Exploring Unit C55 Condo near Burnham Park & Night Market left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Unit C55 Condo near Burnham Park & Night Market was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Baguio plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Unit C55 Condo near Burnham Park & Night Market painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

We booked for 3 nights to spend Christmas at Baguio. Things to note: PROS 1. Nice Location you can walk to the Burnham Park and other nearby restaurants and convenience store. 2. They will provide you a free gallon of water which is already in the unit . 3. Easy check in and chec out . CONS 1. The floor is dirty. Our feet turns black and dusty so we need to clean nd mopped the floor. 2. No microwave for reheating foods since they said light cooking only. and the pans are all dated and no handle which is hard to use. 3. No cooking utensils 4. Towels provided but it can't dry us so it feels like no towel. 5. Fan is dirty 6. Bathroom is stained and dated and needs to be fixed. Shower door is broken and not a strong water pressure and no lock in the bathroom door.

Pros: big space for a group of 5 to 6, easy to find, convenient, close to Burnham Park, lots of restaurants nearby, walkable to session road and SM Baguio Cons: dated unit and building, cleanliness can be improved, low pressure water so it takes forever to take a shower, no bath mat provided, hard to close shower door, visible mold in the kitchen sink area, water downed hand soap and dish soap, broken coffee french press so you still need to grab coffee downstairs in the morning. No hand towels or face towels provided. It would be great if basic condiments are provided like salt, pepper, etc..

Zoneville is our favorite place to stay at whenever we go to Baguio. It's near to Burnham Park, there are taxis nearby, lots of restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc. So the location itself is great. Now, our experience with the host is a different story. As the other guests mentioned, it's very challenging to communicate with the host. Slow responses to Zero responses at all. I thought with the previous reviews, the host will improve it but nothing, nada. I'm so disappointed. My suggestion is to have a co-host so that there will be someone to accomodate the guests' concerns and questions. Cleanliness - Not that clean specially the kitchen area. The pots and pan are oily and toasted already. We had to clean it with a lot of dishwashing liquid and scrub.

The unit was nice but the bathroom smells . No toilet paper no paper towel I am so sensitive with smell that I feel like throwing up when I used the bathroom

I booked the airbnb on November 5, 2022. I asked if 10pax is okay since I wasnt able to check the unit first, the host didnt reply until February this year (2023) regarding the issue. (He messaged 4 days before the actual booking) I had to negotiate and communicate with him again cause he was not responsive months before. He told me that the building became strict last December regarding the number of people entering. He didn’t inform me about that one to think that I have an issue with the pax. He even mentioned to “hide when entering the building so the admin or guards cant count the number of people”. 3 days went and its our last day, he messaged us to pay at least 3,000php extra for the extra pax which is just 1. If he is just responsive months before the booking and informed us that adding pax is not allowed, we probably just cancelled it. All in all, will not book again if something is not clear in the first place

The place was spacious, conveniently located near the city proper, and having an available parking space was definitely a plus. Overall, the accommodation was decent for a short stay. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The bathroom lavatory was clogged, the shoe cabinet had a foul smell, and most importantly, the bed frame was broken. We reported the bed frame concern immediately upon check-in but unfortunately did not receive any response from the host during our stay, only a checkout reminder the following day. I hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests because the place itself has good potential.

Hi Sir! We’ve checked out already. Before leaving, we made sure to tidy up the unit, threw out the garbage, and cleaned the space so it’s ready for the next guests. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation , we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. We truly appreciate your hospitality! Just a few small pieces of feedback that might help improve the experience for future guests: we noticed the water pressure was a bit low, the drainage in the bath area could be improved, there were no table rugs available, and the cooking exhaust didn’t seem to be working. Aside from these minor things, everything else was great and the place was very cozy. Thank you again for hosting us! We’ll definitely recommend your place and I’ll be happy to leave a positive review on Airbnb. 😊

location is excellent, peaceful yet very accessible and the unit itself was spacious, clean, and well-secured. It was definitely a comfortable and relaxing experience for us. Just a small feedback: a few of the electrical sockets were a bit tricky to use, and we noticed some insect in the bathroom, possibly due to moisture build-up in one corner. We’re visiting from overseas and chose this place to stay at. We were impressed with how nice the place looked. Its location is also good - close to Burnham Park and food shops. However, none of our questions were answered by the host hence the 4 stars.

We had a great stay at Sophia Suites! Unit C55 is a corner unit with a big space enough for up to 10 pax. The place has a really great aesthetic and has a balcony, too. :) We stayed for a night and the 4 guy in our group opted to sleep in the living room, us girls were left to sleep in one bed each haha! Thats how spacious this place is. Lots of mattresses available also. Complete kitchen utensils, ref is working as well. Na-appreciate ko din na may konting toiletries. Ok din naman yung bathroom, could be better lang. :) Netflix is available, too. I’d like to suggest lang na yung humidifier should have oil ready na din para mas mabango and relaxing yung place. Host is responsive, and they gave clear instructions naman agad upon booking. Lots of establishments nearby, near Good Taste and Burnham. Perfect location! :) Overall, we had a good stay. We’ll book this again pag bumalik kami. I’m even recommending this place already to other friends! 😂 Thank you for accommodating us

It is a good location if you are going to travel as a tourist. It is very close to the center. It is spacious and is almost complete of everything (except for a dishwashing sponge 😅). The only thing that is off is the smell of the unit, especially the toilet. I think it comes from the drain. Anyway, it’s okay for the price I paid. I will consider this unit again next time.

