Exploring Whole Villa in Bali, sunset, sunrise, great view left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Whole Villa in Bali, sunset, sunrise, great view was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Whole Villa in Bali, sunset, sunrise, great view painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
I strongly advise against booking this property. When we arrived, the place was in completely unacceptable condition — the pool water was green and untreated, the bathrooms were covered in mold (and had no hot water), and one of them was missing a window pane, open to the outside. The common areas were infested with insects, making the property unfit for rental. Although the housekeeper, Erly, was kind and tried to help, the overall state of the property made it impossible to stay there. We had to immediately find alternative accommodation. I revisited the property days later and found that nothing had improved. This experience was extremely disappointing and I hope no other guests have to go through the same.
Beoordeling: Mooie locatie, maar erg vies Het huis zelf is prachtig en de locatie is prima, maar helaas viel het verblijf tegen door de hygiëne en onderhoudsstaat. Er hangen gordijnen met schimmel, net als een aantal kussens en de keuken was niet schoon. Het droogrek in de keuken zat ook onder de schimmel, wat echt niet fris is. Ook de lakens waren niet schoon; er zaten vlekken en haren op. De algehele staat van het huis kan wel een renovatie gebruiken. Loshangende lampen, ramen die niet goed sluiten (gevaarlijk voor kinderen, die kunnen er uit vallen), zonnen bedjes met gaten erin en veel deuren die klemmen, maken het niet bepaald comfortabel. Met een flinke schoonmaakbeurt en wat onderhoud zou deze Villa echt een pareltje kunnen zijn, maar op dit moment kan ik het helaas niet aanraden.
Host is responsive and the ground staff, Erly is super friendly and helpful. Villa is clean. However, the villa’s furniture appears very old and gotten quite creepy and eerie at night. This might not be the best place for the kids.
Wonderful stay with lovely hosts. Erly is very responsive to messages and extremely helpful. The stay could use with some maintenance however overall very well worth the cost.

Our stay here was so memorable. We hired scooters and rode around the beaches exploring. There are no shops within walking distance so you do need to get a Grab or Taxi to go anywhere. It is remote so quiet and good for relaxing. The accommodation is very tired but it was very clean. The best thing about our stay was Erly and Moh. They would bend over backwards to help with anything. We felt like they were friends by the time we left. She was happy to do laundry and Moh even cooked for us for my 50th birthday. Home is old but we had a great time.
Elry (housekeeper) & her family were very welcoming & helpful, prepared to help with anything, she also did our laundry. The villa is spacious, clean & has wonderful views but the owners should update it. Blinds should be fitted to the outdoor living space to help prevent rain coming into the area, the floors become very dangerous when wet, both my husband & daughter slipped over & we're injured. Kitchen could be updated and new taps need fitting in the bathrooms. We would stay there again and would recommend it.
Was a spacious villa....very helpful caretakers Erly and Moh....always avaiable and so kind....the pool and view were great.....only two problems were the location( off the main areas too much interior areas) and a bit old bathrooms...otherwise overall was worth the price....has all the amenties needed....

The villa is very big and comfortable. The price reflects the state of the house. It needs some maintenance. One of the betrooms on the 1st floor has a really strong smell of mould. I would not be able to sleep in there and I would never let my kid sleep there. The kitchen needs a proprer clean up. The bed we slept is was comfortable and clean, however the sheets have some stains, as do the bath towels. The air con works well. The mini refrigerators in the bedrooms are old and very noisy, so we had to unplug ours. There is a larger fridge in the kitchen so that was not a problem. The pool is nice. Great view. Good wi-fi. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Best thing about this place is the view. Erli and Moha, who live downstairs, are very helpful and friendly. House is large and I'm sure pool would've been great but was too paranoid to use it with the exposed cable in the water. Caroline advised that the power to this cable had already been cut off but we didn't feel comfortable with it. So a waste for us, particularly when a pool was one of our requirements. House could also do with a deep clean and pest control for ants. They fall on you from the ceiling in the living areas or just appear on you as you're sitting on the chairs (they bite), so most of our time in the villa were spent in our rooms. There are a few eateries within 10-15mins walk from the villa. Otherwise, Gojek and Grab are very easy to get if you don't have your own transportation.
Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfreich. Der Preis war angemessen. Allerdings könnten die Bäder ein Renovierung gebrauchen
Nos alojamos un grupo de amigos y la casa estaba muy bien, el único inconveniente fue su ubicación, para todo (café, restaurante, actividades, playas) necesitas coche o moto. El personal que vive abajo de la casa muy amable, no te dan llave de acceso por lo cual debes llamar a la noche para que te abran la puerta, fue un poco lioso

