Exploring Spacious Modern Unit w/ Balcony left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Spacious Modern Unit w/ Balcony was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Baguio plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Spacious Modern Unit w/ Balcony painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

PROS: Good location. Host is extremely responsive. Surroundings is peaceful, secure and clean. Enough parking space. Room is quite big. Furnitures are adequate and functional. Has a veranda for drying clothes as well as breath some cool mountain air. Appliances are complete except microwave oven. Kitchen utensils are complete. CONS: Room is old and needs some facelift/repaint/minor repairs/upkeep. Cupboards have cockroaches. Doesn’t have basic complimentary toiletries like shampoo, soap and toothbrushes. Towels are not so absorbent. Lacks blankets. Lavatory and sink fixtures need cleaning.

Our stay here is great. There’s just some things that we noticed but we understand that it is due to nonstop raining. Also the host is very accommodating when it comes to my questions and request. They are very responsive, maybe next time it will be five star na.😊

The host (Ms. Blossom) checks up on us regularly like how was our stay, if we are comfortable in the unit, and I appreciate it. Just sad tho, the microwave was not working during our stay (Ms. Blossom gave us a heads up about it though - ipapaayos palang). She is also very open to any concerns you might have. Just inform her. Yung unit po ay sobrang lapit lang from SLU BEDS, a few minutes ride to name a few, to SM, Gen Luna, Abanao, stretch of Session, Burnham, Botanical Garden. No problem with wifi connection, Netflix. May cafe din po katabi lang mismo. May maliit din pong sari sari store for your basic needs.

She made self-check-in effortless with helpful video tutorials and guided us through the process. The location is unbeatable... right beside the famous café! The accommodation was clean when we went there. The staff along the condominium is very accommodating and approachable. Went there 1 hour before check in pero pinapasok naman na po kami ng lobby. And to ma’am Blossom Mae, she was sooo responsive, whenever i have inquiries, she will always answer right away. Malamig din po sa place, hindi mo na talaga need ang aircon. Malakas din yung wifi and working naman po lahat sa kitchen and cr. Though walang kuryente sa halos buong baguio noong nagpunta po kami, they immediately open the generator po sa buong building. Overall, it was sooo good. Hope we can comeback again soon. Thank you!

Overall, we had a good stay. Pros: Price is reasonable. Place is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a gated area, felt secure. Size of the unit is big for a typical studio space. Loved that Netflix is working. Small additions that speak volume about how the owner wants to treat her guests - slippers, flowers on the table,desk,bathroom. Cons: very minor There was brownout during our stay (not the owner's fault). It'd help to add this in the description. The generator did not run the entire time power was out. No hot water in the shower during this time so a bigger bucket in the bathroom will help. If you plan to cook, only 1 burner works. Will we consider booking again? Sure! :)

We had a great stay at Ms. Mae’s unit at Bonbel. From the moment we arrived, the guard were very helpful and assisted us with parking, which made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, from cooking essentials to clean sheets and other necessities. The place is also very accessible, private, and located in a quiet area, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Ms. Mae was very responsive to our inquiries and gave clear and helpful instructions. The only minor downside was that the towels were not very absorbent after showering. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose this place again when we return to Baguio City.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! It was very accessible, easy to locate, and close to many tourist attractions. The space felt homey and clean, with strong water pressure and an easy-to-use heater. We also appreciated the convenient passcode door lock and the TV placed near the bed—great for relaxing after a long day. Basic kitchen essentials like dish soap, sponge, and utensils were also provided. Throughout our stay, the host was very responsive, kind, and accommodating. For future improvement, we requested towels and the host kindly provided them, though they were not very absorbent—an upgrade would be helpful. We also noticed that the non-stick pans have peeling coatings. Since peeling non-stick material can be unsafe for cooking, it might be best to replace them for the safety and comfort of future guests. Lastly, adding an exhaust fan in the restroom would make the space even more comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the host’s warm hospitality :)

We had a really relaxing stay at this flat. It’s very spacious, and there are even extra beddings in case you go over four people. There’s also an elevator, which makes it easier to get from the ground floor to the second floor. The host was very easy to talk to and even let us check in a little earlier than planned. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed for 3D2N with my family and had a great experience. The place was clean, smelled good, and had plenty of space perfect for families with toddlers. It was relaxing and really made us feel at home. I highly recommend Ms. Blossom as a host. She communicates very well and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. If there’s anything to improve, it would be the bathroom amenities. I hope the bidet can be a bit longer and the shower water pressure improved, as the water came out a bit thin. Other than that, everything was great.

The unit was exactly as described in the listing. This was my first time booking AirBnb and I was skeptical because I was scammed last time when I booked from other booking website. It was ideal, because it was near a lot of tourist spots, it was even walking distance. The place was ideal for four persons or even five because it was spacious. Clean and functional. While Ms. Blossom, really took care of us. She checked on us from time-to-time to make sure we were comfortable. She was responsive and clear. My first time in Baguio, was smooth sailing because of the accommodation. Really appreciate it.

Pros: - Building is easy to find. - Near some tourist spots, and near our convention place. - 2nd floor of the building, so it's easy for our senior citizen. - Beside a cute and ig worthy cafe (walking distance) There's a school nearby so you sometimes hear students in the morning but it's not a bother. You can ride a jeepney nearby or hail a taxi. We often use grab / taxi cos it's August and it drizzles every afternoon.

Staying in this place was the greatest decision we’ve made when we went to Baguio. The space was bright and clean. Surprisingly, despite not having any bedroom, the unit was still spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 5 people. And, I also liked that it was easy to locate, and there were restaurants nearby. The host was also very accommodating and friendly. You won’t be afraid to reach out or make request/s because of how reachable she is. This place definitely made our stay a “10 out of 10” (words that came from my 6-year-old son who liked the place even more than I did) 🤭. We’re most definitely staying here again when we come back.

Great place to stay in Baguio! The unit is spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed for our 2-night trip. When we visited, it was raining continuously, so we weren't able to spend much time outside, but we still enjoyed staying in the place. The wifi speed is good. I had no issue working remotely.
