The virtual preview of Manila Bay Condo | Mall of Asia US Embassy Airport was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Pasay plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Manila Bay Condo | Mall of Asia US Embassy Airport painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

I noticed from your promotional pictures that the unit is presented as a condo-type accommodation with a kitchen. My only concern is that since many guests may rent the unit for staycations, it would be really helpful if you could provide some basic cookware, such as a small frying pan or casserole. My partner and I wanted to cook some food for our late dinner around 1 AM, so we bought some frozen goods from Alfamart. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize that there was no frying pan or basic cookware available in the unit. What made it more inconvenient was that the stove wasn’t working either. We also noticed that the hair blower wasn’t working. I would suggest checking the appliances and removing or replacing anything that is no longer functional, rather than leaving it in the unit for guests to use. Overall, these are just small things that could make the stay much more convenient, especially for guests who expect to use the kitchen and the amenities shown in the promotional photos.

A nice cosy studio apartment in a massive residential complex. Had a comfortable stay except that the internet didn't work most of the time I was there. Seems like there was a massive outage at the service provider end.

Rose is an excellent host and she has many caretakers who can assist you right from check-in. The only issue we encountered is the Wi-Fi not working which wasn't really her fault, but still contributed largely to us not maximizing our stay (since the mobile data signal in the unit is unstable) and having to check out earlier than expected since the technician came in during our stay.

The space good but the only thing we had a problem was the bed. The edge of the bed near the door entrance always bumps our knees(super sakit!) then the bedroom needs more space. Overall it was good because of the view of manila bay and MOA area

We had a good stay and really enjoyed the location, as it’s very accessible to a lot of shops and attractions. A huge thank you to the host and the housekeeper—they were both wonderful, very helpful, and made us feel welcome. However, we were quite disappointed with the kitchen policy. The stove is only available for guests staying longer than 3 days, which was a letdown as we had planned to cook. While we were allowed to use the rice cooker and microwave, it was quite limiting for our needs. That being said, because of the great location and the excellent service from the team, we would still recommend this place—just be mindful of the cooking restrictions if you're staying for a short trip!

The place looks exactly as shown on the app. The host was very responsive and professional throughout our stay. The only downsides were the cooking wares, which were quite thin and took a while to heat up, and the noise from nearby construction (which I already expected after reading the reviews). I saw that the estimated completion date is December 31, 2025. The room itself was clean and smelled great—we really liked the air freshener. It would be even better if the throw pillows had removable covers for easy washing after each guest’s stay, just for hygiene purposes. The doors were a bit tricky to open at first, but we eventually figured them out. Overall, I’d rate our stay an 9/10. I’d definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Host was very responsive and hands-on. They let us in early without extra fee and the housekeeper was very kind and checks up on us. Alfamart and ATM at the condo was very convenient. The only problem is the small insects/roaches that are lurking around. Good thing it's not that a lot. But there were a few that bothered us. Walls are also kinda thin to hear the drilling/renovation of the neighbors.

There is a wall clock and table clock but they both needed their batteries replaced. Broken CR door. It did close, but the interior knob is gone. Main door is a little tricky to close, and the jamb has been taped over. It did close, but it was super worrying. Difficult to book a Grab. There's no signal at the lobby, you need to walk to Alfamart to book and get picked up. Naphthalene balls! The entire condo smelled of them and the smell stuck to my clothes and bags.

Nice place, interior a little "tired" but probably due to different guests coming and going. Suitable for a few days stay however in no part of the hosts fault, waiting for a lift can take time due to the number of apartments in the building. Location and ease to get to places a big plus.

We have been using Airbnb for quite some time now, and by far this has been the most pleasant stay we have ever had. The room was clean and fresh! Everything we needed and wanted out of our accommodations was available. Even the wait time using the elevators was minimal at worst. If we were forced to find a flaw in the slightest, it was a rust around the shower bottle holder but other than this, this accommodation was as close to perfect as we could have asked for! We really loved the room we stayed in for 3 days. First of all, it was very beautiful, from the bed and sofa to the overall design. It felt relaxing the moment you walked in. I had a convenient and comfortable two-night stay. The place was very close to our graduation venue PICC and to MOA. Check-in was smooth, room was clean and admin was quick to respond. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der kleine Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude hat alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht und so musste man auch nicht weit laufen. Die Kommunikation war auch super freundlich und es wurde sehr schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert.

Towels, sheets, and basic toiletries were provided. They also provided coffee sachets, tea, and splenda. The unit was very clean and the decorations were very pretty. It was exactly as pictured on the listing. We weren't sure if we were going to use the pool but Rose pre-ordered tickets in case. They provided two but we only ended up using one. Loved our stay at their place! It was everything that they listed on the site so we knew how to manage our expectations properly. It was super close to most of the attractions / spots in Manila that we wanted to go to so transport wasn't an issue either. I think, really, the only issue that my companion and I had about our stay was that we couldn't figure out the door mechanism at first but it was all good! The hosts were really proactive with replying as well so communication wasn't an issue at all! Will def stay with them again in the future!