Mooie villa met een prachtige uitzicht vanaf de bovenste verdieping. Het zwembad was super schoon en werd onderhouden tijdens ons verblijf. Ontzettende lieve en vriendelijke staff. Het enige minpunt is dat er geen bank was om op te chillen in het leefgedeelte, alleen op de bovenste verdieping en wat renovatie zou de villa nog mooier maken. Bedankt staff van de villa. Wij hebben een mooie tijd gehad. Groetjes Remo

Notre séjour dans cette maison était tout simplement parfait. La piscine était superbe, avec une vue splendide. Mais le meilleur de cette maison, ce sont les personnes qui nous ont accueillis. Erly est la meilleure personne que vous puissiez avoir pour votre séjour. Elle est à l’écoute, toujours présente, très attentionnée et, en plus marrante ! Un grand merci à Erly et à son mari de nous avoir si bien accueillis et d’avoir rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Bali! The price was fantastic for what you get — the villa is spacious and has lots of room to relax and unwind. The quiet, peaceful area made it the perfect place to escape and enjoy some downtime. The pool was amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay! Our host was also lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great value, beautiful villa, peaceful location, and a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. La villa era preciosa y estaba todo muy cuidado y limpio. Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros durante toda la estancia, ayudándonos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Sin duda, ¡volveríamos a repetir!

Nous avons un très bon séjour, dans une maison spacieuse, grande et conforme à l’annonce. La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kuta Selatan et offre une vue imprenable sur l’île. Je vous recommande vivement de séjourner ici !

On-site hosts are wonderful (they live on ground floor so it's not 100% own space but very helpful) Road access is a bit rough. Spectacular views, great pool, nice rooms, certainly would stay here again!

Erly was a lovely lady and was so helpful, she went above and beyond everyday and made our stay even better.
Erly and her family are amazing onsite staff the made us laugh were fantastic with all our children and very easy to deal with. Made us feel at home straight away and her husband and beautiful children were such a joy to spend our time with. The property itself is a little run down and maybe in need of some repairs but all in all definitely would book again.
Really felt like home, luxury, and a big house, and it was comfortable for my 10 pax family members. The staff is really helpful and kind to all of us. The facility in the kitchen is complete with a microwave, refrigerator, and cutlery. worth the price I've paid for 7 days. will come again next time in bali.

Wow what an amazing place!! Great pool, surroundings were nice and green, beautiful view, and the staff here are so nice and welcoming, we felt well looked after and loved every minute of our stay. One tip - just search for “Villa Timbangan” on your taxi or ride share app for the address - it drops you off right in front of the villa.
Amazing place. My family was happy staying here, apart for the rooms that was unable to lock but since they have staff staying just under and is trusted, it's fine. Really worth the price and worth it. We'll come back next year!
great place for people looking for quiet, calm and tranquility
We recently visited this Villa for a total of ten days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The accommodation is stunning and very well maintained and nothing is too much trouble for the on sight staff. Erly in particular was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive, we all felt extremely welcome, comfortable and at ease in the villa at all times, it was undeniably obvious how hard she and the team worked and how passionate she is at her work. The villa is located walking distance from local ATM, supermarkets, restaurants, spa and takeaway and there are many more places and attractions a short grab ride away in the local area, it is a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing laidback retreat it genuinely feels like a real life paradise. If given the opportunity I’d return back in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home in Bali.

Schöne Unterkunft mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Aussicht, der Pool und der Essbereich sind schön. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr einfach gehalten. Das Personal ist 24h vor Ort und hilft bei allen Anliegen jederzeit weiter. Großes Dankeschön dafür!

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem tollen Haus und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Pool war schön sauber und war eine tolle Abkühlung, die Lage war etwas abseits aber da wir schon oft auf Bali waren wussten wir das bereits als wir gebucht hatten. Die beiden Houssitter die unten wohnen sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Für das Geld bekommt man nirgends etwas besseres. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