Perfect location. It's near the main road where you can get a cab anytime. Near lots of cafes and Burnham park. So if you want to go to SM, Night market or Session road, it's really walkable. The place was really clean. Very homey. Our stay was good. But had a problem with the door lock of bathroom but the host have it fixed right away after I asked them. Also the bathroom is a bit tight. So if you're a big guy it will be difficult to take a bath. The window of the first room does not have a screen. So if you're sleeping on the second deck of the bunkbed, it's quite dangerous if you want some air to get inside the room and need to open the window because the sliding window does not have any screens to block or protect you from falling. Other windows does have a screen except that one. We also stayed for 3 nights and garbage can piled up. We don't know where to put it, host also did not gave us any instructions. Anyway, our stay were still good and we enjoyed it.

Great! Near to Burnham park and session road. Few minutes walk to Mercury which is a plus for me. They have covered parking space and the security guards are nice. Cons: Couch has bed bugs and the towel provided are not absorbent.

The location is a plus as it is very near restaurants and Burnham Park which means almost all establishments within the city is walkable. The view from the balcony provides one with a bird's eye view of Baguio.

The place was really close to restaurants, walkable to Burnham Park if you have the endurance or not a senior, and in a quiet neighborhood. The parking space is a bit tough, but we had a spot. The place was clean, but the bathroom really smelled. Probably left by the last guest... but they should have paid attention to that. Love the fact that they provided toiletries and towels. One night stay in Baguio. The place was a walkable distance to Burnham Park and the Night Market. Unit was able to accommodate 6 adults, although there was only one bathroom. Host was very responsive when I had trouble unlocking the unit. Only issue was that some of the electrical outlets were either too loose or too hard to plug something in. Overall, a good place for our needs.

We had a great time in this place. Our only problem was the clogged sink in the comfort room and the door of the cr has no lock. But despite all it, we still had a nice stay. Will definitely recommend it.

The place is homey but number of plates lack considering we have informed him our exact number, no serving dish, just 1 bowl. We ate our ramyeon using the coffee mugs. Under the bunker where the extra matress was stored is dusty so is back of tv rack. Electric fan in the living room doesn't shivel. Slippers in the bath doesn't look pleasant to use so we use the bathroom on barefoot. No lock in the cr. My son almost entered into the comfort room while my daughter in law was inside. All other aspects, just okay.

All of the dos and don'ts were already stated in the descriptions. Checking in and out was simple. Simply follow the instructions from the host. The place was very cozy and homey. The rooms were spacious for the seven of us. There was no problem with noise. Its location was also very convenient for tourists like us because you can roam around the city and easily return to the place from a walk or a drive. The comfort room was the only thing I hoped they would improve. There was no shower door, so water splattered on the toilet area. Also, there was no place to place soaps when taking a bath. But these were just small things. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and may book again in the future.

I love the homey feel of sophia suites. The unit is big enough to accommodate more than 5 guests. It is strategically located near restaurants, coffee shops and a walking distance to the night market and burnham park. It also offers free parking space unlike other similar units in the area. Sophia suites exceeded our expectations. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends. We will book it again in the future.

Unit was clean with all the listed amenities and provisions present such as drinking water, toiletries and towels. More than enough futon/foam in addition to the beds are provided. Spent our New Year's celebration here and had a great time. The place was in a great location where it's walkable to all of the places we wanted to go to in the city. We also had a great view from the balcony for the fireworks at night. There was enough space for us to sleep in as a family of 6 + 1 shih tzu. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries and nice to talk to. Will definitely be coming back here again! :)

The host is very accomodating. He ensures that we have enough towels and blankets since we are 9 pax. The house feels homey since it’s a residential area and we love the vibes in the balcony! There is a heater in the bathroom, so no need to worry for cold water when showering and bidet if it’s a must for you. 😅 There is also a free drinking water and bath essentials. You can also cook if you want but they just have 1 frying pan. Dishwashing liquid and liquid hand soap are provided but no sponge. There are mugs, plates at utensils so you can take out and eat there. They have big cabinets to store your luggages. If you have small pets, they can comfortably walk around because it’s kinda spacious but they need to wear diapers all the time. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. All in all, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Baguio! There’s a lot of restaurants outside the building and it’s a walking distance to Burnham Park.

