Exploring Pine and Peak Serenity left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Pine and Peak Serenity was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Baguio plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Pine and Peak Serenity painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

One Great Escape at Northern Escape My husband and I stayed at this place for 1 month. We were very satisfied with everything. The management is very responsive with all the inquiries and assistance we requested. The security is also reliable, the guards are really checking the people going in and out. We did not experience water interruption during the stay. There is one incident of blackout but there was a backup generator and electricity was restored within 20-30mins. SUPERB WIFI. There were instances I had to participate online meeting and the connection did not disappoint. Great cellular signal both for globe and smart. Complete utensils and bathroom, kitchen, and dining. All the basic supplies were provided. Thank you, team!

Host is very responsive.

We honestly had a nice stay. Hopefully, they’ll add more blankets coz there are literally only two available fleece blankets, which might not be enough if the weather can get cold around 14–18. Also, if in the future they’ll add an iron or steamer for tourists coming with many fits, and since most of it is vacuum-sealed, it’d be nice to have one in the room. All in all, it was a nice visit.

Overall a cozy and convenient stay! The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and being just a 5-minute drive from the city center made getting around super easy. The room was neat, and it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Place was great, everything is perfect! Except that the place has limited parking because the building is still under construction. But all in all, everything is great!

Superb. We booked this for a week and I would say this is one of the best options in Baguio. Affordable and convenient. It has a great view from the balcony and the staff are friendly.

Accessible location, complete amenities, responsive host and management company, and a lot of stores+food option nearby. would definitely book again for our next Baguio trip!

I had a great stay.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and I can say we truly enjoyed the experience. We actually preferred staying at your place over booking a hotel which can be quite expensive. For improvement, I would suggest ensuring that the bed sheets are fresh and newly changed as they had a smell that seemed like they were previously used. The pillows also had a noticeable scent whenever we used them. Aside from that, everything else was great we really enjoyed our stay and the host was very accommodating. If we visit Baguio again in the future, we’ll definitely choose to stay at your unit once more.

The place is a bit cramped but the spacious balcony and amazing views more than compensate for the small room. Affordable, this is a good deal! Walking distance ro the Baguio Craft Brewery, and Mana Cafe.

Then place is peaceful, cozy, and well-organized - ideal for couples. while parking can occassionally be a challenge due to limited availability, everything else is great.

Nice, clean and utilitarian. Had everything needed for a short stay, and little details. I liked that the window kept the noise of the road out. Appartment is a little smaller than expected. Balcony is a big plus.

checking in was a breeze. too simple! it's like your own home. lucky for us, we had a good parking spot when we arrived. you can't complain on Baguio's weather. elevators from the parking going up is accessible and fast. unit itself is also great. The unit is cozy, comfortable, and sleek. do not be fooled by the sofa bed. it is as comfortable as an actual bed is. it is the same with the convertible couch. i loved that they had too many pillows. you can snuck it in around you when you sleep. it is also just along the hi-way so you will not have a hard time waiting for taxis. guards are also nice. there are some convenience stores nearby so buying essentials is not an issue. Location is a little farther from Burnham, but is still very well within the range. taxi fares to Burnham is somewhere around a hundred per trip. we'll definitely book again!!

We had a great stay at this unit! The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient. It’s easy to get a taxi from here, and during rush hour, booking a Grab was hassle-free. If you’re planning to go to the city, I recommend leaving your car in the unit’s parking area and just taking a taxi—it saves you from traffic and the hassle of finding limited parking in the city! The unit was spotless when we arrived, which we really appreciated. It also came with cooking ware and kitchen utensils, perfect for takeout meals or if you feel like cooking. For the cons, it would have been better if there was a trash bin in the kitchen area and a dustpan. A bathroom mat would also be helpful to prevent a wet floor, and some kitchen rags for wiping the table would have been nice. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but luckily, we brought our Chromecast. Overall, our stay was very satisfying. The unit felt so homey that we didn’t even want to leave! We'd definitely consider coming back.