Amazing villa with amazing views
This villa was the perfect property for us to enjoy time together as a family. Erly & Moha are fantastic, so friendly & welcoming, always on hand with helpful advice & providing laundry service etc. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked really well & the living areas were perfect for us to spend time together as a group. The pool is brilliant, a really good size & kept very clean. The property could do with some additional sun loungers for the number of bedrooms but overall it is good value for money. Thank you Erly & family, we hope to return one day.
This place was perfect for our first trip to Uluwatu! I stayed here with five friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful—gave us awesome local tips for beaches, entertainment, and excursions. The house was super clean, they provided laundry, and they had motorbikes for rent available as well. Highly recommend this spot if you want a laid-back, comfortable stay with amazing hosts. At this price point you couldn’t possibly ask for better housing. We’d come back in a heartbeat!
really enjoyed my stay it felt great and very comfy :D we had free laundry service wich we really needed and was so good, but be careful with the clothes you buy at Bali they sometimes get out a bit different. very helpful host always there to help.
We had a wonderful time here. The view is great and pool was very welcoming. The staff here were superb, really helpful, cleaning every day and offered suggestions on things to do. It really wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for them. The building is a little dated but the AC works fine and I was able to work remotely on the WiFi for two weeks with minimal issues. There are a good number of restaurants/warungs close by for a good range of food and plenty of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive too.
Jättefin villa! Enkelt och billigt att boka Grab för att ta sig in till Uluwatu. En familj bor på en egen våning längst ner i villan och fanns alltid tillgängliga för hjälp. Erly var underbar! Hon hjälpte oss att tvätta våra kläder och hyrde ut moppar till oss för ett billigt pris under veckan. Kan verkligen rekommendera!
absolutely beautiful villa! Our family has had an amazing time. the place was clean and tidy. The a/c works very well. The view was stunning. Erly and her family are amazing and keeping the villa looking great. The beds are comfortable and the pool was amazing. We were quite sad to leave such an amazing place.
It looks like the photos. Its an old villa, plenty of charm. With an old place u get the usual dripping taps, leaky toilet. One of the chairs upstairs is broken, but other then that the place is beautiful. Split system aircon in all rooms. Erly and here husband are live in caretakers down stairs, they are wonderful help with everything. Washing/cleaning everyday. Scooter hire available on site. Cafe, massage and local warungs 5min walk. 20min walk to local supermarket. Can get anything delivered via grab app. 25min grab to airport or 55min grab to seminyak/legian area. Location and villa were perfect for the 10 of us, plenty of space for everyone. Peaceful location
We very much enjoyed our stay!!! Beautiful home!! Very spacious and had a wonderful Balinese vibe that we were looking for! The host was lovely and very accommodating!! Helpful with laundry and made sure rooms and bedding was always clean. 100% recommend!!!

The house was brillant. Very comfortable and with a beautiful view. Early was the best host, offering bikes for rent and washing our clothes. The house is a a bit isolated but with grab you can get anywhere anytime.
This house whilst it is dated and may need a little maintenance, provided my family with one of the best shared Christmas holidays yet. Hosting 7 people, 3 generations there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Pool was amazing and even with all the rain and storms, never went green once. As expected with the climate, location and weather the smell of Mould was present but hey we're in Bali....in the wet season. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but be close enough to get around this is the place for you.

The hosts are very nice and the helper is very friendly & helpful. We had a great deal and had wonderful memories staying at the villa. Highly recommendable. I booked for 10 people but last my two nieces decided to come with us last minute but the hosts accommodated them for free. The kindness was highly appreciated!👏👏👏

La villa è molto bella e grande, ha una bellissima vista aperta, la piscina e tutti gli spazi sono molto grandi e accoglienti. Il mobilio è un po’ datato e a tratti rovinato ma comunque funzionale. Erli è gentilissima e disponibile per tutto! Grazie mille!
Cette villa est un vrai paradis : piscine superbe, espaces communs vastes , architecture balinaise et meubles locaux de qualité . Les gardiens sont au petits soins et très aimables . Ils sont de bons conseils pour la vie quotidienne et les activités. La cuisine n’est pas vraiment aménagée pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes.

This is a fantastic place for the price. The property looks like the photos and the staff that live downstairs are *super* nice and accommodating. The garden view from the balcony is beautiful and the pool, bathrooms, and linens were all very clean. If planning to stay here, ask for a pin as the address and "Get Directions" link will drop you about 300 meters away, not within visible distance of the gate. Also, there aren't any restaurants or other stores withing walking distance so you will need transportation.
The place was really nice, I stayed with 6 of my friends and it was perfect for us. Staff were so friendly and helpful, super accommodating to our last minute schedule changes, etc. Would definitely recommend!!!