The condo unit is shown what was on the picture. Complete things like, scissors, alcohol, facemask, coffee, etc - free of charge. The only downside is that for a commuters like us, it's such a hassle looking for cab and jeep because you still need to walk to the next block to find one. But all in all, it feels like home and everything is provided for. Thank you also to the caretaker for reminding us of the pasalubong we left at the fridge. Kudos to you ate. Rose was gracious enough to accommodate our last-minute booking. I like that her listing was very transparent to enumerate everything that she offers. Communication with her was easy and clear. We arrived after dinner and the streets leading to the place is quite dark. It is actually a service road on Roxas Boulevard. But there were many security staff and once you get inside the building, it was clean, spacious and well-lit. Check-in with building staff was a breeze and they were all nice. Make sure to.save a copy of authorization letter, which you will receive from Rose. There were 6 working elevators and each is huge enough to fit 5 persons. The corridors and hallways are also clean and wide. We were actually surprised because other SMDC properties are quite narrow and dense. There is a pay parking at the 2nd floor if you need for your vehicle and there were many space available although we got there late at night. The lobby has a cart like that of a hotel, which you can use if you have too many stuff. That is only available from the lobby and none from the parking entrance. The unit has digital lock so it was very convenient. It is well furnished with basic necessities. A/C, water heater and internet are working well (we didn't use cable TV). There were 4 sockets (1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 living room), giving you 8 power outlets plus 1 extension cord. 2 are for cable and wifi box. So you have about 6 available for your gadgets. If you need more, bring your own power extension cord. It was also a quiet floor, we didn't bump into anyone nor hear any noise from the neighbors at night and even in the morning. Check-out was also a breeze. Will book this space again in the future. Thank you, Rose!

There was a concern accepting my daughter due to health and safety restrictions for minor, but Rose did the best she can coordinating with the property Admin to accept my daughter because of the circumstance we have. Just need to add side tables or organizers where the guest can put personal stuff.

Rose is very accommodating. The place is beautiful and stylish. Also, you don't need to worry bringing and losing the keys because door code is provided, just memorize it. The condo admin is strict in making sure that the health protocols like physical distancing, temp check, health dec and the obvious face mask and sheild are being followed. There are convenient stores and food stalls near the lobby. But if you want to take the cheaper options, there are sarisari stores along Harrison street behind the building.

Very clean, hygenic and spacious room. Most city point are closed by. Good for vacation or business traveller on budget. Ms. Rose is super friendly and helpful. I definitely think this review help you make the right choice. Cheers!

I stayed in 4 places in 22 days. This was my favorite but unfortunately it was a very short 2 nights. Can't go wrong here.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Rose's place. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The place was clean and cozy. I loved that it had an iron and iron board, hair dryer, and some basic kitchen appliances.

I have nothing but positive feedback. There was a mini food mark store. I love it. Whenever I'm thirsty and hungry I'll head there. Also the spa 400 pesos was a nice deal too. Swedish massage. Thou the room I booked was slightly smaller then compare to the picture but overall I was Happy. Also make sure to download the Uber version "grab" taxi drivers are brutal and will rip you off. The Mall of Asia is a 10 min drive but with crazy traffic is 30 minutes just an fyi

Miss Rose is very nice. They have contact numbers of nearby restau for delivery or you can just go for a walk outside and explore the area for some good place to eat.

Our group of four people stayed in Rose's unit for 2 days. We found the unit to be very clean and comfortable. It also had all the things we needed during our visit. Rose also communicated well and quickly replied to our questions. I would not hesitate to book their unit again or recommend it to friends and family, if I/ they would be traveling in the area.

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and cozy. Everything you need are just found down stairs. Great view of manila and the sea. Maam Rose communicates easily too and for i commend her for considering my husband to go up to the room earlier than check in time. We’ll definitely go back to the place!

Ms. Rose is very accommodating. She’s quick to response to my queries. The check in was smooth. The unit is just exactly as it is on the pictures. It smelled good, well kept. I also loved that the unit comes with a whole set tableware though we weren’t able to use it because we ate outside and although I was really ashamed of myself for accidentally placing my bag on one of the wall rack, the rack fell down and one letter broke, she replied to me calmly. Overall, the experience I had at her home was superb. I would definitely recommend her place to my friends and would be booking her place again in the future.

One of the kindest hosts Ive met. Understanding and accomodating. Very easy to communicate with. Place is just right for us, a group of 5, since we just stayed for just 1 night. Close to MOA (about 5 minute car ride). Place is clean when we arrived and pleasantly suprised to see a family sized drinkable water in the fridge. Definitely recommended.
