Exploring Elegant & Cozy Spacious Place in Baguio City left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Elegant & Cozy Spacious Place in Baguio City was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Baguio plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Elegant & Cozy Spacious Place in Baguio City painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The place is nice. They have 5 rooms to accommodate us. It's clean & safe. The host & Ate Nida was responsive all the way until we checked out. We're able to checkout late with minimal payment. Thank you 😊

House is huge, had a lot of board games, quiet and peaceful, we felt at home. Kitchen has everything we need.

Best place to stay in Baguio🫶🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Kristina’s place. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special thank you to Ate Nida, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. She made check-in and communication very easy and was always willing to assist whenever needed. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the location is situated on a fairly steep area, so walking to and from the property can be quite challenging, especially in the heat or if you have heavy luggage. Additionally, booking a Grab or taxi can sometimes be unreliable depending on the time of day, so it’s worth planning transportation in advance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality provided by them. 💗

We had a generally pleasant stay at Kristina’s place. The house was clean and well-maintained, offering good value for the price. Kristina was also very responsive and promptly answered all my queries even prior to check-in, which made the process smooth. Ate Nida, the caretaker, was easy to talk to and accommodating during our stay. However, our plan for early checkout was not communicated to her, which caused a bit of confusion. Additionally, the scheduled power outage was not communicated to us in advance, which would have been helpful for planning, particularly as we needed to work during our stay. There were a few small cockroaches noted during our stay, but it was manageable overall. Overall, still a good stay with a few areas for improvement in communication. Thanks, Kristina!

The caretaker, Nida, was really sweet! The place was great, everything you need is there, a definite great choice for friend/family staycations. The location is a little hard to get to, quite steep, youre gonna need a private vehicle/taxi/grab to get in and out. But overall, great place!

Unexpected from what was shown in the photos. The space was higher compared to what you will expect based on the pictures. Responsive caretaker and host. We had a great time, definitely worth the money you pay for!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Looked exactly liked the published photos. Wifi was strong, so for those who need to work while on vacation-connectivity won’t be an issue. They have WiFi repeaters on the basement and on the second floor.

Our family had a great night staying at the place. The care taker is very accommodating and respectful. It felt like home, even without a/c there is electric fan for the kids and enjoyed the cold breeze. Place is big considering how playful the kids, still we don’t feel limited. Thank you and I recommend booking this home.

The place was really beautiful. It is perfect for a big family. The place was very clean and had no issues. Host was very responsive and kind even though there were last minute changes and requests. We will be back for sure. I had to commend ate Nida as she was very kind too.

Perfect house for the whole family! Very spacious and very clean. The check in process was very easy and the host/ caretaker was super nice and communicated the with us the whole time. All necessities are in the house. The beds are comfortable and all linens were super nice and comfy. Lots of parking spaces also. The area is quiet and safe and close to the main road. I highly recommend this place. I give it a 5-star rating. Thank you Kristina, Joy and Ate Nida!