Stunning views from the pool level & especially the upper level. The place & price was great. And Erli was such a great help - thank you Erli!!! It was a short grab ride to tons of Uluwatu sights, restaurants & shops too. We hope to visit again!
This is a hidden gem..they offer a reasonable price to stay with a beatiful scenery villa.. you can see kuta view from the third floor..although the property quite old, it does bring charms on it's own..it does not like modern stylish Mediterranean or chic sophisticated minimalist villa you can see in canggu but more like balinese traditional old style.. We are very happy staying there..it really suited for our big family (6 adt 4 chd)..the pool was quite deep for small children around 170cm but they have stepper that can be used for children to plunge with supervision.. The host mba erli was very accommodating..she also help us with the laundry and we always come to villa with clean laundry and only bring few dirty clothes home.. The additional member of the host also include toya, a male orange cat that really talk active and our family love cat so much.. Overall we are happy staying in this villa ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Yulia was very accommodating and extremely helpful. One of the best hosts I have ever had. The villa is definitely worth the price. If the villa wasn't booked up, we would have loved to extend our stay. Next time, we'll book a few more days in advance. Thank you for the excellent stay!
I recently stayed at this villa that had some wonderful features. The pool was excellent, providing a great spot to relax and cool off. The view from the villa was stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop throughout my stay. The villa itself was spacious, allowing plenty of room to move around comfortably. However, the water supply was not stable, and it inconveniently stopped while I was showering. Additionally, the furniture was a bit old and could use some updating. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was good, and I would still recommend it for a pleasant stay.

The villa was so so gorgeous. My family and I loved it. The caretakers especially Erli and family were so accommodating and helpful. Just wished our stay was longer. The beds were comfy, level 3 view was so amazing. We could see sunrise and sunset, the pool was really good. Halal food was was via grab. Driving down to Pantai Tanah Barak and Uluwatu was easy. And leaving to the airport was easy. Simply perfect in every way. TQ

Erli who looked after us was so amazing. She made sure we had anything we needed, super friendly and provided other services like bike rentals and laundry for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We loved our stay. Erli was super sweet and helpful. It’s quiet which is rare to find. Incredible views. It is a little old , the bathrooms are a little outdated but it has a real traditional charm. You feel like you are actually in Indonesia , which many places here have lost. Great pool, not filled with chemicals. Good AC in each room and large communal space.
Caroline was extremely sweet and helpful. The villa is beautiful, even better than what the photos showed. There are a lot of outside spaces to relax and be with friends and it’s easy to get around with a motorcycle or grab. 10/10 recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed here as the Villa is terrific and the view is really incredible. The pool is clean and lovely . If you want to stay in a villa with a birds eye view of a large piece of Bali I thoroughly recommend Caroline’s villa.

first of all the place is quite secluded but this is how it makes the place peaceful and with fantastic views of sunrise and sunset. everywhere we go we have to take a drive. grab was easy to call. had to walk at least 20min to nearest supermarket and restaurants or warung. grabfood was convenient and cheap and tasty. no washer and no breakfast when they are stated in the listing was a big disappointment for us. but the service crew erli and her family living at the ground level made our stay feel secure and homely. they are very friendly and tried their best to assist us. the bed linen is clean and smells nice. we had very nice sleep on the comfortable beds. the pool is clean but quite deep. not for young children. it was good to have television in the living room and also in the bedrooms.

If you want an amazing villa in Bali, this is it. Incredible views, incredible value and the whole house was breathtaking. It was a pleasant surprise to have the family on the first floor as we got many recommendations, felt safe, and they were very very nice! Do not let the lack of reviews fool you, this place is an absolute gem. Only thing to note is you need a scoter to get around the area :)
Les hôtes ont été très chaleureux avec nous et très flexible. Le séjour proposé par Caroline a été un véritable succès ! Caroline et son compagnon nous ont permis de laisser nos valises quelques jours pendant notre excursion à Java et nous on meme conduit au point de rendez-vous. Toujours extrêmement serviable et souriant. La villa était propre et la vue panoramique très appréciable. Situé à environ 10min à pied des zones d’intérêts, magasins, centre ville, restaurants, location de scooter etc.
The Villa is very large and the when sitting on the top floor it feels like you are looking down onto a large part of Bali as the view is incredible. The Pool was very clean. The family who live onsite are very accomodating yet didn't interfere or bother us. In fact it was nice having them there for a feeling of added security. Not that you felt unsafe but it's a large house with no door shutting off the downstairs area where they live and the entry to the complex. The Villa is extremely well fenced. though. The area is very quiet with no trouble getting Gojek to deliver food or to collect us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it was an absolute paradise. The friendly family who manages the property made me feel so welcome and Comunication with Caroline was super easy. The villa offers spacious rooms, a beautiful swimming pool, and the most incredible view of both sunrises and sunsets. Each morning, I was greeted by vibrant skies, and as the day came to an end, the sunsets were simply mesmerizing. It was an unforgettable experience, and I'm grateful to the family for their warm hospitality.
