bintang supermarket. Overall, we love the villa and thank you very much for giving us such a pleasant experience.
Villa Ziba honestly blew our expectations out of the water. This was our first trip to Bali and we were not disappointed. We were a little worried at first driving through the streets from the airport and especially down the alley to the villa, but as soon as those doors opened, everything was perfect. There were people greeting us at the door with cool towels and drinks, which was so wonderful because we were sweating like pigs. The villa smelt and looked heavenly. The photos are 100% accurate! Do not even get me started on the staff. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. This trip would never had been as great as it was without them. The neighbourhood may look a little suspicious at midnight driving from the airport, but once you see it in the daylight, you will realise it is one of the nicer parts of Bali. Villa Ziba was absolutely perfect. Great location, great property and great staff!!! We would definitely come back!