I've had a few best choices already before I finally found Sophia Suites, but when I had the chance to check this out. 100% I decided right away that this is the place where we'll stay! It has safe and private parking spot, plus it's pet-friendly. Also, very near Burnham Park and so accessible to everything we'd like to go to, and most especially very near our BFFs - the BPI Bank/ATM, Mercury Drug, Petron Station, 711, Coffeeshops! I loved that it's just near Foam Coffee. I get to have morning walks buying hot latte. Anyway, we loved the unit w/ its veranda, it made us feel relaxed, at home and we slept well. IT WAS PERFECTLY SPLENDID. Thank you to the owners. <3

Sophia Suites’ worth every penny! A good place to stay in baguio if you are travelling in group! We are group of 5 and staying in Sophia Suites is a good choice! Here are the reasons: 1. Great location. The place is in the heart of legarda. No need to drive your car if you are planning to visit burnham park. Visit the market, session road, night market. These places are just 5-10 mins walk from the place. 2. Convenience. Literally walkable from restaurants convenience stores and even Mall! 3. Value for money. Because we travel in group of 5 we just literally spent around 1,500 PHP each for 3 days 2 nights accommodation. 4. PARKING! peace of mind of having your own slot for your car! 5. Cleanliness. When forst entered the place! You can smell nothing but cleanliness! Linens and towels are clean 6. Spacious. The unit can fit 5-8 people I guess! 7. ESTETIK! The place is simple yet in$tagramable! 8. Great Host. The host is very responsive . He responded on our questions very fast

Me and my friends enjoyed the unit so so much! We had everything that we need, towels are even provided and we are 7 people! host is very generous. The whole place smelled like a hotel room upon our check-in. Host responds to queries fast so the whole stay was no hassle. The host was responsive and accommodated us immediately despite our last minute(less than 24hr) booking. He allowed us to park our vehicle two hours before our check in time, since there was an empty parking spot in front of the building. The front desk was well informed about our stay and we only needed to log our names when we arrived. The unit was clean and very spacious. The building was located in a prime spot, near restos and cafes, very convenient for tourists. Would definitely book again on our next Baguio trip!

Perfect stay

I love the way the host updates and follow-up before, during and after the trip. The details provided are very accurate and the place is very near to everything. The presence of the host is felt even if we did not meet in personal. We did not encounter any problem because the host takes care of everything i.e. sending ahead the list of guest and car plate number to the security guards. Board games are also provided. I have seen the jenga game before being played on TV. However, I and my son played it here for the first time. We had a good time.

Walkable lang din from burnham kaya sobrang accessible, especially to those na walang dalang sasakyan. Meron din silang spacious parking para naman sa may mga private car. Overall, we had a wonderful experience sa place na 'to, and we will definitely book again sa susunod na visit namin sa Baguio.

The location of this unit is absolutely perfect! It's just a short walk from delicious restaurants, cozy cafes, and the main highway, making it easy to get around. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The unit itself is spacious and offers stunning views. We loved how accurately it was described in the listing. While there were a few minor issues, such as the linens, lack of drinking water, and shower curtain, we didn't let it dampen our stay. We spent most of our time exploring the area and found the unit to be a comfortable base. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and tools, and there was plenty of dishware. We had a fantastic time and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. A few small improvements, like fresh linens, a shower curtain, and a basic cleaning kit, would make the experience even better for future guests.

Great location - lots of nearby restau, walking distance to burnham, marketn etc. and has covered parking space. Condo is spacious and has a nice veranda! There was a typhoon when we visited but my family still enjoyed because of the board games while chillin' on the cold weather of Baguio! Highly recommended!

The place is spacious and it has all the basic stuff you’d need. Shower with heater, refrigerator, electric kettle, basic kitchen stuff and utensils. They also provide clean towels. It is also walking distance to good taste, burnham park, etc.

Everything was great. From talking to the owner until our check in. The owner is so friendly and easy to talk to, he replies so fast. The place was also cleaned and dry and it will give you a feel like home feelings. Especially when you look at the window, you will see a great city view of baguio. However the location is not Senior Citizen friendly, the way is to steep that is not easy to walk whenever you go to burnham. Perhaps next time, give a heads up to your future guests. But over all, great and much recommended. Thank you and 5 stars for darwin!

The place was nice and cozy as well as near on the places you want to visit. Good for a group of 7. Just one slight comment on the towels as it’s not too absorbent. Overall, good value for money.

Nice place to stay when you’re in Baguio. The unit is so spacious and is near in some of the attractions. Sir Darwin is very responsive even before our stay. Has a curfew hrs which I think is a good idea for safety purposes.

No question for the condo owner and the condo itself. Napaka ganda ng Condo and ang lamig. Accessible sa lahat. sira ata ang remote, power on power off lang gumagana. at isang channel lang. sira rin rice cooker. time is time si owner. we arrived at 8am pero my guest e before the day e. we understand naman.

Had a pleasant stay. Great location. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. When we arrived, there are minor issues on the supplies within the unit but the host immediately addressed them. The unit could have better cookware though. The existing ones were a bit work out already and you may need to improvise on handling them. But over-all, great value for money!

The place is big and the owner allowed our pet dogs (4 shih tzus) to stay. The place is clean and with kitchen utensils were provided. Owner is responsive with queries.

Place was very comportable. Everthing you need is there like if you need to cook your own food. Many extra beds. Secure parking and building has two working elevators which is good for seniors. Place was near burnham and lot of restaurants like Good Taste! Recommendes place to stay!
